Abstract

Family life through marriage is one of the pages of life that every human being will go through. That's when the maturity of the married couple is very much demanded in order to achieve success in building a household ark. Underage marriage is a marriage between a man and a woman whose age has not reached the age limit for marriage, where the age limit for marriage is regulated by law. According to Law Number 16 of 2019, Article 7 paragraph (1), marriage is only permitted if the man and woman have reached the age of 19 (nineteen) years. It is hoped that this age restriction on marriage will make couples more prepared to undergo household marriage. The location of this research was carried out in a village in Sidoarjo district. The purpose of this paper is to provide education about the relationship between underage marriage and household welfare and explain what kind of influence it will have. This research uses a quantitative approach. Primary data was obtained directly from respondents, namely from married couples who married underage in one of the villages in Sidoarjo district. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people who entered into underage marriages, where all the population was used as respondents. The results of this study confirm that there is indeed an influence of underage marriage on household welfare.

Abstract

The law of inheritance, known as faraid or mawaris in Islamic law, is a rule governing the transfer of ownership of the heir's property to the heir after the testator's death. In Indonesia, the inheritance law system is related to kinship and various cultures and religions influence its understanding and implementation. Conflicts often arise due to the variety of settlement systems, including Islamic law, customary, and civil law. This article highlights the need for a better understanding of inheritance law at all levels of society to reduce conflict and proposes solutions to improve understanding of inheritance in Indonesia's diverse context. The research method uses a qualitative-descriptive approach with data from various literature sources, including law, research, journals, and interviews with legal experts and scholars. This study aims to explore aspects of inheritance law in Indonesia, including cultural and religious implications as well as potential conflicts that can arise. Proposed measures to address inheritance law issues in Indonesia involve legal reform, education, promotion of gender equality, legal aid, dispute mediation, legal oversight, cross-sector collaboration, and accurate data collection. Just legal change and better understanding will help achieve fairness in inheritance sharing and promote harmony in Indonesia's diverse society. In conclusion, a good understanding of inheritance law, legal reform, education, and cross-sector cooperation are essential to overcome inheritance law problems in Indonesia (Basyir, 2001). This joint effort will have a positive impact on justice, gender equality, and the well-being of the Indonesian people.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of artificial insemination in Indonesia based on Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health and evaluate the legal status and rights of children resulting from artificial insemination using sperm donors from a positive legal perspective. Using a normative juridical approach, this study utilizes secondary data from laws and regulations, legal journals, and academic literature. The results of the study show that the regulation regarding artificial insemination in Indonesia is still not comprehensive. Existing regulations focus more on the medical aspect, without providing legal certainty on the status of children resulting from artificial insemination, especially those involving sperm donors or surrogate mothers. These children often lose legal recognition which has an impact on the loss of civil rights, such as inheritance rights. The fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council also emphasized that this practice is contrary to religious norms, creating a dilemma for couples who need assisted reproductive technology. This study recommends the establishment of special regulations to accommodate the development of this technology, harmonization between legal and religious norms, and protection of the rights of children resulting from artificial insemination. Comprehensive regulations will provide legal certainty and reduce social conflicts that may arise.

Abstract

Technological advances in the 21st century provide great opportunities to improve the quality of education, including Islamic education. This research aims to explore the role of technology to support the transformation of Islamic education by using a qualitative approach based on a literature study. The analysis focused on opportunities, challenges and strategies for technology integration in Islamic education. The results show that technology can expand access to education, improve learning efficiency and create innovation in teaching methods. The use of digital platforms, simulations and interactive applications allows students to access classic Islamic literature and understand religious concepts more deeply. However, technology implementation also faces challenges, such as lack of infrastructure, limited teacher competencies and cultural resistance to change. Negative impacts, such as dependence on digital devices and exposure to inappropriate content, require prudent management. Strategies for technology integration in Islamic education include developing a technology-based curriculum, training teachers, strengthening digital literacy and closely monitoring online content. With the right approach, technology can support Islamic education to remain relevant in the digital era without losing the core values that underpin it. This study concludes that technology, if managed well, can be a powerful instrument to support the goal of Islamic education to form a smart, moral and noble generation.
