Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how female employees' organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is impacted by organizational commitment (affective, normative, and continuance commitment). With a sample of 108 female respondents, this study was carried out at the Tabanan Regency Village Credit Institution (LPD). Purposive sampling was used in order to determine the sample. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) - Partial Least Square (PLS) with WARP-PLS.6 software was used to analyze the data. The findings demonstrated that OCB is positively and significantly impacted by organizational commitment, which is made up of emotional, normative, and continuity commitments. According to the study's findings, normative commitment significantly affects OCB. The significance of OCB in the conventional framework is addressed in order to understand the theoretical and practical ramifications of these linkages.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected all business sectors, including micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). One of the MSMEs affected is the bamboo handicraft MSME in Bali. However, currently economic conditions are starting to rise. MSMEs must formulate new strategies to improve their competitiveness. Based on this review, this study aims to explore these aspects in depth to build the competitive advantage of bamboo plaiting MSMEs in Bali. In addition, this study also describes the supporting and inhibiting factors in increasing the competitive advantage of bamboo woven MSMEs in Bali in terms of the use of raw materials, production processes, and marketing strategies. This research includes descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through interviews. The research informants were 10 bamboo weaving craftsmen in Buleleng, and Bangli Regencies. The data analysis technique used qualitative data analysis. The results concluded that the competitive advantage model of bamboo plaiting MSMEs in Bali was built through 3 elements, namely raw materials (adequacy of raw materials, planning planting and harvesting time, selection of raw materials, use of quality raw materials), production processes (maintaining handmade, innovation, use of drying machines), and marketing strategies (improving network quality, participating in digital marketing training, and using online marketing strategies).

Abstract

The rapid development of businesses corresponds with the growing needs of society. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) represent a sector capable of offering a diverse array of products and services and play a crucial role in providing job opportunities as a solution to unemployment problems. This study focuses on MSME owners in the Mekar Bhuwana Village, Abiansemal District. According to records from the Mekar Bhuwana Village Office in 2023, there are 194 MSMEs from various industries. The aim of this research is to evaluate the influence of financial literacy and financial technology on financial management. The study population includes MSME owners in Mekar Bhuwana Village, Abiansemal District, with a sample size of 66 respondents. The data analysis methods used include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination, t-Test, and F-Test. The results of the study show that financial literacy and financial technology together have a significant impact on financial management; financial literacy significantly positively affects financial management, and financial technology also significantly positively influences financial management.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan adalah indikator krusial untuk menilai efektivitas sebuah organisasi, yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai elemen, termasuk disiplin dalam bekerja dan motivasi. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kinerja karyawan di UPT Samsat Gianyar, yang tercermin dari tinggi nya tingkat absensi, keterlambatan, serta rendahnya motivasi bekerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta menguji peran motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan tersebut. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausal. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 90 responden yang merangkum seluruh pegawai UPT Samsat Gianyar, diambil dengan metode pengambilan sampel jenuh. Proses analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui tiga tahap: analisis model luar, model dalam, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan motivasi kerja. Namun, motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sehingga tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara disiplin kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kinerja lebih dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh disiplin kerja dibandingkan dengan motivasi kerja.

Abstract

Employee performance is the result of work in terms of quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to the employee. There is a phenomenon where some employees are deemed to have not achieved the expected performance standards. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of workplace well-being on employee performance which is mediated by employee engagement at CV Wira Jaya Abadi Denpasar. The research population was 54 employees with the sampling technique used in this research was saturated sampling. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis using classical assumption testing first. Overall, each hypothesis shows a positive and significant influence. Among them, workplace well being on employee engagement, employee engagement on employee performance, workplace well being on employee performance, and employee engagement play a role in mediating the influence of workplace well-being on employee performance.

Abstract

A company's success is directly tied to the dedication and effort of its personnel. The importance of cultivating employee loyalty and holding on to good employees is growing in today's competitive job market. One company or industry that relies on loyal employees is UD. Trinadi Garmen in Bangli Regency. Low levels of loyalty persist among UD. Trinadi Garmen employees. The goal of this study is to look at how UD. Trinadi Garmen in Bangli Regency deals with work-life balance, career growth, and job satisfaction in relation to employee loyalty. A total of 35 individuals from UD. Trinadi Garmen were included in the sample for this quantitative investigation, which utilised saturated samples as its sampling method. For this investigation, SPSS version 25 for Windows was used for data processing. Multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination test, the F-test, the t-test, the research instrument validity and reliability test, and the classical assumption test are all used in the data analysis process. Employee loyalty is positively and significantly impacted, in part, and simultaneously, by work-life balance, career advancement, and job satisfaction.

Abstract

This service program aims to provide education about investment and the dangers of illegal loans for the coastal communities of Sanur Kauh Village, Denpasar Bali. The method of implementing the service activity is socialization. The participants of the service activity consists of the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) groups including mothers, fishermen groups, and farmer business groups. Assistance is also provided to the community in terms of family financial management by a team of FEB UNR Lecturers. Evaluation of activities is carried out by distributing questionnaires to all participants for socialization and assistance. The results of this community service showed that 90 percent of participants felt that information on the legality of investment and the selection of legal and logical working capital financing institutions were very useful. The enthusiasm can be seen in the activeness of the participants in asking and answering questions asked by the speakers. This socialization activity is expected to be able to become the basis for making investment decisions and solving problems for people who need working capital. In the future, it is also hoped that the community will be able to implement effective and efficient financial management practices in their daily lives.

Abstract

There are several factors that can affect employee performance, including work ethics, organizational climate and organizational justice. The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of work ethics, organizational climate and organizational justice partially or simultaneously on employee performance at the Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak (RSIA) Puri Bunda Denpasar. The number of samples in this research were 79 employees who were taken by the slovin method and the sampling technique was simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of determination, F-test and t-test. The results showed that partially or simultaneously work ethics, organizational climate and organizational justice had a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak (RSIA) Puri Bunda Denpasar.

Abstract

A banking institution is greatly influenced by customer loyalty, where loyal customers will always be loyal to the products provided by the bank, therefore, to maintain customer loyalty, the bank must build customer trust and maintain customer satisfaction by providing services or providing products needed by customers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer trust and satisfaction on customer loyalty at BPR Santi Pala in Badung. The population in the study was 2,471 customers, which were then calculated using the Slovin formula so that the number of samples became 96 respondents. The questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, simultaneous significance tests (F-test), and partial significance tests (t-test). The results of the study showed that simultaneously customer trust and satisfaction influenced customer loyalty. Partially, customer trust and satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty

Abstract

Latar Belakang. Sapta Pesona merupakan konsep pemasaran pariwisata yang dikembangkan oleh Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Republik Indonesia. Penelitian ini terkait dengan pengembangan pariwisata di Destinasi Wisata Terpadu (DTW) Penglukatan Pancoran Solas Pura Taman Mumbul, sebuah potensi pariwisata yang terletak di Desa Adat Sangeh, Kecamatan Abiansemal, Badung. Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun strategi penerapan Sapta Pesona dalam upaya meningkatkan pengembangan pariwisata di DTW Penglukatan Pancoran Solas Pura Taman Mumbul, Desa Adat Sangeh, Kecamatan Abiansemal, Badung. Metode. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasil. Hasil analisis mengidentifikasi potensi wisata dan tantangan yang dihadapi destinasi tersebut. Dalam menghadapi potensi, penelitian ini merancang strategi penerapan Sapta Pesona, yaitu keindahan alam, keunikan budaya, kearifan lokal, keramahan masyarakat, serta keamanan dan ketertiban. Melalui pendekatan ini, destinasi diharapkan dapat menarik perhatian wisatawan dengan memanfaatkan kekayaan alam dan budaya setempat. Simpulan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya merumuskan strategi yang berbasis pada konsep Sapta Pesona untuk meningkatkan daya tarik dan kualitas pariwisata di DTW Penglukatan Pancoran Solas Pura Taman Mumbul
