Abstract

Abstrak: Kinerja adalah suatu hasil kerja yang dilakukan karyawan perusahaan sesuai dengan kemampuan yang dimilikinya. Baik buruknya kinerja karyawan pada dasarnya akan sangat berpengaruh kepada perkembangan perusahaan kedepannya. Oleh karena itu salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja adalah kompetensi dan insentif yang diberikan. Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kompetensi dan insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Komune baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Hotel Komune. Jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 56 responden. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, kepustakaan dan angket. Sedangkan teknik analisis datanya adalah uji validitas ,reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, korelasi berganda, uji t (t test), determinasi, dan uji f (f test). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi dan insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Komune yang artinya semakin baik kompetensi yang dimiliki karyawan dan insentif yang diberikan pihak hotel maka akan mengakibatkan peningkatan kinerja yang dimiliki karyawan.. Kata Kunci: kompetensi, insentif dan kinerja

Abstract

Kinerja seorang karyawan bersifat individual, karena setiap karyawan mempunyai tingkat kemampuan yang berbeda-beda dalam mengerjakan tugasnya. Kinerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kesejahteraan, lingkungan kerja fisik, dan tingkat kedisiplinan karyawan dalam perusahaan. Kesejahteraan adalah balas jasa secara material maupun non material untuk memperbaiki kondisi fisik dan mental karyawan. Lingkungan kerja fisik adalah semua keadaan berbentuk fisik yang terdapat di tempat kerja. Kedisiplinan seseorang dalam bekerja dapat dilihat dari kesadaran dan kesediaan seseorang mentaati SOP perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan antara tingkat kesejahteraan, lingkungan kerja fisik, dan disiplinakerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kampung Ubud Hotel. Jumlah sampel yang ditentukan dengan metode sampel jenuh adalah 35 responden. Instrumen penelitian diuji menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Data dianalisis uji asumsi klasik untuk model regresi dan uji regresi linear berganda sebagai pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial tingkat kesejahteraan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun lingkungan kerja fisik dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan pada kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan tingkat kesejahteraan, lingkungan kerja fisik, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kampung Ubud Hotel.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan agar bisa mengamati Pengaruh kredit bermasalah, kecukupan modal dan loan to deposit ratio terhadap Profitabilitas di PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali. Penelitian ini memakai pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang dipakai ialah laporan keuangan PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali periode triwulan dari tahun 2013-2020, teknik penentuan sampel dilakukan melalui metode sampling jenuh hingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 32. Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis melalui pengujian asumsi klasik, analisis determinasi, analisis linear berganda, pengujian parsial (t-test) serta pengujian simultan (F-test). Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Non Performing Loan memberi pengaruh negatif yang signifikan pada Profitabilitas. Capital Adequancy Ratio memberi pengaruh positif yang signifikan pada profitabilitas, dan Loan to deposit ratio memberi pengaruh positif yang signifikan pada Profitabilitas. Secara simultan Non Performing Loan, Capital Adequancy Ratio dan Loan to Deposit Ratio memberi pengaruh yang signifikan pada Profitabilitas di PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 1 Bangli merupakan salah satu sekolah yang terletak di Kabupaten Bangli. Dalam menyelenggarakan proses belajar mengajar dibutuhkan pegawai yang mampu memberikan kinerja terbaik dalam memperlancar proses belajar mengajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi yang digunakan merupakan seluruh pegawai SMA Negeri 1 Bangli sebanyak 33 orang, dengan metode penentuan sampel jenuh. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada SMA Negeri 1 Bangli.

Abstract

Developments in the financial sector, especially changes in the composition or structure of the banking system in Indonesia, are expected to bring positive changes to the national economy. Employee discipline in the company must be improved and sustainable, therefore it is necessary to have periodic monitoring and evaluation to ensure that employees who work are always disciplined. Every employee who is a member of the company has a different culture, because they have different cultural backgrounds, but all these differences will unite into one culture, namely organizational culture, to become a group that works together in achieving organizational goals. An employee can be productive at work and be more disciplined if his needs and desires are met, because if it is not matched by motivation, it will be difficult to increase discipline at work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational leadership and work motivation on work discipline among employees at PT. BPR Tridarma Putri in Klungkung Regency. The sample in this study were all employees at PT. Tridarma Putri BPR in Klungkung Regency, totaling 57 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression coefficient analysis, determination analysis, t-test and F-test, using the help of a computer program (SPSS) Version 26.00 for Windows. The results of the analysis show that 1) Leadership, organizational culture and motivation partially have a positive and significant effect on work discipline. 2) Leadership, organizational culture and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work discipline.

Abstract

Millennials are a popular term to replace the term Generation Y (Gen Y). There are 2.5 billion millennials worldwide. They have contributed to business travel, and tend to spend most of their expenses on travel and vacation, driven by future travel trends. This research conducted to shape the success factor of the destination for millennial tourists, where the destination of Tanah Lot Temple is used as a case study, which is quantitative research, using survey design and purposive sampling. There are 160 millennial tourists as respondents (who are visited Tanah Lot Temple). The instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale, and the data were analysed using descriptive statistics and factor analysis. This research has indicated that there are nine (9) main factors that shape the success factor of the destination for millennial tourists. The nine main factors are: Millennials interested in traditional costume guides and officers, believe in social media reviews, Millennial will add several/more days to enjoying the destination, The layout of the souvenir shop, buildings, temples, parks, and the others building should support sustainable practices. A millennial will invite parents and closest friends for visiting destination. The experience in destination worth it with or even more than spending, and meet the expectations. The facility of destination affected millennials during visiting. Millennials are interested in the culture at the destination. Traveling is a necessity for Millennial. This research model has an accuracy of 71% on the error rate of 5%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of safety inventory, order frequency, minimum inventory, maximum inventory limit, total Melon product inventory costs needed by PT. Rajawali Asia Bali uses the EOQ method. Data analyzed using the EOQ method shows that PT. Rajawali Asia Bali safety stock, it is very necessary to support the smooth distribution process that takes place. In accordance with the calculations with the formula, there is a safety stock that must be provided by PT. Rajawali Asia Bali is equal to 7,201 boxes. Planning for Sweet Corn products at PT. Rajawali Asia Bali using the EOQ method has 48.069 boxes.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected all business sectors, including micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). One of the MSMEs affected is the bamboo handicraft MSME in Bali. However, currently economic conditions are starting to rise. MSMEs must formulate new strategies to improve their competitiveness. Based on this review, this study aims to explore these aspects in depth to build the competitive advantage of bamboo plaiting MSMEs in Bali. In addition, this study also describes the supporting and inhibiting factors in increasing the competitive advantage of bamboo woven MSMEs in Bali in terms of the use of raw materials, production processes, and marketing strategies. This research includes descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through interviews. The research informants were 10 bamboo weaving craftsmen in Buleleng, and Bangli Regencies. The data analysis technique used qualitative data analysis. The results concluded that the competitive advantage model of bamboo plaiting MSMEs in Bali was built through 3 elements, namely raw materials (adequacy of raw materials, planning planting and harvesting time, selection of raw materials, use of quality raw materials), production processes (maintaining handmade, innovation, use of drying machines), and marketing strategies (improving network quality, participating in digital marketing training, and using online marketing strategies).

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the significant simultaneous and regional  effects of soft skills, working conditions, and job satisfaction on the performance of  contractors in the Cultural Office of Gianyar Regency. Saturated sampling was used to  collect a sample of 115 contractors. Data sources included both primary and secondary  sources, with both quantitative and qualitative characteristics. Data collection methods  included surveillance, questions and answers, questionnaires, and sampling surveys.  Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that soft skills, working  conditions, and job satisfaction had a significant simultaneous and partial effect on the  performance of contractors in the Cultural Office of Gianyar Regency.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of technology in the field of information and communication which has an impact on the emergence of new innovations in terms of electronic payments. Non-cash money or electronic money (e-money) is a payment instrument that fulfills the elements, namely issued on the basis of the value of money deposited in advance by the holder to the issuer, the value of money is stored electronically in a medium such as a server or chip, used as a means of payment to merchants who are not the issuer of the electronic money and the value of electronic money deposited by the holder and managed by the issuer is not a deposit as referred to in the laws governing banking.The benefits and convenience offered by electronic money can influence the increase in users. When a product has benefits and convenience when used in everyday life, it is likely that the product will be used by the wider community. This study aims to explain the factors that influence trust and its consequences on continuous usage intention of e-money in Denpasar City in terms of perceived benefits, perceived convenience and perceived risk. Trust here acts as a mediating variable. The research sample was 100 people in Denpasar city. The research method used is quantitative method with PLS-based structural equation model analysis or SEM. This research shows that perceived benefits and perceived ease of use influence respondents confidence in using e-money continuously, while perceived risk does not show any influence on respondents confidence in their intention to use e-money continuously. Furthermore perceived benefits and perceived ese of use hav positive effect on the intention to continue using e-money, while perceived risk has no effect on the intention to use e-money continuously.
