Abstract

ABSTRACKPerformance is a person success in carrying out a job, how a person completes his work. The success of an organization cannot be separated from the improvement of superior and quality human resources, must always be managed and emphasized by the organization to get the expected performance. This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneously or partially between organizational culture and work stress on employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) Gianyar Regency. The total population in this study amounted to 330 people. The number of samples used were 77 samples. The sampling method was simple random sampling. The data were analyzed using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, analysis of determination, partial significance test (t-test) and simultaneous significance test (F-test). The results showed that organizational culture partially had a significant positive effect on the performance of BPKAD employees in Gianyar Regency, work stress partially had a significant positive effect on the performance of BPKAD employees in Gianyar Regency and organizational culture and work stress simultaneously affected the performance of BPKAD employees in Gianyar Regency.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Stress and Employee Performance ABSTRAKKinerja merupakan kesuksesaan seseorang di dalam melaksanakan suatu pekerjaan, bagaimana seseorang dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya.Keberhasilan suatu organisasi tidak terlepas dari peningkatan sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan berkualitas, harus selalu dikelola dan ditekankan oleh organisasi untuk mendapat kinerja yang diharapkan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan maupun parsial antara budaya organisasi dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Pengelolaaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Kabupaten Gianyar. Jumlah Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 330 orang.Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 77 sampel. Adapun pengambilan sampelnya adalah secara simple random sampling.Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis korelasi berganda, analisis determinasi, uji signifikansi parsial (t-test) dan uji signifikansi simultan (F-test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai BPKAD Kabupaten Gianyar, Stres kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai BPKAD Kabupaten Gianyar dan Budaya organisasi dan Stres kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai BPKAD Kabupaten Gianyar.Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi,Stres Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

Bulan November – Desember adalah musim hujan dimana intensitas hujan pada bulan ini sangat besar khususnya di Desa Petang yang memiliki curah hujan yang sangat tinggi. Curah hujan yang sangat tinggi itu menyebabkan genangan air, banjir dan tanah longsor. Untuk mencegah terjadinya hal – hal yang demikian tersebu,t ada banyak cara dan metode yang bisa diaplikasikan salah satunya lubang resapan biopori. Lubang Resapan Biopori merupakan metode alternatif untuk meningkatkan daya resap air hujan kedalam tanah.  Lubang Resapan Biopori ini berupa sebuah lubang silindris yang dibuat secara vertikal kedalam tanah Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Survey, sosialisasi, praktek dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pelaksanan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa 10 lubang resapan biopori yang telah ditanam di lingkungan Pura Desa, Pura Puseh dan Pura Pucak Manik ,dan telah memberikan kontribusi serta manfaat positif sebagai media penampung air sehingga dapat mencegah dan menananggulangi genangan air yang sering terjadi di area pura.Kata kunci : Biopori, Praktek, Sosialisasi November – December is the rainy season where the intensity of rain in this month is very large, especially in Petang Village which has very high rainfall. The heavy rainfall caused puddles, floods and landslides. To prevent such things from happening, there are many ways and methods that can be applied, one of which is biopore infiltration holes. Biopore Infiltration Hole is an alternative method to increase the absorption of rainwater into the soil. This Biopore Infiltration Hole is a cylindrical hole made vertically into the soil. The methodology used is survey, socialization, practice and evaluation. The results of the implementation of this community service activity are in the form of 10 biopore infiltration holes that have been planted in the Village Temple, Puseh Temple and Pucak Manik Temple environment, and have contributed and provided positive benefits as a water storage medium so that they can prevent and deal with puddles that often occur in the area. temple.Keywords: Biopori, Practice, Socialization

Abstract

The success of an organization cannot be separated from the management of reliable and professional human resources (HR), so that the organization can achieve success in achieving the goals that have been set. HR management must be directed at efforts that are able to explore the potential of human resources in order to make a positive contribution to the organization in the form of optimal individual and team performance. Good performance will certainly increase the value of the company through the level of service and the quality of goods or services offered by the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of workload on employee performance at PT GIEB Indonesia, and to analyze the moderating effect of compensation on the effect of workload on employee performance at PT GIEB Indonesia. The research design is quantitative with correlational research type. Sampling using saturated sampling, namely all employees of PT. GIEB Indonesia Denpasar as many as 39 people. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis techniques using SEM-PLS with the help of Smart PLS software. Research conclusions include: 1) Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT GIEB Indonesia. This shows that the higher the employee's workload, it will motivate employees to work better so that they can show better performance; and 2) Compensation is not able to moderate the influence of workload on employee performance. Compensation is not able to moderate the effect of workload on employee performance.

Abstract

Bangli Regency is one of the centers for bamboo craft businesses in Bali Province. The bamboo craft products produced are keben, rice baskets, capil, bamboo bags, sokasi, and other woven materials made from bamboo. This research aims to determine the existence of craftsmen, their advantages and disadvantages as well as strategies that can be applied for business development. This research method uses descriptive to obtain an overview of business existence using IE (internal and external) matrix for effort to develop bamboo craft businesses in Bangli Regency. Based on the results of data collection, it is known that the total value of the IFE matrix owned by craftsmen is 3.47 and the total value of the EFE matrix is 3.15. This score is in the first cell of the IE matrix which means growth and development. There are three alternative strategies that can be implemented by craftsmen in developing their business, namely: 1). Market penetration; 2). Market development or expansion; and 3). Product development. Based on the QSPM results, market development or expansion had the highest Total Attractive Score (TAS) score, so it was selected as the most recommended strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of non-performing loans, capital adequacy and loan to deposit ratio on profitability at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali in Bali. This research is categorized as quantitative research. This study uses financial reports at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali for the quarterly period from 2013-2020, the sampling technique uses a sampling technique so that the saturated sample obtained in this study is 32. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, linear regression analysis multiple, determination analysis, partial test (t-test) and simultaneous test (F-test). The results showed that Non-Performing Loan had a negative and significant effect on Profitability. Capital Adequacy Ratio has a positive and significant effect on profitability, and Loan to deposit ratio has a positive and significant effect on profitability. Non-Performing Loans, Capital Adequacy Ratio and Loan to Deposit Ratio have a significant simultaneous effect on profitability at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali in Bali.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of cognition needs, feelings of Powerlessness, and moderation of the social environment on financial literacy. The methodology used is quantitative analysis with a structured survey of individuals aged 18-60 years. Data analysis was performed using Smart PLS SEM (Partial et al. – Structural Equation Modeling) software, which is efficient in handling latent variables and analyzing complex relationships between variables. The results of the hypothesis test showed that feelings of Powerlessness had a significant negative impact on financial literacy (coefficient -0.251, p < 0.001). In contrast, the influence of environmental moderation on feelings of Powerlessness on financial literacy was significantly positive (coefficient 0.104, p = 0.001). Cognition needs contribute significantly positively to literacy (coefficient 0.369, p < 0.001), but environmental moderation to Cognition needs shows no significant effect (coefficient -0.050, p = 0.238). Environmental variables themselves have a significant favorable influence on financial literacy (coefficient 0.289, p < 0.001). The conclusions of this study underscore the importance of understanding cognitive and environmental factors in efforts to improve financial literacy, as well as presenting a database for effective policy development and interventions.

Abstract

Terdapatnya atensi serta ditemui kasus berhubungan dengan kualitas produk serta pengalaman membeli dalam upaya tingkatkan minat beli ulang pada Warung Babi Guling Pande Egi Gianyar. Tujuan riset yakni: Buat mengenali akibat dengan cara bersama-sama serta individual antara kualitas produk serta pengalaman membeli kepada minat beli ulang pada Warung Babi Guling Pande Egi Gianyar. Jumlah ilustrasi didetetapkan dengan tata cara purposive sampling sebesar 100 orang pelanggan yang telah sempat berbelanja lebih dari sekali, berencana melaksanakan pembelian ulang serta berumur diatas 17 tahun keatas. Informasi dianalisis dengan memakai percobaan anggapan klasik, analisa regresi linier berganda, analisa pemastian, analisa percobaan F( F- test), serta analisa percobaan t( t- test). Hasil riset membuktikan terdapat akibat yang searah serta nyata dengan cara bersama-sama ataupun individual antara kualitas produk serta pengalaman membeli pada minat beli ulang pada Warung Babi Guling Pande Egi Gianyar.Kata kunci : Kualitas Produk, Pengalaman Membeli dan Minat Beli Ulang

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how female employees' organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is impacted by organizational commitment (affective, normative, and continuance commitment). With a sample of 108 female respondents, this study was carried out at the Tabanan Regency Village Credit Institution (LPD). Purposive sampling was used in order to determine the sample. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) - Partial Least Square (PLS) with WARP-PLS.6 software was used to analyze the data. The findings demonstrated that OCB is positively and significantly impacted by organizational commitment, which is made up of emotional, normative, and continuity commitments. According to the study's findings, normative commitment significantly affects OCB. The significance of OCB in the conventional framework is addressed in order to understand the theoretical and practical ramifications of these linkages.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected all business sectors, including micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). One of the MSMEs affected is the bamboo handicraft MSME in Bali. However, currently economic conditions are starting to rise. MSMEs must formulate new strategies to improve their competitiveness. Based on this review, this study aims to explore these aspects in depth to build the competitive advantage of bamboo plaiting MSMEs in Bali. In addition, this study also describes the supporting and inhibiting factors in increasing the competitive advantage of bamboo woven MSMEs in Bali in terms of the use of raw materials, production processes, and marketing strategies. This research includes descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through interviews. The research informants were 10 bamboo weaving craftsmen in Buleleng, and Bangli Regencies. The data analysis technique used qualitative data analysis. The results concluded that the competitive advantage model of bamboo plaiting MSMEs in Bali was built through 3 elements, namely raw materials (adequacy of raw materials, planning planting and harvesting time, selection of raw materials, use of quality raw materials), production processes (maintaining handmade, innovation, use of drying machines), and marketing strategies (improving network quality, participating in digital marketing training, and using online marketing strategies).

Abstract

The rapid development of businesses corresponds with the growing needs of society. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) represent a sector capable of offering a diverse array of products and services and play a crucial role in providing job opportunities as a solution to unemployment problems. This study focuses on MSME owners in the Mekar Bhuwana Village, Abiansemal District. According to records from the Mekar Bhuwana Village Office in 2023, there are 194 MSMEs from various industries. The aim of this research is to evaluate the influence of financial literacy and financial technology on financial management. The study population includes MSME owners in Mekar Bhuwana Village, Abiansemal District, with a sample size of 66 respondents. The data analysis methods used include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination, t-Test, and F-Test. The results of the study show that financial literacy and financial technology together have a significant impact on financial management; financial literacy significantly positively affects financial management, and financial technology also significantly positively influences financial management.
