Abstract

The organization consists of a number of people who works together or interact one another to achieve a goal. Internal communication is communication that occurs in organization or company, either horizontal or vertical. The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of internal communication (vertical and horizontal) to the performance of employees. The questionnaire is distributed to 117 employees of PT Promedrahardjo Farmasi Industri. Data analysis technique that used is validity test, reliability test and simple linear regression with program SPSS 20.0 for Windows. The result concludes that to improve the performance, management needs to provide more formal or non-formal forum for their employees to say their honest opinions and build up the intimacy between employees and management.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze how the influence of brand image on customer satisfaction. This research uses quantitave descriptive method. The sample in this study was 112 consumer of private label products (YOA) in Griya Supermarket Bandung, using non-probability sampling - judgement sampling. The collection of information in this study was conducted by providing questionnaires to consumers and analyzed by using descriptive analysis, correlation, regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the brand image affects customer satisfaction by 15% and the rest is influenced by other factors. Analysis results show that brand image has a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to determine the effect of financial leverage on financial performance of the 39 selected property and real estate companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange over a period of five years (2011-2015). This work employed two financial leverage for the independent variables such as: debt ratio (DR) and debt to equity ratio (DER) in determining their effect on financial performance such as return on equity (ROE), sales growth and price earning ratio (PER) as a dependent variable. The secondary data were obtained from the financial statement (comprehensive income statement and statement of financial position) of the selected companies quoted from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Descriptive statistical test, simple linear regression test and hypothesis test are used to analyze the data of this research. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive and insignificant influence between financial leverage on the financial performance of 39 companies, proven by hypothesis testing of t-value (1.610) < t-table (1.65481) and P-value of 0.109, while the value of regression coefficient of financial performance of 0.008.

Abstract

Pemasaran wirausaha adalah pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut yang biasanya dilakukan oleh pemilik secara pribadi tetapi informal. Pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut dilakukan langsung oleh pemilik bisnis untuk menemukan pelanggan secara langsung dan membangun hubungan interpersonal dengan pelanggan. Pemasaran kewirausahaan dilakukan oleh pelaku bisnis usaha mikro dan kecil di Kota Bandung karena keterbatasan dana pemasaran dan modal usaha yang terbatas. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemasaran kewirausahaan terhadap daya saing usaha. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 170 responden yang disebarkan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data diketahui bahwa pemasaran wirausaha berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap daya saing. Nilai positif (0,283) yang terkandung dalam koefisien regresi menggambarkan bahwa arah pengaruh variabel pemasaran kewirausahaan terhadap daya saing adalah searah, setiap penambahan satu unit variabel pemasaran kewirausahaan akan meningkatkan nilai variabel daya saing sebesar 0,283.

Abstract

The background of this research is based on the phenomenon where the placement of employees hasn’t been adjusted to the skills and educational background. In addition, the unequal division of labor causes productivity to decrease, resulting in an attitude of dissatisfaction shown by employees. This study aims to analyze the effect of the division of labor on employee job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach to explanatory survey methods with a sample of 101 respondents who are employees of the Perum DAMRI Bandung office. Data processing was carried out using IBM SPSS Statistics 24. In this study, it was found that the division of labor was in the sufficient category and the job satisfaction was in a good category. The results of this study there’s a positive and significant influence on the division of labor on job satisfaction of Perum DAMRI Bandung employees with an influence value of 24.4%.

Abstract

The review of Vocational High School Curriculum 2013 in 2017 brought significant changes to the learning process at the Vocational High School level, it is a change of the expertise competency name that was originally an Office Administration into Automation and Office Governance (AOG). There is a subject in the AOG expertise competency, Archive, which is included in the Basic Subject Group of Expertise Program (C2). In the syllabus of archival subjects, which were originally only manual archiving not only containing manual archive management but also the application of electronic archive management. According to the new topic, teachers do not have competence in the field yet, therefore the training is needed. The purpose of this training is to improve teacher’s competence in the field of Electronic Filing System (EFS) by using the Scan Manager program. This training lasts for five days on the campus, and one week on the field under the guidance of a lecturer at the Business Administration program, Politeknik Negeri Bandung. The result of the training showed that the attendance of participants in the training was 95%, the mastery of training material before and after was 97.6%, and all participants as many as 16 people were declared competent, 2 people were quite competent and entitled to get the certificate. Electronic Filing System (EFS) competency improvement training to maximize the teaching of e-filing with the Scan Manager program in vocational high schools, can be done well and reach suggestions in accordance with the proposals.

Abstract

Salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan untuk menghindari pembajakan musik adalah dengan cara menggunakan aplikasi streaming musik, karena musisi mendapatkan royalti dari hasil streaming pendengar. Spotify merupakah salah satu aplikasi streaming musik yang sudah berdiri selama lebih dari sepuluh tahun. Sebagai layanan yang menyediakan jenis layanan gratis dan berbayar, pengguna berbayar Spotify belum mendominasi total pengguna. Pengguna layanan gratis masih lebih banyak karena persepsi yang diberikan konsumen atas layanan gratis memiliki percieved value yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan layanan premium.  Karena pengguna layanan gratis mendapatkan manfaat dari sebuah layanan tanpa adanya pengorbanan yang dilakukan sama sekali. Sedangkan pengguna layanan premium menggunakan layanan yang disertai fitur-fitur tambahan dengan membayar sejumlah biaya. Kepuasan pengguna layanan salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh perceived value dari sebuah produk atau layanan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived value Spotify Premium terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah IBM SPSS 21. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 133 responden yang terdiri dari mahasiswa pengguna Spotify Premium di wilayah Bandung Raya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived value berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna Spotify.

Abstract

Penggunaan aplikasi video conference di Indonesia selama masa physical distancing atau Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) semakin meningkat. Jenis teknologi layanan mobile pada taksonomi mobile communication services ini mengalami kenaikan unduhan dan proyeksi laju pertumbuhan majemuk secara global dan regional. Di Indonesia, aplikasi video conference direspon positif. Tercatat kenaikan unduhan pada lima platform per Maret 2020. Angka adopsi yang tinggi pada aplikasi video conference mengindikasikan minat yang tinggi dari masyarakat. Momentum ini lantas dimanfaatkan oleh organisasi atau entitas bisnis di Indonesia sebagai medium yang tepat untuk menyelenggarakan kegiatan produktif seperti diskusi berbagai ilmu dan pengetahuan sekaligus sebagai upaya memperkenalkan organisasi kembali sebagai imbas dari pelemahan ekonomi dalam segala sektor dampak pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Melalui website seminar (webinar) sebagai bagian dari strategi bauran komunikasi pemasaran terpadu (IMC). Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur faktor yang mempengaruhi minat perilaku penggunaan aplikasi video conference pada kegiatan webinar, dengan faktor prediktor antara lain performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence dan facilitating condition. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling pada 165 responden dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan performance expectancy sebagai satu-satu nya faktor paling signifikan yang memengaruhi minat perilaku penggunaan teknologi ini.

Abstract

The style of leadership is an important element in a business organization. Leadership style described by Bass consists of transformational leadership and transactional leadership. This study aims to determine how well the transformational leadership style towards employee performance in Kamojang Green Hotel & Resort, in addition to this study, aims to determine the relationship between leadership style with employee performance employee in Kamojang Green Hotel & Resort. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection through questionnaires distributed randomly to employees who work in Kamojang Green Hotel & Resort. The phenomenon happens in Kamojang Green Hotel & Resort is a high level of employee come late due to lack of supervision of the leaders and the lack of punishment that makes a deterrent to employees.To achieve the objectives that have been outlined previously, researchers used several tests such as the test statistic descriptive analysis, correlation, regression and the coefficient of determination. The result is a style of leadership transformational and employees in Kamojang Green Hotel & Resort is good, style of leadership significant positive effect on employee performance, Y = 3,529+0,231???????? a regression coefficient after regression testing against the influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance in Kamojang Green Hotel & Resort.
