Abstract

Latar Belakang: Transformasi digital menuntut perusahaan mengadopsi sistem informasi yang efisien untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan akurasi. PT XYZ masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam peminjaman ruang rapat dan pengelolaan ATK, yang rentan kesalahan dan minim transparansi. Tujuan: Mengembangkan solusi digital berbasis AppSheet untuk mempermudah peminjaman ruang rapat serta pengelolaan dan pengajuan pengadaan ATK secara real-time. Metode: Pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan model Waterfall, dengan evaluasi melalui pengujian Black Box dan survei kepuasan pengguna End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS).  Hasil: Aplikasi berjalan sesuai dengan 12 skenario pengujian Black Box. Survei EUCS menunjukkan kepuasan pengguna tinggi dengan rata-rata skor 83%. Kesimpulan: Solusi digital ini efektif meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akurasi proses operasional di PT XYZ. Pengembangan fitur notifikasi otomatis direkomendasikan untuk optimalisasi lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Tujuan – Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat beli ulang pada bisnis ini. Kebaruan – Kebaruan dari penelitian ini terletak pada objek penelitian dimana Bandung Cheesecuit belum banyak diteliti serta lokasi outlet Cimahi yang belum pernah diteliti oleh para peneliti lainnya. Metode – Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan data yang diperoleh bersumber dari sumber primer yaitu penyebaran kuesioner dengan metode purposive sampling kepada 195 responden dengan kriteria pernah melakukan pembelian di outlet Cimahi minimal 1 kali dalam 3 bulan terakhir. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel bebas dan variabel terikat dengan bantuan perangkat lunak yaitu SPSS versi 25. Temuan – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan antara Kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen Bandung Cheesecuit Outlet Cimahi. Keterbatasan dan Implikasi – Penelitian ini terbatas hanya dilakukan pada sektor bisnis kuliner yaitu Bandung Cheesecuit Outlet Cimahi dan hanya menggunakan dua variabel bebas yaitu kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan, sehingga hasilnya belum dapat digeneralisasi secara luas. Pentingnya sinergi antara mutu produk dan profesionalisme layanan sebagai faktor utama dalam menciptakan nilai pelanggan dan mendorong loyalitas konsumen sehingga memperkuat niat beli ulang pelanggan dalam jangka panjang .Peneliti selanjutnya disarankan untuk memperluas objek penelitian pada outlet lain, merek sejenis maupun sektor bisnis lainnya serta memberikan tambahan variabel lain contohnya harga, promosi, atau citra merek supaya hasil yang diperoleh lebih komprehensif dan dapat digeneralisasi secara lebih luas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of trust and transaction security on interest in using the QRIS payment system (study on QRIS users in Bandung City). The development of technology and payment systems today has encouraged innovations, including the use of QRIS as an increasingly popular digital payment method. In this case, understanding the interaction between trust, security, and interest in use is very important. This study uses quantitative methods with a population of QRIS users in Bandung City. The sample was taken by purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires to 200 respondents. Data collection was done through a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. Data analysis includes validity, reliability, descriptive statistics, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination testing. The results showed that the research instruments were valid and reliable. There is a strong correlation between trust variables and security variables on interest in using, with a contribution of 41.8%. This observation shows that trust and security have a positive and significant influence on interest in using the QRIS payment system in Bandung City. The managerial implications of the results of this study suggest that digital payment service providers, such as banks and financial technology companies, should prioritize improving the security and systems that users trust. This can be done by increasing information transparency, educating about digital transaction security, and strengthening consumer data protection systems. These steps will increase user interest and loyalty to QRIS payment systems and encourage wider adoption of QRIS in society.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze User Generated Content of Glad2Glow products, purchase interest of Glad2Glow products, and the influence of User Generated Content on TikTok social media on purchase interest of Glad2Glow products in Bandung City. This study applies a quantitative approach with Purposive Sampling technique and involves 200 respondents from Glad2Glow product consumers in Bandung City. Data collection was carried out through the use of Google Form which has been validated and realizable with the help of SPSS software version 27.0. Data analysis techniques include data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, correlation tests, simple linear regression tests, T hypothesis tests (partial), and determination coefficient tests used to analyze the influence of User Generated Content on purchase interest. These findings indicate a positive and significant relationship between User Generated Content and purchase interest. This study only focuses on User Generated Content on TikTok social media on purchase interest of Glad2Glow product consumers in Bandung City. These findings are expected to provide better insight into the development of digital marketing and consumer behavior in the era of social media in shaping purchase interest among Glad2Glow product consumers in Bandung City.

Abstract

Abstrak Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia melalui penerapan aplikasi presensi digital berbasis Jotform. Sistem ini dikembangkan untuk menggantikan proses presensi manual dan presensi Face ID. Dalam kegiatan ini, sebanyak 30 pekerja harian dilibatkan, dengan metode Black Box Testing digunakan untuk pengujian sistem serta wawancara berbasis Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) guna menilai penerimaan pengguna terhadap teknologi. Penerapan teknologi informasi dalam konteks ini membuktikan bahwa digitalisasi mampu mendorong transformasi positif dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia, baik dari segi operasional maupun hasil jangka panjang bagi organisasi dan perusahaan. Kata kunci: sistem informasi; aplikasi; presensi digital Abstract This service aims to improve the efficiency of human resource management through the implementation of a Jotform-based digital attendance application. This system was developed to replace the manual attendance process and Face ID attendance. In this activity, 30 daily workers were involved, with the black box testing method used for system testing and interviews based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to assess user acceptance of technology. The application of information technology in this context proves that digitalization can drive positive transformation in human resource management, both in terms of operations and long-term results for organizations and companies. Keywords: information system; application; digital presence

Abstract

UMKM Memiliki peranan penting dalam roda perekonomian Indonesia, ada beberbapa kendala yang dihadapai UMKM saat ini seperti mitra program pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yaitu kurangnya efisiensi dalam prediksi stock kebutuhan bisnisnya. Program pengabdian kepada Masyarakat bertujuan untuk membuat Standar Operasiolan Prosedur (SOP) untuk memastikan bahwa proses order inventory tambahan khususnya untuk item daging dilakukan secara efisien dan sesuai kebutuhan, dengan selalu berpatok kepada jumlah persediaan yang mesti dipesan sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan di sistem. Metode observasi; pembuatan pilot project Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP); uji coba; penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP). Hasil dari program pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini perusahaan dalam mengefisiensikan proses order inventory tambahan dapat dilihat dari sebelum penerapan SOP 277 dan setelah penerapan 251. Hal ini mampu menekan jumlah stok akhir, program ini memberikan manfaat langung bagi mitra.

Abstract

BCA Mobile is one of the mobile banking applications involved in competition among four major banks in Indonesia. However, currently, the BCA Mobile application is experiencing slower growth compared to its competitors in terms of user numbers, transaction volume, and value. To enhance user intention to use the mobile banking application, ease of use and usefulness are crucial factors. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach is used to examine the influence of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on the intention to use the technology. Additionally, the phenomenon of phishing in the financial sector in Bandung City and the doubts among some users in Bandung about the security of the BCA Mobile application are also concerns addressed. Therefore, the perception of trust in security is also included in this study. This research employs a quantitative descriptive method, involving a population of 447,968 with a sample of 402 respondents selected through non-probability and purposive sampling. Primary data was collected through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using tests for validity, reliability, descriptive statistics, classical assumptions, correlation, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The research findings indicate that the instruments used are valid and reliable. On average, users of the BCA Mobile application in Bandung find the application easy to use, useful, and trust its security, with average response values >4.30. The study also found a strong correlation between the independent and dependent variables, demonstrating a positive and significant influence of perceived ease of use, usefulness, and trust on the intention to use the BCA Mobile application by 32.2%. The remaining 67.8% is influenced by factors outside the scope of this study's model.

Abstract

The use of non-subsidized LPG, Bright Gas, designated for middle and upper income households, always decreases every year, on the other side the use of LPG subsidized 3 Kg has increased. This condition indicates the low interest in buying bright gas in the community. One of the ways to increase the use of Bright Gas is by utilizing sales promotion programs, considering the long price difference between Bright Gas and LPG 3 Kg. This study aims to analyze the effect of trade-in sales promotion on Bright Gas buying interest among upper middle-income households in Bandung city. This study used quantitative methods with 183 samples determined using purposive sampling techniques, simple linear regression analysis was used in this study with the aid of SPSS software to measure the strength of the relationship between the variables in the study. The findings in this study show that trade-in sales promotion has a significant positive effect on Bright Gas buying interest.

Abstract

laksanaan Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) di PT Bank X bertujuan untuk memberikan pengalaman langsung kepada penulis dalam memahami proses operasional, sistem kearsipan, serta pelayanan nasabah pada sektor perbankan modern. Kegiatan ini menjadi sarana pembelajaran praktis yang menghubungkan teori perkuliahan dengan implementasi nyata di dunia kerja. Selama pelaksanaan PKL, penulis terlibat secara aktif dalam berbagai aktivitas, seperti membantu penyusunan laporan penjualan, pengelolaan arsip dan dokumen nasabah, pelaksanaan rapat internal, rekapitulasi serta tindak lanjut data nasabah, hingga mendukung kegiatan promosi melalui event open table bersama nasabah. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi observasi langsung terhadap kegiatan operasional harian, partisipasi aktif dalam proses administrasi dan pelayanan, serta dokumentasi terhadap seluruh kegiatan yang berlangsung di lingkungan kerja. Dari hasil pelaksanaan PKL, penulis memperoleh pemahaman komprehensif mengenai bagaimana sistem pelayanan perbankan dijalankan secara profesional dengan mengedepankan prinsip ketelitian, dan kepuasan nasabah. Melalui pengalaman ini, penulis tidak hanya memperoleh pemahaman kontekstual mengenai praktik kerja di dunia perbankan, tetapi juga meningkatkan kesiapan profesional untuk menghadapi dunia kerja yang sesungguhnya.

Abstract

Bandung is the center of Muslim fashion in West Java even at the national level. This causes intense business competition in the world of Muslim fashion. To that end, an important role that must be performed by a company is to prioritize product quality and product innovation as a basis for attracting customer so that customer can feel satisfaction from the quality of the products produced. According to Google trends Rabbani trends also experienced a decline in customer interest in the purchasing Muslim fashion. And the results of distributing pre-research questionnaires obtained 70.45% or 31 people were disappointed with the quality of their muslim fashion, this resulted in customer not satisfied with the Rabbani. This study aims to determine how the quality and innovation of Rabbani products to customer satisfaction in the city of Bandung. According to Garvin (1987) there are eight dimensions to test product quality variables, namely performance, features, reliability, conformance, durability, serviceability, aesthetic and perceived quality. Customer satisfaction is measured by three dimensions, namely overall quality, customization and reliability. The study was conducted using quantitative methods. The sampling technique using non-probability sampling techniques and questionnaires were distributed to Rabbani customer in Bandung as many as 150 respondents. Analysis of research data using SEM PLS (Partial Square Structural Equation Modeling) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. the results showed that product quality and innovation had a significant effect on customer satisfaction
