Abstract

Peningkatan pertumbuhan penduduk di Semarang berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan kebutuhan sampah dan listrik. Persoalannya, sampah hanya berpindah dari tempat pembuangan sampah ke tempat pembuangan akhir. Hal ini menyebabkan munculnya dampak buruk terhadap lingkungan kota yang kotor. Di sisi lain, permintaan kebutuhan listrik yang tinggi setiap tahunnya meningkat. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini adalah pemborosan telah dimanfaatkan bahan pembangkit listrik. Dua parameter telah diusulkan untuk memprediksi potensi pembangkit listrik tenaga sampah di kota Semarang seperti populasi dan sampah. Algoritma backpropagation dari JST telah digunakan untuk memprediksi pembangkit listrik tenaga sampah untuk tahun 2020 hingga 2022. Variabel yang digunakan dalam peramalan meliputi ukuran populasi dan volume sampah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produksi listrik WPP adalah 8,8 MWH untuk peramalan 3 tahun. sedangkan pertumbuhan orang ditunjukkan sebagai 1,7 juta selama 3 tahun. Potensi pembangkit listrik sampah PLN telah diberikan 0,29% dari total kebutuhan listrik di Jawa Tengah.

Abstract

The process of identifying the ripeness level of cayenne peppers is an important step in cultivation and post-harvest handling. Dependence on the quality factors of farmers, such as visual diversity and differences in ripeness perception, results in subjective harvest outcomes. This manual process is also prone to inconsistent results, as humans have time limitations, fatigue, and sometimes lack concentration when sorting for long periods. To minimize these issues, technological intervention is needed to mechanically classify the ripeness level of cayenne peppers. This research aims to develop a classification model for the maturity level of cayenne pepper plants. This research proposes the use of the CNN method for feature extraction and KNN for data classification based on the features extracted by CNN. From the test scenarios carried out, the classification carried out by KNN based on CNN feature extraction got the best accuracy of 99.33%, while the CNN classification model got the best accuracy of 87.33%.

Abstract

In Indonesia, tuberculosis is ranked third in terms of prevalence among countries with the highest tuberculosis burden. Radiological examination, such as X-rays or X-rays, is a method generally used to detect tuberculosis. Chest X-ray examination is one method used to detect tuberculosis. To achieve these goals, the research will combine two powerful data processing techniques. First, the K-Means algorithm will be used to group x-ray image data based on similar characteristics, making it easier to identify typical patterns from images infected with tuberculosis. The research results show the highest accuracy of 93% using data division with a ratio of 80 : 20 with parameter K = 1. These results show that the combined model of the two algorithms can be applied to identify tuberculosis in the lungs.

Abstract

Consumers will make purchasing decisions about a product influenced by several things, namely, price and consumers can make purchasing decisions. This is the company's main goal in making a profit. Apart from price, what influences purchasing decisions is brand image, where brand image plays an important role in a decision to purchase a Vivo cellphone. The formulation of the problem in this research is 1. Does price influence the decision to purchase Vivo cellphones at Griya Satria Cibeber Housing, 2. Does brand image influence the decision to purchase Vivo cellphones at Griya Satria Cibeber Housing, 3. Do price and brand image influence purchasing decisions Vivo cellphone at Griya Satria Cibeber Housing Complex. This research aims to find out how influential price and brand image are on purchasing decisions for Vivo cellphones. The analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis and uses a survey method of 60 respondents. The data collection technique uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis uses classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination analysis. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, the value tcount > ttable (3,455 > 2,542) and the significant value 0.001 < ɑ (0.05), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the significance test, it was found that there is a significant influence between the price variable (X1) on purchasing decisions (Y). And the value of tcount > ttable (4,593 > 2,542) and the significant value is 0.000 < ɑ (0.05), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the significance test, it was found that there is a significant influence between the brand image variable (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y).

Abstract

Penyimpanan obat yang tepat sangat penting untuk menjaga kualitas dan efektivitasnya. Perubahan suhu dan kelembaban yang tidak terkendali dapat menyebabkan kerusakan obat, yang berpotensi membahayakan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem pemantauan dan pengendalian suhu serta kelembaban pada ruang penyimpanan obat menggunakan metode Fuzzy Mamdani. Sistem ini memanfaatkan sensor suhu dan kelembaban AHT25 yang terhubung dengan mikrokontroler ESP32 untuk pemantauan waktu nyata. Data suhu dan kelembaban ditampilkan pada layar LCD 16x4 serta Node-red, dan sistem dilengkapi dengan IR Transmitter untuk mengontrol AC agar suhu ruangan tetap terjaga sesuai standar Farmakope. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu memantau kondisi ruang penyimpanan obat dengan akurasi tinggi, dengan rata-rata error sebesar 0,15% untuk suhu dan 0,29% untuk kelembaban dibandingkan alat ukur komersial. Pengujian fuzzy dengan MATLAB menunjukkan rata-rata error 0,3%. Selain itu, sensor IR Transmitter dapat mengontrol AC secara optimal pada sudut 90° dan jarak 2 meter, dengan delay antara tampilan LCD dan respon solenoid door lock sebesar 4,2%. Sistem ini menawarkan solusi efektif untuk menjaga kualitas obat dalam ruang penyimpanan, memiliki solutivitas yang tinggi karena menawarkan solusi konkret yang bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan masalah tertentu, yaitu menjaga kualitas obat.

Abstract

Terdapat peningkatan minat dalam penggunaan penyekat beta untuk mengobati takikardia pada sepsis, namun umumnya penyekat beta relatif dikontraindikasikan untuk sepsis karena dapat menyebabkan penurunan aktivitas jantung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran pengobatan penyekat beta pada pasien dengan takikardia persisten yang disebabkan oleh sepsis. Pencarian jurnal elektronik dilakukan di PubMed, ScienceDirect, dan Cochrane dari Januari 2013 hingga Mei 2023 untuk mengidentifikasi uji coba kontrol acak yang menilai peran pengobatan penyekat beta pada pasien dengan takikardia persisten yang disebabkan oleh sepsis. Penyekat beta yang dipilih pada penelitian ini adalah penyekat beta kerja pendek esmolol. Penggunaan penyekat beta pada pasien dengan takikardia persisten dan sepsis secara signifikan dikaitkan dengan rendahnya risiko semua penyebab kematian (P<0,0001; OR 0,42; 95%CI 0,27 - 0,65). Terdapat juga penurunan denyut jantung yang signifikan (P<0.00001; MD -18.34; 95%CI -25.62 - -11.06) dan peningkatan signifikan pada indeks volume sekuncup (P 0.01; MD 2.61; 95%CI 0.62 - 4.59) pada kelompok kelompok penyekat beta dibandingkan dengan kontrol. Beberapa penelitian lainnya melaporkan bahwa penurunan denyut jantung dengan esmolol secara efektif meningkatkan efisiensi kardiovaskular dengan menurunkan elastansi arteri statis dan meningkatkan volume sekuncup.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas implementasi checksum untuk keandalan data dalam transmisi pesan AIS (Automatic Identification System) untuk pengembangan sistem prediksi daerah penangkapan ikan. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk memastikan integritas data yang dikirimkan melalui AIS dengan menggunakan metode perhitungan checksum berbasis operasi XOR. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi pengumpulan data, analisis perhitungan checksum, dan validasi data melalui pengujian di laboratorium. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan checksum berbasis XOR efektif dalam mendeteksi kesalahan selama transmisi data AIS. Dengan penerapan checksum ini, data yang diterima dapat diverifikasi keakuratannya, sehingga mengurangi risiko kesalahan dan kerusakan data selama transmisi. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi bahwa panjang pesan AIS mempengaruhi nilai checksum yang dihasilkan, yang penting untuk memastikan integritas data dalam berbagai kondisi transmisi.

Abstract

Hypertension is a common disease in society and can lead to serious complications if not properly managed. This study aims to design a web-based expert system to assist in diagnosing hypertension using the Certainty Factor and Dempster Shafer methods. The Certainty Factor method is used to measure the confidence level of reported symptoms, while the Dempster Shafer method combines information from various sources to generate more accurate decisions. The system is designed with a user-friendly interface to facilitate access for medical personnel and patients. The research results show that the Certainty Factor method achieved an accuracy 97,9%, while the Dempster Shafer method reache 96,4%. The accuracy difference of 1,4% indicates that the Certainty Factor method is more effective in handling the uncertainty of hypertension symptoms than the Dempster Shafer method.

Abstract

Employee performance is the result of an individual's efforts in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, which is reflected in the quality and quantity of work achieved. PT. Mitra Tunas Harapan, a company engaged in providing construction services in Cilegon, has various activities that include planning, design, project supervision, and construction management services. To achieve company goals, employee performance is one of the important factors influencing the company's operational success. Several factors believed to influence employee performance include communication and workload. This study aims to analyze the effect of communication and workload on employee performance at PT. Mitra Tunas Harapan. This study involved a population consisting of 36 employees at the company. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with a total sampling method, meaning the entire population was sampled in this study. The results showed that communication partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This indicates that good communication between superiors and employees, as well as between employees, can improve task understanding and streamline work processes, which ultimately contribute to improved performance. In addition, workload was also shown to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. A workload that matches employee capacity can improve their productivity and work quality. Simultaneously, both communication and workload have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Therefore, companies need to address both factors to improve employee performance and optimally achieve company goals. Furthermore, this study highlights the importance of effective communication management within organizations. Clear and open communication between managers and employees can reduce misunderstandings and improve coordination in carrying out tasks.

Abstract

The main objectives are to identify emotion patterns hidden in K-Pop music based on audio features extracted from the Spotify API and to build an emotion classification model that can predict the emotions of K-Pop songs.In this approach, the K-Means algorithm is used to cluster K-Pop songs based on audio features such as energy, valence, tempo, danceability, and speechiness. The clustering results reveal several main groups that represent variations in musical characteristics and emotions. Next, the C4.5 algorithm was used to build an emotion classification model based on the clustering results. The C4.5 model showed high performance with accuracy reaching 99.48% on a 90:10 dataset split, 99.21% on an 80:20 split, and 98.95% on a 70:30 split.The Streamlit application was developed to visualize emotion predictions from K-Pop songs with a web-based user interface. In addition, Ngrok was used to provide remote access to this application, allowing users to test and use the application remotely.The results of this study show that the combination of K-Means and C4.5 can effectively cluster and classify emotions in K-Pop music, providing valuable insights into the musical characteristics that influence emotions. This application has the potential to be used in further analysis, development of intelligent features in music applications, and improvement of user experience in listening to K-Pop music.
