Abstract

The problems in this study are the low motivation of students to learn, the low ability of teachers to create active learning conditions, the lack of positive reinforcement, and the teacher tends to repeat reinforcement on student mistakes. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between reinforcement and student motivation at SD Negeri 106158 Pematang Johar. This research is a correlational study, conducted at SD 106158 Pematang Johar in the 2020/2021 academic year with a population of 98 people and a sample of 98 people (= 0.05). The instrument used to obtain research data is a questionnaire of each variable with a Likert Scale. The data analysis technique used in this research is to use the product moment correlation coefficient test, by first testing the requirements such as normality, homogeneity, and linearity tests. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was found that reinforcement was on the moderate criteria (mean = 26.1) and learning motivation was also on the moderate criteria (mean = 42.47). The results of the correlation analysis show rxy = 0.221 while rtable = 0.05 (0.1986) thus it can be said that there is a positive relationship between reinforcement and learning motivation. Furthermore, the results of the t-test obtained 2.22 while the t-table with = 0.05 obtained the value of t-table = 1.98447. Thus, it can be concluded that the higher the reinforcement, the higher the student's learning motivation.

Abstract

The Government has established Law Number 6 Year 2014 concerning Villages and Village Minister Regulation Number 21 of 2015 concerning Priorities for the Use of Village Funds. The ideal allocation of village funds is to improve welfare and equitable distribution of rural development through improving public services in the village, advancing the village economy, overcoming the development gap between villages and strengthening village communities as subjects of development.This study aims to identify and describe the readiness of the village government, supporting factors and obstacles in the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation in the District of Galang.The method used in this study is a qualitative research approach. The collection of research data was obtained by triangulation techniques through observation, interviews and documents. The results of this study reveal the findings that the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation in the field of education is still minimum, the lack of understanding of the village apparatus regarding the use of the budget is the dominant factor. The use of village fund allocation is still focused on the development of village infrastructure such as road construction.

Abstract

The low literacy skills of students are a serious problem in schools, so researchers apply the book gathering method. This method aims to encourage students to read more and be responsible for reading material. The book gathering method is intended so that students can regulate their desires regarding the books they read. Apart from that, teachers can also carry out various learning activities which are essentially to reactivate the library or reading corner in the classroom. This research is a qualitative descriptive research consisting of planning stages, collecting initial data, main data and final data, as well as completion. The research subjects were VA class students. Data was collected through interview, observation and documentation techniques. The validity of the data was obtained through a process of triangulation of sources and methods. Data analysis was carried out through coding and categorizing data as well as data interpretation. The results of the research show that children's literacy skills have shown a significant increase after implementing the book social gathering method. This is marked by the increasing awareness and need of children for books as a learning resource. In general, class V A students at PAB 34 Private Elementary School have achieved indicators of success in improving their literacy skills. This is characterized by high enthusiasm for the existence of books and the need for books. Evaluation is carried out through end-of-semester monitoring and evaluation using violation record instruments and monitoring observation results. The evaluation aspects include planning, completeness of facilities, implementation, achievement of targets and comparison of conditions.

Abstract

This thesis aims to see an increase in student learning outcomes through the Problem Solving method. This thesis examines the unequal distribution of learning outcomes for private students at PAB 19 Bandar Klippa which is known from the results of observations. Learning that is only teacher-centered results in students not being active in class, and teachers being less innovative in developing learning regarding the use of media or learning methods. The method used is Classroom Action Research through two cycles consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection activities. The subjects of this research were fourth grade students at PAB 19 Bandar Klippa Private Elementary School, totaling 42 students. The instruments in this research used observation and tests. The results of the research and discussion show that there is an increase in student learning outcomes in social studies learning through the application of problem solving methods. The increase in learning outcomes is marked by an increase in the total value of students' learning completion achievements, namely at the pre-cycle stage it was 23.8%, then in cycle I it increased to 57.1%, and in cycle II it increased further to 85.7%.

Abstract

This research aims to find out about the low learning scores of class III students at SD Negeri 101964 Jaharun A Galang which is known from the results of observations. The lack of innovation in learning makes some students look bored. Teachers usually use conventional methods, namely lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and assignments so that student activity in learning tends to be low. The approach used to overcome the problem in this research is by using Power Point learning media. Power Point media is a presentation tool, usually used to explain something that is summarized and packaged in a Power Point slide. So that readers can more easily understand our explanation through visualizations summarized in the slides. With Power Point media, it is hoped that all the material presented by the teacher will be accepted by students. Powerpoint media has the advantage/advantage of Power Point, namely that one of the features is that it provides the ability to create presentations that include music that plays the entire presentation or sound effects for certain slides. The method used is Classroom Action Research through two cycles consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection activities. The results of the research and discussion show that the results of the pre-test in the Pracycle obtained data from 40 students, 7 of whom were declared complete or 17.50% and 33 of them were incomplete, 82.50% with an average score of 47.75. The test results in Cycle I were obtained data from 40 students, 29 of them were declared complete or 82.50% and 11 students had not completed 27.50% with an average score of 72.75. The test results in Cycle II obtained data from 40 students, 36 of whom were declared complete or 90.00% and 4 people did not complete 10.00% with an average score of 83.50. For this reason, the researcher decided to complete the research in cycle II.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Analyze the reading ability of second grade students before visual stimulation at SD Negeri 105286 Tandam Hilir I, (2) Test and analyze whether the visual stimulation method using image media affects the reading ability of second grade students at SDN 105286 Tandam Hilir I. This type of research is experimental research. The subjects of this study were the second grade students of SDN 105286 Tandam Hilir I, totaling 19 students. The method used in this research is the experimental method. The research design used was One Group Pretest-Posttes. In the trial activity did not use the control group. This design is done by comparing the results of the pretest with the posttest in the group being tested. The results of this study indicate that the process of observing and paying attention to students' images is able to improve reading skills. There is a difference in the pretest and posttest scores of class II students at SDN 105286 Tandam Hilir I.

Abstract

The purpose of this study, namely 1) To find out how to implement the bold learning model. 2) To find out what factors are the obstacles in the implementation of bold learning, and 3) To find out the supporting factors in the brave learning process during the pandemic 4) To determine the teacher's ability to design bold learning media during the covid-19 pandemic in class II SDN 101749 Klumpang Kebun Academic Year 2021 This research is a qualitative research with descriptive analysis technique. Analysis of research data obtained from the process of searching and compiling systematically, data obtained from observations, interviews and the field, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and levers. The results showed that, 1) The implementation of the bold learning model in class II was by utilizing several applications, using one sheet of lesson plans and evaluating worksheets that could be taken and collected directly to school. 2) The inhibiting factors in the implementation of courage learning are the lack of effectiveness and time efficiency, the lack of enthusiasm of students and the lack of students' understanding of the material. 3) Supporting factors for bold learning, namely, schools facilitate wifi for teachers in schools, and students are given free internet quota. 4) The teacher designs learning by making learning videos and sending them through the WhatsApp application so that students can reopen the learning materials provided by the teacher and re-learn them.

Abstract

Kurikulum merupakan suatu proses penentu dalam tujuan pembelajaran berdasarkan beberapa aspek seperti aspek kebutuhan, pemilihan materi dan metode pembelajaran, pengembangan materi dan aktivitas pembelajaran, evaluasi hasil pembelajaran yang dirancang dengan mempertimbangkan perkembangan karakteristik peserta didik. Penelitian ini berjenis kualitatif deskriptif dan data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari penelitan ini yaitu implementasi kurikulum merdeka telah diterapkan di SDN 107416 Sugiharjo dengan optimal dan sedang berlangsung. Menurut kepala sekolah masih ditemukan beberapa permasalahan yang terjadi dilapangan terkait dengan kesiapan guru dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka belajar antara lain tidak seluruh guru telah mengerti mengenai kurikulum merdeka belajar, masih lemahanya penguasaan teknologi informasi, minimnya seminar yang membahas perihal tentang Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Sekolah Dasar dan masih adanya guru yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang tidak bervariasi untuk kegiatan pembelajaran. Penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka memperhatikan minat peserta didik dan ditiadakannya KKM, munculnya Kriteria Ketercapaian Tujuan Pembelajaran (KKTP). Adanya penerapan Proyek Penguatan Profil pelajar Pancasila (P5). Terdapat perbedaan mata pelajaran yaitu Pendidikan Pancasila, IPAS, dan SBdP. Perangkat pembelajaran berubah menjadi CP, analisis CP, tujuan (Analisis Tujuan Pembelajaran) dan modul. Capaian Pembelajaran atau disingkat CP berubah dari Kompetensi Dasar dan Kompetensi Indikator, modul berubah dari RPP. Penilaian yang digunakan pada kurikulum merdeka adalah penilaian formatif dan sumatif. Keberhasilan kurikulum merdeka terletak pada kerjasama Kepala Sekolah dan guru, sehingga peserta didik mampu mengembangkan kreativitas masing-masing. Kata kunci: Kurikulum merdeka, Kesiapan Sekolah The curriculum is a process of determining learning objectives based on several aspects such as aspects of needs, selection of learning materials and methods, development of learning materials and activities, evaluation of learning outcomes which are designed by considering the development of student characteristics. This research is a descriptive qualitative type and the data obtained was then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The implementation of the independent curriculum at SDN 107416 Sugiharjo has been implemented optimally and is ongoing. According to the principal, there are still several problems that occur in the field related to teacher readiness in implementing the independent learning curriculum, including not all teachers understand the independent learning curriculum, weak mastery of information technology, the lack of seminars discussing the Independent Learning Curriculum for Elementary Schools and still there are teachers who use learning methods that do not vary for learning activities. The implementation of the Independent Curriculum takes into account the interests of students and the elimination of KKM, the emergence of Learning Goal Achievement Criteria (KKTP). The implementation of the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila students (P5). There are different subjects, namely Pancasila Education, IPAS, and SBdP. Learning tools change to CP, CP analysis, objectives (Learning Objective Analysis) and modules. Learning Outcomes or abbreviated as CP changed from Basic Competencies and Indicator Competencies, modules changed from RPP. The assessments used in the independent curriculum are formative and summative assessments. The key to the success of the independent curriculum lies in the collaboration of the principal and teachers, so that students are able to develop their own creativity. Abstract

This research aims as follows: to determine the effect of peer conformity on the intensity of bullying. This type of research is a quantitative research approach. The subjects of this research were 20 students in class IV and V of SD Negeri 105372 Batang Terap, consisting of 13 class IV students and 7 class V students. The research used correlational research because it looked for the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. This research was conducted to determine the level of relationship between two or more variables, without making changes, additions or manipulation to existing data. The research results show that peer conformity can influence bullying behavior with an F result of 0.154 and a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05), and has a regression coefficient of 0.075. This can be interpreted as meaning that the higher the peer conformity, the higher the bullying behavior, and vice versa, the lower the peer conformity, the lower the bullying behavior. Based on the data presented, there is an effective contribution of the peer conformity variable to bullying behavior of 50%. This was carried out to determine the level of relationship between two or more variables, without making changes, additions or manipulations to existing data. The research results show that peer conformity can influence bullying behavior.

Abstract

Salah satu indikator kesuksesan penerapan MBS di sekolah dilihat dari aspek peran serta masyarakat. Peran serta masyarakat khususnya orang tua siswa dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan selama ini masih minim. Partisipasi masyarakat selama ini pada umumnya sebatas pada dukungan dana, sementara dukungan lain seperti pemikiran, moral, dan bidang barang atau jasa kurang diperhatikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah, factor yang mendukung serta penghambat dalam implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah di Kecamatan Pantai Labu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data penelitian diperoleh dengan teknik triangulasi melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan temuan bahwa peran serta masyarakat dalam implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah masih minim, kurangnya pemahaman kepala sekolah tentang batasan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sekolah merupakan paktor dominan. Keterlibatan masyarakat sebagai bagian dari komite sekolah masih sebatas formalitas untuk melengkapi struktur sekolah.
