Abstract

The health of a bank can be seen from the bank's financial statements. The method that can be used in assessing bank performance according to Bank Indonesia regulation Number 13/1/PBI/2011 in its assessment uses the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance factor, Earning factor and Capital factor).        This study aims to obtain information about the health of the bank based on the annual report of Bank Mandiri Syariah. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the data used is the financial report data of Bank Mandiri Syariah.        The results of the bank's health assessment include the following, Assessment of the Risk Profile factor using the NPF ratio and FDR ratio is in the healthy category. This illustrates that Bank Syariah Mandiri has good risk management. The factor of Good Corporate Governance using self-assessment contained in the report on the implementation of Good Corporate Governance received a very healthy category, this reflects that the bank has implemented the principles of Good Corporate Governance well and has maintained it for the last 5 years. Earning factor using the ratio of NOM, ROA, ROE, and BOPO received a fairly healthy rating, this reflects inadequate profitability, earnings that do not meet targets and require immediate profit performance improvements to ensure the continuity of the bank's business. The Capital Factor received a very healthy category, this reflects that the bank has very adequate quality and capital adequacy relative to its risk profile, which is accompanied by very strong capital management in accordance with the characteristics, business scale, and complexity of the bank's business.         The soundness level of Bank Syariah Mandiri shows that the predicate of the bank's health is in accordance with the standards set by the OJK. Bank Syariah Mandiri’s financial ratios increased and overall only received a healthy predicate

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance at PT Restu Mahkota Karya Cikampek. This study uses a quantitative approach. Quantitative research aims to develop a mathematical model, where this research does not only use theories taken from the literature or theoretical studies, but is also very important to build hypotheses that have a relationship with the natural phenomena to be studied. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire and tested through a simple linear regression test, test the correlation coefficient and test the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the effect of organizational culture on performance is 37.3% and the remaining 62.7% is not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Karawang District Health Office. The method used in this study is a quantitative method and uses descriptive and verification analysis, the sampling technique uses non-probability sampling, namely saturated sampling with a sample of 108 respondents. Testing is assisted by using the SPPS tool. The coefficient of determination shows the influence of work discipline on employee performance at the Karawang District Health Office of 38.8% while the remaining 61.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. This study concluded that work discipline has a significant influence on employee performance at the Karawang District Health Office.

Abstract

In : This study uses quantitative methods that are descriptive and causal. The population in this study were all employees of Hermina Karawang Hospital, totaling 187 employees. The sampling technique in this study was Probability Sampling with simple random sampling method. The sample in this study used the Slovin calculation method of 5% so that the sample obtained in this study was 128 employees. Based on the results of the study, the coefficient of determination shows the effect of work motivation on employee performance at Hermina Karawang Hospital by 72.5% while the remaining 27.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. This study concludes that work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance at Hermina Karawang Hospital.

Abstract

Banyak masyarakat di pedesaan yang hidupnya mengandalkan bekerja di sawah dan sambil berdagang dar sisa waktu yang tersedia. Pekerjaan di sawah seringkali hanya pada saat tanam dan pada saat panen saja. Sedangkan pekeraan berdagang sebagai pekerjaam sambilan untk tambahan penghasilan yang menopang dari pekerjaan utama bekerja disawah. Dengan demikian banyak waktu yang terbuang tersisa bagi pekerja pokoknya disawah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat kali ini bertitiktolak pada pemberdayaan masyarakat desa melalui pengembangan soft skill pembuatan Roti Kijing dalam upaya peningkatan pendapatan keluarga di Desa Cilamaya, Kecamatan Cilamaya, Kabupaten Karawang. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah pemberdayaan Masyarakat melalui partisipasi Masyarakat dengan sosialisasi dan pendampingan memberikan ketrampilan pembuatan packing yang menarik dan promosi dan pemaaran melalui instragam yang dapat menambah pendapatan keluarga.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of local financial stability on the financial resilience of local governments. The study examines the relationship between financial stability, efficient budget management, wise debt control, long-term financial sustainability, and the financial resilience of local governments. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing regression analysis to analyze the data collected from various local governments. The findings indicate a significant positive influence of financial stability, efficient budget management, wise debt control, and long-term financial sustainability on the financial resilience of local governments. The study contributes to the understanding of the crucial factors affecting the financial well-being of local governments and provides insights for policymakers to enhance financial planning and resilience.

Abstract

This research aimed to measure and analyze those influence which came from workload, work environment and teamwork on turnover intention through organization commitment. This research include in quantitative research. Population and sample in this research were all employee at PT. Multipro Jaya Prima, with total 84 employees. The sample gathered technique used saturated sampling. The research data used linear regression. The results from t-test for variables such as workload, work environment, and teamwork had an influence toward turnover intention either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

This research has purposed to revealed those impact from the leadership, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance in one of finance company in Indonesia. This research were include in qualitative descriptive research with the population are all employees of that finance company in Indonesia, which amounted of 405 employees, the sampling technique used proportional random sampling with a sample size of 80 respondents. The data collected through questionnaires. The data analysis method that used is multiple linear regression analysis to examine the hypothesis. According to these data analysis, the results shows that leadership, motivation and job satisfaction had a positive and significant affect on employee performance.

Abstract

The research intention was to investigate further relates to the impact caused by Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) to Return on Assets (ROA) in Manufacturing Companies in the Multi-Industrial Sector which registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2015 -2019. This research were used a descriptive verification method and secondary data to be processed. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with total sample of 9 companies. Research approach which applied here was multiple regression analysis method. And it has the result which indicate that the role of CR, DER, and TATO on ROA was simultaneously significant of 34.4%. However, there has partially impact which only occured on CR and TATO to ROA.
