Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine which marketing strategies based on event marketing and sponsorship can increase the number of customers for Cimory Milk products. This type of research is quantitative. The data collection method in this research used a questionnaire technique, with a sample of 100 respondents. The results of the research show that the multiple linear regression Y = 26,889 + 0.332 increase the number of customers for Cimory dairy products. The results of the event marketing test (XI) show tcount 5.336 > ttable 1.984 and significance 0.000 < 0.05, so the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that event marketing has a positive and significant effect on increasing the number of customers for Cimory milk products. The results of the sponsorship test (X2) show tcount 5.336 > ttable 1.984 and significance 0.045 <0.05, so the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that event marketing has a positive and significant effect on increasing the number of customers for Cimory milk products. Based on the comparison of the Fcount value with Ftable, the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value, namely 17.314 > 2.70, so it is concluded that accepting the hypothesis, this means that there is a simultaneous influence between event marketing (XI) sponsorship (X2) to increase the number of customers for Cimory milk products. This can be seen at the significance level of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are productive businesses owned by individuals or business entities that have met the criteria as micro businesses. One of them is Mr. Muklis's Snack business in Talang Saling village. Based on the results of a survey conducted at Mr. Muklis' business, it is known that his business is still not prominent in the midst of increasingly fierce competition. This is because the product packaging still uses ordinary and unattractive packaging, as well as the lack of knowledge about the benefits of packaging for a product. Based on these problems, we aim to help business owners by socializing the benefits of packaging for a product to increase competitiveness

Abstract

Humans always play an active and dominant role in every organizational activity because humans become planners, actors, and determinants of the realization of organizational goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Office of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of South Bengkulu Regency. The sample in this study were all ASN employees at the South Bengkulu Regional Disaster Management Agency, totaling 44 ASN employees. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis are Equation: Y = 0.897 + 0.215 X1 + 0.764 X2 +e, this illustrates the positive direction of regression, meaning that the motivation variable (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a positive influence on employee performance (Y) at the South Bengkulu Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination using the SPSS test can be seen that the coefficient of determination of R square is 0.902. This means that the value of motivation (X1) and the value of work discipline (X2) affect employee performance (Y) by 90.2% while the remaining 9.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in the study. The results of the t test at the 0.05 significance level explain that partially motivation and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of South Bengkulu Regency. The results of the f test at the 0.05 significance level explain that motivation, and work discipline have a simultaneously significant effect on employee performance at the South Bengkulu Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency.

Abstract

Mr. DIY merupakan sebuah toko retail yang didirikan oleh PT. Duta Intiguna Yasa yang merupakan perusahaan retail yang telah berdiri dari tahun 2005.Mr. DIY merupakan toko ritail yang memberikan pelayanan penjualan mulai dari aksesoris, fasion, olahraga, hingga pada peralatan rumah tangga.Semua produk yang dimiliki Mr. DIY merupakan barang yang memiliki daya Tarik tersendiri karena segala macam kebutuhan masyarakat sudah tersedia disana. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji Validitas, Uji Realibilitas, Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, Kofesien Determensi dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Jumlah sampel yang diteliti 100 Orang konsumen Mr. DIY Manna Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan. Hasil Analisis regresi linear bergaanda tersebut adalah Persamaan Y = 1,081 + 0,107 X1 + 0,224 X2 + 0,626 X3, hal ini menggambarkan arah regresi yang positif, artinya variabel Suasana Toko (X1) , Promosi (X2) dan Keragaman Produk (X3) terdapat pengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Pembeli (Y) di MY DIY Manna Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan. Dari hasil penghitungan dengan menggunakan SPSS dapat diketahui nilai koefisien determinasi dari R square sebesar 0,908. Hal ini berarti bahwa nilai Suasana toko (X1) dan nilai Promosi (X2) serta keragaman produk (X3) berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan pembelian (Y) sebesar 90,8% sedangkan sisanya 9,2 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian.

Abstract

Waste is always a major problem faced by every region. Poor waste management can cause losses, including foul odors, disruption of beauty, flooding, and the threat of increased various diseases. Biopori is an appropriate and environmentally friendly technology to address waste problems. Biopori can help reduce organic waste by decomposing it and turning it into compost that can be utilized by farmers. This activity aims to increase residents' understanding of the dangers of waste and the potential use of Biopori through outreach activities and practical demonstrations of Biopori installation in local residents' homes. The method of implementation of the activity was carried out through socialization to stimulate public interest and curiosity regarding Biopori Holes, as well as direct practice where students directly practiced making Biopori Holes. The result of your activity is the installation of one biopore hole as an example for the community to utilize and develop, as well as an increase in knowledge about the concept, benefits, and techniques of installing biopores, and how to manage waste, especially organic waste.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of risk perception on interest in using the Akulaku online loan application in the South Seluma District community. The sample in this study was 60 people from South Seluma District who had made online loans on the Akulaku application. Data were collected using a questionnaire and the analysis methods used were multiple linear regression, determination tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the analysis show that convenience has a significant effect on interest in using the Akulaku online loan application among the people of South Seluma District, this is proven by the results of the t test showing the tcount value is greater than ttable (3.246 > 1.671) and a significant value of 0.002 < 0.05b meaning H_0 rejected and H_a accepted. Risk perception has a significant influence on interest in using the Akulaku online loan application among the people of South Seluma District, this is proven by the results of the t test showing that the t value is greater than t table (3.727 > 1.671) with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 meaning H_0 is rejected and H_a accepted. Convenience (X_1) and perceived risk (X_2) together have a significant effect on consumers' interest in using online loan applications (Y) in South Seluma District, this is proven by the F test showing the value of Fcount > Ftable (21.311 > 3.16) with a significant value of 0.000.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to increase the sales of Kerupuk Sebring “Rasa Rindu,” a traditional cracker product from Padang Hangat Village, through online promotion using Instagram. The product is part of a home-based business that faces challenges in utilizing social media effectively for marketing. The Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach was applied to identify and optimize local assets such as the unique product, local skills, and existing digital tools. Activities included digital marketing training, Instagram optimization, and visual content creation. The program led to a rise in Instagram followers from 0 to 107 and initiated interaction with potential buyers. These results indicate that consistent digital promotion can expand market reach and enhance brand awareness. It is hoped that this home business will continue to grow and contribute to the local economy.

Abstract

Mutual Cooperation is a cultural value that plays a crucial role in building social solidarity and community cohesion. However, social and cultural developments in modern times have led to a decline in community participation in mutual cooperation activities in some areas. This study aims to analyze the level of community participation, the factors influencing it, and strategies to strengthen mutual cooperation in RT 03 RW 01 Pematang Gubernur. A descriptive qualitative method was used, with data collected through observation and documentation. Informants were purposively selected, including the neighborhood head, community leaders, and residents who both participate and do not participate. The results show that community participation in mutual cooperation remains fairly high, especially in communal work and public facility development, supported by a sense of social responsibility and solidarity. The main obstacles are busy work schedules, individualistic lifestyles, and lack of awareness among some residents. Regular meetings and the role of community leaders effectively increase participation and a sense of belonging. The study concludes that strengthening the culture of mutual cooperation requires raising collective awareness, empowering community leaders, and adjusting activity schedules to accommodate residents’ needs. These findings are important for maintaining communal values amid social and cultural dynamics in modern society.

Abstract

Plastic waste is a major problem in Indonesia that contributes to environmental damage. This is due to the increasing demand for plastic in line with population growth and the lack of public awareness regarding the reuse of plastic waste. Plastic is indeed one of the biggest 'enemies' of the environment, with used beverage bottles being one of them. As is known, plastic has a negative impact on the environment because plastic is difficult to decompose by the soil even after being buried for years. One simple way that can be implemented in elementary schools to raise students' awareness of the environment is by using used plastic bottles as planting media. This activity aims to raise public awareness about reducing household waste. In addition, another goal is to utilize household waste for something more beneficial, in this case, as a planting medium. This method is carried out through counseling and the distribution of leaflets. The implementation of community service activities related to the management of inorganic household waste into planting media has been carried out well and smoothly. The understanding of the community in RT 17 Pematang Gubernur regarding the management of inorganic waste as a planting medium has increased.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training, leadership and motivation to achieve on the self-confidence of members of The Tiger Bengkulu Taekwondo, both partially and simultaneously. The analysis methods used were validity testing, reliability testing, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, F-test, and t-test. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires. The sample in this study consisted of 73 members of Taekwondo The Tiger BengkuluTraining partially had a significant effect on the self-confidence of members of Taekwondo The Tiger Bengkulu because the significance value was 0.000 < 0.05. Leadership partially had a significant effect on the self-confidence of members of Taekwondo The Tiger Bengkulu because the significance value was 0.002 < 0.05. Achievement motivation partially had a significant effect on the self-confidence of members of Taekwondo The Tiger Bengkulu because the significance value was 0.000 < 0.05. Training, leadership, and achievement motivation simultaneously had a significant effect on the self-confidence of members of Taekwondo The Tiger Bengkulu because the significance value was 0.000 < 0.05.
