Abstract

The Kampus Mengajar Program Batch 6 is an initiative aimed at improving the quality of education in remote areas through student involvement in teaching and school development activities. This article discusses the mentoring experience in the Collaborative Action Program of Kampus Mengajar at SMP Negeri 4 Liang, Banggai Kepulauan Regency, Central Sulawesi. The mentoring includes the role of field supervisor in facilitating students in teaching activities, evaluations, and program development at the school. The implementation methods include coordination, guidance, and evaluation to ensure the program's effectiveness. The results of the mentoring indicate an improvement in students' teaching skills and a positive impact on the students. Through the methods of coordination, guidance, evaluation, and program implementation, this article demonstrates how the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) encourages collaboration and innovation in education, providing benefits to students, partner schools, and field supervisors.

Abstract

Background: Stroke is an acute neurovascular disorder that causes long-term limitations to daily living activities and death throughout the world, causing sufferers to experience motor and cognitive impairment. Until now, patients suffering from brain injuries require Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation with a method that non-invasively stimulates and studies the cerebral cortex which is large enough to produce the release of action potentials. Objective: The aim of the research is to determine the effect of providing transmagnetic stimulation therapy on improving post-stroke depression. Method: This research design uses a Nonequivalent control group design, where there are 2 groups, namely a control group and an intervention group, each group is measured 2 times, then the level of improvement in depression is assessed using the Hamilton depression rating scale score. Results: The results obtained for the control group were 0.302 > 0.05 and the significant value for the intervention group was 0.000 < 0.05. Conclusion: it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the average post test score of the control group and the average post test score of the intervention group.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the thematic learning process for class V at SDN 82 Tokinjong and what is the role of the teacher when teaching, and finally, what motivation does the teacher give to students, this research is qualitative in nature, data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and the research subject was a class V teacher as well as the principal at SDN 82 Tokinjong. Data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, and data presentation, as well as drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: The teacher's role in the thematic subjects of SBDP content plays a role in making lesson plans, methods, evaluation of learning, but there are several other teacher roles such as motivators, mediators, and evaluators in the thematic learning process that have not been implemented too much so that it has not been implemented efficiently and effectively, in terms of motivating the teacher is still not very motivating students, this can be seen when before the teacher starts the thematic learning process of SBDP content the teacher immediately applies the lecture method and does not provide motivation or in the form of support, the teacher also has not implemented an open attitude to some of his students during the learning process took place, and also the teacher had not implemented some of his roles in motivating his students to be more active during the SBDP thematic learning process that was taking place.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of a problem-oriented learning approach (Problem-Based Learning/PBL) on students' critical thinking skills during science lessons in grade V of SDN Nggaro Nangga. The basis of this study stems from the low level of students' critical thinking skills who tend to still rely on lecture and memorization methods. In this study, a quantitative method was applied with an experimental design using a single-group pretest-posttest. The total sample in this study involved 18 students. The instrument used included essay exam questions based on five critical thinking indicators. Data analysis was carried out through a Paired Sample t-Test after conducting validity, reliability, normality, and homogeneity tests. The results of this study showed that there was a striking growth in the average pretest score which increased from 55.6 to 86.1 in the posttest, with a t-value reaching 14.92 and a significance of 0.000 which means less than 0.05. The normality and homogeneity tests also stated that the data distribution was normal and homogeneous. Therefore, the PBL model has been shown to be successful in improving students' critical thinking competencies and can be used as an alternative strategy in science learning based on the Independent Curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze management strategies to increase the competitiveness of stone carving businesses in Allakuang Village, Maritengngae District, Sidengreng Rappang Regency. The stone carving business is a leading sector based on local potential and a source of income for the local community, but has experienced a significant decline following the Covid-19 pandemic. This decline in competitiveness is influenced by various factors, both internal such as weak innovation and managerial skills, and external such as limited promotion and competition from imported products. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires distributed to 90 respondents using IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0. The analysis was conducted on seven management strategy indicators, including: internal and external environmental analysis, vision and mission determination, long-term strategy selection and implementation, functional policies, and performance evaluation. The results of the study indicate that all management strategy indicators scored an average of 56%, categorized as "poor." Meanwhile, in terms of competitiveness, indicators such as human resource capability, technology utilization, and product price and quality also fell into the "poor" category, with an average score of 59%. Abstract

ABSTRACT This paper aims to find out the influence of transformational leadership style on road infrastructure development in Tana Toro Village, to find out the factors that affect the transformational leadership style on road infrastructure development in Tana Toro Village. The population is 602 people and the sample is 79. The data collection techniques carried out in this paper are by using observation techniques, literature studies and questionnaires. The collected data is then analyzed using the SPSS 22 software tool, frequency and percentage tables. Keywords: Transformational Leadership Styles and Road Infrastructure Development ABSTRAK Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional Kepala Desa terhadap pembangunan infrastruktut jalan di Desa Tana Toro, untuk mengetahui Faktor–faktor yang mempengaruhi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap pembangunan infrastruktut jalan di Desa Tana Toro. Populasi 602 orang dan sampel sebanyak 79. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penulisan ini adalah menggunakan teknik observasi, studi pustaka dan kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan alat bantu perangkat lunak SPSS 22, tabel frekuensi dan persentase. Abstract

Miranda, 2025. Work Professionalism on Improving the Quality of Public Services in Baringin Village, Maiwa District,Enrekang Regency,supervised by Mr. Muhammad Ikbal and Mrs. Hardianti. This study aims to determine professionalism and the quality of public services in Baringin Village, and the influence of work professionalism on improving the quality of public services in Baringin Village. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach with 72 sumber datats using a random sampling technique. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and literature review, then analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0. The results of the study indicate that work professionalism at the Baringin Village Office is categorized as good, with the following percentages: a) Ability 67.2%, b) Quality 63.8%, c) Facilities 59.4%, d) Infrastructure 65.2%, e) Human resources 61.2%, f) Technology 63.6%, g) Reliability 62.2%. Meanwhile, service quality at the Baringin Village Office is categorized as quite good, with the following percentages: a) Physical evidence 65.4%, b) Reliability 60.2%, c) Responsiveness 59.4%, d) Assurance 61.8%, e) Empathy 56.6%. Based on the results of the simple linear regression test, the F-value > F-table (6.485 > 0.227), so it can be concluded that work professionalism has quite an influence on the quality of public services in Baringin Village, Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency. Abstract

Abstract. Sexual violence in the campus environment is a serious problem that has a wide impact on students, especially women and other vulnerable groups. The Indonesian government has passed the Sexual Violence Crime Law (TPKS Law) as an effort to protect and enforce the law against cases of sexual violence, including in the university environment. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of policies to prevent and handle sexual violence on campus through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. By examining 500 scientific articles from Dimension, this study evaluates the implementation of the policy and identifies the factors that affect its effectiveness. The results of the study show that although the TPKS Law provides a strong legal basis, its implementation at the campus level still faces challenges such as social stigma, institutional cultural resistance, and limited resources in providing assistance services for victims. Some campuses have adopted reporting mechanisms and protection policies, but there are still gaps in their consistent implementation. This study recommends strengthening more inclusive campus policies, increasing the collective awareness of the academic community, and synergizing with government institutions and civil society organizations in dealing with sexual violence more comprehensively. The results of this research are expected to contribute to the development of more effective policies to create a safe and free academic environment from sexual violence. Abstrak. Kekerasan seksual di lingkungan kampus menjadi permasalahan serius yang berdampak luas terhadap mahasiswa, terutama perempuan dan kelompok rentan lainnya. Pemerintah Indonesia telah mengesahkan Undang-Undang Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual (UU TPKS) sebagai upaya perlindungan dan penegakan hukum terhadap kasus-kasus kekerasan seksual, termasuk di lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas implementasi kebijakan pencegahan dan penanganan kekerasan seksual di kampus melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Dengan menelaah 500 artikel ilmiah dari Dimension, penelitian ini mengevaluasi implementasi kebijakan serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun UU TPKS memberikan dasar hukum yang kuat, implementasi di tingkat kampus masih menghadapi tantangan seperti stigma sosial, resistensi budaya institusional, serta keterbatasan sumber daya dalam menyediakan layanan pendampingan bagi korban. Beberapa kampus telah mengadopsi mekanisme pelaporan dan kebijakan perlindungan, namun masih terdapat kesenjangan dalam penerapannya secara konsisten. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kebijakan kampus yang lebih inklusif, peningkatan kesadaran kolektif civitas akademika, serta sinergi dengan lembaga pemerintah dan organisasi masyarakat sipil dalam menangani kekerasan seksual secara lebih komprehensif. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan kebijakan yang lebih efektif guna menciptakan lingkungan akademik yang aman dan bebas dari kekerasan seksual.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan menulis dan berbicara Bahasa Inggris siswa SDN Cimone 1 melalui penulisan kreatif bertema “A Day in My Life”. Siswa dilatih menarasikan pengalaman pribadi secara lisan sekaligus menghasilkan buku mini sebagai luaran otentik yang memadukan bahasa, ekspresi diri, dan ilustrasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara partisipatif melalui tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan menulis dan berbicara, penerapan project-based learning dengan pembuatan mini book, pendampingan dan evaluasi, hingga rencana keberlanjutan. Hasil menunjukkan seluruh siswa mampu menghasilkan karya tulis sederhana, mayoritas berani mempresentasikan cerita mereka, serta lebih percaya diri menggunakan Bahasa Inggris secara lisan. Guru SDN Cimone 1 berperan aktif sebagai co-fasilitator sehingga metode ini berpotensi direplikasi dalam pembelajaran reguler. Luaran program mencakup karya mini book siswa, modul pembelajaran kreatif, dan dokumentasi kegiatan, dengan dukungan sekolah melalui rencana pengembangan English Corner mingguan. Secara keseluruhan disimpulkan program ini membuktikan bahwa kolaborasi perguruan tinggi dan sekolah dasar dapat menghadirkan inovasi pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, aplikatif, dan berkelanjutan serta berdampak langsung pada peningkatan literasi produktif siswa. Kata Kunci: penulisan kreatif, keterampilan berbicara, proyek buku mini.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas penerapan media Math Game Puzzle sebagai bagian dari metode belajar Game Crozz Numerasi di SD Negeri 1 Kayutanyo. Keputusan untuk memilih permainan ini adalah pada ketersediaan sumber daya dan juga modalitas belajar siswa yang sebagian besar kinestetik dan suka pada suasana belajar dengan cara yang menyenangkan tanpa mereka sadari. Metode penerapan media ini sebagai alat bantu bagi para siswa meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi.  Media ini terbukti tidak hanya meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di kelas target (kelas 5) di sekolah tersebut tetapi juga meningkatkan kemampuan numerasi mereka. Oleh karen itu, artikel ini merekomendasikan penggunaan Math Game Puzzle dan permainan numerasi lainnya untuk diterapkan di tingkat sekolah dasar.
