Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh fintech terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan secara berani kepada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Nias. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan fintech terhadap perilaku keuangan, dengan fokus pada konsumsi, manajemen arus kas, dan kebiasaan menabung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Financial Technology berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan mahasiswa Generasi Z. Fintech membantu mereka menjadi lebih sadar, teratur, dan efisien dalam mengelola keuangan. Fitur-fitur yang mudah diakses dan digunakan mendorong perilaku keuangan yang lebih baik, seperti pengendalian pengeluaran, manajemen kas, dan kebiasaan menabung. Penggunaan fintech mendorong pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih baik dan terarah. Hasil statistik mendukung bahwa setiap peningkatan penggunaan fintech berkontribusi uterhadap peningkatan perilaku keuangan nyata dan dapat dibuktikan secara empiris.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Kualitas Produk terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Baju Adat Nias di Toko Vivin, Kota Gunungsitoli. Sampel penelitian adalah 80 orang konsumen yang membeli di Toko Vivin. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data berupa regresi linear sederhana. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,534 atau 53,4%. Artinya, Kualitas Produk (X) memberikan kontribusi sebesar 53,4% terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen (Y) di Toko Vivin Gunungsitoli, sedangkan sisanya 46,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil uji t dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05, diperoleh nilai t hitung untuk variabel Kualitas Produk (X) sebesar 9,449. Nilai ini lebih besar dari t tabel (1,991) dengan df = 78, serta nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak, yang berarti kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Loyalitas Konsumen

Abstract

This study examines the influence of promotion on consumer purchasing decisions of mobile phone products at CV. Tricomsel Gunungsitoli-Nias. Promotion is considered a crucial element in the marketing mix that shapes consumer behavior and purchasing patterns. A quantitative research approach was employed, using primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to 62 respondents selected via simple random sampling from a population of 160 consumers. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability, and the data were analyzed using simple linear regression, t-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The findings reveal that promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The regression coefficient (B = 0.588) indicates a positive relationship, with a calculated t-value of 7.764, which exceeds the t-table value. Furthermore, the significance level (0.000) is below 0.05, confirming the strong effect of promotion on purchasing behavior. The R² value of 0.501 demonstrates that 50.1% of purchasing decisions are explained by promotional activities, while the remaining 49.9% are influenced by other factors not addressed in this study. These results highlight the importance of developing innovative promotional strategies to strengthen competitiveness in the mobile phone retail industry, particularly within the local market context of Gunungsitoli-Nias.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Total Quality Management (TQM) on customer satisfaction at UD. Fani Mabel, a local panglong business in Nias. The research was motivated by persistent challenges, such as inconsistent product quality, delivery delays, and limited responsiveness to customer complaints, which highlight the suboptimal implementation of TQM principles. The objective of this study is to determine whether TQM significantly affects customer satisfaction and to measure the extent of its impact. A quantitative research method with an associative approach was employed, involving a population of 43 individuals consisting of employees and customers. Data collection was conducted through observation and questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression, correlation coefficients, and hypothesis testing with SPSS version 26. The findings indicate that TQM dimensions customer focus, continuous improvement, and employee involvement have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. This suggests that the better the application of TQM, the higher the satisfaction achieved by customers. The study concludes that enhancing consistency in product quality, standardizing production processes, and improving service responsiveness are crucial for achieving sustainable customer satisfaction at UD. Abstract

The rapid advancement of communication technology and the increasing demand for internet access have intensified competition among internet service providers in Indonesia. IndiHome, as a leading product of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom), faces challenges in sustaining customer loyalty, particularly in regions such as Gunungsitoli City where infrastructure limitations often lead to unstable connections and delayed technical responses. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image and service quality on customer loyalty toward IndiHome in Gunungsitoli. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 73 customers. The research variables included brand image and service quality as independent variables, and customer loyalty as the dependent variable. Data analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. The findings reveal that brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Similarly, service quality also exerts a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Simultaneously, both brand image and service quality significantly affect loyalty. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.529 indicates that 52.9% of customer loyalty is explained by these two variables, while the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan, peluang, dan strategi dalam pelatihan sumber daya manusia di UPTD Instalasi Farmasi Kabupaten Nias Utara yang baru dibentuk pada September 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan lokasi penelitian di UPTD Instalasi Farmasi Kabupaten Nias Utara. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dan survei kepada staf UPTD untuk memahami kendala serta potensi yang ada dalam peningkatan kompetensi karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UPTD Instalasi Farmasi menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam pelatihan sumber daya manusia, terutama keterbatasan anggaran, fasilitas, akses internet, dan infrastruktur. Selain itu, tantangan geografis dan rendahnya literasi teknologi di kalangan karyawan memperlambat adopsi pelatihan berbasis teknologi. Namun, peluang pengembangan juga teridentifikasi, seperti pemanfaatan teknologi digital melalui e-learning dan webinar untuk menjangkau peserta pelatihan dari jarak jauh. Kolaborasi dengan lembaga eksternal, seperti universitas dan institusi farmasi, juga membuka akses bagi UPTD terhadap metode pelatihan dan teknologi yang lebih maju. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa UPTD Instalasi Farmasi perlu menerapkan strategi pengembangan infrastruktur teknologi dan kolaborasi eksternal untuk mengatasi tantangan pelatihan. Penguatan konektivitas internet, penyediaan perangkat keras yang memadai, dan pengembangan sistem pelatihan berbasis e-learning menjadi solusi potensial untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelatihan di tengah keterbatasan. Meskipun terdapat kelemahan dalam penelitian ini, terutama dalam pengukuran dampak jangka panjang pelatihan, hasil ini memberikan panduan strategis bagi UPTD Instalasi Farmasi dalam mengoptimalkan pelatihan SDM di masa mendatang.

Abstract

In the contemporary period marked by globalization and modernization, Indonesian society has made significant strides, particularly in the fields of information and technology. Despite these advancements, there remain challenges that necessitate the development of individuals into exceptional human beings equipped with comprehensive skills. This study focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of human resource development training at the National Narcotics Agency office in Gunungsitoli City. The objective is to ascertain the implementation and impact of such training programs on employee performance. Employing a qualitative field research approach, the study was conducted at the aforementioned office, with agency employees serving as key informants. Data were primarily gathered through interviews, and the analysis utilized descriptive methods to articulate the current conditions observed in the field. Findings from the research indicate that training and development are crucial for enhancing employee competencies and aligning them with the organization’s vision and mission, thereby fostering an adept workforce at BNNK Gunungsitoli.

Abstract

Employees at the One Stop Integrated Investment and Licensing Services Service in North Nias Regency have a different understanding of Financial Literacy. So some employees do not understand basic financial concepts, such as budget planning, investment, risk, and how to manage debt. Some employees are trapped in fraudulent investments and there are still many employees who have consumerist habits, namely buying things based on desire rather than need. This research aims to determine the influence of financial literacy on the interest in saving of Civil Servants at the One Stop Integrated Licensing and Investment Service of North Nias Regency. The variables in this research are financial literacy (X) and interest in saving (Y). The method in this research uses quantitative research methods. The data collection method in this research uses primary data obtained from filling out questionnaires with 31 employee respondents at the One Stop Integrated Licensing and Investment Service Office of North Nias Regency. as well as secondary data obtained from journals related to this research. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient test, determinant coefficient test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, linearity regression test, simple linear regression test and T test. The results of this research show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the interest in saving of Civil Servants at the One Stop Integrated Licensing and Investment Service of North Nias Regency. Simultaneously, the magnitude of the influence of financial literacy on the interest in saving of employees of the One Stop Integrated Investment and Licensing Services Service of North Nias Regency is 43.8%, while the other 56.2% is influenced by other variables not included in the research.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini, yang menjadi permasalahan utamanya adalah bagaimana perencanaan sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan kualitas kerja karyawan di Koperasi Osseda Desa Miga Gunungsitoli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan sumber daya manusia dalam menempatkan karyawan berdasarkan kualifikasi pendidikan dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Kerja Karyawan di Koperasi Osseda Desa Miga Gunungsitoli. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif, dan yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pada objek yang alamiah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk pengembangan sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, maka Koperasi Osseda telah melaksanakan beberapa jenis pelatihan yang berbeda-beda sesuai dengan kompetensi karyawan. Selain dalam bentuk pelatihan, metode lainnya yang dilakukan oleh organisasi ini adalah penilaian prestasi kerja. Pada Koperasi Osseda Miga, perencanaan pengembangan dilakukan dengan proses pelatihan yang difasilitasi oleh organisasi.
