Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in the management of facilities and infrastructure at SMK Muhammadiyah Pagelaran. The results indicate that the application of TQM consists of four main stages: planning, implementation, checking, and follow-up. Planning is carried out through a factual approach with two-way communication between students and educators, as well as the involvement of all school members in task distribution before the new academic year. Implementation focuses on human resource development through monthly coaching, training from the industrial world, and internship programs. An industry-based curriculum is applied with 75% practical learning and 25% theory through the link and match system. Performance evaluation is conducted through interviews, daily assessments, mid-semester assessments, and end-of-semester assessments, with student achievements serving as indicators of educational quality success. Follow-up involves tracer studies and collaboration with BKK to track alumni, although communication constraints result in a 75% achievement from the targeted 90%. The development of educators' and staff's competencies is supported through internship programs, IHT, and industrial training, while commitment to alumni is strengthened with 102 ongoing alumni tracking programs and MOUs with industries. This study emphasizes the importance of comprehensive TQM implementation to improve educational quality and meet the needs of both internal and external customers.

Abstract

In practice, the investment climate in Indonesia is still not conducive, both local and foreign investors remain reluctant to invest capital in various sectors in Indonesia. Several fundamental reasons behind this include complicated licensing processes, inadequate infrastructure quality, many regions that hinder the investment climate, and legal certainty for investors. Therefore, this research aims to determine the policies, impacts of policy implementation, and inhibiting factors in implementing bureaucratic reform policies in the investment sector through DPMPTSP Malang Regency in accelerating the licensing process and increasing investment value. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. Researchers used observation, documentation, and interviews as data collection techniques. In validating the research results, researchers used the triangulation technique to test the credibility of the research results. The results showed that DPMPTSP of Malang Regency implemented an Online Single Submission (OSS) system to accelerate the licensing process to increase regional investment value; furthermore, a Public Service Mall Building (MPP) was built which aims to integrate services in one place. The impact of these policies has increased the amount of investment in Malang Regency, but the increase is gradual. On the other hand, the overlapping regulations between central and regional governments become inhibiting factors for investors in investing their capital, especially for foreign investors. Based on the research results, the researchers suggest that there needs to be a holistic approach in implementing bureaucratic licensing reform that not only focuses on technological aspects, but also on developing human resource capacity and regulatory harmonization. Abstract

Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara secara geografis wilayahnya didominasi wilayah laut dan pesisir, sehingga sektor perikanan menjadi sektor utama penggerak roda perekonomian masyarakat. Besarnya potensi di sektor perikanan tersebut tentu harus ditelaah dengan akurat untuk menentukan prioritas pembangunan yang tepat sasaran dalam mengembangkan perekonominan wilayah. Adapun tujuan dari kajian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi keunggulan komparatif dan keunggulan kompetitif dari sektor perikanan yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan di wilayah Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara. Metode analisis yang diterapkan dalam riset ini antara lain Location Quotient (LQ), Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ), Tipologi Klassen, dan Shift Share Analysis (SSA). Data time series produksi sektor perikanan dalam satuan ton selama 5 tahun terakhir dari tahun 2018 hingga 2023 digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan proses analisis data yang telah dilakukan hasil menunjukkan bahwa sektor budidaya tambak sederhana adalah sektor utama atau sektor unggulan. Sektor perikanan tangkap di laut memiliki pola dan struktur pertumbuhan ekonomi yang paling baik di antara sektor lainnya. Kedua sektor tersebut memiliki potensi, daya saing dan prospek yang lebih unggul jika dibandingkan dengan sektor perikanan lainnya untuk dikembangkan dalam menunjang pembangunan daerah Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara.   Penajam Paser Utara Regency is primarily dominated by marine and coastal areas, therefore the fishing industry is the main catalyst for the local economy. The vast potential in the fisheries industry must, of course, be carefully evaluated in order to identify development goals that are appropriate for the development of the local economy. The objective of this study is to determine the comparative and competitive advantages of the fisheries industry that can be developed in the Penajam Paser Utara Regency. The analytical approaches employed in this study include Location Quotient (LQ), Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ), Klassen Typology, and Shift Share Analysis (SSA). This study employs time series data on fisheries sector production in tons over the last five years, specifically from 2018 to 2023. Based on the findings of the data analysis procedure, the basic pond cultivation sector is either the base or leading sector. The marine catch fisheries sector has the best economic growth pattern and structure of any other sector. When compared to other fishing sectors that will be promoted to help regional development in Penajam Paser Utara Regency, these two have the most potential, competitiveness, and prospects.

Abstract

Pada budidaya ikan nila bioflok, aspek penting yang harus diperhatikan adalah pengadaan oksigen dalam kolam menggunakan aerator. Tujuannya adalah untuk memastikan pasokan oksigen yang cukup agar pertumbuhan ikan tidak terhambat. Permasalahan utama dalam budidaya ini adalah pemadaman listrik yang tidak teratur, menyebabkan kematian massal ikan. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, diperlukan sistem penghemat daya baterai yang mengaktifkan aerator berdasarkan konsentrasi oksigen di kolam. Sistem ini menggunakan Arduino Nano sebagai kontrol PID untuk mengendalikan kecepatan aerator berdasarkan nilai pembacaan sensor Dissolved Oxygen. Pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kontrol PID dengan nilai Kp = 10; Ki = 0.006; Kd = 0 dapat bekerja dengan baik, respon yang dihasilkan cukup baik dengan nilai Rise time = 19s dan Error Steady State = 2.83%. daya baterai/aki yang digunakan dapat dihemat hingga 30-40% saat terjadi pemadaman listrik, sehingga memungkinkan aerator beroperasi lebih lama dan menjaga kadar oksigen terlarut dalam kolam tetap stabil di angka 6 Mg/L (ppm) ketika terjadinya pemadaman listrik.

Abstract

Salah satu program ketahanan pangan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat yang berada di desa Oro-Oro Ombo Kota Batu merupakan budidaya ikan nila bioflok. Ikan nila merupakan komoditas ikan bernilai ekonomi tinggi hal tersebut berdampak pada harga pakan ikan yang cukup tinggi. Efisiensi pakan merupakan strategi untuk mengatasi masalah kelebihan pakan dan jumlah flok yang terlalu banyak karena pakan yang berlebih tersebut akan diurai oleh mikroorganisme yang mengakibatkan pertumbuhan bakteri sangat cepat dan menyebabkan adanya persaingan oksigen antara ikan dan bakteri, dengan cara pemberian pakan seminimal mungkin akan tetapi pertumbuhan ikan tidak terhambat. Sistem ini bekerja dengan cara membaca jumlah flok menggunakan tabung lmhof dan membaca kadar ph air kemudian data akan diproses oleh arduino untuk mengatur jumlah pakan yang akan di berikan. Proses klasifikasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode k-nearest neighbor dengan training data. Implementasi metode K-Nearest Neighbor pada penelitian sistem otomasi pemberian pakan ikan nila bioflok sudah berhasil diterapkan dengan pemberian pakan secara terukur supaya mendapatkan efisiensi yang baik dengan persentase 28% dan penghematan biaya pakan sebesar Rp.63.000,00.

Abstract

Budidaya ikan nila bioflok yang berada di desa Oro-oro Ombo merupakan salah satu program ketahanan pangan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Pada kondisi tertentu, padamnya listrik sering terjadi dan menghambat produktivitas budidaya dikarenakan sistem aerasi tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan oksigen bagi ikan nila. Sistem tenaga cadangan berupa baterai diperlukan sebagai salah satu solusi agar pasokan listrik tetap terjaga. Untuk itu dibutuhkan sistem MPPT dengan metode Incremental Conductance dan topologi berupa synchronous buck converter sebagai pengisian baterai. Maximum Power Point Tracking atau yang biasa disingkat MPPT, adalah sebuah sistem elektronis yang mengoperasikan modul sel surya agar dapat menghasilkan daya maksimal. Pada penelitian ini, pengisian baterai dengan metode MPPT Incremental Conductance bertugas meng-optimalkan pengisian baterai agar pengisian dapat dilakukan secara baik dan memaksimalkan daya. Setelah penelitian dilakukan dengan metode yang digunakan, sistem pengisian dapat dilakukan secara baik, converter dapat berkerja sesuai perancangan dan mampu menghantarkan arus sebesar 5A, dan daya dari panel surya dapat digunakan sebesar 3A.

Abstract

This study examines the authority of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in determining the direction of village development policies as regulated in Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. As a village legislative institution, the BPD holds a strategic role not only as a supervisory body but also as a partner to the Village Head in formulating, deliberating, and approving development policies that directly affect community welfare. This research employs a normative juridical method with statutory, historical, and case approaches to analyze the relationship between legal norms and the practical implementation of village governance. The findings indicate that the implementation of BPD’s authority remains suboptimal due to limited human resource capacity, weak communication with village governments, and low community participation in development planning. Therefore, institutional strengthening, continuous capacity building for BPD members, and enhanced synergy with village governments are necessary to establish democratic, participatory, and accountable village governance. [Penelitian ini membahas kewenangan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) dalam menentukan arah kebijakan pembangunan desa sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa. Sebagai lembaga legislatif desa, BPD memiliki peran strategis tidak hanya sebagai pengawas, tetapi juga mitra Kepala Desa dalam merumuskan, membahas, dan menyepakati kebijakan pembangunan yang berdampak langsung pada kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis-normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, historis, dan kasus untuk menganalisis keterkaitan antara norma hukum dan praktik penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kewenangan BPD belum optimal karena keterbatasan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, lemahnya komunikasi dengan pemerintah desa, serta minimnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses perencanaan pembangunan. Untuk itu, diperlukan strategi penguatan kelembagaan, pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi anggota BPD, serta sinergi yang lebih baik dengan pemerintah desa guna mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan desa yang demokratis, partisipatif, dan akuntabel.]

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn this era of industrial revolution, the teaching and learning process is transformed into competency-based industrial learning with a focus on automation using information technology. Each platform provided certainly has advantages and disadvantages in utilizing learning resources for students, considering that geographically, especially in Sintang District, West Kalimantan, internet access is not evenly distributed. With this uneven internet access, the Google Sites platform can be an alternative in its utilization, while this platform is lightweight, easy to understand, responsive, and free, as well as easily accessible by students. Some learning difficulties can be experienced by students in learning. Google Sites can be used by teachers to upload videos and learning materials as well as topic characteristics. Through the Google Sites platform, teachers can integrate several other platforms so that Google Sites can be used as a Learning Management System (LMS). The data analysis conducted is qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The results of the dedication activity show that overall the implementation of the activity has run well and obtained a positive or satisfactory response from participants (indicated by an average score of 3.08 based on questionnaires distributed to respondents). The implementation of the activity was carried out in three stages of activities as follows: providing teaching materials and designing Google Sites LMS, compiling LMS assets, and practical activities in compiling Google Sites LMS. Overall, the series of activities were considered positive by participants.Keywords: industrial revolution, competency-based learning, Google Sites, Learning Management System (LMS), internet accessABSTRAKMasa era revolusi industri sekarang ini, proses belajar dan mengajar bertransformasi pada pembelajaran berbasis kompetensi industri dengan konsep berpusat pada otomatisasi dengan bantuan teknologi informasi. Setiap platform yang disediakan tentunya memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan dalam pemanfaatan sumber belajar peserta didik, mengingat secara geografis khususnya Kabupaten Sintang Kalimantan Barat, akses internet tidak semua merata. Dengan akses internet yang tidak merata ini, platform google sites dapat menjadi alternatif dalam pemanfaatannya, sembari platform ini ringan, mudah dipahami, responsif dan gratis serta mudah diakses oleh peserta didik. Beberapa kesulitan belajar dapat dialami oleh peserta didik dalam belajar. Google sites dapat dimanfaatkan oleh guru untuk mengunggah video dan materi pembelajaran serta karakteristik topik. Melalui platform google sites guru dapat mengintegrasikan beberapa platform lainnya sehingga google sites dapat dijadikan sebagai Learning Management System (LMS).. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukan bahwa secara keseluruhan pelaksanaan kegiatan telah berjalan dengan baik dan mendapatkan respon positif atau memuaskan peserta (ditunjukan dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 3.08 berdasarkan angket responden yang disebarkan), Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan kegiatan sebagai berikut: memberikan materi bahan ajar dan desain LMS Google Sites, menyusun asset-aset LMS, dan kegiatan praktik menyusun LMS Google Sites. Abstract

AbstractIndonesia is an area prone to earthquakes viewed based on its geographical location and the meeting path of the 3 main world plates, one of the impacts of earthquakes is structural damage. Based on the number of earthquake events in Indonesia in the last period and the losses caused, it is necessary to design a building structure that has earthquake resistance. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of high-rise building structures based on time history analysis according to SNI 1726-2019. In this study, the building being reviewed is the Muhammadiyah Metro General Hospital, where time history analysis will be carried out with 5 earthquake records (accelerograms) used, including: El Centro (US, 1940), Chichi (Taiwan, 1999), Mentawai Earthquake ( Sumatera, 2007), Friuli (Italy, 1976), and Superstition Hills (USA, 1987). Structural analysis was calculated using ETABS software in a 3-dimensional model. The results of the analysis are drift, displacement, and base shear. The results of this analysis are used to evaluate the performance of high-rise building structures. The results showed that according to SNI 1726-2019 it is known that the greater the maximum acceleration of the earthquake, the higher the drift value or deviation will also be in the building structure. Deviations that occur in the building structure meet the requirements for deviations between permit levels in accordance with SNI 1726-2019 for the Chi-Chi, Friuli, El Centro, Sumatra and Superstition Hills earthquakes.Keywords: Earthquake, time history analysis, structural performanceAbastrakIndonesia merupakan daerah rawan terhadap gempa bumi ditinjau berdasarkan letak geografis dan jalur pertemuan 3 lempeng utama dunia, dampak gempa bumi salah satunya yaitu kerusakan bangunan struktur. Berdasarkan banyaknya kejadian gempa di Indonesia dalam kurun waktu terakhir serta kerugian yang ditimbulkan, maka diperlukan perencanaan struktur bangunan yang memiliki ketahanan gempa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi kinerja struktur bangunan bertingkat berdasarkan analisis time history menurut SNI 1726-2019. Pada penelitian ini gedung yang ditinjau adalah Rumah sakit umum muhammadiyah metro, yang akan dilakukan analisis riwayat waktu dengan 5 rekaman gempa (akselerogram) yang digunakan, antara lain : El Centro (US, 1940), Chichi (Taiwan, 1999), Gempa Mentawai (Sumatera, 2007), Friuli (Italia, 1976), dan Superstition Hills (USA, 1987). Analisis struktur dihitung menggunakan softwere ETABS dalam model 3 dimensi. Hasil dari analisis berupa drift, displacement, dan base shear. Hasil analisis ini digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja struktur bangunan bertingkat. Hasil penelitian didapat bahwa menurut SNI 1726-2019 diketahui bahwa semakin besar percepatan maksimum gempa, maka nilai drift atau simpangan akan semakin besar juga pada struktur gedung. Simpangan yang terjadi pada struktur gedung memenuhi syarat simpangan antar tingkat izin sesuai dengan SNI 1726-2019 terhadap gempa Chi-Chi, Friuli, El Centro, Sumatera dan Superstition Hills .Kata kunci : Gempa bumi, analisis time history, kinerja struktur

Abstract

The current industry has entered an era where every production process incorporates automation and data exchange in its manufacturing. This era is known as Industry 4.0. Industry 4.0 has had a significant impact on various industrial sectors, particularly in the production of plastic goods using techniques such as injection molding. This process is capable of producing more precise products. In the injection molding process, a well-controlled system is needed to guide plastic pellets according to the intended mold design, utilizing actuators like stepper motors. This research aims to apply the PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) method to control stepper motors in microplastic molding processes. The proposed system has been successfully implemented and can produce products according to the planned specifications. The most suitable PID parameter values for controlling the stepper motor are Kp = 14, Ki = 0.007, and Kd = 7000. Changing the setpoint value from 2500 to 2700 has an impact on the molding results, with the best results achieved at a setpoint value of 2700. A setpoint value of 2700 ensures that the mold and nozzle are in the correct, tight position, allowing the molding process to proceed smoothly in line with the provided design.
