Abstract

The purposes of this research are to determine the income level of vanname shrimp farming, the value chain of vanname shrimp, and the sustainability of vanname shrimp farming in Marga Sari Village in Labuhan Maringgai Sub-District economically, socially, and environmentally by analyzing the financial feasibility of vanname shrimp farming.  The data was collected on March 2020 using a census method.  The data used are primary data from questionnaires and secondary data from literature studies.  The results show that the income of vanname shrimp farming in Marga Sari Village is Rp210.493.641,03 per hectare per year. The value chains of vanname shrimp activities are inbound logistics, operations, out bound logistics, marketing and sales, but there are no after-sales service activities.  There are two channels of agribusiness value chain of vanname shrimp which are formed in Marga Sari Village, namely channel I : farmer, collector trader, wholesale market trader; channel II : farmer, trader, exporter.  The vanname shrimp farming in Marga Sari Village is sustainable, with a sustainability index of 82.22% for economic aspect, 90.63% for social aspect, and 99.00% for environmental aspect.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi pengaruh literasi digital terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Informatika di SMKN 1 Sintang. Pendekatan campuran (mixed methods research) dengan desain The Explanatory Sequential digunakan untuk menggabungkan elemen metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Populasi terdiri dari siswa kelas X (708 siswa), dengan sampel 195 siswa. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, studi dokumentasi, dan tes Informatika. Hasil menunjukkan rerata literasi digital siswa adalah 75, menunjukkan pemahaman yang baik terhadap teknologi dalam pembelajaran dan penggunaan sarana digital. Skor hasil belajar siswa total 11034, dengan rerata 56.58. Penelitian mengungkapkan hubungan signifikan antara literasi digital dan hasil belajar siswa, didukung uji prasyarat dan regresi. Guru menerapkan literasi digital inovatif, seperti penggunaan Lab Komputer dan teknologi, mendukung keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. Kesimpulannya, literasi digital berdampak signifikan pada hasil belajar siswa, menghadirkan tantangan kontemporer dalam pendidikan. Dalam kesimpulannya, penerapan literasi digital di SMK Kota Sintang memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menggunakan teknologi. Dengan terus menerapkan dan mengembangkan literasi digital ini, diharapkan siswa dapat lebih siap menghadapi tantangan di era digital saat ini dan masa depan.

Abstract

Public service quality is a public service provided by organizations to serve the needs of people in Indonesia, including people with disabilities. The aim of this research is to identify aspects that influence the quality of public services for people with disabilities in obtaining human rights. The research method used in this article is a literature study by summarizing and examining the extent to which previous studies analyzed phenomena among people with disabilities in achieving human rights and analyzed them comparatively into scientific works. The results of this writing show that the aspects that are a problem are the lack of adequate public services for people with disabilities. Often their rights and obligations are not fulfilled due to various aspects, namely lack of access to information, families closing themselves off so that data is not obtained by the government, being a source of mercy or being used by certain individuals to become beggars and the absence of socialization about people with disabilities to the general public.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Diskusi mengenai manajemen sumber daya manusia terhadap petugas badan ad hoc pada Pemilu2024 bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan mengidentifikasi langkah-langkah perbaikan dalammanajemen pemilu untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan petugas. Pemilu 2024 menunjukkanpenurunan jumlah kematian dan kecelakaan kerja di antara petugas dibandingkan dengan Pemilu2019, tetapi masih terdapat kelemahan dalam sistem manajemen yang perlu diperbaiki. Kegiatan ini meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan diskusi, penyusunan laporan dan publikasi. Hasil darikegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap kebijakanpemerintah dan KPU dalam merumuskan kebijakan yang lebih baik dan berkelanjutan, serta meningkatkan kesadaran publik tentang pentingnya manajemen sumber daya manusia dalampemilu. ABSTRACTThe discussion on human resource management for ad hoc election staff in the 2024 elections aims to evaluate and identify improvement steps in election management to enhance staff welfare. The 2024 elections show a decrease in the number of deaths and work-related accidents among staff compared to the 2019 elections, but there are still weaknesses in the management system that need addressing. This activity includes planning, conducting discussions, and preparing reports. The outcomes of this activity are expected to provide valuable discussion for the government and the General Election Commission (KPU) in formulating better and sustainable policies, as well as raising public awareness about the importance of human resource management in elections.

Abstract

Abstrak: Desa Loa Kulu Kota merupakan daerah yang mempunyai potensi perikanan yang sangat besar dalam usaha budidaya, dimana komoditas ikan yang mendominasi data produksi adalah ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus). Selama ini ikan nila hanya dipasarkan keberbagai daerah di Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara dalam keadaan hidup/segar, sehingga diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan nilai jual komoditas tersebut. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat Desa Loa Kulu Kota tentang manfaat dan cara mengolah ikan nila menjadi produk olahan unggulan seperti (ajifurai, bakso ikan, dan kue ikan), memberikan pemahaman akan pentingnya pengemasan produk yang baik dan memberi pengetahuan terkait pemasaran produk yang efektif dan efisien. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah istri pelaku usaha budidaya keramba dan pelaku UMKM setempat, kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 02 Oktober 2022 di Desa Loa Kulu Kota dan dihadiri sebanyak 30 orang. Metode pelatihan yang dilaksanakan terdiri dari penyampaian materi, diskusi atau tanya jawab, dan demonstrasi pengolahan (praktik). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan masyarakat Desa Loa Kulu Kota sangat antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan dilihat dari jumlah kehadiran dan keaktifan peserta, dari yang sebelumnya warga kurang kreatif menjadi lebih kreatif dalam memvariasikan produk olahan berbahan baku ikan nila seperti produk olahan yang sudah di praktekkan dan didampingi langsung oleh tim pengabdi diantaranya ajifurai, fish ball, dan fish cake. Dari yang sebelumnya warga menyepelekan proses pengemasan produk kini warga menjadi lebih paham akan pentingnya pengemasan produk selain sebagai daya tarik pengemasan produk yang baik dan sesuai standar dapat menambah usia ketahanan pangan, serta warga menjadi lebih paham pentingnya strategi pemasaran untuk mencapai kesusksesan dalam penjualan produknya.Abstrack: Loa Kulu Kota Village is an area that has enormous fisheries potential in cultivation, where the fish commodity that dominates production data is tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). So far, tilapia fish have only been marketed to various areas in Kutai Kartanegara Regency alive/fresh, so efforts are needed to increase the selling value of this commodity. This activity aims to provide knowledge to the people of Loa Kulu Kota Village about the benefits and how to process tilapia into superior processed products such as (ajifurai, fish balls and fish cakes), provide an understanding of the importance of good product packaging and provide knowledge related to product marketing. effective and efficient. The targets of this activity were the wives of cage cultivation businesses and local MSMEs. This training activity was held on October 2 2022 in Loa Kulu City Village and was attended by 30 people. The training method implemented consists of delivering material, discussion or question and answer, and processing demonstrations (practice). The results of the activity show that the people of Loa Kulu Kota Village are very enthusiastic in participating in training activities seen from the number of participants attending and active. From previously the residents were less creative to becoming more creative in varying processed products made from tilapia fish, such as processed products that have been practiced and accompanied directly by the service team includes ajifurai, fish ball, and fish cake. From previously residents taking the product packaging process for granted, residents now understand more about the importance of product packaging apart from being attractive, good product packaging that meets standards can increase food security, and residents understand more about the importance of marketing strategies to achieve success in selling their products.
