Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and work compensation on employee’s performance with work motivation as mediation at Wyndham Garden Kuta Beach Bali. The research method is descriptive causality using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is using non-probability sampling on employees in the guest contact department. Data collection technique by distributing questionnaires to 56 respondents. The data analysis technique used is a path test with the SmartPLS 3.0 Software analysis tool. The results showed that: (1) transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) work compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) work motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, (4) transformational leadership style has a negative and significant effect on work motivation, (5) work compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation and (6) work motivation does not have mediating role either transformational leadership style nor work compensation on the employees performance of Wyndham Garden Kuta Beach Bali. Theoretically this research is providing the implications that work compensation is the main factor in improving employee performance. Practically, this research has implications for Wyndham Garden Kuta Beach Bali that there is an expectation of an increase in employee performance by giving attention to the aspects of leadership style, work compensation, and employee motivation.

Abstract

This aim of the research was conducted to determine the role of job satisfaction as a mediating influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on the performance of employees of the Regional Secretariat of Buleleng Regency. The research design used is causal quantitative. The objects of this research are organizational culture, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and employee performance. The subjects of this study were ASN employees in the Regional Secretariat of Buleleng Regency. The population used in this research is all ASN employees in the Regional Secretariat of Buleleng Regency. Collecting data through questionnaires and observation. Researchers use SEM PLS for data analysis techniques. The results of this study state that: (1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in the Regional Secretariat of Buleleng Regency. (2) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in the Regional Secretariat of Buleleng Regency. (3) Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction in the Regional Secretariat of Buleleng Regency. (4) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction in SETDA Buleleng Regency. (5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Regional Secretariat of Buleleng Regency. (6) The role of job satisfaction as a mediation has a positive and significant effect on the influence of organizational culture on employee performance in the Regional Secretariat of Buleleng Regency. (7) The role of job satisfaction as a mediation has a positive and significant effect in mediating the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance in the Regional Secretariat of Buleleng Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy, lifestyle and use of electronic money on consumptive behavior, both partially and simultaneously. The approach used is quantitative using survey methods. The population in this study is the millennial generation of Denpasar City who are in the age range of 22-42 years. This research uses probability sampling technique in taking samples and using random sampling method. The number of samples is 100 people. Data was collected using a component questionnaire in the context of financial literacy, lifestyle, use of electronic money and consumer behavior. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that: (1) financial literacy has a significant negative effect on the consumptive behavior of the millennial generation in Denpasar City, (2) lifestyle has a significant positive effect on the consumptive behavior of the millennial generation in Denpasar City, (3) the use of electronic money has a significant positive effect on the consumptive behavior of the next generation millennials in Denpasar City, (4) financial literacy, lifestyle and use of electronic money jointly influence the consumptive behavior of the millennial generation in Denpasar City. Thus these three factors influence the consumtive behavior of the millennial generation in Denpasar City.

Abstract

Kajian ini bermaksud untuk melihat dan mengkaji dampaknya, khususnya: (1) administrasi terhadap kelangsungan program Disperkimta RTLH di Rezim Buleleng; (2) mengawasi sejauh mana program RTLH Disperkimta berjalan di Kabupaten Buleleng; (3) motivasi penerima manfaat terhadap keberhasilan program RTLH Disperkimta di Kabupaten Buleleng; dan 4) kepemimpinan, pengawasan, dan motivasi simultan dari penerima manfaat tentang keberhasilan program Disperkimta RTLH di Kabupaten Buleleng. Ada 74 penerima manfaat dalam populasi penelitian ini. Pemeriksaan ini mengingat klasifikasi eksplorasi kausal menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, survei kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Strategi pemeriksaan informasi yang digunakan adalah pemeriksaan kekambuhan langsung yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Efektivitas program Disperkimta RTLH di Kabupaten Buleleng dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan; (2) Efektivitas program Disperkimta RTLH di Kabupaten Buleleng dipengaruhi oleh pengawasan; (3) Efektivitas program Disperkimta RTLH di Kabupaten Buleleng dipengaruhi oleh motivasi penerima; selanjutnya (4) kewenangan, pengawasan, dan inspirasi penerima sekaligus berdampak pada kecukupan program Disperkimta RTLH di Perda Buleleng.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the interaction between the following factors: (1) brand image; (2) products; (3) price; (4) promotion; (5) place; (6 people; (7) process; (8) physical evidence; and (9) brand image, product, price, promotion, place, physical evidence, process, people, and togetherness. Quantitative clause approach is used for this research. Purposive sampling was used to select 66 students from class X training at LPK Royal Bali College during the second semester for this study. This study used a questionnaire to collect data, which was then analyzed by means of a regression test. The research results show that: (1) brand image has a significant impact on choosing decisions, (2) product has a significant impact on choosing decisions, (3) price does not have a significant impact on choosing decisions, (4) promotion does not have a significant impact on choosing decisions, (5) ) place has no significant impact on choosing decisions, (6) physical evidence has a significant impact on choosing decisions, (7) process has a significant impact on choosing decisions, (8) people have a significant impact on choosing decisions, (9) brand image and marketing mix together- have a significant impact on the decision to choose. Based on this analysis it can be concluded that brand image and marketing mix simultaneously or partially have a significant impact on the decision to choose LPK Royal Bali College.
