Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding is giving only breast milk for 6 months without additional food. Coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Bengkulu Province in 2021 (68%), Bengkulu City (61.86%) but coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is still low in the Kampung Bali Community Health Center, Bengkulu City (19.1%). Factors that influence the success of breastfeeding are breast morphology (putting). The aim of the research is to breast morphology (putting) that influence the success of exclusive breastfeeding. The research design used a cross sectional approach for mothers with babies aged 6-12 months totaling 54 samples using the Lameshow formula, data were taken using purposive sampling techniques, data were analyzed univariately, bivariately and multivariately using the chi-square statistical test and logistic regression. . The research results showed that most (68.5%) mothers did not breastfeed exclusively, mothers had normal nipple shapes. There is a relationship between the initiation of breast morphology (putting) p value 0.043. It is hoped that future researchers will use qualitative methods with interviews to better understand what are the factors in the success of exclusive breastfeeding

Abstract

Abstract : According to the World Health Organization (WHO) Since the end of December 2019, in Wuhan, People's Republic of China, an outbreak caused by one type of betacoronavirus has emerged. The government has made various efforts to prevent COVID-19, especially for pregnant women. One of them is vaccination.study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women in the third trimester to the behaviorof COVID-19 vaccination at the Telaga Dewa Health Center, Bengkulu City in 2021. This type of research is a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were pregnant women in the third trimester in the working area of ​​the TelagaDewa Health Center. The total population of pregnant women in the Telaga Dewa Health Center Work Area is 411 pregnant women in the third trimester, with sampling using the Lemeshow formula so that 78 respondents will be examined. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis using chi square. The results of the chi square showed a value of 0.033 (<0.05) meaning that there was a significant relationship between knowledge and vaccination behavior of pregnant women.test analysis chi square obtained a value of 0.010 (<0.05). From the results above, it is known that there is a significant relationship between attitudes and vaccination behavior of pregnant women. It is hoped that they can seek to increase knowledge about COVID-19 and vaccination both through the internet and take part in health education so that they can carry out vaccinations in order to reduce the risk of being infected with COVID-19. Abstract

International migration in the case of boat people in Berau Waters is one of the problems faced by Indonesia Government over times. Their cross border activities of three countries between Philippine, Malaysia and Indonesia had an impact on Indonesia’s economics, social, politics and environment, especially Berau. This study aims to explain the efforts of the Government of Indonesia in boat people management in Berau Regency. The result shows that the government used a normative approach based on Undang-Undang No.6/2011 concerning immigration and a humanitarian approach involved local government agencies and communities. Such efforts had been able to decrease the number of boat people migrating to Berau Waters from 2010-2020

Abstract

The opportunity for membership expansion and the economic and political integration that was offered by the EU, Kosovo decided to join the EU. However, Kosovo's integration process into the European Union is still suspended due to several factors. Therefore, this research aims to explain the reason of the European Union has suspended Kosovo's membership application. This research uses an explanatory method with primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative. This research uses the Decision-Making theory of Richard C. Snyder, H. W. Bruck and Burton Sapin. Research results show that the EU's decision to suspend Kosovo's membership application was influenced by internal and external factors. This internal factor is related to the normative values adopted by the European Union, which requires a unanimous decision of the European Council consisting of the heads of EU member states. However, there were 5 countries that rejected Kosovo's membership application proposal, namely Spain, Greece, Cyprus, Romania, and Slovakia because the five countries did not recognize Kosovo's sovereignty. Then there are external factors related to the Serbia-Kosovo conflict. After these considerations, the European Union suspended Kosovo's membership application. The European Union also supports the progress of Kosovo's accession process which is accompanied by the normalization of Kosovo-Serbia relations.  The normalization of the Kosovo-Serbia relationship will also provide changes in the decisions of the five EU member states related to the recognition of Kosovo's sovereignty.

Abstract

Health development programs in Indonesia are currently prioritized towards improving the health status of mothers and children, particularly in the most vulnerable groups such as pregnant women, mothers giving birth, perinatal infants, toddlers, and women of reproductive age. In response to this, a community service activity titled "Enhancing the Capacity of Pregnant Women through the Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Handbook in Pregnant Women's Classes in the Working Area of Puskesmas Cempaka, Banjarbaru City, in 2024" was conducted. This initiative aims to reduce child mortality rates and improve maternal health. The use of the MCH Handbook is considered a strategic step to enhance community independence. The target of this community service activity was 12 pregnant women attending the Pregnant Women's Class facilitated by Midwife Maulida. The implementation methods included preparation and execution of activities in June 2024 in Bangkal, Cempaka Subdistrict, Banjarbaru City. Evaluations were conducted through pre-test and post-test assessments of the mothers' knowledge about the MCH Handbook. The results showed that 83% of the participants always brought the MCH Handbook during antenatal visits, 41.6% had read the handbook in its entirety, and 58.3% only read the sections related to examinations. Therefore, further evaluations of pregnant women's knowledge about pregnancy through the MCH Handbook are needed to broaden their insights and enable effective implementation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh digital leadership, komitmen organisasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan usia milenial. Adapun objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan usia milenial PT. Pegadaian Galeri Dua Empat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel 57 responden. penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan penyebaran kuisioner menggunakan google form. Analisis data dengan menggunakan software smart-PLS versi 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan digital leadership tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan usia milenial, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan usia milenial, dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan usia milenial. Implikasi dari temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun digital leadership telah diterapkan, perlu adanya peningkatan keterampilan kepemimpinan digital untuk mendukung kolaborasi yang lebih efektif. Komitmen organisasi yang tinggi berkontribusi terhadap loyalitas dan produktivitas karyawan, sementara kompensasi yang adil dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan diharapkan untuk memperkuat kompetensi digital pemimpin melalui pelatihan dan merevisi kebijakan kompensasi agar lebih sesuai dengan kualifikasi dan beban kerja karyawan, demi meningkatkan kinerja dan kepuasan kerja. Abstract - This research aims to examine the influence of digital leadership, organizational commitment and compensation on the performance of millennial employees. The object of this research is millennial employees of PT. Pawnshop Gallery Two Four. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The sampling technique in this research was a saturated sample with a sample size of 57 respondents. This research uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires using google form. Data analysis using smart-PLS software version 3.0. The results of the research show that digital leadership has no effect on the performance of millennial age employees, organizational commitment has an effect on the performance of millennial age employees, and compensation has an effect on the performance of millennial age employees. The implications of these findings indicate that even though digital leadership has been implemented, there is a need to improve digital leadership skills to support more effective collaboration. High organizational commitment contributes to employee loyalty and productivity, while fair compensation can increase work motivation. Therefore, companies are advised to strengthen leaders' digital competencies through training and revising compensation policies to better suit employee qualifications and workload, in order to improve performance and job satisfaction.

Abstract

AbstractNotary as public officials have an obligation to implement the principle of recognizing beneficial owners in a corporation. A notary play an important role in disclosing beneficial ownership of a corporation, however, the transparency of beneficial ownership disclosure must be based on good faith and clear information from parties who representing the corporation. Therefore, the existence of beneficial ownership cannot fully detected by a notary, moreover, a notary has to apply the confidentiality principle. The objective of this research is to find out and examine the legal protection for Notaries regarding the provisions as reporting parties in applying the principle of recognizing the beneficial owners of corporations. The legal research is used as the research method with statute approach and conceptual approach. The results of the research explain that the provisions in Presidential Regulation Number 13 of 2018 must be implemented by the Notary even if this obligation is contrary to the principle of confidentiality. Matters that can be reported by a Notary are only in accordance with what is known and submitted by the parties to prevent misuse of business entities for illegal purposes such as money laundering and terrorism financing.Keywords: Confidential Principle of Deed; Notary Compliance; Beneficial Owner Transparency. AbstrakNotaris sebagai pejabat publik memiliki kewajiban untuk melaksanakan asas mengenali pemilik manfaat dalam suatu perusahaan. Notaris memegang peranan penting dalam pengungkapan kepemilikan manfaat suatu perusahaan, namun demikian, keterbukaan pengungkapan kepemilikan manfaat tersebut harus dilandasi oleh itikad baik dan keterangan yang jelas dari pihak yang mewakili perusahaan tersebut. Keberadaan kepemilikan manfaat tidak dapat sepenuhnya diketahui oleh notaris tanpa adanya itikad baik dan pemberian informasi yang benar, terlebih lagi notaris harus menerapkan asas kerahasiaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji perlindungan hukum bagi Notaris terkait ketentuan sebagai pihak pelapor dalam penerapan asas pengakuan pemilik manfaat korporasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian hukum dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa ketentuan dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 13 Tahun 2018 wajib dilaksanakan oleh Notaris meskipun kewajiban tersebut bertentangan dengan asas kerahasiaan. Hal-hal yang dapat dilaporkan oleh Notaris hanya sesuai dengan apa yang diketahui dan disampaikan oleh para pihak untuk mencegah penyalahgunaan badan usaha untuk tujuan yang melanggar hukum seperti pencucian uang dan pendanaan terorisme.Kata Kunci: Prinsip Menjaga Kerahasiaan Isi Akta Notaris; Pelaporan Notaris; Prinsip Mengenali Pemilik Manfaat dari Korporasi.

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding coverage in Indonesia is 73.97%, while in Bengkulu Province exclusive breastfeeding coverage is 72.44%. This figure is still far from the national target of 80%. Support from various parties is needed to achieve the target of exclusive breastfeeding. This research aims to determine the socio-cultural relationship and husband's support with exclusive breastfeeding. This research has an analytical survey research design with a cross sectional approach. The population of all mothers who have babies aged 7 to 12 months with samples taken using the Lemeshow formula calculation resulted in 102 research respondents being mothers. Samples were taken using accidental sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the Chi Square test. The results of the research showed that a small number of respondents had a social culture that did not support exclusive breastfeeding, some respondents did not receive husband support in providing exclusive breastfeeding, and the majority of respondents did not exclusively breastfeed their babies. There is a socio-cultural relationship with exclusive breastfeeding p value = 0.001 and husband's support with exclusive breastfeeding p value = 0.038. It is hoped that health workers will provide information and motivation for exclusive breastfeeding and accompany mothers in the breastfeeding process to increase exclusive breastfeeding coverage in Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dalam penguatan kebhinekaan di sekolah. Peserta pelatihan adalah guru pada jenjang TK/PAUD, SD dan SMP se-Kabupaten Sinjai. Pelatihan dilaksanakan pada Tanggal 8 Desember 2023 di Hotel Sanjaya Kabupaten Sinjai. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah metode ceramah, diskusi dan dilanjutkan dengan penyusunan Rencana Tindak Lanjut (RTL). Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, maka peserta diharapkan mampu memahami pentingnya  menerima perbedaan, mampu menganalisis jenis-jenis kerentanan, dan implikasinya terhadap  kebinekaan, serta mampu memberikan contoh lewat  tindakan praktik kebinekaan. Peserta pelathan mampu menganalisis keragaman apakah yang dimiliki oleh sekolah, praktik-praktik apa sajakah yang dilakukan di sekolah yang mencerminkan penghargaan untuk keragaman serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam mewujudkan budaya damai dan toleransi di sekolah dan bagaimana mengatasinya.

Abstract

Teaching and learning effectiveness rely on multiple factors, including cognitive, social, and teaching dimensions. Although past research has looked into how the community of inquiry (CoI) affects learning, there is still limited knowledge about how CoI connects with project-based learning and digital storytelling. This study examined the connection between the community of inquiry (CoI) framework and critical thinking skills within project-based learningusing digital storytelling. Structural equation modelling (SEM) was employed to analyze the relationships among cognitive presence, social presence, and teaching presence (components of CoI), as well as their impact on engagement and critical thinking skills. Data were collected from 100 students engaged in a digital storytelling project through self-reported questionnaires on a Likert scale. The findings revealed that cognitive and social presences significantly affect student engagement and critical thinking, in line with the CoI framework. Conversely, teaching presence showed an insignificant relationship with engagement, indicating that in contexts that emphasize critical thinking, cognitive presence is more vital. This study highlights that while teaching presence can enhance emotional engagement and lower cognitive load, its role may be less prominent in activities focused on critical thinking. The results emphasize the need for context-specific strategies in applying the CoI framework to effectively develop critical thinking skills in project-based learning settings involving digital storytelling.
