Abstract

In the educational environment, bullying violence often occurs and can have a negative impact on both the perpetrator and the victim. As a result, such actions must be taken seriously as they can hinder a student's future growth. Socialization activities related to bullying aim to increase knowledge about bullying and good behavior towards other people. The lecture method is used to provide this socialization material, which is packaged attractively with a PowerPoint display that is not boring. Many elementary school students learn about bullying during the question and answer session before the material. After the material is given, there is a quiz given. Many students were eager to answer them, which shows that they have understood the material well. After this socialization ended, students had an increased understanding of bullying

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate how well MTS Muhammadiyah Maligi students have been socialized about the risks associated with smoking, drugs, alcohol, and other addictive substances (NAPZA). This socialization program was created to provide adolescents with a thorough understanding of the adverse effects of drug and cigarette use, given the increasing incidence of these behaviors in this age group. This research utilizes a qualitative methodology that combines participatory observation and in-depth interview methods. The research findings show that students' knowledge and awareness of the risks associated with drug use and smoking have significantly improved after the implementation of the socialization program. In addition, their attitudes towards initiatives to stop the use of illegal drugs have also improved. In short, this socialization was successful.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh beberapa persoalan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan aktivitas organisasi, misalnya dari kurangnya partisipasi mahasiswa terhadap kegiatan-kegiatan kemahasiswaan. Serta kehadiran pandemi covid-19 telah melahirkan tekanan dan perubahan lingkungan eksternal dan internal kehidupan organisasi secara keseluruhan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana persepsi mahasiswa terhadap peran organisasi intra kampus dalam membentuk karakter kepemimpinan kalangan mahasiswa pada masa pandemi covid-19 di Universitas Riau. Manfaat dari hasil penelitian ini yaitu menjadi sumber pembelajaran bagi semua pihak, Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang terdiri dari 8 indikator dengan 16 pertanyaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Universitas Riau. Pengambilan sampel dari keseluruhan populasi diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Quota Sampling dan untuk menentukan responden yang terdiri dari 10 orang perfakultas peneliti menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel secara Accidental Sampling. Secara keseluruhan, temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil rata-rata pada persentase alternative jawaban responden dominan yaitu 69,25% dimana rentang ini berada pada kategori “Baik” dengan keberadaan pada rentang 50,01%- 75%. Maka disimpulkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa terhadap peran Organisasi Intra Kampus dalam membentuk karakter kepemimpinan mahasiswa pada masa Pandemi covid-19 di Universitas Riau berada pada kategori “Baik” Kata Kunci: Persepsi, Mahasiswa, Peran Organisasi Abstract This research is dependent on several problems in the implementation of organization activities, for example the lack of student participation in student activities. The presence of the covid-19 pandemic has given pressure and changes in the external and internal environment of whole life organization. This study aimed to find out and analyze how students perceive the role of intra-campus organizations in shaping leadership character among students during the covid-19 pandemic at Riau University. The benefit of the results of this study is that it becomes a source of learning for all parties. This research method is descriptive quantitative, the data collection instruments used in this study are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation consisting of 8 indicators with 16 questions. The population in this study were students of the Universitas Riau. Sampling from the entire population was taken using the Quota Sampling technique and to determine the respondents consisting of 10 people from the faculty, the researcher used the Accidental Sampling technique. The findings of this study show that the average percentage of alternative answers for dominant respondents is 69.25% where this range is in the "Good" category with an existence in the range of 50.01% - 75%. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh perubahan sistem belajar di setiap elemen pendidikan yang disebabkan oleh Covid-19, dari pembelajaran online kemudian tatap muka terbatas sampai dengan tatap muka menggunakan sip kelas. Salah satu hal yang dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas belajar yaitu disebabkan oleh sikap atau watak pelajar saat mengikuti proses belajar mengajar atau yang sering disebut dengan Civic Dispotition. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Perbandingan Pembentukan Civic Disposition antara Siswa Laki-Laki dan Siswa Perempuan pada Pembelajaran PKn di SMP Negeri 2 Lirik. Manfaat dari hasil penelitian ini, yakni sebagai sumber pembelajaran bagi semua pihak. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IX sebanyak dengan 50 siswa. Peneliti menggunakan teknik quota sampling dimana sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 25 siswa laki-laki dan 25 siswa perempuan. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu data primer wawancara dan teknik angket atau kuesioner, serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari observasi dan dokumentasi, yang terdiri dari 13 indikator dengan 31 pernyataan. Temuan dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa hasil uji hipotesis adalah F= 0,069 dan nilai sig pada Levene's Test for Equality of Variances sebesar 0,794 dan data dikatakan homogen karena nilai sig 0,794> 0,05. Nilai yang didapatkan pada kolom sig. (2-tailed) adalah 0,013, yang artinya nilai 0, 013 lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Kata Kunci: Civic Disposition, Siswa Laki-laki dan Perempuan, Pembelajaran PKn Abstract This research is motivated by changes in the learning system in every element of education caused by Covid-19, from online learning then limited face-to-face to face-to- face using class sips. One of the things that can affect the effectiveness of learning is caused by the attitude or character of students when following the teaching and learning process or often with Civic Dispotition. The purpose of this study was to determine the Comparison of the Formation of Civic Disposition between Male and Female Students in Civics Learning at SMP Negeri 2 Lirik. The benefits of the results of this study, namely as a source of learning for all parties. The population used in this study were all students of class IX as many as 50 students. The researcher used quota sampling technique where the samples taken were 25 male students and 25 female students. The data collection instruments used were interview primary data and questionnaire or questionnaire techniques, as well as secondary data obtained from observation and documentation, which consisted of 13 indicators with 31 statements. The findings of this study indicate that the results of the hypothesis test are F = 0.069 and the sig value in Levene's Test for Equality of Variances is 0.794 and the data is said to be homogeneous because the sig value is 0.794> 0.05. The value obtained in the column sig. (2-tailed) is 0.013, which means the value of 0.013 is smaller than 0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena masih banyaknya pengunjung dan pedagang di pasar Cik Puan Pekanbaru yang tidak mematuhi protokol kesehatan yang telah diatur. Seperti tidak diberlakukannya aturan pembatasan jumlah maksimum pengunjung yang datang ke Pasar Cik Puan Pekanbaru, membatasi titik masuk/keluar pasar, serta masih banyak protokol kesehatan yang seharusnya ditaati malah dilalaikan oleh pengunjung ataupun pedagang yang ada di pasar Cik Puan Pekanbaru. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pelaksanaan Tugas SATPOL-PP Dalam Penertiban Protokol Kesehatan COVID-19 Masa New Normal di Pasar Cik Puan Pekanbaru. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan September sampai bulan November 2020. Jenis penelitan ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan motede deskriptif dan teknik pengimpulan data yang dijadikan sebagai bahan dasar penelitian ini adalah Observasi, Interview (Wawancara), Kuesioner, dan Dokumentasi.Metode penentuan subyek penelitian ini adalah metode Incidental Sampling yakni metode pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan. Informan yang dipilih peneliti adalah 2 (Dua) orang pedagang, 3 (Tiga) orang pengunjung, dan 1 (Satu) orang SATPOL-PP. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang peneliti lakukan, maka dapat diketahui bahwa Analisis Pelaksanaan Tugas SATPOL-PP Dalam Penertiban Protokol Kesehatan Covid-19 Masa New Normal di Pasar Cik Puan Pekanbaru berada pada tafsir kurang baik, hal tersebut karena dari 9 (Sembilan) hal yang harus diterapkan sesuai protokol kesehatan yang diatur dalam Perwako Pekanbaru Nomor 104 Tahun 2020 tentang Pedoman Hidup Baru di Pasar untuk mencegah penyebaran Covid-19 hanya 4 (Empat) yang diterapkan secara baik, dan 5 (Lima) aspek instrument penelitian lainya; tidak berjalan sebagaimana menurut aturan tata tertib yang telah ditentukan. Hal tersebut terjadi karena belum maksimalnya tugas SATPOL-PP untuk menegakkan aturan Perwako Pekanbaru Nomor 104 tahun 2020.

Abstract

This study examines the principal’s management in fostering community participation at Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 1 Merangin, motivated by low parental involvement and limited community engagement in school planning. Despite the presence of school committees and stakeholder forums, participation remains minimal, raising concerns about transparency and accountability. Addressing a research gap in leadership strategies for mobilizing community support in vocational schools, the study employs a qualitative approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity was tested using source and method triangulation, followed by analysis through data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. Findings show that effective community participation involves engaging diverse stakeholders, such as school committees, parents, alumni, religious and community leaders, youth leaders, village officials, and teachers, in planning and decision-making. Supporting factors include strong stakeholder collaboration, while the main barrier is a lack of parental awareness and interest in school programs. Strategies implemented include stakeholder meetings, majority-based decisions, and formalized decrees by the principal. Theoretically, the research contributes to the development of participatory management models in vocational education. Practically, it highlights the need for stronger communication and collaboration between schools and communities. It is recommended that school leaders enhance cooperation with key stakeholders, particularly the school committee and parents, to improve inclusive and effective school planning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di kelas XI.4 SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. Hal ini diduga dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti kurangnya stimulus kepada peserta didik serta pembelajaran yang kurang interaktif, dan kolaboratif. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini bertujuan untuk melihat peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran STAD yang dilakukan di kelas XI.4 SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan, menganalisis, mengolah, dan menyajikan data, dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 44 peserta didik. Peneliti menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan beberapa tahap kegiatan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Hasil akhir penelitian menunjukkan kemajuan belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran, Pada pengujian pra test peserta didik memperoleh nilai rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 73,6 yang tergolong baik. Siklus pertama mengalami peningkatan yaitu dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata sebesar 77,8 yang tergolong baik, dan pada siklus kedua diperoleh peningkatan hasil belajar dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 86,3 yang tergolong sangat baik. Sehingga model pembelajaran STAD dinyatakan dapat memberi peningkatkan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik dalam pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Regent Regulation of Pasuruan Number 27 of 2023, which outlines the Strategic Plan of the Pasuruan Regency Manpower Office for the years 2024–2026, through the lens of Public Choice theory. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive method, focusing on understanding how individual interests and institutional dynamics influence policy execution. The population comprises stakeholders involved in the formulation and implementation of the strategic plan, including government officials, labor organizations, and community representatives. A purposive sampling technique is employed to select key informants who provide in-depth insights into the policy processes. Data collection instruments include semi-structured interviews, document analysis, and observation. The findings reveal that the implementation of the strategic plan is significantly influenced by the interplay of various interest groups, leading to potential elite capture and deviations from the intended policy objectives. The study underscores the necessity for enhanced transparency, stakeholder engagement, and accountability mechanisms to align the strategic plan's execution with the broader public interest.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of digitalization policies in fostering village independence, focusing on Jedong Village in Pasuruan Regency. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through direct observations, semi-structured interviews with village officials and residents, and analysis of relevant documents. The population comprises all stakeholders involved in the digitalization process, with a purposive sample of key informants selected based on their roles and experiences. The primary instrument used was an interview guide designed to elicit detailed information on the adoption and impact of digital tools. Findings indicate that the implementation of the Village Information System (SID) has significantly enhanced administrative efficiency, transparency, and community participation. Residents reported improved access to information and services, leading to increased engagement in village development initiatives. However, challenges such as limited internet infrastructure and varying levels of digital literacy among residents were identified as barriers to optimal utilization. The study concludes that while digitalization policies have the potential to promote village autonomy and development, addressing infrastructural and educational gaps is crucial for maximizing benefits. Recommendations include investing in digital infrastructure, providing training programs to enhance digital skills, and developing policies that support sustainable digital integration at the village level.

Abstract

The low level of public awareness regarding household waste management is a major concern in this community service activity. The impact of poor waste management includes a decline in environmental quality, increased risk of disease, and soil and water pollution. This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of the community in managing organic and inorganic waste through training and mentoring. The target community is Gampong Meunasah Blang, Ingin Jaya Sub-district, Aceh Besar District. The activity was implemented using a participatory approach, including education, demonstrations on processing organic waste into compost, and the formation of an independent waste management group. The results of the activity showed an increase in community understanding of waste management and the formation of an active waste management group. This activity has had a positive impact, improving the quality of the surrounding environment and fostering collective awareness among the community to maintain village cleanliness.
