Abstract

This research aims to find out the basic techniques for dribbling the ball among students. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research that aims to reveal the dribbling abilities of students at SMAN 8 Sinjai. The population in this study was 230 students of SMAN 8 Sinjai. The sample in this research was 30 students of SMAN 8 Sinjai. This sample was drawn using a random sampling technique or a random method. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive, data normality, and categorization using the SPSS Version 22.00 system at a significance level of 95%. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusion can be drawn: The results of the ball dribbling ability test in the football game at UPT SMA Negeri 8 Sinjai can be categorized as good with an average score of 81.67 (descriptive data results).

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini merupakan Research and Development dan metode pengembangan ini adalah metode Sugiyono. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 18 siswa ekstrakulikuler bolabasket. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner validasi, observasi keefektifan model, dan kuesioner untuk pelatih dan peserta didik. Teknik analisis data yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu model pemanasan RAMP (Raise Activate & Mobilize, Potentiate) yang diterapkan 16 gerakan yang diadaptasi dari permainan bola basket (Stance, Triple Threat, Quick Step/Eksplosive, Jump Stop, pivot), basic ABC running (Acceleration, Balance, Coordination) dan model RAMP. Model pemanasan dikemas dalam bentuk buku panduan. Dari Hasil penilaian validasi oleh dua ahli dan dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan. Penilaian ahli materi pada model pemanasan ini yaitu sebesar 83,33%, masuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Penilaian ahli media pada model pemanasan ini yaitu sebesar 80,00%, masuk dalam kategori layak. Hasil dari uji efektivitas model pemanasan RAMP (Raise Activate & Mobilize, Potentiate) yang dikembangkan terbukti efektif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan pada pemain bolabasket dengan nilai tobservasi yaitu 21,492, dengan tingkat probability atau signifikan 0,000 < α0.05. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa layak dan efektif. Kata kunci: Model Pemanasan RAMP, Motorik, dan Bolabasket

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian eksperimen. dengan rancangan factorial 2x2 untuk membandingkan hasilnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner validasi untuk melihat Tingkat kepercayaan diri, serta melakukan test keterampilan pukulan smash bulutangkis untuk mengukur Tingkat kemampuan dengan total 40 sampel. Dari hasil yang di dapatkan 40 sampel tersebut dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, 1). Metode Latihan praktek padat sebanyak 20 sampel dan, 2) metode Latihan praktek distribusi sebanyak 20 sampel. Kemudian disetiap kelompok dibagi menjadi dua kelompok masing-masing 10 sampel kepercayaan diri tinggi dan rendah. Kemudian kedua kelompok tersebut dibagi menjadi dua untuk dibandingkan. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan Kesimpulan metode Latihan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan pukulan smash bulutangkis, yaitu dengan metode Latihan praktek padat pada Tingkat kepercayaan diri tinggi dengan nilai tObservesi 30.3, dengan Tingkat probabiltas 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000< 0,05). Dengan H0  ditolak dan H1 diterima.  Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode Latihan praktek padat lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan smash. Kata Kunci: Smash, Kepercayaan diri, Metode latihan

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the effect of body weight training crunch on the body weight of Rachita Garden 3 residents, (2) determine the effect of body weight training leg raises on the body weight of Rachita Garden 3 residents, and (3) determine the difference in the effect of body weight training crunch and leg raises on the body weight of Rachita Garden 3 residents. This study is an experiment with a research design that uses a two-group pretest-posttest design. The population used is male residents of Rachita Garden 3 housing with sampling based on their body mass index of 12 people. The division of groups in this study was by ordinal pairing. Group I used bodyweight training crunch exercises while group II used bodyweight training leg raises exercises. The results of the study showed that: (1) there was a significant effect of body weight training crunch exercises on the weight of Rachita Garden 3 residents, with a t-value of 10.954 > t table 2.570 with a significance of 0.001, (2) there was a significant effect of body weight training leg raise exercises on the weight of Rachita Garden 3 residents, with a t-value of 6.892 > t table 2.570 with a significance of 0.001, and (3) there was a difference in the influence of the difference in numbers where bodyweight training crunch exercises had a greater effect than leg raises on the weight of Rachita Garden 3 residents, with an average weight loss of body weight training crunch 0.8 > body weight training leg raises 0.6 which had an average difference of 0.2. So it can be concluded that bodyweight training crunch is slightly superior in weight loss compared to bodyweight training leg raises.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini di laksanakan dalam bentuk pengenalan dan pengetahuan tentang Latihan sepakbola pemain club Jawa Baru Sinjai. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk Menginformasikan kepada pemain Club Jawa Baru Sinjai tentang latihan bagi pemain club Jawa Baru Sinjai, untuk menilai motivasi dan respon pemain Club Jawa Baru Sinjai sepanjang latihan, untuk mengetahui tingkat partisipasi pemain Club Jawa Baru Sinjai dalam pemahaman latihan. Kegiatan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dibagi atas dua kegiatan yaitu kegiatan penjelasan secara teori dilakukan selama satu hari yaitu menjelaskan tentang jenis Latihan dalam sepakbola dan Untuk mengetahui jenis latihan sepak bola kegiatan praktek dan pelaksanaan dilakukan selama 6 hari. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa Peserta dapat mempelajari informasi tentang berbagai metode latihan sepak bola dengan sungguh-sungguh dan dapat memanfaatkannya dengan baik. dapat memberikan informasi yang cukup kepada peserta tentang langkah-langkah mulai dari persiapan hingga proses pelatihan yang akan digunakan. Meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap judul, menit, pemain, dan tujuan setiap jenis latihan di Club Jawa Baru Sinjai. dapat memperdalam pemahaman peserta terhadap materi pelatihan .

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan dribbling bola basket pada siswa sekolah dasar melalui pelatihan terstruktur. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode eksperimen menggunakan pendekatan demonstrasi, modifikasi permainan, dan pembimbingan individual. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa sekolah dasar dengan sampel 45 peserta. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes keterampilan dribbling dan observasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan dribbling, dengan rata-rata skor awal 45,3 meningkat menjadi 78,6 setelah intervensi. Persentase ketuntasan siswa meningkat dari 23% menjadi 87%, dengan nilai signifikansi p < 0,001 dan gain score ternormalisasi 0,72 dalam kategori tinggi. Analisis kualitatif mengungkapkan peningkatan motivasi belajar, kepercayaan diri, dan kemampuan koordinasi motorik siswa. Metode pelatihan terstruktur terbukti efektif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan dribbling bola basket anak usia sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis dalam pendekatan pembinaan olahraga anak melalui intervensi sistematis dan komprehensif.

Abstract

The research aims to improve floor rolling exercise skills through differentiated learning for class VII students. 1 MTs Arifah Gowa. This research is classroom action research (PTK). This research was carried out in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The research subjects were class VII students. I MTs Arifah Gowa, totaling 28 students. Data collection techniques are tests and observations. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive techniques using percentage techniques. The results of the data analysis can be presented as follows: the learning results of the front roll floor exercise for class VII students. I MTs Arifah Gowa in Cycle I of 28 students reached 43% or as many as 12 students had entered the criteria for completion and 57% or as many as 16 students had criteria for not completing. In Cycle II it increased to 82% or as many as 22 students entered the criteria for completing, while as many as 18% or as many as 6 students did not complete the criteria. From the results of the data analysis above, it can be concluded that through differentiated learning it can improve learning outcomes for front roll floor exercise in class VII students. Abstract

This research objective is to determine the influence of explosive power, flexibility, and motivation in terms of back kick speed in the pencak silat sport. This research is a type of correlational research. The population of this study was all BKMF pencak silat athletes at Makassar State University, with a total research sample of 15 athletes using the Total Sampling method. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive analysis technique using the SPSS Version 21.00 system at a normal level of α 0.05. Judging from the results of the data analysis, the researcher can conclude that: (1) Explosive power is influenced by motivation in State University BKMF pencak silat athletes Makassar, with a p-value of 0.005. (2) Flexibility is influenced by motivation in Makassar State University BKMF pencak silat athletes with a p-value of 0.004. (3) Explosive power influences the back kick with a p-value of 0.015. (4) Flexibility influences the back kick with a p-value of 0.016. (5) Motivation influences the speed of the back kick with a p-value of 0.001. (6) Leg muscle explosive power through motivation influences the speed of the straight kick with a p-value of 0.000005, and (7) abdominal muscle strength through motivation influences the speed of the straight kick with a p-value of 0.00004.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect of weight training and the hand reaction speed of the Gyaku Tsuki Punch on Inkanas Selayar Karate Sports. This type of study is a 2x2 factorial experiment. The research population included all Karate sports from Inkanas Selayar, with a total of 70 research samples. The sampling technique utilized the entire population, and the group division was based on matching ordinal pairs. The data analysis techniques used in this study were the 2x2 factorial analysis technique and the Tukey test with SPSS version 20.00 at the significant level of 95%, or α 0.05. The analysis revealed that: (1) Increasing the number of push-ups has a significant impact on gyaku tsuki stroke in Karate Sports of lnkanas Selayar, as evidenced by an increase in the mean from 19.8000 to 35.2500, with an observation of -16.359 > ttable 2.093 and the significant value 0.000 < ± 0.05; (2) There is an influence of pull-up training on gyaku tsuki stroke in Karate Sports oflnkanas Selayar, as proven by the increasing of the mean from 19.6500 to 39.1000 with tobservation -22.093 > ttable 2.093 and the significant value 0.000 < α 0.05. (3) Fcount 94.111 indicates a significant difference between push-up and pull-up training on the gyaku tsuki stroke in Karate Sports of Inkanas Selayar. The ttable value is 2.093, indicating a significant difference between push-up and pull-up training on the gyaku tsuki stroke in Karate Sports of Inkanas Selayar. ttable = 4.113 or significant value 0.000 < α 0.05, (5) there are differences of influence of gyaku tsuki stroke between high reaction speed groups by using push-up training and pull-up training with significant value 0.000 < α 0.05, and the high reaction speed trained by using pull-up is better than using push-up exercise, and (6) there are differences of gyaku tsuki stroke between low reaction speed groups by using push-up workout and pull-up training with significant value 0.000 < α 0.05, and the low reaction speed trained by using push-up is better than using pull-up exercice.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a direct influence of body mass index, leg explosiveness and motivation on long jump ability. This type of research is descriptive research and the method used is survey method with path analysis technique for data analysis. The population in this study were all students of SMP Kartika XX-1 Makassar. The sample was 30 people with the sampling technique, namely probability sampling. The data analysis technique used was descriptive and inferential statistical analysis with SPSS 22. The results of this study indicate that there is a direct effect of body mass index on student motivation 31.3%. There is a direct influence of leg explosive power on student motivation 56.5%. There is a direct effect of body mass index on students' long jump ability 26.2%. There is a direct influence of leg explosive power on students' long jump ability 65.2%. There is a direct effect of motivation on students' long jump ability 32.1%. There is a direct effect of body mass index on students' long jump ability through motivation 10.0%. There is a direct effect of leg explosive power on students' long jump ability through motivation by 18.1%. It is concluded that there is an influence of BMI, leg explosive power, and motivation on long jump ability.
