Abstract

Prokesmas merupakan suatu bentuk program pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang pengelolaan keuangan bagi UMKM supaya dapat naik kelas. Pelatihan ini mencakup akuntansi dasar dan penyusunan laporan keuangan yang diterapkan pada kelompok UMKM laundry. Program kegiatan ini menggunakan metode seminar dan praktek secara langsung untuk nenyusun laporan keuangan yang sederhana. Kegiatan pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 35 mitra pengusaha UMKM laundry dari Kabupaten Pekalongan, Pemalang, dan Batang Jawa Tengah. Tujuan diadakannya kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mitra UMKM dalam menyusun laporan keuangan sederhana. Pengukuran pemahaman peserta menggunakan instrumen kuesioner pre-test dan post-test. Program pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pemaparan materi untuk memberikan pemahaman terkait akuntansi dasar dan praktek langsung untuk meningkatkan keterampilan peserta dalam menyusun laporan keuangan sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil pre-test peserta mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 6,79 sedangkan pada hasil post-test menunjukkan nilai rata-rata 9,53. Maka, implementasi program pelatihan ini mampu meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap akuntansi dasar dan penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana supaya mewujudkan UMKM naik kelas. PROKESMAS : The Basic Financial Reporting Training as Upgrading UMKM Program Prokesmas is a training program that aims to increase understanding of financial management to increase the level of MSMEs. This program consists of basic accounting and financial reports that are applied to the laundry UMKM group. The training program uses the seminar method and the practice of preparing simple financial reports. This training program is attended by 35 participants, who are laundry MSMEs business practitioners in Pekalongan, Pemalang, and Batang Regencies in Central Java, Indonesia. Prokesmas intends to upgrade the capability of UMKM in basic financial reporting, which becomes an important aspect of the business. Measuring the success of the program using pre-test and post-test questionnaire instruments. The implementation of this training program consists of materials to improve basic accounting and hands-on practice to improve the skills of participants in preparing simple financial reports. Based on the results of the pre-test, participants got an average score of 6.79 while the post-test results showed an average score of 9.53. Thus, the implementation of this training program can improve basic accounting and the preparation of simple financial reports for UMKM to increase the level of UMKM.

Abstract

Desa Kalisidi memiliki permasalahan dalam sistem informasi tagihan air yang masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Petugas air di Desa Kalisidi memiliki permasalahan inefisensi kerja karena proses pencatatan data tagihan air warga masih dilakukan dengan system tradisional. Permasalahan ini menyebabkan tim pengelola tagihan air tidak dapat memberikan layanan maksimal kepada warga. Kebutuhan terhadap system informasi berbasis teknologi dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi oleh warga Desa Kalisidi. Tim Program Penguatan Kapasitas Organisasi Himpunan Mahasiswa Manajemen (PPK Ormawa HMM) melakukan analisis dan pemetaan masalah dengan metode Focus Group Discussion (FGD).  Tim PPK HMM mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis android sebagai system informasi tagihan air digital untuk warga Desa Kalisidi yang diberi nama “Tirtanadi”. Tirtanadi dirancang user friendly agar dapat digunakan dengan mudah oleh warga desa. Tujuan program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan agar warga Desa Kalisidi dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pada pengelolaan informasi tagihan air pegunungan. The Tirtanadi Android Application as the water billing system solution at Kalisidi Village Semarang Regency Kalisidi village face a problem in the water billing information system due to manual procedure on the process of information collection.  Since the process of information collection still using traditional system, it causes inefficiency work. These problems lead to the unsatisfied public services for Kalisidi vilaggers. The PPK Ormawa HMM team analyzed the problem using FGD method and find the solution. The PPK Ormawa HMM team develop the android based information system that is called “Tirtanadi”. The Tirtanadi application is a user friendly android application that can be used easily by the villagers. The purpose of this community program is to enhance the efficiency of the process of water billing information management

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku usaha kecil “Aku Djamoe” dalam penentuan harga pokok produksi. Ketepatan dalam perhitungan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dalam persaingan produk sejenis. Ketepatan dalam penentuan harga pokok produksi dalam satuan, maka akan tepat juga dalam penentuan harga jual. Sehingga membantu pemilik untuk bisa mengetahui tingkat keuntungan yang didapat. Mitra dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah Metode kegiatan dilakukan melaului diskusi bersama (Focus Grroup Discussion-FGD) diawali dengan pemaparan materi dan pelatihan penghitungan harga pokok produksi. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam kegiatan PKM adalah peningkatan pengetahuan mitra dan keterampilan mitra dalam penentuan harga pokok produksi. Peningkatan pemahaman mengenai kemampuan mitra tercapai 80% dari perolehan hasil post-test. Cost of Good Sold Workshop for ”Aku Djamoe” Small Business in Bergas Ungaran District Community service activity aims to increase the ability of small business practitioners of "Aku Djamoe" in determining the cost of production. Accuracy in calculations can increase capabilities in competition with similar products. Accuracy in determining the cost of production in units will also be accurate in determining the selling price. So it helps the owner to know the level of profit obtained. The activity method is carried out through joint discussions (Focus Group Discussion-FGD) starting with the presentation of material and training on the distribution of the cost of production. The results obtained are an increase in partner knowledge and partner skills in determining the cost of production. Increased understanding of partner capabilities was achieved by 80% of the post-test results.

Abstract

Keunggulan kompetitif entitas bisnis dapat dicapai melalui tata kelola manajemen yang baik, penguatan nilai produk, dan strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan dan digital marketing didesain untuk tujuan meningkatkan kemampuan mitra dalam bidang akuntansi dan pemasaran. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 10 orang peserta yang berasal dari UMKM Toko AMMA di Kota Semarang. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah focus group discussion (FGD) dan learning by practice. Bentuk pelatihan berupa papara materi dan praktik langsung yang didampingi oleh tim pengabdian FEB UDINUS. Kegiatan pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan mitra dalam penguasaan penyusunan laporan keuangan dan keterampilan strategi digital marketing yang diukur dari peningkatan skor pre test dari rata-rata skor 67,7 menjadi 92,6 pada nilai post-test. Penguasaan mitra di bidang marketing meliputi penguasaan teknik pengambilan foto dan video serta teknik live pada marketplace. Enhancing The MSME’s Competitive Advantage Through Digital Marketing and Financial Report Workshop Competitive advantage of business entities can be achieved through good management, strengthening product value, and efficient marketing strategy. Training on preparing financial reports and digital marketing is designed with the aim of improving partners' abilities in the fields of accounting and marketing. This training was attended by 10 participants from the MSME AMMA Store in Semarang City. This training is a form of community service, which conducted through learning by practice method. The training itself is provided in two ways, first is oral presentation by team and followed by direct practice on preparing financial report and digital marketing technique. This training activity enhanced the participants skills in preparing of financial reports and digital marketing strategy skills as measured by an increase in pre-test scores from an average score of 67.7 to 92.6 in post-test scores. Participants skills on photo and video taking techniques improved as well as live techniques on the marketplace.

Abstract

Desa Gonoharjo yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Kendal, Provinsi Jawa Tengah mempunyai permasalahan rendahnya harga jual panen kopi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi atas permasalahan desa sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan nilai jual kopi melalui pengolahan produk hasil panen kopi. Pelatihan diberikan kepada 60 warga Desa Gonoharjo. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dalam jangka waktu dua bulan, dari bulan Juli-Agustus 2024. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dalam empat tahap dengan metode diversifikasi produk dan menggunakan konsep one village one product. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan luaran berupa produk diversifikasi kopi cascara tea, sabun kopi, diffuser kopi dan kopi bubuk. Kegiatan pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan warga dalam meningkatkan daya jual produk dan pemahaman mitra mengenai nilai produk yang diukur dari peningkatan skor pre-test dan post-test dari semula adalah 62,9 menjadi 93,4 poin. Tantangan dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah kurangnya akses informasi bagi mitra terkait dengan pemasaran produk. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat selanjutnya diperlukan pendampingan pemasaran produk usaha. Workshop on Coffee Production for Farmers Community using Product Diversification Approach in Order To Enhance The Income of Community at Gonoharjo Village, Central Java Province, Indonesia Gonoharjo Village, which is located in Kendal Regency, Central Java Province, has the problem of low selling prices for coffee harvests. This community service activity aims to provide solutions to village problems as an effort to increase the selling value of coffee through processing coffee harvested products. Training was given to 60 residents of Gonoharjo Villagers. Duration of the program itself is two months, since July to August 2024. This training was carried out in four stages using the product diversification method and using the one village one product concept. This activity produces output in the form of diversified cascara tea coffee products, coffee soap, coffee diffusers and ground coffee. This training activity was successful in increasing residents' ability to increase product selling power and partners' understanding of product value as measured by increasing pre-test and post-test scores from 62.9 to 93.4 points. This program have some challenges, such as lack of information of marketing product to the villagers, hence the marketing workshop should embedded to the community service’s program in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the pentagon fraud theory, which consists of pressure, opportunity, rationalization, competence, and arrogance, on auditors' perceptions of fraud tendencies. The sample for this research is 153 auditors who work at the Regional Inspectorate of Central Java Province. This type of research is quantitative research. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS). Data was processed using SmartPLS software version 3.29. The results of this research are that pressure, opportunity and rationalization do not have a significant effect on the auditor's perception of fraud tendencies, while competence and arrogance have a significant effect on the auditor's perception of fraud tendencies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis  pengaruh Current Ratio (CR), Return on Asset (ROA), dan Dept to Equity Rasio (DER) terhadap Return Saham pada perusahaan di sektor food & beverage sebelum dan selama intuksi boikot produk pro-Israel. Metode teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan berupa uji statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji welcoxon signed rank test, uji regrensi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel CR sebelum dan selama aksi boikot berpengaruh  signifikan terhadap return saham, variabel ROA sebelum dan selama aksi boikot berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham, dan variabel DER sebelum dan selama aksi boikot berpengaruh signitifka terhadap return saham. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan teori legitimasi dengan memberikan hasil empiris bahwa perusahaan yang tidak mematuhi ekspektasi masyarakat akan kehilangan legitimasi.

Abstract

Analyzes focuses om the differences between Markowitz and Sharpe models in optimizing cryptocurrency investment portfolios. Data consists of monthly prices from ten major cryptocurrencies collected between January 2022 and December 2024. Markowitz and Sharpe models construct optimal portfolios, which are then evaluated using Sharpe Ratio, Treynor Ratio, and Jensen’s Alpha to measure portfolio performance based on risk and return. Sharpe Portfolio has a higher Sharpe Ratio than Markowitz Portfolio because expected return is higher even though standard deviation is also higher. In Treynor Ratio, both portfolios have similar values because beta is the same, making expected return the key factor in the difference. In Jensen’s Alpha, both portfolios generate returns above market expectations after adjusting for risk, with Sharpe Portfolio achieving a higher value than Markowitz Portfolio. Different portfolio optimization methods result in different risk and return characteristics. Investors can choose a portfolio based on risk preferences. If return-to-total-risk ratio is the main priority, Sharpe Portfolio can be selected due to a higher Sharpe Ratio. However, if risk stability and diversification are more important, Markowitz Portfolio can be an alternative, as it focuses on minimizing risk through a balanced asset combination.

Abstract

With the growing popularity of equity crowdfunding as a business financing alternative, it is very important to understand the factors that are able to influence investment decisions.  This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived risk, financial transparency and platform reputation on investment decisions in equity crowdfunding in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach and a purposive sampling technique, a total of 127 equity crowdfunding investors were surveyed. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results show that the three variables examined in this study, namely perceived risk, financial transparency, and platform reputation show a positive and significant influence on investment decisions. The findings can help equity crowdfunding platforms build trust and attract more investors by addressing concerns related to risk, transparency, and reputation. In turn, this contributes to broader financial inclusion, improved MSME access to funding, and the sustainable development of Indonesia’s digital financial ecosystem.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi peran e-banking (seperti internet banking dan mobile banking) serta fee based income dalam memberi pengaruh kinerja keuangan bank BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2019 hingga 2023. Penerapan teknologi adalah salah satu aspek yang bisa memberi pengaruh kepada kinerja keuangan perbankan. Penerapan teknologi di sektor perbankan sangat penting, karena kebutuhan akan informasi yang cepat saat ini mendorong bank untuk mengembangkan teknologi yang bisa memperbaiki kinerja perbankan itu sendiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kausal untuk mengevaluasi keterkaitan dan dampak antara dua atau lebih variabel. Variabel dalam penelitian ini meliputi internet banking, mobile banking, dan fee based income menjadi variabel bebas, sementara return on assets menjadi variabel terikat. Sampel penelitian sebanyak empat bank. Data sekunder yang telah terkumpul diolah menggunakan Eviews 12 dengan analisis regresi berganda dari data panel di empat bank BUMN. Secara bersamaan, temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa ketiga variabel independent secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan bank
