Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has brought substantial transformation to the global financial landscape, including in Indonesia, through the emergence of financial technology (fintech) as a modern financial innovation. In this context, Islamic fintech represents a distinctive development that integrates digital innovation with Islamic economic principles, positioning it as a strategic driver for the economic empowerment of Muslim communities. This study aims to analyze how Islamic fintech concretely contributes to the economic growth of the ummah, particularly through inclusive access to sharia-compliant financial services in the era of financial digitalization. Using a qualitative descriptive approach based on literature studies from OJK, Bank Indonesia, DSN-MUI, and several Islamic fintech case studies in Indonesia, the research identifies that Islamic fintech plays a significant role in expanding financing opportunities for MSMEs, fostering productive investment aligned with Islamic ethics, and strengthening financial inclusion in underserved regions. The findings reveal that Islamic fintech contributes to the real sector by channeling funds into halal business activities, supporting entrepreneurial development, and enhancing social welfare through digital zakat, infaq, and waqf platforms. However, the study also highlights challenges, including limited adaptive regulation, low financial and digital literacy, and the need for stronger infrastructure and data security systems. These results imply that optimizing Islamic fintech’s potential requires synergy among the government, financial institutions, academia, and society to create a sustainable, equitable, and inclusive Islamic financial ecosystem capable of accelerating the economic growth of the Muslim community in the digital era.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has fostered innovation in the financial sector, notably through the emergence of crowdfunding as an alternative model for social financing. This study analyzes the potential development of Islamic crowdfunding as an inclusive and Sharia-compliant social financing instrument in the digital era. Using a qualitative method with a literature study approach, the research draws on secondary sources including academic journals, regulatory documents, and reports from Islamic financial institutions. The findings reveal that Islamic crowdfunding offers substantial potential in promoting financial inclusion, supporting community economic empowerment, and contributing to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in reducing poverty and improving welfare. This research contributes by highlighting the strategic role of Islamic crowdfunding in bridging the gap between social finance and technological innovation within an Islamic framework. However, several challenges persist, such as the absence of comprehensive regulations, limited Islamic financial literacy, and concerns over data security and public trust. To address these issues, an integrated strategy is proposed through regulatory strengthening, Sharia certification, collaboration with Islamic social institutions, and the adoption of blockchain-based innovations accompanied by digital literacy enhancement. Through the synergy of regulators, financial institutions, and society, Islamic crowdfunding can evolve into a key driver of a fair, transparent, and sustainable social finance ecosystem in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstrak Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa perilaku konsumen di pedesaan dalam memilih tempat belanja. Keputusan membeli merupakan suatu tindakan yang dilakukan oleh konsumen dalam memutuskan untuk membeli suatu produk atau jasa tertentu. Temuannya bahwa lokasi, harga, pemilihan, kenyamanan, layanan pelanggan, dan kebijakan pengembalian; selain itu terbatasnya penguasaan teknologi membuat konsumen sulit dalam penerimaan konsep e-commerce yang ditawarkan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, sumber data primer dikumpulkan dari wawancara dan observasi; lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Toko Kelontong Novi-Ali Panguragan Cirebon; sumber data sekunder didapatkan dari artikel-artikel terkait penelitian. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya faktor psikologis berupa emosional antar warga desa dan budaya turun temurun. Keterbatasan penelitian ini dapat dilakukan melalui penelitian lanjutan untuk penelitian sejenis maupun pengembangannya. Kata Kunci: perilaku konsumen masyarakat pedesaan, pemilihan tempat belanja, Toko Kelontong Novi Ali Abstract This paper aims to analyze consumer behavior in rural areas in choosing a place to shop. Buying decision is an action taken by consumers in deciding to buy a particular product or service. His findings that location, price, selection, convenience, customer service, and return policy; in addition to the limited mastery of technology makes it difficult for consumers in the acceptance of e-commerce concepts offered. By using a qualitative approach, primary data sources were collected from interviews and observations; the location of the study was conducted at Novi-Ali Panguragan Cirebon grocery store; secondary data sources were obtained from research-related articles. The novelty of this study is the presence of psychological factors in the form of emotions between villagers and hereditary culture. Limitations of this research can be done through advanced research for similar research and development. Abstract

This paper explains that Islamic digital finance experiences a mechanical shift in implementation when there is financial technology innovation. A development strategy in line with Islamic law is essential to ensure that this innovation is not just an idea, but can also be implemented effectively according to the community's needs. Using a qualitative approach and secondary data as study material developed, compiled and concluded. The findings are that the Financial Services Authority (OJK) has shown commitment to strengthening the Islamic fintech ecosystem through various programs, such as Gebyar Safari Ramadhan and Ijtima' Sanawi, which have contributed to the Global Islamic Fintech Indicator ranking. In general, they have been unable to boost financial literacy and Islamic financial inclusion in the wider community. Another finding is the importance of developing Islamic digital financial innovations that are more inclusive and responsive to the needs of the halal food sector through the development of inclusive Islamic financial products and services, such as Sharia-based crowdfunding platforms and halal e-commerce with Sharia payments. The contribution of the findings is expected to map the weaknesses into the strengths of the global Islamic economy.

Abstract

Transformasi digital menjadi kunci dalam pengembangan pasar modal Syariah di Indonesia, menerapkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi perdagangan, aksesibilitas, dan layanan keuangan Syariah. Dalam konteks global, transformasi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan status pasar modal secara domestik tetapi juga menciptakan peluang ekonomi yang signifikan.Meskipun pasar modal Syariah mematuhi prinsip-prinsip Syariah, beberapa hambatan seperti minimnya jumlah investor dan rendahnya tingkat melek huruf menghambat perkembangannya. Transformasi digital diharapkan dapat mengatasi tantangan ini dengan meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap pasar modal. Di samping itu, potensi pertumbuhan ekonomi digital melalui layanan internet menjadi peluang besar yang perlu dimanfaatkan. Penelitian ini, menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, menyoroti peran penting transformasi digital dalam mengembangkan pasar modal Syariah. Inovasi dan teknologi digital diharapkan menciptakan struktur baru, nilai, dan sikap yang mendukung pertumbuhan industri keuangan Syariah. Kesimpulannya, melalui terus menerapkan teknologi, Indonesia dapat memperkuat posisinya dalam ekonomi Syariah secara global, mencapai efisiensi, aksesibilitas, dan pertumbuhan berkelanjutan dalam pasar modal Syariah

Abstract

This article discusses the digital marketing strategy used by Riskirich, an MSME operating in the Muslim fashion industry, especially robes and hijabs. The main focus of this research is the use of TikTok Shop as the main marketing and sales platform. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of TikTok Shop in increasing brand recognition and product sales, as well as identifying the challenges and opportunities faced by Riskirich's newest hijab gamis in developing its digital marketing strategy. MSMEs in Indonesia face many challenges in marketing the products they sell, due to the COVID pandemic – 19 which occurred in 2019 to 2021 changed everything to become completely digital, so that all MSMEs in Indonesia inevitably had to market their products online. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method and data collection through interviews, observation and social media analysis. The research results show that using TikTok Shop significantly increases product visibility and interaction with customers, but there are challenges in terms of content management and adaptation to the platform's algorithms.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan investigasi mendalam terhadap dinamika pertumbuhan Reksa Dana Net (RDN), dengan fokus pada dampak minat dan inovasi Teknologi dan Sistem Operasi Sistem (SOTS) pada perusahaan investasi Danareksa, khususnya di wilayah geografis Ciayumajakuning. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan metode kuantitatif. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap potensi hubungan antara minat mahasiswa dan inovasi SOTS dengan perkembangan investasi melalui reksa dana di kawasan unik Ciayumajakuning ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingginya minat masyarakat terhadap produk investasi Danareksa dan kuatnya inovasi sharia online trading system (SOTS) memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan Rekening dana nasabah(RDN) di wilayah Ciayumajakuning. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sinergi antara kepentingan publik dan inovasi SOTS memainkan peran penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan investasi di wilayah geografis tertentu. Memahami dinamika ini sangat penting bagi investor dan perusahaan investasi Danareksa untuk mengambil keputusan dan strategi yang tepat demi pertumbuhan RDN berkelanjutan khususnya pada mahasiswa. Abstract

This paper shows the performance of HR collaboration on the environment, in other words, GHRM can increase agricultural productivity while protecting the environment. The method is qualitative with a case study on a farm in Cirebon Regency, West Java, which applies the concept of GHRM. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis through SWOT Analysis. The findings of GHRM can be achieved through fostering a workforce that cares about the environment, encouraging innovation and collaboration, influencing organisational culture and decision-making, and generating new businesses such as garden/nature tourism, educational tourism, and spiritual tourism. The novelty of the research from the SWOT analysis is that collaborative GHRM leads to new sustainable businesses. Limitations The study was only conducted in Cirebon Regency, West Java—implications of the research directly on stakeholders and government through policies that favour collaboration for sustainable business.

Abstract

Disrupsi teknologi bisa dimaknai sebagai sebuah perubahan fundamental akibat perkembangan sistem teknologi digital yang begitu cepat. Dengan jumlah penduduk muslim terbesar Indonesia memiliki potensi yang sangat besar untuk mengembangkan sektor keuangan dan ekonomi syariah melalui pengembangan fintech syariah. Fintech Syariah di Indonesia diatur oleh fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional-Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN-MUI) nomor 117/DSN-MUI/II/2018 tentang Layanan Pembiayaan Berbasis Teknologi Informasi berdasarkan Prinsip Syariah. Qazwa adalah Fintech Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Financing Syariah yang berfokus melayani pendanaan dan pembiayaan untuk usaha produktif, baik itu properti maupun UMKM yang kredibel yang memberikan peranan dan dampak positif atas pembiayaan UMKM dan alternatif investasi yang prudent bagi masyarakat, dengan menyediakan alternatif model pembiayaan yang berdasarkan prinsip syariah, serta memberikan edukasi dan literasi keuangan serta memberikan kontribusi sosial kemasyarakatan dalam membangun ekonomi mandiri berlandaskan prinsip syariah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan strategi penerapan lean startup dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan inovasi pada konteks ekonomi syariah. Pendekatan lean startup yang menekankan eksperimen cepat, validasi ide melalui umpan balik pelanggan, serta pengurangan pemborosan sumber daya diadaptasi dengan nilai-nilai Islam seperti amanah, kejujuran, keadilan, dan tolong-menolong. Metode kualitatif deskriptif digunakan untuk mengkaji pelaku UMKM syariah di lingkungan pedesaan yang sedang bertransformasi menuju digitalisasi usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan lean startup mampu mempercepat inovasi produk dan layanan tanpa mengabaikan prinsip syariah; proses pengujian pasar lebih cepat dan sumber daya dimanfaatkan lebih efisien sehingga risiko kegagalan menurun. Integrasi etika usaha Islam memperkuat keunggulan kompetitif serta mendukung keberlanjutan bisnis jangka panjang karena membangun kepercayaan pelanggan dan relasi sosial yang kokoh. Selain itu, penelitian mengidentifikasi hambatan seperti rendahnya literasi digital, keterbatasan modal, serta akses yang terbatas ke pendampingan teknis. Hambatan tersebut diatasi melalui kolaborasi antara pelaku usaha, pemerintah desa, lembaga keuangan syariah, dan komunitas lokal untuk menyediakan pelatihan, fasilitas digital, serta skema pembiayaan mikro sesuai syariah. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini meliputi rekomendasi kebijakan dan model bisnis yang menggabungkan praktik lean startup dan prinsip Islam untuk mendorong UMKM syariah yang lebih inovatif, efisien, dan berkelanjutan di era digital. Rekomendasi ini juga menekankan pentingnya monitoring berkelanjutan, evaluasi berdasar indikator syariah dan kinerja usaha, serta pengembangan platform digital lokal yang ramah pengguna untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar dan memperkuat jejaring ekonomi Islam yang inklusif secara bersama.
