Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to create a sustainable and innovative agricultural ecosystem by emphasising the importance of human effort in critically assessing and sustaining their lives amid unpredictable natural conditions. By employing a dynamic qualitative approach and developing a reproducible analysis model, we gathered primary data through observations and interviews in Sarwadadi Village, Talun, Cirebon, alongside secondary data from online research publications. The findings revealed strong collaboration among farmers, local government, academics, and agricultural experts; the potential for eco-friendly and productive land use; and the establishment of a conceptual model for the qualitative dynamics of environmental conservation (fiqh al-bī’ah), which includes system analysis, problem identification, and interventions aimed at achieving desired outcomes for the future of eco-agriculture. However, this study does have its limitations, notably the omission of Vensim model analysis, which requires quantitative data.

Abstract

Banana peel waste in rural areas stays an unresolved environmental problem, even though peels contain useful nutrients like fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants. Durajaya Village in Cirebon Regency is among the largest banana transit centers, producing large volumes of peel waste every day. This community program aimed to improve residents' skills, including people with disabilities, in turning banana peels into nuggets as a potential home-based business. The program covered three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation, using a practical training method. Participants learned about the nutritional value of banana peels, safe processing techniques, and recipe ideas. Thirty-five people joined, including PKK mothers, local youth, and individuals with disabilities. About 90 percent of participants successfully made banana peel nuggets on their own, with good taste and a clear grasp of the nutritional benefits. Follow-up evaluation showed some participants had already used the product at home and considered it a small business option. The program boosted skills, raised awareness about organic waste use, and supported disability group involvement in productive economic activities. One limitation was that the final products were not tested in a laboratory for nutritional content.

Abstract

Limited access to marketing, business legality, and digital technology often hinders the economic participation of persons with disabilities, including the Village Disabled Community (KDD) in Lemahabang Village, Cirebon Regency, which produces red ginger powder drinks. This community service aims to strengthen the inclusive business capacity of KDD through digital marketing development and regulatory compliance in order to increase product credibility and market reach. The program applied the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach through asset identification, participatory discussions and training, asset-based program development, program implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and focus group discussions, validated using triangulation techniques, and analyzed using SWOT analysis. The results indicate measurable improvements in business capacity. First, KDD successfully obtained business legality through the Business Identification Number (NIB) and initiated the process of P-IRT and halal certification to ensure product safety and consumer trust. Second, digital marketing strategies were implemented through social media promotion and improved inclusive product packaging, enabling broader market exposure. Third, collaboration with community stakeholders strengthened social entrepreneurship values and expanded marketing networks. These achievements demonstrate that strengthening legality, digital marketing capacity, and community collaboration can enhance the economic participation and confidence of persons with disabilities while improving the sustainability of red ginger product businesses.

Abstract

In this modern era, the acceptance of technology and the internet in society is widespread, so it is not surprising that digital marketing activities have become the main choice in doing business. Investment is the process of allocating a number of resources, such as money, time, and effort, into an asset or project with the aim of gaining profits in the future. In making investments, we must understand the risks involved and carry out proper analysis before making a decision. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive, evaluative approach. The social impacts and conditions in question are the past, present, and even future conditions. It is also related to other objects such as social, economic, and cultural, as well as history and other social sciences. Digital marketing plays a very important role in introducing investment because it can help increase company profits, brand awareness, website traffic, conversions, and sales. Apart from that, digital marketing can also provide an opportunity for a company to understand consumer behavior more wisely so that it becomes an efficient tool for introducing investment. Currently, Indonesian people can take advantage of several Sharia-based investment instruments or instruments which, of course, have received permits and are registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Then, this investment was strengthened by the legal basis of the Sharia Council or Indonesian Ulema Council (DSNMUI). Sharia investment can contribute directly to reality and optimally in overall economic growth. However, it should be noted that the contribution of sharia investment is fluctuating and has yet to be able to drive the rate of economic growth in Indonesia ideally.

Abstract

The influence of Financial Technology (Fintech) on the efficiency and stability of the Islamic financial system has become the center of attention in modern financial literature. This research uses a literature study method to investigate the impact of Fintech in the context of Islamic finance. The main findings show that Fintech adoption has positively contributed to operational efficiency, reduced administrative costs, and increased accessibility of Islamic financial services. However, the regulatory challenges faced in balancing technological innovation and Sharia principles are a major highlight. In addition, the literature describes risks related to technological changes that can affect the stability of the Islamic financial system. This research provides recommendations for increasing cooperation between Islamic financial institutions and Fintech start-ups, developing responsive regulations, and expanding empirical research to test the impact of Fintech directly. In conclusion, this research provides in-depth insights into the evolution of Islamic finance in the Fintech era, providing a basis for better understanding and developing relevant policies.
