Abstract

Fintech (Financial Technology) has experienced a very rapid increase in Indonesia over the past few years and has an important role in the economy. his journal aims to explain the opportunities and challenges of Fintech in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach method by analysing various references related to the development of fintech in Indonesia. In the results of this journal research explain that the development of  Fintech in Indonesia from year to year continues to increase, Fintech opportunities continue to increase, especially sharia fintech, supported by the majority of the population who are Muslim Kharisma. While the challenge of Fintech is the absence of clear and comprehensive regulations to regulate fintech activities, especially coordination between related institutions such as Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority (FSA).

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat (KPM) Universitas Islam Bunga Bangsa Cirebon (UI BBC) di Desa Durajaya, Kecamatan Beber, Kabupaten Cirebon pada tanggal 03 Agustus 2025. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan edukasi dan pelatihan mengenai inovasi varian rasa Cimplo sebagai produk kuliner kekinian yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pemberdayaan Karang Taruna, mahasiswa, dan masyarakat.Metode pelaksanaan berupa workshop yang meliputi pemaparan materi, demonstrasi pembuatan, dan diskusi interaktif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam mengolah Cimplo menjadi berbagai varian rasa modern, terciptanya ide usaha kecil kreatif berbasis pangan lokal, serta meningkatnya kesadaran akan pentingnya inovasi kuliner untuk mendukung ekonomi masyarakat. Kegiatan yang diikuti oleh 26 peserta ini mendapatkan respons positif dari warga, khususnya generasi muda, dan diharapkan menjadi langkah awal bagi mahasiswa KPM UI BBC dalam mendorong wirausaha kuliner yang sesuai dengan tren pasar kekinian sehingga rasa cimplo itu tidak menonton terutama untuk para remaja – remaja yang lebih dominan suka jajanan modern.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan sejarah pendirian bank Islam di negara-negara ASEAN merupakan tonggak perkembangan keuangan Islam. Kkawasan ASEAN menjadi saah satu kawasan pusat industri dunia maka dengan berkembangan bank Islam diharapkan akan menjadi perkembangan keuangan Islam dunia. Indonesia, Malaysia juga Brunei Darussalam yang mempunyai mayoritas penduduk muslim mejadi penggerak pertumbuhan bank Islam bagi negara-negara lain di ASEAN yang mempunyai penduduk minoritas muslim dapat berkontribusi juga dalam pengembangan industri keuangan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder seperti data statistik, dokumen, data dari internet. Temuannya adalah di awal pendirian bank Islam di negara-negara ASEAN baik yang mempunyai penduduk mayoritas maupun minoritas muslim sudah cukup baik, hal ini dibuktikan dengan perkembangan bank Islam di negara ASEAN hingga kini yang kian pesat.

Abstract

Artikel ini ditujukan untuk mendalami kinerja karyawan bank melalui lembaga etika internal pada Bank BCA KCU Cirebon. Sumberdaya manusia menjadi salah satu unsur penting dalam perjalanan sebuah organisasi/perusahaan yang kinerjanya dapat diukur baik secara kualitatif maupun kuantitatif. Bisnis perbankan menjadi salah satu pusat bisnis jasa yang mengedepankan layanan kepada nasabah baik yang didirikan atas dasar konvensional apalagi yang berprinsip syariah, yang artinya mengutamakan etika dalam pelayanannya. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, data primer dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara dengan responden dan data sekunder didapatkan dari artikel terkait bahasan. Didapatkan hasil bahwa sebagai lembaga internal yang menilai kinerja karyawan bank Branch Service Quality (BSQ) Bank BCA KCU Cirebon lebih mengutamakan persepsi nasabah yang dilakukan secara independen, sehingga subyektifitas nasabah lebih menonjol untuk menilai kinerja karyawan bank. Implikasi penelitian ini menjadi masukan positif bagi Bank BCA terkhusus bagian customer service dalam pelayanan dengan menggunakan tehnologi komunikasi dan SDM customer service tersendiri yang bisa dihubungi komunikatif secara online realtime, tidak dengan mesin penjawab Kata Kunci: Branch Service Quality (BSQ), Kinerja Karyawan Bank, Psikologi Manusia, Etika Komunikasi Islami

Abstract

Busana Muslim mengalami perkembangan yang pesat, yang mengindikasikan adanya peningkatan kapasitas dalam proses produksi bisnis ini. Perkembangan tersebut berdampak negatif pada ekosistem dan kesejahteraan manusia. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan langkah-langkah pencegahan dengan merancang ulang ekonomi menjadi lebih berkelanjutan melalui konsep ekonomi sirkular. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang penerapan paradigma ekonomi sirkular dalam industri Busana Muslim. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur dengan data sekunder dari berbagai publikasi ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara ajaran agama Islam, yang mendorong tanggung jawab sosial dalam aktivitas ekonomi dan pelestarian lingkungan. Fokus pada ekonomi sirkular dan ideologi Islam Maqasid al-Shariah memiliki kesamaan yang saling mendukung, dan peran teknologi sangat penting dalam memfasilitasi transisi dari ekonomi linier ke ekonomi sirkular

Abstract

Food security in Indonesia remains fragile due to heavy dependence on rice and wheat as staple foods. This reliance creates structural risks when domestic output is insufficient or global supply chains are disrupted. Diversifying local food sources is therefore essential to strengthening national resilience. This study examines strategies to enhance sorghum consumption in Beber Subdistrict, Cirebon Regency, positioning it as ṭayyib food within the framework of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah. A qualitative descriptive method was applied, using secondary data from journals, international reports, government documents, and local publications. Thematic analysis focused on three themes: sorghum’s potential, local consumption strategies, and the role of policy and institutions. Findings show that bioguma sorghum in Beber yields 10–16 tons per harvest with up to three harvests annually, far above the national average. This productivity provides economic opportunities through processing into flour, noodles, and healthy snacks. Challenges remain, including limited processing facilities, low nutritional awareness, and weak village institutions. Promoting sorghum as ṭayyib food supports hifz al-nafs (protection of life), hifz al-mal (protection of wealth), and imārat al-ardh (stewardship of the earth). Integrated, community-based strategies and multi-stakeholder collaboration could position Beber as a replicable model of Islamic and sustainable local food security.

Abstract

Satisfaction is important in the future development of halal tourism. This study aims to analyze the effect of halal tourism development on tourist satisfaction. The research method used mixed methods, where quantitative data was obtained from 100 tourist respondents and qualitative data was collected through observation and interviews with tourism managers, communities, and tourists. The data was then analyzed using simple linear regression and source triangulation. The results of this study can be seen from β = 0.889, r² = 78.5%, p < 0.001, which indicate that the development of halal tourism has a positive effect on tourist satisfaction. The factors that influence this are halal facilities, quality services, storytelling, digital marketing, and spiritual and educational experiences, which create a positive image, potential for repeat visits, and word-of-mouth promotion. The development of halal tourism is carried out with an experiential approach by exploring various local cultures, spiritual experiences, cultural education with sharia-based management, and halal tourism experiences are not only about the attractiveness of tourist locations but must also be supported by the availability of halal facilities and infrastructure, quality halal services, educational tourism, and traditional culture. Marketing strategies for experience-based development can be implemented by strengthening cultural and religious storytelling, halal tourism packages, utilizing digital marketing and tourist reviews, and improving facilities and services. This research contributes to integrating religious and cultural aspects, as well as community participation, which play an important role in the development of halal tourism based on tourist experiences. The implications can be utilized to create SOPs for halal tourism services, develop digital marketing, and strengthen the involvement of all parties for the sustainability of halal tourism

Abstract

Implementation of manual recording in the distribution of 3 Kg LPG often faces problems of inaccuracy of targets and inefficiency. One of them is due to misuse by retailers, they take advantage of loopholes in the manual system to buy subsidized LPG from the base and resell it above the Highest Retail Price (HET) to the public, including those who should not be entitled. This practice causes price distortion and makes subsidies not fully enjoyed by the target audience. The 3-kg LPG subsidy program in Indonesia aims to provide affordable energy access for communities in need. This study seeks to explore the role of digitalization—specifically through the implementation of the Merchant Apps—in realizing the principle of wadh'u asy-syai’ fi mahallihi (placing something in its proper context) within the framework of Islamic economics in the distribution of subsidized 3-kg LPG. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study at PT. Sinar Aurora Abadi. The analysis reveals that the Merchant Apps significantly enhance targeting accuracy through NIK (National Identification Number) verification and purchase limitations, while also improving distribution efficiency via digitized recording and reporting systems. These findings align with key principles of Islamic economics, including justice (‘adl), public benefit (maslahah), moderation and efficiency (iqtishad), and trustworthiness (amanah). Nonetheless, the implementation of the Merchant Apps also faces several challenges, particularly in relation to digital infrastructure, digital literacy, and system reliability. This study concludes that digitalization through the Merchant Apps holds strong potential for optimizing the distribution of the 3-kg LPG subsidy, making it more targeted, efficient, and accountable in accordance with Islamic economic values. Continuous efforts to address these challenges and to develop the application inclusively are essential to achieving these goals.
