Abstract

Repurchase intentions occur when service users or customers are satisfied and get what they need. This study aims to determine the effect of monetary sacrifice and service benefits on repurchase intention mediated by customer value. This research was conducted on customers of PT. Garuda Indonesia Persero Tbk. The number of samples taken was 112 respondents, with nonprobability sampling method. Data collection was obtained from distributing questionnaires. Data analysis using path analysis and multiple test. The results of this study indicate that monetary sacrifice has a positive effect on customer value. Service benefit has a positive effect on customer value. Monetary sacrifice has a positive effect on repurchase intention. Service benefit has a positive effect on repurchase intention. Customer value has a positive effect on repurchase intention. Monetary sacrifice positively influences repurchase intention mediated by customer value. Service benefit has a positive effect on repurchase intention mediated by customer value. The implication of this research is expected to be a reference for the management of PT. Garuda Indonesia Persero Tbk. in providing benefits in the form of good service and giving a special impression to customers.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan peran relational quality memediasi pengaruh kemitraan pelanggan, kemitraan pemasok, dan kemitraan pesaing terhadap kapabilitas inovasi dan dampaknya pada kinerja bisnis. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pebisnis UKM di Bali. Besarnya sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 150 orang dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Path Analysis dengan menggunakan SEM berbasis PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemitraan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap relational quality. Kemitraan dengan pemasok juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap relational quality dan kemitraan dengan pesaing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap relational quality. Selanjutnya relational quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kapabilitas inovasi. Demikian juga relational quality mampu memediasi parsial secara signifikan pengaruh kemitraan pelanggan dan kemitraan pemasok terhadap kapabilitas inovasi. Namun demikian kemitraan pesaing berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kapabilitas inovasi, sehingga relational quality merupakan mediasi sempurna (full mediation) pengaruh kemitraan pesaing terhadap kapbiltias inovasi. Oleh karena itu penting bagi pebisnis UKM di Bali untuk meningkatkan kemitraan dengan pelanggan, pemasok, dan pesaing agar relational quality semakin baik sebagai dasar untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas inovasi yang berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja bisnis.

Abstract

Perilaku konsumsi masyarakat yang dipengaruhi oleh kesadarannya pada kerusakan lingkungan menjadi latar belakang dilakukannya penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kepribadian merek terhadap kepercayaan dan komitmen merek, yang kemudian mengakibatkan loyalitas merek salah satu produk kosmetik dan perawatan diri organik di Kota Denpasar. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode survei menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling berjumlah 150 responden, kemudian data dianalisis dengan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). Hasil penelitian adalah kepribadian merek berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen dan kepercayaan merek. Begitu juga dengan komitmen merek dan kepercayaan merek, ditemukan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek. Implikasi teoritis penelitian ini adalah memperkaya konsep kepribadian merek yang ditemukan oleh Aaker (1997). Implikasi praktis bagi perusahaan produk ini adalah memperkuat dimensi kehandalan yang merepresentasikan kepribadian merek, indikator setia mengkonsumsi produk dalam waktu yang lama yang merepresentasikan komitmen merek, dan indikator konsistensi kualitas yang merepresentasikan kepercayaan merek dalam rangka meningkatkan loyalitas merek.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan: 1) pengaruh orientasi pasar dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap keunggulan bersaing UKM, 2) pengaruh orientasi pasar, orientasi kewirausahaan dan keunggulan bersaing terhadap kinerja UKM dan 3) peran keunggulan bersaing dalam memediasi pengaruh orientasi pasar dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja UKM industri kerajinan ‘kain endek’ (kain tenun ikat) di Kabupaten Klungkung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah UKM di industri kerajinan kain endek di Kabupaten Klungkung yang terdaftar di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Bali tahun 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh (sensus), dimana menggunakan keseluruhan populasi yaitu 37 usaha sebagai unit analisis. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis SEM berbasis PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi pasar dan orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing UKM. Orientasi pasar, orientasi kewirausahaan dan keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap kinerja UKM. Keunggulan bersaing secara positif dan signifikan memediasi pengaruh orientasi pasar dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja UKM industri kerajinan endek di Kabupaten Klungkung.

Abstract

Persaingan dalam bisnis membuat pengusaha dituntut untuk dapat mengerti dan memahami apa yang terjadi di pasar dan mengetahui apa yang dibutuhkan oleh konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh orientasi pasar terhadap inovasi produk pada UKM kerajinan endek, untuk menjelaskan pengaruh inovasi produk terhadap kinerja UKM, dan orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja UKM kerajinan endek, serta menjelaskan peran inovasi produk dalam memediasi hubungan orientasi pasar dengan kinerja UKM kerajinan endek di Kabupaten Klungkung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah UKM kerajinan endek di Kabupaten Klungkung yang terdaftar di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Bali tahun 2016. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, yaitu hanya pada UKM kerajinan endek yang masih beroperasi saat sekarang, sebanyak 37 usaha sebagai unit analisis. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Orientasi Pasar berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap Inovasi Produk UKM kerajinan endek di Kabupaten Klungkung. Inovasi Produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja UKM kerajinan endek, dan Orientasi Pasar juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja UKM kerajinan endek di Kabupaten Klungkung. Inovasi Produk secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh Orientasi Pasar terhadap Kinerja UKM kerajinan endek di Kabupaten Klungkung.

Abstract

Purpose of this research is to explain the emotional response’s role in mediating the correlation between consumer dissatisfaction with brand switching to Teh Botol Sosro’s consumers to be Teh Pucuk Harum. This research was performed to consumers in Denpasar City by using questionnaire that was taken directly. Sample size used is 130 respondents with purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique used are path and sobel test. Research result shows that consumer dissatisfaction and emotional responses has significant and positive influence to the brand switching. The practice implication obtained from this research is that the Producer of Teh Botol Sosro should lessen the taste of jasmine aroma and add some sweet taste so it will implicate to the consumer’s satisfaction.

Abstract

Internationalization of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) contributes as a driver of the economy. It is important for SMEs to produce innovation performance. The aim of the study was to investigate the relationship between market orientation (MO), learning orientation (LO), and knowledge management (KM) on innovation performance. The research method is a cross-sectional research design. The population include export-oriented manufacturing SMEs, registered with the Bali Province Industry and Trade Office (2019). A total of 94 senior SME managers participated in the survey. Partial least square (PLS) based structural equation model was used to test the hypothesis. Finding, KM plays a mediating role in the relationship between MO and LO on innovation performance. Managers’ policies in the practice of strategic orientation and knowledge management strengthen innovation performance.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on many businesses, including the “Nasi Jinggo” micro business in Denpasar City, especially the Nasi Jinggo angkringan located on Jalan Gajah Mada, Denpasar. The amount of sales that can be achieved, the operating profit that can be earned, and the number of customers that can be served have decreased. Therefore, it is necessary to consider alternatives that can be employed to address existing issues. One approach to do this is to create a promotional model that integrates several relevant social media platforms. The purpose of this community service is to develop Nasi Jinggo's entrepreneurs' abilities to promote social media and create social media promotion media such WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook to communicate their products. This service includes training on the importance of social media promotion and also guidance or consultation on how to make social media promotions through WhatsApp. This project takes place on Jalan Gajah Mada, Denpasar City, which is a member of the micro business group or Angkringan Nasi Jinggo. After the activity was carried out, the Nasi Jinggo micro business owner who had agreed to use the business name "Nasi Jinggo Bu Kojek" was able to promote using social media in several available platform options such as Instagram, Facebook, Whatshapp. Sales performance may improve as a result of the development of this social media campaign, and the Nasi Jinggo angkringan "Bu Kojek" brand is strengthened. It is hoped that in the future this community service activity can be sustainable by offering other social media platforms

Abstract

Abstract. The paper aims to investigate the possible relationship between tourism supply chain and strategic partnership, read as a way to reduce and better manage the complexity in tourism industry. The previous studies on satisfaction in tourism have attracted the attention of practitioners and academicians, but its consequences on tourists revisit intention at traditional retail has not been widely carried out. This study aims to explain the factors that influence satisfaction as well as its consequences on revisit intention of tourists at the traditional souvenir market in Bali through the supply chain management (SCM) system. In addition, it also explained the role of sources of WOM (offline and online) as a moderator of the relationship between service quality and product quality towards tourist satisfaction. A survey was conducted from foreign tourists who visited and experienced to shop souvenirs at the traditional market in Bali. The data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS approach. This study revealed that SCM had a positive and significant effect on trust, satisfaction, and revisit intention. Product and service quality had a positive and significant effect on trust, satisfaction, and revisit intention. Trust had a positive and significant effect on satisfaction and revisit intention. Satisfaction had positive and significant effect on revisit intention. However, the source of WOM (offline and online) did not significantly moderate the effect of service quality and product quality towards satisfaction. This study proved product quality was the most influential factor impacting satisfaction. The ability to maintain consistency of service quality and product quality were very important factors in creating tourists trust, satisfaction and revisit intention. Finally, this model is expected to contribute in determining the SCM that influence tourist satisfaction at souvenir traditional market.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are essential in improving a nation's economy. MSMEs can survive in a declining economic condition and also have the ability to absorb a large number of workers. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on the global economy. This study aims to analyze the effect of information technology variables on the performance of MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is qualitative with a literature review approach. Several articles relating to information technology and MSME performance were used as references. The results obtained by MSMEs feel the positive impact of the role of information technology during the Covid-19 pandemic. Further research is expected to examine the role of information technology in the MSME sector. For example, SMEs in food, clothing, and others. SMEs must choose technology adaptations from the business activities and adjust to their existing financial capabilities. The government must help create adaptations for MSME actors during the Covid-19 pandemic, such as providing training and adequate technology infrastructure.
