Abstract

In the current era of globalization, business development, especially in culinary MSMEs, is fast. To face competition requires the ability to innovate in products and improvement in marketing performance. The purpose of this study is to explain role of product innovation in mediating the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance. This research was conducted in Badung Regency on the owners or managers of culinary MSMEs. The number of samples in this study were as many as 40 culinary MSMEs using purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The results show that entrepreneurial orientation had a positive but insignificant effect on marketing performance; Entrepreneurial orientation positively and significantly influences product innovation; Product innovation positively and significantly influences marketing performance and product innovation significantly mediates the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explain the role of brand image in mediating the influence of social media marketing on repeat purchases of Mie Gacoan customers in Denpasar City. The sample used in this study was 130 respondents using a questionnaire with google form. The method of determining the sample using purposive sampling method with PLS-based SEM analysis technique. The results show that, social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on repeat purchases, social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand image, brand image has a positive and significant effect on repeat purchases, brand image is significantly positive and significant is able to mediate the influence of social media marketing on repeat purchases. Based on the results of this study, Mie Gacoan in Denpasar City has done social media marketing well, so that it has a good brand image to increase repeat purchases.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explain the role of product innovation in mediating the influence of market orientation on competitive advantage in Silver MSMEs in Celuk Village, Sukawati Gianyar District. This study used a sample of 30 SMEs with the method of determining the sample, namely purposive sampling. The data collected is by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is PLS-based SEM. The results showed that, market orientation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, market orientation has a positive and significant effect on product innovation, product innovation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, and product innovation is able to positively and significantly mediate the effect of market orientation. against competitive advantage. Based on the results of this study, the SMEs of Silver in Celuk Village, Sukawati Gianyar District have carried out market orientation by maintaining customer commitment and have made product innovations, namely routinely adding new product designs.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of market orientation and innovation on competitive advantages and marketing performance on apparel MSMEs in Denpasar City. This research was conducted in MSME apparel located in Denpasar city with a sample of 50 MSMEs using purposive sampling sample determination method. Data collection using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using PLS-based SEM analysis techniques. The results of this study showed that market orientation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance, innovation positively and significantly affects marketing performance, market orientation has a positive and significant effect on competitive excellence, innovation positively and significantly affects competitive excellence, competitive advantage has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance.

Abstract

The development of internet has led an increasing presence of online store, followed by developments in online shopping activities. The purpose of this study is to explain the role of customer satisfaction in mediating the relationship between experiences by word of mouth as well as the repurchase intention. The sample are 140 people in Denpasar who purchased cosmetics through online shop at least 1 times in the last of 6 month, determined using purposive sampling method. This research uses PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis. The study showed that online shopping experience has a positive and significant impact on customer’s satisfaction, repurchase intention and positive word of mouth. Customer’s satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention and positive word of mouth. Customer’s satisfaction was also shown has mediation effect on repurchase intention and positive word of mouth.

Abstract

Repurchase intentions occur when service users or customers are satisfied and get what they need. This study aims to determine the effect of monetary sacrifice and service benefits on repurchase intention mediated by customer value. This research was conducted on customers of PT. Garuda Indonesia Persero Tbk. The number of samples taken was 112 respondents, with nonprobability sampling method. Data collection was obtained from distributing questionnaires. Data analysis using path analysis and multiple test. The results of this study indicate that monetary sacrifice has a positive effect on customer value. Service benefit has a positive effect on customer value. Monetary sacrifice has a positive effect on repurchase intention. Service benefit has a positive effect on repurchase intention. Customer value has a positive effect on repurchase intention. Monetary sacrifice positively influences repurchase intention mediated by customer value. Service benefit has a positive effect on repurchase intention mediated by customer value. The implication of this research is expected to be a reference for the management of PT. Garuda Indonesia Persero Tbk. in providing benefits in the form of good service and giving a special impression to customers.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan peran relational quality memediasi pengaruh kemitraan pelanggan, kemitraan pemasok, dan kemitraan pesaing terhadap kapabilitas inovasi dan dampaknya pada kinerja bisnis. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pebisnis UKM di Bali. Besarnya sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 150 orang dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Path Analysis dengan menggunakan SEM berbasis PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemitraan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap relational quality. Kemitraan dengan pemasok juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap relational quality dan kemitraan dengan pesaing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap relational quality. Selanjutnya relational quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kapabilitas inovasi. Demikian juga relational quality mampu memediasi parsial secara signifikan pengaruh kemitraan pelanggan dan kemitraan pemasok terhadap kapabilitas inovasi. Namun demikian kemitraan pesaing berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kapabilitas inovasi, sehingga relational quality merupakan mediasi sempurna (full mediation) pengaruh kemitraan pesaing terhadap kapbiltias inovasi. Oleh karena itu penting bagi pebisnis UKM di Bali untuk meningkatkan kemitraan dengan pelanggan, pemasok, dan pesaing agar relational quality semakin baik sebagai dasar untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas inovasi yang berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja bisnis.

Abstract

Perilaku konsumsi masyarakat yang dipengaruhi oleh kesadarannya pada kerusakan lingkungan menjadi latar belakang dilakukannya penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kepribadian merek terhadap kepercayaan dan komitmen merek, yang kemudian mengakibatkan loyalitas merek salah satu produk kosmetik dan perawatan diri organik di Kota Denpasar. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode survei menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling berjumlah 150 responden, kemudian data dianalisis dengan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). Hasil penelitian adalah kepribadian merek berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen dan kepercayaan merek. Begitu juga dengan komitmen merek dan kepercayaan merek, ditemukan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek. Implikasi teoritis penelitian ini adalah memperkaya konsep kepribadian merek yang ditemukan oleh Aaker (1997). Implikasi praktis bagi perusahaan produk ini adalah memperkuat dimensi kehandalan yang merepresentasikan kepribadian merek, indikator setia mengkonsumsi produk dalam waktu yang lama yang merepresentasikan komitmen merek, dan indikator konsistensi kualitas yang merepresentasikan kepercayaan merek dalam rangka meningkatkan loyalitas merek.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence Influence Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Risk Of Trust and Intent to Buy E-Ticket On Site Traveloka. The sample was taken by purposive sampling technique. Indicators research counted 18 indicators and the total respondents were 180 people. Collecting data using questionnaire technique, which is where the questionnaire using a Likert scale with 5 possible answers 1 through 5 and analysis tools using SEM (Strucutral Equation Modeling). The result is that the perceived ease of use positive and significant impact on the trust and purchase intentions. Risk perception negatively affect purchase intentions and trust, and the trust has positive influence on purchase intentions. The theoretical implications of this research are not all variables are positive and significant effect as well as the influence of risk perception negatively affect purchase intentions. The practical implications are useful for companies to explore the perception of risk from a consumer standpoint. for the future, first consider the needs and desires on the purchase of e-ticket.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and quality of service to user satisfaction to build user loyalty GO-JEK applications in the city of Denpasar. The sample used as many as 170 users who have been using the service application GO-JEK at least 3 times in the last 3 months who live in Denpasar with nonprobability sampling technique. This research uses analysis technique PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of the study found that perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness, service quality has a positive but insignificant effect on user satisfaction, service quality has influence Positive and significant to loyalty. Furthermore, user satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on loyalty.
