LPPM X University is responsible for managing administration and providing research and community service data for both internal and external purposes. One of the databases managed by LPPM X University is SINTA. However, an evaluation has yet to be conducted to assess the acceptance of X University lecturers regarding the use of SINTA. This research aims to analyze the extent of X University lecturers' acceptance of SINTA. It also aims to examine the mediating effect of service quality on the acceptance of SINTA. The study employs the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with service quality as a mediating variable. The research method used is quantitative, with data collection using questionnaires and data processing using SMARTPLS 4. All variables meet the validity criteria and fulfill the construct reliability based on the collected data. The results of this study show that service quality significantly impacts the acceptance of SINTA by lecturers.

Data were collected by questionnaire from a sample of 200 students attending in an entrepreneurship program and another sample of 200 students as a control group. Our results indicate that the entrepreneurship program significantly improved students'innovativeness, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial intention. Furthermore, the students in an entrepreneurship program have a higher (average) innovativeness, entrepreneurial selfefficacy, and entrepreneurial intention, at the end of the entrepreneurship program, than a control group of students.

Abstract

This study was used to determine the acceptance preferences of OVO technology in business faculty students in Surabaya using the TAM theory model (Technology Acceptance Model) that focuses on Perceived Efficacy Factors, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usage that is Easy to Use, and Perceptions of Use that are Perceived and Behavior Intentions for Use. OVO service is a mobile application that allows users to transact using electronic money. There is a trend of using electronic money payments using transitions to make transactions easier, more effective, and efficient, but still safe. Survey data were collected from 160 OVO users and analyzed using quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Perceived Risks and TAM core constructs such as Perceived Usability and Perceived Ease of Use have been proven to be both partially and simultaneously significant for the Behavior of Intention to Use. This study explains the significant relationship between constructs and discussing this information can be used to increase OVO acceptance among Surabaya students. This research is based on primary data collection and interpretation. This provides comprehensive insights about OVO acceptance to students in the city of Surabaya.

Abstract

Universitas Ciputra Surabaya is one of the universities that strongly supports its students to become excellent entrepreneurs by providing entrepreneurship curriculum and real business practice experiences. An entrepreneurial mindset is required to achieve this goal. This research aims to elaborate on the dimensions of entrepreneurial mindset based on previous research findings. Adopting a mixed-method approach on undergraduate students who have taken entrepreneurship courses. Data analysis was conducted through semi-structured interviews and confirmatory factor analysis to test the dimensions of entrepreneurial thinking generated from qualitative research. These were then tested on 100 students enrolled in entrepreneurship courses. The research results indicate two dimensions of entrepreneurial mindset: elaborating mindset with indicators of consideration, planning, and information seeking, and implementing mindset with indicators of action and evaluation. The confirmatory factor analysis results show that the elaborating mindset is focused on planning, such as planning/strategies for starting a business and when to start a business, while the implementing mindset is focused on evaluation, such as always seeing opportunities and measuring these opportunities in starting one's own business. For universities that provide entrepreneurship education, students need to be given materials on creating business plans and evaluating the businesses they are running.
