Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa SMAN 1 Bangko Pusako. Kompetensi sosial mencakup kemampuan guru dalam berinteraksi dan berkomunikasi secara efektif dengan siswa, sementara kompetensi kepribadian mencakup sifat sifat kepribadian guru yang mendukung proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Instrument pengumpulan data pada penelitian menggunakan angket. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui angket yang diberikan kepada siswa jurusan IPS di SMAN 1 Bangko Pusako. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik regresi linear berganda untuk melihat pengaruh masing masing variabel independen (Kompetensi sosial dan Kompetensi kepribadian) terhadap variabel dependen (Motivasi belajar siswa). Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa kompetensi sosial dan kompetensi kepribadian guru memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa SMAN 1 Bangko Pusako. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan uji t dan Uji F menunjukkan hasil signifikansi 0,000. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa nilai signifikansi dibawah <0,05. Dapat dikatakan bahwa adanya pengaruh kompetensi sosial dan kepribadian guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa IPS SMA Negeri 1 Bangko Pusako. Kedua variabel ini secara Bersama sama memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa Jurusan IPS SMAN 1 Bangko Pusako.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction at Bank BRI Padang Harapan Unit, Bengkulu City. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach through participatory observation and semi-structured interviews with employees and customers during a one-month field internship. The findings indicate that service responsiveness, adoption of digital technology (BRImo), and effective communication are key factors in improving customer satisfaction and loyalty. The study also identifies several service quality improvement strategies, including human resource training, customer education, and digital service promotion. The primary contribution of this research lies in applying a digital approach within the context of local banking services.

Abstract

Education is a process that makes humans better, more knowledgeable, and more skilled. The involvement of teachers and principals is very important to achieve this goal. RA Al-Aziziyah Mojokerto has high discipline as evidenced by the use of very neat uniforms, precisely when students enter and leave class according to the existing schedule, have high manners and have a social spirit. then the researcher is interested in raising the title Curriculum Management at RA Al-Aziziyah in order to form student competencies related to knowledge of religious and moral values. This study uses a qualitative type approach with 3 problem formulations, namely 1. How is curriculum management in shaping the competence of knowledge of religious and moral values  of students at RA Al-Aziziyah? 2.  How is the Management of Early Childhood Learning Environment Design at RA Al-Aziziyah Mojokerto? 3. What factors support and inhibit curriculum management in shaping the knowledge competence of religious and moral values of students at RA Al- Aziziyah? This research resulted in a finding that RA Al-Aziziyah Mojokerto has several activities that can increase students' knowledge about religious and moral values such as daily activities, spontaneous activities, exemplary activities and programmed activities, coupled with creativity in managing environmental designs to increase students' enthusiasm in learning to be one of the factors supporting success in the competence of knowledge of religious and moral values in students.

Abstract

Qur’an education park Al Aziz has more than 100 students and 7 permanent teachers with several program activities which are very many activities such as daily activities, spontaneous activities, exemplary activities and annual activities so that they can shape the character of students in students. -Qur'an (Tpq) Al-Aziz, Lengkong Village, Mojoanyar, Mojokerto. The focus of this research on 1). What is the process of forming the character of the students in the Al-Aziz Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ), Lengkong Village, Mojoanyar, Mojokerto? 2). What are the results of the formation of the character of the students in the Al-Aziz Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ), Lengkong Village, Mojoanyar, Mojokerto? By using a qualitative type approach. Through several activities that have been carried out by students through several programs contained in TPQ Al Aziz, students have the character of santri as follows: 1). Students have an increase in piety to Allah SWT. Students get this through all existing activities such as reciting the Koran, praying, and praying in congregation. 2). Students have a sense of gratitude that students get with a little increase in reading the Koran. 3). Students have a sincere nature. 4). Students have patience. 5). Qonaah. 6). Laughter. Student trust is seen from the sincerity and enthusiasm of students in carrying out the process of educational activities at TPQ Al Aziz

Abstract

This community service activity aims to analyze operational activities and marketing strategies implemented at Bank BRI Gading Cempaka Unit based on a one-month field practice. The approach used was descriptive qualitative with data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the Teller, Customer Service, and Marketing divisions have a significant role in providing financial services and reaching the community. The 4P-based marketing strategy (Product, Price, Place, and Promotion) was implemented effectively, especially in promoting BRImo, Simpedes, and KUR products. In addition, direct interaction with customers and field surveys by marketing officers strengthened trust and expanded service access. Digital literacy is a challenge, especially for elderly customers, so face-to-face education is still very much needed. This activity provides a strategic overview for improving banking services and marketing in local work units.

Abstract

This paper discusses the effect of independent learning on class XI accounting students’ learning outcomes in the learning subject of trading company accounting at SMK Bina Profesi Pekanbaru. The research uses a type of quantitative descriptive research. The sample was 32 accounting students from class XI in the academic year 2022/2023. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation, which were subsequently analyzed through simple linear regression data analysis techniques and the coefficient of determination. The results indicate that independent learning had a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes with an effect of 40.9% and the rest was influenced by other factors, which were not discussed in the research like students’ motivation. Thus, it can be concluded that students’ learning outcomes will increase if there is independent learning carried out by the students themselves. Hence, it is expected for teachers to improve student’s learning outcomes by concerning more on increasing the independence of the students themselves.

Abstract

This article investigates the relationship between self-motivation and academic procrastination among Economic Education students at Universitas Riau during the pandemic. The study is motivated by the tendency of students to delay completing assignments due to low motivation. This quantitative descriptive study aimed to determine whether self-motivation significantly affects students’ academic procrastination. Data were collected via a questionnaire distributed through Google Forms to students from the 2018 and 2019 cohorts, with a random sampling technique applied to obtain 109 respondents. The results show that 82.6% of students had high self-motivation, while 55.9% exhibited low levels of academic procrastination. Simple linear regression analysis revealed that self-motivation had a significant effect on academic procrastination at a 5% significance level. The findings suggest that enhancing students’ self-motivation can effectively reduce academic procrastination and improve timely completion of assignments.

Abstract

This research was a qualitative descriptive study aiming at revealing factors determining students’ self-motivation at Universitas Riau. Selfmotivation was a crucial element in the implementation of blended learning-based curriculum in the industrial 4.0 era. The data for this research were collected by using questionnaires which were distributed through google forms for all students in each faculty. They were selected as the samples in this research with a total of 515 students. The results showed that the score for ‘having motivation to achieve something’ was 4.21 or 84.12% which was categorized as good; the score for the commitment aspect was 4.34 or 86.70% which was categorized as good; the score of the initiative aspect was 3.87 or 77.50% which was categorized as sufficient; the score for optimistic aspect was 4.15 or 83%, and the overall average score was 4.14 or 82.85% which was categorized as good. Based on the 10 indicators as a determining factors for the students’ self-motivation at Universitas Riau, all of them can determine the level of achievement of the self-motivation . Sequentially, the determining factors from the highest to the lowest were needed for lectures, self-introspection, fulfilling class assignments, confidence in abilities, complacency/not giving up easily, enthusiasm for attending lectures, orientation to success, prefering to work on case studies, self-confidence, and managing times for study.

Abstract

The research is aimed at finding out the effect of using Canva-based audio visual media to increase students' learning motivation in class XI economics subjects at SMAN 1 Mandau. With the following research, the aim is to determine the differences in students' learning motivation before and after using Canva-based audio visual learning media. This research is quantitative research with experimental methods, and as a measure a Likert scale is used. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling technique, a sampling technique based on class criteria where students' learning motivation was low so that a sample size of 35 respondents was obtained. The data collection technique is by providing a test instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Based on the results of the analysis of different tests on learning motivation questionnaires before and after using Canva-based audio visual media, the questionnaire score before using Canva-based audio visual media was 63.87% and the questionnaire score after using Canva-based audio visual media was 76.79%, and the results of the independent sample t-test The test obtained 11.204 > 1.690, which means there are differences in students' learning motivation before and after using Canva-based audio visual media.

Abstract

The post-pandemic workforce demands a fundamental reset, moving beyond the outdated transactional employment model. Chronic disengagement and burnout, fueled by traditional profit-centric paradigms, reveal a critical need to redefine organizational success. This article argues that building an empathetic organization—one that strategically prioritizes psychological safety, holistic well-being, and human-centered leadership—is the essential strategy for achieving sustainable performance and competitive advantage in the modern era. Employing a qualitative, synthesizing approach, we analyze multidisciplinary evidence from organizational psychology (e.g., psychological safety), neuroscience, behavioral economics, and documented business case studies to construct a coherent, evidence-based framework. The analysis confirms that empathy is a powerful strategic asset, directly correlating with enhanced innovation, productivity, talent retention, and measurable financial returns. We identify and discuss the core pillars of this model and address key implementation challenges. Empathetic organization represents a necessary evolution in corporate consciousness, proving that employee well-being is not in opposition to profit but is, in fact, the new foundational driver of a resilient and prosperous bottom line.
