Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan jenis kesalahan siswa berdasarkan teori Newman yang ditinjau dari gaya berpikir sekuensial abstrak dalam penyelesaian soal logaritma pada siswa kelas X dan mendeskripsikan penyebab terjadinya kesalahan siswa dalam menjawab soal berdasarkan teori Newman. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini penentuan subjek menggunakan teknik puposive sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan datamenggunakan lembar tes tertulis, angket gaya berpikir dan wawancara. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 4 kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa sekuensial abstrak dalam menyelesaikan soal logaritma berdasarkan teori newman yakni: 1) kesalahan memahami masalah, enyebab kesalahan memahami adalah siswa belum sepenuhnya memahami soal, serta merasa tergesa-gesa karena ingin cepat menyelesaikan soal yang diberikan. 2) kesalahan transformasi, penyebab kesalahan transformasi adalah siswa gagal memahami masalah sehingga siswa kebingungan saat menyelesaikan soal, serta siswa tidak bisa menentukan rumus yang harus digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah. 3) kesalahan keterampilan proses, penyebab kesalahan keterampilan proses adalah siswa terburu-buru dan kurang teliti dalam melakukan perhitungan dan 4) kesalahan penulisan jawaban akhir, penyebab penulisan jawaban akhir yakni karena subjek kurang teliti dalam menyelesaikan soal, serta tidak biasanya siswa untuk mengecek kembali jawaban yang sudah diperolehnya.

Abstract

Pandemi yang melanda di berbagai belahan dunia pada saat ini mempengaruhi pola kerja setiap individu dan organisasi, saat pandemi, tantangan organisasi Pendidikan Tinggi adalah untuk bertahan atau meraih sukses dengan memenuhi semua indikator keberhasilan kinerjanya. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan kinerja organisasi perguruan tinggi adalah komitmen organisasional yang dipengaruhi gaya kepemimpinan, Kepemimpinan pada organisasi pendidikan tinggi pada umumnya menerapkan kepemimpinan demokratif/transformasional sedangkan komitmen organisasional memberikan pengaruh terhadap perilaku kerja seperti kinerja, kepuasan kerja, absensi pegawai dan juga turn over pegawai. Obyek penelitian pada fakultas X di Institusi Pendidikan Tinggi Y di Jawa Timur yang mengalami penurunan performa pada awal pandemik dan harus memperbaiki performa pada tahun kedua pandemi dan seterusnya memerlukan berbagai masukan dari sisi kajian manajemen sumber daya manusia, didapatkan hasil kajian Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap terhadap Komitmen Organisasional, dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional melalui Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening dengan menggunakan analisis metode PLS.

Abstract

Background: The presence of a father in parenting is as important as a mother. Only 3.9% of fathers' participation in parenting has an impact on the progress of children's development. The involvement of fathers in child care is very supportive of the growth and development of children and has a positive impact on children. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between father's participation in parenting and the development of children aged 12-24 months in Pulau Tengah Village, Muara Madras Health Center Region. Method: This research is an analytic study with a cross-sectional study design. The sample in this study was fathers who have children aged 12-24 months, totaling 66 people. This research was carried out in the village of Pulau Tengah, the area of ​​the Muara Madras Public Health Center, Merangin Regency, Jambi Province. Data analysis using Fisher Exact test. Results: The results showed that 56.1% of father's participation in parenting, 87.9% of normal development of children aged 12-24 months. There is a significant relationship between father's participation in parenting and the development of children aged 12-24 months, the value is 0.018 (ρ<0.05). Conclussion There are many positive benefits with the involvement of fathers in parenting to improve child development, for that health workers should be able to provide correct and clear information or education that is easily understood by the community about the importance of father involvement in child care so that child care is not only the duty of the mother but also the mother work with parents. Abstract

There are differences in the management of social media at universities that run open and distance higher education systems, such as the Open University. There is an official university account managed by the head office and an official account for unit offices located in the regions. Social media managers must implement effective measures to serve and meet the needs of their stakeholders. The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the performance of social media at the head office and units at the Open University? Socialbakers' professional social media analysis tool is used to monitor social media activity from selected Instagram accounts, namely @univterbuka, @ut_jakarta, @ut.bandung, and @ut.surabaya. This study analyzes the engagement, visual content, copywriting, and content pillars of the account. The results of this study obtain strategies for managing social media at open and distance universities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application and influence of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) method in learning Al-Ājrūmiyyah on learning motivation. This study uses the Pre-Experimental Designs type of One-Group Pretest Posttest Design with the object of research the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) method and the research subjects are Al-Ājrūmiyyah class, totaling 64 students. Meanwhile, to analyze the data, researchers used quantitative descriptive analysis methods. The hypothesis test used is a non-parametric statistical test, namely the Mann Whitney U Test. The results show: first, the implementation of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning method in Al-Ājrūmiyyah learning includes a) learning preparation such as preparing worksheets, preparing games and tournaments, b) implementing learning activities in the form of class presentations and group discussions, c) evaluation or deepening the material, namely the implementation of games, tournaments and teams recognize. Second, the implementation of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning method has an effect on Al-Ājrūmiyyah's learning motivation. Based on the hypothesis test, the Asymp value was obtained. Sig of 0.000 <0.05, it indicates a significant difference between pre-action and post-action. The results of data analysis show that the percentage of students' learning motivation has increased after the implementation, from 53.98% in the Moderately Motivated category to 77.7% in the Very Motivated category

Abstract

Penerapan dan pengembangan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CRH melalui Lesson Study sangat cocok digunakan pada pembelajaran Matematika khususnya untuk anak-anak, mengingat karena dunia anak-anak adalah dunianya bermain. Dengan kegiatan Lesson Study melalui model pembelajaran CRH yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu, Plan, Do dan See. Diharapkan dapat melatih kerja sama dalam menyelesaikan masalah dengan membentuk kelompok, pembelajaran yang menarik dan mendorong peserta didik untuk terjun langsung, tidak monoton karena diselingi sedikit hiburan sehingga mampu membuat peserta didik dalam meraih nilai yang maksimal. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah tes, observasi, refleksi dan video proses kegiatan pembelajaran berlangsung. Adapun subjek penelitiannya adalah anak kelas 2 Sekolah Dasar. Dalam proses kegiatan pembelajaran anak-anak sangat aktif dan antusias. Dan diperoleh nilai 1 anak di bawah KKM dari total 10 anak yang terlibat dalam pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa Implementasi Lesson Study Melalui Model Pembelajaran CRH pada Materi Perkalian tanpa Menghafal terhadap minat dan hasil belajar peserta didik berjalan dengan baik dan efektif.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is a global outbreak that has significantly impacted all aspects of life. The occurrence of various policy changes and the emergence of uncertainty pose a threat to MSMEs. Besides that, there are also changes in consumer lifestyle patterns that refer to the lifestyle of staying at home, creating a sense of empathy and social solidarity, switching to digital media, and consumers changing from the top of the pyramid (self-actualization and respect) to the bottom need for food.  Based on these changes, MSMEs need to take appropriate steps that can be used as opportunities. Technology acceptance and adoption of marketplace applications are steps that can be taken to maintain sales levels. This research aims to test the acceptance of technology to increase sales through marketplace applications. This research was conducted in Bandar Lampung City by distributing questionnaires in a Google form to 95 Banana Chip MSMEs who had used the marketplace application. This type of research is descriptive quantitative using purposive sampling techniques. Then, the data that has been obtained is processed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this research show that technology acceptance has a significant effect on marketplace applications with a P-Value of 0.000, marketplace applications have a substantial effect on sales levels with a P-Value of 0.000, but technology acceptance has no significant impact on increasing sales with a P-Value of 0.311 and technology acceptance has a substantial effect towards growing sales through the use of marketplace applications with a P-Value of 0.000.

Abstract

Indonesia which is located in an area prone to natural disasters. The impact of floods experienced by the community such as diarrhea, itching, digestive tract, fever, upper respiratory tract infections and other diseases. Klaten city is said that every year there will be the most severe floods last year 2021. The knowledge possessed is very helpful in disaster management, and attitudes towards healthy and healthy living behavior are able to prevent environmental-based diseases. Knowing the relationship between knowledge and attitude towards flood disaster preparedness in Koripan village, Polanharjo district, Klaten regency. This research uses analytical methods, data collection techniques with stratified ramdom sampling, a sample of 89 respondents, the instrument of this research is a questionnaire. The results of the univariate analysis showed that the knowledge level of the people in polanharjo sub-district was in the good category. Community attitudes in the positive category. The results of the bivaariate analysis show that there is on relationship between knowledge and attitude towards flood disaster preparedness. The characteristics of respondents in polanharjo sub-district are the majority aged >40 yeard and the majority are male as many as 49 respondents. The level of public knowledge about flood disaster preparedness in polanharjo is mostly in the good category. The public attitude about flood disaster preparedness in the polanharjo district, the majority of the positive results, there is no relationship between knowledge and attitude.

Abstract

Learning difficulties are a problem that causes a student to not be able to follow the learning process as well as other students in general. The aim of this research is to find out more about the factors that cause learning difficulties in class VIII students at PGRI Cicalengka Middle School. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The data collection techniques used are observation or observations in the field, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the learning difficulties experienced by class VIII students at PGRI Cicalengka Middle School are caused by several causal factors: (1) students' lack of concentration in studying, (2) students' lack of ability to understand certain subject matter, such as science subjects, English, Mathematics, and Informatics, (3) lack of teacher innovation in developing their teaching abilities, and (4) lack of support from parents.

Abstract

Aggressive behavior can cause conflicts, fights, acts of violence and also make relationships with other people worse. This study aims to determine the description of aggressive behavior on client N at the Ar Rahman Drug Rehabilitation Center. This research uses a qualitative approach and case study method. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and communication. Data analysis techniques in this study are pattern matching, explanation and time series analysis. The subjects of this study were client "N", client "N"'s friends and addiction counselor. The results of this study are: (a) an overview of the aggressive behavior experienced by client "N" seen from four aspects, namely the first on the physical aggression aspect in which Client N does not beat, push, kick, even pinch, the second on the verbal aggression in which client N rejects orders and advice given to him. Third, in the aspect of hostility, client N has a sense of injustice within him, and finally in the aspect of anger, where Client N easily gets annoyed with other people. (b) the implementation of individual counseling using the tough stopping technique was carried out in four meetings with three stages, namely the initial stage, the middle stage and the final stage, and (c) the description of aggressive behavior after the implementation of individual counseling using the tough stopping technique, namely the client's physical aggression aspect N can act more calmly, can maintain attitude in the surrounding environment. In the verbal aggression aspect, client N feels more relaxed in dealing with other people, begins to accept advice or invitations from someone. In the aspect of hostility, client N feels the pain has diminished and also focuses his mind on being calmer, able to think better, longer for the future and his future, trying to forgive. And lastly, the client N aspect begins to be able to control the frustration that occurs and is much calmer between his mind and heart.
