Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of demographic factors on the financial decision-making behavior of three generational cohorts Gen-X, Gen-Y, and Gen-Z in urban Indonesia, focusing on Jakarta, Bandung, and Surabaya. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through an online survey with 381 respondents and analyzed using ANCOVA and Kruskal- Wallis tests. The findings reveal that income significantly impacts financial decision-making, with higher-income individuals making more informed choices. Women and Gen-Y demonstrate stronger saving discipline and cost-optimization strategies, while city- specific patterns highlight differences in financial behaviors, such as timely payments and discount awareness. Gender and occupation show no significant overall effects, though some variations exist in specific behaviors. These results provide theoretical insights into behavioral accounting, particularly in understanding the role of income and demographic contexts in shaping financial behaviors. Practically, the study informs financial advisors and policymakers to design tailored education and advisory programs for different demographic groups. The study offers a novel contribution by utilizing ribbon chart visualizations to uncover intergenerational and intercity financial behavior patterns in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, kualitas layanan, dan promosi terhadap kepuasan konsumen Mie Gacoan di Majalaya baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif verifikatif. Populasi penelitian adalah konsumen Mie Gacoan Majalaya, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, serta dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga, kualitas layanan, dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dengan korelasi positif kuat pada harga dan kualitas layanan, serta korelasi positif sedang pada promosi. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan kontribusi sebesar 43,8% terhadap kepuasan konsumen, sementara 56,2% sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya strategi penetapan harga yang sesuai manfaat, peningkatan kualitas layanan, dan optimalisasi promosi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

The problem that faced partners is the not yet optimal application of digital marketing in marketing products. The solution to each of these problems is to utilize ADS Facebook and Social Media and provide assistance and training. By providing these solutions, it is hoped that there will be an increase in sales and an increase in social media interaction and being registered in the Market Place. The specific target of this activity is that partners can market their products to various regions so that the distribution radius is wider and in line with increased sales. The method used is to identify needs, SWOT analysis and Expalanatory Survey to Javaganics Partners. The implementation stages consist of (1) Digital Marketing training and empowerment; (2) Data analysis; (3) Coordination of partners and researchers; (4) and internal administration of the institution; (5) Institutional self-evaluation and institutional development funds.

Abstract

This study aims to examine Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turn Over, Quick Ratio, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin to Financial Distress with Return On Assets as an intervening variable in companies affected by the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic. in Indonesia. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique and resulted in one company with the 2011-2021 research period. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data through the documentation method. Data was obtained from the company's official website, the length of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX), and other supporting periods. This study uses descriptive analysis and verification analysis using Microsoft Excel and SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), Return on Assets (ROA) Return On Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have a significant effect on Financial Distress (FD), while Quick Ratio (QR) has no significant effect on Financial Distress (FD). Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), Return On Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), while the Quick Ratio ( QR) has no significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA).

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the influence of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non-Performance Loans (NPL), and Allowance for Productive Asset Losses (PPAP) on Return on Assets (ROA) at BPR Honest Arghadana for the 2019-2023 period. The sampling technique was carried out using a purposive sampling method with the criteria of Honest BPR Arghadana which publishes complete financial reports every year for the 2019-2023 period. Before the analysis is carried out, analysis requirements are first tested including normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. The data analysis technique was carried out using the multiple linear regression analysis method using the SPSS 21 program tool. Proving the hypothesis was carried out using the T test and F test. The results of the research simultaneously stated that LDR, NPL and PPAP together had an effect on ROA of 24, 3%. Meanwhile, partial research results state that the LDR, NPL and PPAP variables do not have a significant effect on ROA.

Abstract

The specialty of content marketing is that it can make potential customers who are only interested in finally deciding to make a purchase. The Cibaduyut Shoe Trader Community does not yet recognize and utilize marketing content in business activities. The focus of business activities of the Cibaduyut Shoe trader community is producing shoes and selling shoes conventionally. Conventional business activities include selling to community partners, selling traditionally to sellers or markets. With this activity, it is hoped that you will understand and be able to run and use Canva for content production. Content production is a tool for promoting business or enterprise. This service activity was carried out for 2 months involving students from the University of Indonesia Developing (INABA) and lecturers from the University of Indonesia Developing (INABA). The solution that can be offered is to provide training on using the Canva application to the Cibaduyut Shoe trader community. It is hoped that with training in using the Canva application, partners can create marketing content. The next goal is for the Cibaduyut shoe trader community to be able to market their products not only conventionally but also digitally. Things that partners need to pay attention to are (1) Creating a Canva account; (2) get to know the appearance and use of the Canva application; (3) Create a flyer in the Canva application; (4) Making videos in the Canva application; (5) Using themes and templates; (6) Add sound to flyers or videos; (7) How to download flyers and videos in the Canva application; (8) Change the display format in the Canva application. Partners can follow and understand the training that has been provided. Consistency is the key to being an effective marketing tool.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS), dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) PT Gudang Garam Tbk selama periode 2013-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi deskriptif dan verifikatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, dengan strategi pengumpulan data berupa dokumentasi. Pendekatan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive sample. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa (CR), (DER), (EPS), dan (PER) memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap harga saham. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara simultan (uji F) menunjukkan bahwa (CR), (DER), (EPS), dan (PER) secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar terhadap harga saham PT Gudang Garam Tbk yaitu sebesar 93,3% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain sebesar 6,7%

Abstract

Kajian ilmiah dilakukan untuk mengungkap bagaimana current ratio, gross profit margin, return on asset, dan earning per share memengaruhi harga saham yang terjadi pada PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. Metodologi yang dijalankan adalah metode kuantitatif. Data-data yang relevan dikumpulkan dengan metode tinjauan pustaka dan dokumentasi. Purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih sampel penelitian pada rentang waktu 2015 sampai 2024. Penemuan ini menunjukkan bahwa CR dan ROA tidak memengaruhi harga saham. Sementara GPM berpengaruh positif pada harga saham. Sedangkan EPS berpengaruh negatif terhadap harga saham. Selain itu, penemuan ini juga menunjukkan hasil bahwa CR, GPM, ROA dan EPS secara bersamaan memengaruhi harga saham. Dengan tingkat pengaruh 83,9% yang diperoleh dari uji koefisien determinasi, maka memperkuat peran penting CR, GPM, ROA dan EPS dalam fluktuasi harga saham.

Abstract

The pharmaceutical industry is an influential industrial sector in the Indonesian economy. However, by the end of 2024, almost all state-owned pharmaceutical companies experienced a decline in profits due to various problems such as the spread of vaccines and medicines due to the end of the Covid-19 pandemic, to serious problems such as accumulating debt and impacting the company's operational costs. Therefore, the author is interested in conducting research that impacts company profitability, namely the effect of the Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, and Debt to Equity Ratio on Return on Assets in the pharmaceutical industry listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2024. Data were taken from annual report data and the sample used was 40 from four pharmaceutical industries, namely PT. Indofarma Tbk, PT. Kimia Farma Tbk, PT. Phapros Tbk and PT. Pyridam Farma Tbk. The data were analyzed using panel data regression and processed using Eviews 12 software. The results of partial hypothesis testing showed that the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio had no significant effect on Return on Assets, while the Debt to Asset Ratio had a significant effect on Return on Assets. Simultaneously, the variables Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio had a significant effect on Return on Assets of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Textile MSMEs in the Pasar Baru area of Bandung are facing difficulties in maintaining their competitiveness as consumer behavior continues to shift toward relying on digital media as a key source of information and purchase consideration. The analysis focuses on how textile MSME owners apply digital marketing strategies and how these practices influence consumer purchasing decisions and the spread of word-of-mouth (WOM). A descriptive qualitative approach was applied, utilizing in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation analysis involving MSME owners and related consumers. The findings indicate that using social media, online marketplaces, and digital review platforms enhances business visibility, improves engagement with consumers, and builds favorable product perceptions. These factors collectively drive purchasing decisions and stimulate both traditional WOM and electronic WOM. Conversely, MSMEs that do not adopt digital strategies face limitations in market reach and dependency on traditional marketing methods. This study concludes that digital marketing is a strategic instrument that can increase the competitiveness of textile MSMEs in Pasar Baru Bandung, and the optimization of digital technology utilization becomes an important factor in strengthening marketing performance in the era of digital transformation.
