Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out how profitability, liquidity, leverage, and activity have a partial and simultaneous effect on financial distress. To collect samples, the researchers used purposive sampling. This research uses secondary data from the triwulan financial report of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk for the period 2013-2023. The study uses a descriptive and verification approach that includes descriptive tests, classical assumption tests, double linear regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the determination factor tests show that profitability, liquidity, leverage, and operational influences 90.20% of financial distress, and 9.80% are influenced by other factors not considered in the study. It can be concluded from the hypothesis test that partially Profitability, Liquidity, and Activity have a positive and significant influence on Financial Distress, while Leverage has a negative and significant effect on Financial distress while simultaneously Profitability, liquidity, Leverage, and Aktivity have an influence upon Financial Distress. Researchers recommend using different research objects and larger samples, not just that for further research it is recommended to use measuring tools that project different financial distress such as using the Springate, Zmijewski, or Grover methods

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of Persephone Coffee Shop using the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) methods. These approaches are applied to identify the shop’s strategic position and prioritize marketing strategies to enhance competitiveness and business performance. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and relevant document reviews. The SWOT analysis revealed strengths such as product quality and strategic location, weaknesses such as limited promotion, opportunities like the growing coffee consumption trend, and threats from intense market competition. The QSPM analysis indicated that the priority strategy is to enhance digital marketing and expand market reach through collaborations with local communities. This study provides recommendations for implementing marketing strategies based on systematic analysis, thereby aiding Persephone Coffee Shop in boosting competitiveness and growth in the coffee industry.

Abstract

Background: The industrialization process has led to the automation of business processes with the goal of economic efficiency. This research was conducted at a trading company that requires an effective administrative process with time efficiency. So this need becomes a reason for the need for technology. Currently, a new technology has emerged that will revolutionize how humans work in companies, namely Robotic Process Automation.Purpose: This study focuses on first, proposing a model in the scope of financial domain, especially in invoice processing and reconciliation. Second, proposing an RPA solution using UI Path which can be used to improve invoice processing and reconciliation processes. Design: This study uses the Design Science Research (DSR) methodology, so that the research object is the framework of the design itself. There are several steps taken to build RPA, namely (1) Problem Analysis and Motivation, (2) Determining Solution Goals, (3) Designing and Developing Solutions (4) performance evaluation. From the research, the results show that RPA performance has met expectations in terms of: speed.Finding/ Result: The findings of this study indicate that there are limitations in implementation due to variations in invoice formats across different companies. As a result, there is a need for ongoing adjustments and regular updates to the system and hardware to accommodate changes in invoice formats and business processes of each company.Conclusion: According to the study's findings it was concluded that RPA model has a good performance and has already met the side's expectations in terms of speed.Originality/ value (state of the art): The use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in financial processes, notably invoice data extraction, is a cutting-edge technology that improves financial efficiency and accuracy. This study, conducted on an Indonesian trading organization, reveals how RPA may be used to streamline financial workflows by automating repetitive, time-consuming procedures, minimizing human error, and enhancing data management processes. Abstract

This study aims to examine Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turn Over, Quick Ratio, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin to Financial Distress with Return On Assets as an intervening variable in companies affected by the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic. in Indonesia. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique and resulted in one company with the 2011-2021 research period. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data through the documentation method. Data was obtained from the company's official website, the length of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX), and other supporting periods. This study uses descriptive analysis and verification analysis using Microsoft Excel and SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), Return on Assets (ROA) Return On Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have a significant effect on Financial Distress (FD), while Quick Ratio (QR) has no significant effect on Financial Distress (FD). Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), Return On Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), while the Quick Ratio ( QR) has no significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA).

Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat di Desa Cimareme, Kecamatan Ngamprah, Kabupaten Bandung Barat untuk membantu Kelompok Wanita Kreatif (KWK) “Tanginas” yang terkendala dalam pemanfaatan Rebung sebagai bahan baku makanan sehat, meliputi terbatasnya: kapasitas produksi, pengetahuan dan keterampilan, inovasi pengembangan produk, IPTEKS dan pemasaran masih konvensional, Pengabdian melibatkan 43  peserta dari KWK “Tanginas”, komunitas virageawie. Pemerintah daerah, dan Universitas. Peserta memperoleh pelatihan dan pendampingan pengelolaan website, fotografi, digital marketing, pembuatan laporan keuangan, standar mutu produksi, sertifikasi halal dan NIB. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, FGD, dan pre-test-post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam pengelolaan website, membuat foto produk, serta pemenuhan mutu produksi. Rata-rata skor post-test meningkat menjadi 85 dibandingkan pre-test 67. Website Awisfoddie.com yang dibangun membantu produk KWK “Tanginas” lebih dikenal dan meningkat penjualannya, terbukti dengan peningkatan interaksi dan pesanan melalui platform digital. Partisipasi aktif KWK “Tanginas” menunjukkan relevansi teknologi dan inovasi dalam menciptakan peluang ekonomi baru. Pengabdian ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan kemandirian ekonomi KWK “Tanginas” dalam  produksi, pengembangan dan pemasaran produk melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Untuk memastikan keberlanjutan usaha, KWK “Tanginas” terus berinovasi dan berkreasi dalam pengembangan produk, berkolaborasi dan bersinergi dengan pemerintah, akademisi, dan  instansi terkait.

Abstract

This study objectively examines how financial performance metrics affect stock returns. ROA, ROE, CR, DER, and EVA are being examined. This study uses secondary data from external sources. This study used purposive sampling to choose a sample based on criteria. This study covers 2015–2023 Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) LQ 45 Index non- banking companies. Companies from the LQ 45 Index and Sri Kehati Index were carefully selected for the sample. The sample included 46 non-banking firms. As the best analysis model, panel data regression with fixed effect was used. Insignificant association exists between ROA and stock returns.

Abstract

Couple Project is a fashion brand that targets the young couple segment through its couple apparel products. Since its inception in 2022, the business has leveraged various digital platforms such as TikTok and Shopee as part of its marketing efforts. Nevertheless, it continues to face several challenges, including intense market competition, unstable sales performance, and suboptimal implementation of influencer marketing strategies. This research seeks to develop a sustainable growth strategy for Couple Project by employing an integrated analytical approach that combines SWOT analysis with the Business Model Canvas (BMC) framework. The study adopts a descriptive qualitative methodology, utilizing a combination of data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, direct field observations, and the distribution of structured questionnaires to both internal stakeholders and external partners associated with the company. The analysis reveals that the formulation of an effective development strategy should prioritize the optimization of digital platform utilization, the implementation of a more precisely targeted influencer marketing strategy, and the continuous improvement of product and service quality. These strategic directions are deemed essential for enhancing the brand's competitive positioning in the niche market of fashion products designed for young couples.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), dan Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) terhadap Harga Saham pada PT Indofarma Tbk periode 2015-2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif. Tkenik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik sekunder yaitu Laporan Tahunan (Annual Report). Hasil penelitian adalah Current Ratio (CR) berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham secara Parsial, Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham secara Parsial, Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham secara Parsial. Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), dan Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap Harga Saham Pengaruh Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), dan Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) terhadap Harga Saham sebesar 80% sisanya 20% dipengaruhi faktor lainnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Promosi Media Sosial Instagram, Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM), dan Influencer terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Makanan Mochi Daifuku di Kabupaten Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif verifikatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen atau calon konsumen Mochi Daifuku di Kabupaten Bandung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Promosi Media Sosial, E-WOM, dan Influencer masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Di antara ketiga variabel tersebut, Influencer memiliki pengaruh paling dominan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran digital melalui media sosial sangat efektif dalam memengaruhi perilaku konsumen, terutama di kalangan generasi muda. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pelaku usaha kuliner, khususnya UMKM, dalam mengembangkan strategi promosi berbasis digital agar dapat meningkatkan daya tarik dan penjualan produk.

Abstract

Temuan pada studi ini mempertegas dampak dari kualitas produk,promosi dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PT Eka Mas Republik secara empiris. Menitikberatkan bagaimana variabel bebas maupun terikat pada PT Eka Mas Republik baik secara individual maupun kolektif. Analisis kuantitatif menjadi metode yang dipakai dengan diperkuat pendekatan analisis deskriptif maupun verifikatif. Data responden diambil sebanyak 85 pelanggan PT Eka Mas Republik dengan memberikan kuesioner dalam pengumpulan data dan regresi linear berganda sebagai metode analisis penelitian yang dpergunakan. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh baik secara simultan maupun parsial seluruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel dependen. Temuan studi didapatkan bahwa hanya variabel kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan yang dapat memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dengan signifikan, namun variabel promosi tidak dapat memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Meskipun salah satu variabel bebas tidak memberi dampak terhadap variabel dependen, hasil temuan secara gabungan diperoleh bahwa semua variabel X1, X2 dan X3 berdampak serta signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Dimana ketiga variabel itu memberikan hubungan secara determinasi sebesar 35,5%, yang berarti ketiga variabel memberikan dampak hanya 35,5% dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan, sisanya 64,5% berkaitan dengan variabel lain diluar pelaksanan studi ini
