Abstract

Penelitian ini berujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, kompetensi, disiplin kerja, pengalaman kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah (BAPENDA) Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, yang menjadi tempat penelitian ini adalah karyawan Badan Pendapatan Daerah (BAPENDA) Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah observasi, dokumentasi dan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah karyawan Badan Pendapatan Daerah (BAPENDA) Kabupaten Labuhanbatu sebanyak 48 orang. Seluruh populasi didalam penelitian ini akan dijadikan sampel yaitu sebanyak 48 karyawan. Analisis regresi linier berganda diuji dengan menggunakan uji parsial (t), simultan (F) dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pelatihan, kompetensi, disiplin kerja, pengalaman kerja dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah (BAPENDA) Kabupaten Labuhanbatu

Abstract

Quality education will produce quality human resources. Quality human resources must be the target of educational institutions to achieve it. The success or failure of achieving these goals will be seen from how the educational process is carried out by educational institutions. Teachers as educational staff are one of the determining factors for the success of educational goals, because teachers directly deal with students, to carry out their functions as educators. Teachers are educators who have the ability to class management. So that the teacher becomes the main factor in creating a conducive classroom atmosphere. Teachers need strategies to improve classroom management needed during learning. Class management provided by the teacher will make students excited because the classroom conditions remain conducive. The purpose of this research is to find out how the classroom teacher's strategy and the classroom teacher's constraints are in classroom management for students. This research method is used with the type of field research in the form of qualitative descriptive research. Data comes from primary and secondary sources which are collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out by going through four stages of data collection, data conventions, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. the validity of the data was tested for credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of research conducted at SD Negeri 018 Rambah Samo found that teachers already have a strategy in class management in the form of organizing the classroom, setting class rules, distributing materials and tools, managing work/tasks, maintaining appropriate behavior. Based on the results of research at SD Negeri 018 Rambah Samo, it can be concluded that classroom management is by arranging classrooms, setting class rules, distributing materials and tools, managing work/tasks, maintaining appropriate behavior.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan menyusun strategi pembelajaran yang tepat. Karena guru sebagai tenaga pendidik menjadi salah satu penentu keberhasilan pembelajaran, artinya untuk mencapai tujuan yang sudah ditetapkan. Guru sebagai tenaga pendidik perlu melaksanakan proses pembelajaran dan berinteraksi dengan siswa untuk menyampaikan materi pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Tetapi hasil belajar siswa masih rendah, banyak siswa yang tidak mencapai KKM dalam pembelajaran. sehingga mengharuskan guru untuk memperbaiki pembelajaran dengan menerapkan strategi pembelajaran yang tepat. Hasil akhir yang dicapai dalam kegiatan ini, baik secara kuantitatif maupun kualitatif adalah sebagai berikut ini. 1. Meningkatnya kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan strategi pembelajaran, 2. Hasil belajar siswa dapat meningkat dengan baik, 3. Membantu guru dalam memahami strategi pembelajaran, 4. Meningkatkan kreatifitas guru, 5. Memfasilitasi guru dan siswa dengan cara melaksanakan pembelajaran yang kreatif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara umur dan libido pejantan terhadap kualitas semen sapi Simmental. Penelitian ini menggunakan 13 ekor pejantan sapi Simmental yang berumur 3-7 tahun di UPTD BPTSD Tuah Sakato. Variabel penelitian ini meliputi skor libido pejantan dan kualitas semen (motilitas, viabilitas, konsentrasi, dan abnormalitas spermatozoa). Data penelitian dianalisis dengan analisis regresi menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang signifikan (P<0,05) antara umur pejantan dengan motilitas, viabilitas, dan abnormalitas spermatozoa, tetapi tidak berkorelasi signifikan (P>0,05) dengan libido pejantan dan konsentrasi semen. Terdapat korelasi yang signifikan (P<0,05) antara libido pejantan dengan konsentrasi dan viabilitas semen. Libido dan kualitas semen terbaik ditemukan pada pejantan yang berumur 6 tahun yaitu libido 4,50±0,55, konsentrasi semen 1.555,50±535,82 x 106/ml, motilitas 86,67±0,82%, viabilitas 83,65±6,37%, dan abnormalitas 6,64±0,75%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah umur pejantan memiliki korelasi dengan motilitas, viabilitas, dan abnormalitas spermatozoa sapi Simmental dan skor libido pejantan memiliki korelasi dengan konsentrasi dan viabilitas semen.

Abstract

Low learning outcomes can be influenced by the use of learning media that is less than optimal and low student learning motivation. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Canva application-based learning media on motivation and learning outcomes. This type of research is quantitative correlational and regression. The subjects in this study were 107 high school students. The Slovin formula was used to determine the sample size, so 84 students were obtained. The data collection method uses a Likert scale questionnaire. The method of data analysis is carried out quantitatively/statistically. The study results show that the Canva application-based learning media affects motivation and learning outcomes. Thus it is known that the Canva application-based learning media affects motivation and learning outcomes. The solution that can be done to improve learning outcomes is to increase learning motivation and use appropriate learning media. This research can provide understanding to teachers in using learning media and motivate them to learn to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran REACT berbantuan media miniatur 3D guna meningkatkan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia pada siswa sekolah dasar. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa yang disebabkan oleh penggunaan metode pembelajaran konvensional yang kurang interaktif dan tidak mendorong keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam proses belajar. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 024 Rambah Samo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, di mana setiap siklus mencakup tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes hasil belajar, observasi aktivitas pembelajaran, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif untuk melihat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari siklus pertama ke siklus kedua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam hasil belajar siswa. Rata-rata nilai siswa meningkat dari 63,4 pada siklus pertama menjadi 84,2 pada siklus kedua. Selain itu, persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa juga mengalami peningkatan yang cukup besar, dari 50% pada siklus pertama menjadi 85% pada siklus kedua. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran REACT yang dipadukan dengan media miniatur 3D tidak hanya mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, tetapi juga menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan interaktif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in improving the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 018 Rambah Samo. The background of this research lies in the low academic achievement of students in mathematics, often caused by conventional teaching methods that do not actively engage students in the learning process. The PBL model was chosen because it encourages critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and increases student engagement in learning activities. This research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR), conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of the study were 9 fifth-grade students. Data were collected through observation, learning outcome tests, and documentation. The results showed an increase in the students’ average scores from 61.33 before the intervention to 72.2 in the first cycle, and further to 80.9 in the second cycle. Additionally, student participation and enthusiasm in learning activities also showed significant improvement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on customer loyalty partially. To determine the effect of brand image on loyalty partially. To determine the effect of product quality on customer loyalty partially. To determine the effect of product quality, brand image and trust on customer loyalty simultaneously. The analysis method in this study is to use primary data in the form of distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were Dayasa Coffee Rantauprapat customers with a sample of 96 respondents. Data analysis used SPSS Version 23, through validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests, multiple linear regression, T tests, F tests, and coefficients of determination. The results showed that the influence of product quality, brand image and brand trust partially had a significant effect on customer loyalty. In addition, the results of the study also show that product quality, brand image and brand trust have a simultaneous effect on customer loyalty, because the brand image variable has the most value on customer loyalty of Dayasa Coffee Rantauprapat, so researchers are more concerned with improving the taste of Dayasa Coffee Rantauprapat's flagship product to better enhance an attractive brand image. Researchers are also expected to expand the brand image variable and can add variables that are not in this study such as Price, Beauty Influencer, Live Streaming, so that in the future they can achieve customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of gamified learning using Quizizz on students’ motivation and academic achievement in Electropneumatic Control Systems at a vocational high school. The research was conducted in response to low student motivation and academic performance in complex technical subjects. A quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group was employed. The experimental group (n = 25) received gamified instruction via Quizizz, while the control group (n = 24) was taught using conventional methods. Data were collected using a validated motivation questionnaire (34 items) and a learning outcome test (38 items). Gain scores (posttest minus pretest) were analyzed using Independent Samples t-Test. Results revealed that the experimental group had significantly higher motivation scores (t = 4.396, p < 0.05) and better academic achievement (t = 3.275, p < 0.05) compared to the control group. These findings suggest that incorporating gamification strategies into technical instruction can effectively enhance both student motivation and academic outcomes.

Abstract

This training for empowerment of plantation sector cooperatives in the financial sector aims to increase the knowledge and ability of the cooperative owners or cooperative management in preparing simple financial reports for cooperatives. The government provides financial assistance in the form of a community palm oil rejuvenation program (PSR) with the aim that the community can rejuvenate old or damaged oil palm land into land that can produce high quality palm oil. This is because Labuhanbatu Regency is one of the producers of palm oil and oil palm plantations are also a major factor in supporting the economy of Labuhanbatu Regency. Fund assistance in the form of the community palm oil rejuvenation program (PSR) provided is Rp. 30 million per hectare of oil palm. The funds are given to cooperatives engaged in the plantation sector. The training provided is in the form of training in making simple financial reports for cooperatives. Starting from understanding transaction analysis, accounting terminology, accounting cycles, debit and credit rules, Chart of Accounts (COA), and finally preparing financial statements. Owners or management of cooperatives are very enthusiastic in participating in the training because there are some who just know about the basics of accounting science.
