Abstract

Tahun 2015, Indonesia memasuki era globalisasi yakni Kawasan Perdagangan Bebas ASEAN (AFTA) dan Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA). Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) adalah salah satu benteng pertahanan ekonomi nasional, dimana bila tidak diperhatikan secara serius maka pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional akan rapuh. Dalam hal ini perlu perhatian khusus untuk para UMKM terutama masalah pemasaran. Dalam upaya untuk mengembangkan indutri kecil, menengah, maka kelemahan-kelemahan tersebut harus diatasi. Disinilah peran Perguruan Tinggi sebagai lembaga pendidikan dapat lebih berperan serta membantu mengatasi permasalahan yang ada sehingga diharapkan para UMKM dapat terus berperan dalam pertumbuhan dan pembangunan ekonomi Indonesia. Menyadari akan permasalahan tersebut, kami Dosen Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Al Washliyah Sibolga Jurusan Bisnis Digital adalah salah satu Perguruan Tinggi yang perduli terhadap lingkungan masyarakat sekitar merencanakan akan melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang diharapkan mampu menambah pengetahuan dalam hal pemasaran bisnis melalui internet marketing (E-Commerce), serta dapat memotivasi para UMKM dapat menjalankan usahanya secara profesional.

Abstract

Determining the cost of production may still be somewhat difficult for MSME players. Calculation and determination of the cost of production is very important in order to know the calculation of sales margins, determination of selling prices and predictions of profit and loss. UMKM Keripik Ketela has not yet calculated the cost of goods produced accurately due to a lack of knowledge about accounting. Conducted training regarding calculating the cost of production according to It is hoped that accounting science can produce accurate information and can be used as a consideration in determining product selling prices more accurately. In calculating the cost of a product, it is necessary to know the cost elements used, including the nature of these costs, both fixed and variable. The training program provided will help Cassava Chip MSME owners to be able to accurately calculate the cost of production which will later be useful in determining product selling prices, monitoring periodic profits and losses.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of grade IV students of SD Negeri 011 Ujung Batu in Indonesian subjects by using a problem-based learning model. Some of the obstacles faced include (1) low learning achievement in Indonesian subjects and (2) the need for changes and improvements in learning through more effective methods. The method applied in this study is class action research (PTK). This study involved 22 grade IV students, consisting of 13 male students and 9 female students. This research was carried out in stages, starting from cycle I and continuing until the last cycle. with four components, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data collection instruments used were observation sheets, and learning outcome tests. The results of the research in the first cycle were only 65.83% of student activity and 75.95% of teacher activity. In cycle II, the average student activity was 84.16% and teacher activity was 86.53%. The results of the abilities obtained by students increased from an average of 63.63% in Cycle I to 86.35% in Cycle II. This indicates that the application of the problem-based learning (PBL) learning model can increase activities and achievements in Indonesian lessons at SDN 011 Ujung Batu.

Abstract

Supervisi pendidikan merupakan komponen kritis dalam peningkatan kualitas pengajaran di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi persepsi guru terhadap praktik supervisi kepala sekolah di SMPN 2 Bangkinang Kota. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan wawancara semi-terstruktur terhadap 12 guru, penelitian dilakukan pada November 2024 dengan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan spektrum persepsi guru yang kompleks, mulai dari supervisi dilihat sebagai kesempatan pengembangan profesional hingga pengalaman yang menegangkan. Guru mengidentifikasi manfaat seperti peningkatan kualitas mengajar dan inovasi pedagogis, namun juga menghadapi tantangan psikologis seperti rasa gugup dan tekanan. Penelitian mengungkap pentingnya komunikasi terbuka, pendekatan kolaboratif, dan pemberian umpan balik konstruktif dalam proses supervisi. Para guru menekankan kebutuhan akan supervisi yang bersifat pembimbingan, bukan sekadar penilaian, dengan fokus pada pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa supervisi efektif memerlukan pendekatan yang holistik, memperhatikan dimensi psikologis dan profesional guru.
