Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh metode repetisi dalam latihan plyometrics single-leg speed hop terhadap peningkatan power endurance tungkai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode eksperimen. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah anggota ekstrakulikuler Futsal SMAK 2 BPK Penabur 2 Bandung sebanyak 20 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu: multistage hurdle jump test. Hasil penelitian ini adalah metode repetisi dalam latihan plyometrics single-leg speed hop memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan power endurance tungkai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa, metode repetisi dalam latihan plyometrics single-leg speed hop memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan power endurance tungkai pada cabang olahraga futsal. Disarankan kepada para pelatih untuk ikut mencoba metode repetisi dalam latihan plyometrics untuk peningkatan power endurance tungkai. Program latihan power dilakukan dengan bertahap, sistematis sesuai dengan kebutuhan periodisasi dan tujuan latihan.

Abstract

Water polo is a full body contact sport. It is the combination of swimming, rugby, soccer, and basketball. The basic skills to be mastered in water polo are swimming, water trapping, and ball controlling using hands while floating in the water supported by egg-beater foot movement, where the leg endurance is the main point to perfect this technique. Athletes need leg endurance to float and swim during the game. This study is a literature review aimed at analyzing water polo athletes’ training using weighted jacket and weighted belt in water on their strength and leg endurance. The data were collected from research results published in national and international journals from 1991 to 2019. Therefore, the data were analyzed using content analysis. The review result revealed that the strategy to combine weighted jacket and weighted belt to train water polo athletes’ leg endurance was more effective. Weighted belts were worn around the athlete's waist, and heavy objects that were generally used for scuba diving were placed on belts. On the other hand, weighted jackets must be placed directly below the waist and the weight is suspended between the legs. The jacket with soft, durable, and waterproof material can be adjusted to the athlete's body size. The use of weighted jacket and weighted belt training media in water polo affected the strength and leg endurance of water polo athletes directly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of genetic background on giftedness in sports. The research method used is the study of literature. Data obtained through Google Schooler search; Science Direct; Taylor and Francis; Scopus; PsycInfo; Proquest; and Pubmed by entering keywords; 'Talent', 'sports talent', 'genetic', 'social support', 'network', 'parent', 'coach', 'peer', 'talent identification' and 'talent development'. Next analyze the search resultsto get answers about the influence of genetic background on the giftedness of sport. Abstract

Power endurance capability is needed by players to maintain explosivity in a tired state. Both explosivity in running and technical explosivity in the game. To increase the power endurance ability, at the interval of the match after the first week the Pusaka Angel coach team provides training using the interval method accompanied by the use of a weighted vest. The use of the interval method because this method is one of the training methods that can increase the ability of power endurance. The research method is to process thevariable data identified from the test results and measurements of the power endurance ability of the women's futsal athletes from the Pusaka Angel team. relationship and the level of relationship made to events that have taken place or have occurred. This was done untreated for 8 weeks. The target population in this study were all female futsal athletes from the Pusaka Angel team. Meanwhile, the affordable population is determined by athletes prepared to participate in the 2019/2020 Indonesian Professional Futsal League, totaling 17 female athletes. Based on data processing and statistical analysis in this study, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the application of the interval method using a weighted vest on increasing the power endurance ability of the heirloom futsal players.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether futsal could help improve playing skills for women football player. Some researchers claim that futsal can help in enhancing football playing skills. However, no studies have been conducted on women football player; the research was conducted on men's football players. Futsal was created as an indoor variant of football. With that in mind, it is fair to suggest futsal as many of the techniques and skills required are similar to football, such as controlling the ball, shooting, passing and shooting. This research is qualitative, data collection using open questions conducted through the google form application.The participants in this study were amateur women football player who had participated in futsal. This article wants to show that futsal can positively impact improving skills for women football player.

Abstract

In the sport of wrestling, a wrestling athlete needs strength endurance in all parts of the body, especially the shoulder muscles which will serve as a starting point for lifting and slamming opponents. But unfortunately, women's wrestling athletes still can't do that, so mistakes often occur. To support this, training with the right guidelines is needed so that the ability to increase physical condition can be achieved efficiently. One model of exercise that is currently popular is the kettlebell training model which has been proven to have various benefits. So this study aims to examine the effect of the kettlebell training model with the set system method on increasing the endurance of the shoulder muscle strength of female wrestling athletes. The experimental method with a randomized pretest-posttest control group design was used in this study. The samples of this study were eight KBB female wrestling athletes who were selected using total sampling from the population, which were then divided into two groups (experimental and control). The instrument used is The Shoulder Endurance Test (SET) which is used to measure the endurance of the shoulder muscle strength. Treatment in the form of a kettlebell exercise model with the set system method was given to the experimental group for eight weeks. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the kettlebell training model with the set system method has a significant effect on increasing the endurance of the female wrestling athletes' shoulder muscle strength. In addition, the kettlebell training model with the set system method provides a greater percentage increase in the endurance of the female wrestling athletes' shoulder muscle strength.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the difference in the effect of interval and pyramid training methods with Resistance Band Ladder Drills training patterns on increasing power endurance in UPI Women's Futsal Players. This research is an experimental research.The population uses active members of UKM upsal Putri SMEs with a research sample using purposive sampling technique wih is divided into two groups, namely the Interval training method and Pyramid training method. The research instrument is Multi Stage Hurdle Jump. Data analysis technique used for normality test, F-test, and T-test by using the help of SPSS software. The results showed a significant increase in the interval training method and the pyramid training meyhod. The conclusion from this study is that the interval training method results are more improved compared to the pyramid.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak yang diberikan latihan harness dengan menggunakan metode interval dan repetisi terhadap peningkatan power endurance tungkai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah UKM Futsal Putri UPI. Dimana 20 sampel diambil dengan teknik sample random sampling. Kemudian dibagi menjadi dua kelompok dengan sample acak beraturan (pola A-B-A-B) Tes 10 hop digunakan untuk mengetahui besarnya dampak perbedaan power endurance. Desain penelitian menggunakan One Group Prestest-Postest Design. Satu kelompok menggunakan eksperimen latihan interval dan satu kelompok lain menggunakan eksperimen latihan repetisi. Penelitian dilakukan selama 6 minggu, dengan dua kali latihan dalam seminggu. Data yang diolah pada penelitian ini adalah data pre-test dan post-test untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peningkatan dari program penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan. Pengolahan data menggunakan perhitungan uji homogenitas, uji normalitas, uji kesamaan dua rata-rata dan uji beda. Menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa peningkatan yang diberikan tidak signifikan, baik metode interval (1.94 ± 2.26) maupun repetisi (1.40 ± 2.26) terhadap peningkatan power endurance tungkai. Tetapi jika dibandingkan antar metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian, metode interval peningkatannya lebih besar dibandingkan dengan metode repetisi. Penulis menyarankan untuk menggunakan metode interval dan repetisi sebagai salah satu saran untuk meningkatkan kondisi fisik.

Abstract

Kemampuan fisik bagi seorang pemain futsal merupakan syarat untuk menampilkan performanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kondisi fisik pada pemain Futsal Kota Bandung (FKB). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pemain FKB sebanyak 18 orang. Instrumen penelitian ini terdiri dari enam item tes: Modified Sit and Reach, Sit-Up, Shuttle Run, lari 20 meter, Bleep Test dan Vertical Jump. Pada penelitian ini didapat rata-rata usia 22,57±2,40 tahun, berat badan 60,94±4,48 kg, tinggi badan 168,61±3,94 cm, dan indeks massa tubuh 21,44±1,44 %. Rata-rata VO2 max para pemain sebesar 48,74±5,18 ml/kg/min, fleksibilitas 24,94±13 cm, daya tahan otot perut 82,61±14 kali, kecepatan 3,14±0,12 detik, kelincahan 11,76±0,61 detik, dan power tungkai 49,39±4,24 cm.  Berdasarkan hasil analisis data konversi nilai yang diperoleh; a. Tidak ada satupun pemain FKB yang berkategori Baik Sekali dan Baik, b. Kategori Cukup ada 6 pemain (33,33%), c. Kategori Kurang ada 10 pemain (55,56%), d. Kategori Sangat Kurang ada 2 pemain (11,11%).

Abstract

This paper is motivated by the achievements of the Vamos Mataram futsal club in the Indonesian professional futsal league because it won the season 3 season in a row, namely the 2017, 2018 and 2019 seasons. The purpose of this study is to assist Vamos management in helping their team at the professional futsal league level. This article provides planning for change management with long-term planning, which discusses teams and information systems, which will provide relevant information for decision makers in planning the right time. The method used in this study is a literature review and interviews with informants involved in the players, coaches, and official team of Vamos. The results of this study see that Vamos management is a successful management, it is seen from the achievements of a successful team. Therefore, the authors agree that management success and a long-term coaching strategy will support the achievements of the club, the national team, and can become a culture in the wider community.
