Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out what factors influence the occurrence of fraudulent order intentions among Gojek partners in Palembang City. By using independent variables, namely incentives, order distribution, time limits and system levels with the dependent variable, namely intention to order fraud. This research uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires via Google Form to Gojek partners in Palembang City. With a total sample of 97 respondents and using a probability sampling technique, namely random sampling with analysis of research data using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of the partial hypothesis (t test) it shows that incentives, order distribution, time limits and system level has a positive and significant effect on order fraud intentions, where the t value > t table and the sig t value < 0.05. Based on the results of the simultaneous hypothesis test (F test), it shows that incentives, order distribution, time limits and system levels simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on order fraud intentions among Gojek partners in Palembang City.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of compensation and competence on employee performance at PT. Bramasta Sarana Transportasi. In facing increasingly tight competition in the transportation industry, companies are required to have superior human resources with high performance. Fair compensation and adequate competence relevant to job demands are two key factors that are believed to be able to increase employee productivity. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach by distributing questionnaires to selected employees. The findings of the study indicate that compensation and competence have a significant and positive impact on employee performance. These results highlight the importance of companies providing fair compensation policies and continuous competence development through training programs to optimize work performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital transformation on human resource management at the Department of Culture and Tourism of South Sumatra Province. Digital transformation is key to improving operational efficiency, team member productivity, and data-based decision making. The research method used is quantitative with a simple linear regression analysis technique. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to department employees as research respondents. The study results show that digital transformation positively and significantly affects human resource management. The implementation of digital technology contributes to increasing employee work effectiveness, optimizing information systems, and managing human resources that are more adaptive to change. Thus, the department needs to continue improving its digitalization strategy through training and developing digital competencies for its employees to optimize the benefits of digital transformation.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work-Life Balance dan burnout terhadap kinerja pegawai di Distrik Navigasi Tipe A Kelas I Palembang dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dihimpun melalui kuesioner dan studi pustaka, dengan 70 pegawai sebagai responden memperggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan mempergunakan regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS versi 26. Temuan mengindikasikan Work-Life Balance dan burnout secara parsial maupun simultan berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Work-Life Balance berdampak paling kuat dengan nilai Thitung 4,125 > Ttabel 1,996 serta signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, sedangkan burnout juga signifikan dengan Thitung 2,280 > Ttabel 1,996. Secara simultan, kedua variabel ini berdampak atas kinerja, dibuktikan dengan Fhitung 126,047 > Ftabel 3,13. Temuan utama memperlihatkan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja sebagai faktor dominan dalam mendorong kinerja pegawai. Uji koefisien determinasi (R²) mengindikasikan 79,0% variasi kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh Work-Life Balance serta burnout, sementara sisanya 21,0% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.     ABSTRACT This study seeks to examine the impact of Work-Life Balance and burnout on employee performance at the Type A Class I Navigation District in Palembang through a quantitative methodology.  Data were gathered via questionnaires and literature review, with 70 employees participating as respondents through a saturated sample method.  Data analysis was performed with multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26.  The findings indicate that Work-Life Balance and burnout exert a favorable and significant influence on employee performance, both individually and collectively.  Work-Life Balance has the most substantial influence, evidenced by a t-value of 4.125, surpassing the t-table value of 1.996, and a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. Additionally, burnout is significant, with a t-value of 2.280, again beyond the t-table value of 1.996.  Both factors concurrently exert a strong influence on performance, as evidenced by an F-value of 126.047, which exceeds the F-table value of 3.13.  The primary conclusion reveals that Work-Life Balance is the paramount component in enhancing employee performance.  The coefficient of determination (R²) indicates that 79.0% of the variance in employee performance is attributable to Work-Life Balance and burnout, with the remaining 21.0% affected by external factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether leadership style and work stress affect employee turnover at PT. Tirta Osmosis Sampurna. This research employs a quantitative approach. Data collection involves questionnaires. The population and sample consist of 70 respondents. The data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis test, hypothesis testing consisting of t-test, f-test and coefficient of determination. The results of data analysis indicate that there is a significant influence between the independent variable, leadership, on the dependent variable, turnover. This is indicated by the t-count value of leadership of 14.404 > t table value of 1.995 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, and the t-count value of work stress of 0.675 > 1.995 with a significance value of 0.502 > 0.05, with R² having a value of 0.797. The work stress variable does not significantly affect the turnover rate. The magnitude of the influence of leadership and work stress variables simultaneously is 79.7% on turnover. The remaining 20.3% is influenced by other variables not examined. These findings highlight the critical role of effective leadership in minimizing employee turnover within the company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Khas Rasa, dan Pengalaman Berbelanja Secara Offline terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Ulang konsumen Pempek Beringin Radial Palembang. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini melibatkan 97 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik Accidental Sampling dan dihitung menggunakan Rumus Lemeshow. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan memiliki koefisien regresi 0.514, artinya peningkatan 1% pada variabel ini meningkatkan Keputusan Pembelian Ulang sebesar 0.514. Khas Rasa memiliki koefisien regresi 0.642, sementara Pengalaman Berbelanja sebesar 0.768, yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel ini memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang. Dengan asumsi variabel independen lainnya tetap konstan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik kualitas pelayanan, khas rasa, dan pengalaman berbelanja, semakin tinggi kemungkinan konsumen melakukan pembelian ulang.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Santan Sari, Kecamatan Sembawa, Kabupaten Banyuasin dengan fokus pada penyuluhan digitalisasi UMKM dan pelatihan pencatatan keuangan. Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah rendahnya literasi digital dan keuangan para pelaku UMKM, yang selama ini masih menggunakan cara tradisional dalam mengelola usaha dan jarang melakukan pencatatan keuangan secara sistematis. Tujuan kegiatan adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pentingnya digitalisasi melalui pemanfaatan media sosial dan marketplace, serta memberikan keterampilan pencatatan keuangan sederhana agar UMKM dapat lebih mandiri dan mampu bersaing. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui penyuluhan, diskusi, dan pengisian kuesioner oleh peserta. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa para pelaku UMKM mulai menyadari pentingnya strategi pemasaran digital serta praktik pembukuan sederhana dalam mendukung keberlanjutan usaha. Walaupun penerapannya masih pada tahap awal, kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif berupa peningkatan kesadaran, keterampilan, dan kesiapan masyarakat untuk mengembangkan usaha secara lebih modern. Dengan adanya program ini, diharapkan UMKM di Desa Santan Sari dapat beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi, meningkatkan daya saing, serta memperkuat perekonomian desa secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out by KKN-T students from Universitas Indo Global Mandiri in Petanang Village, aimed at developing human resources and enhancing the economic skills of the local community. The program focused on active community participation in training and education to utilize local potential, particularly in MSMEs and digital technology use. The participatory method was employed, involving the community in every phase of the activity, from problem identification to evaluation. The results show an increase in the community's capacity, especially among women, to more effectively utilize natural and human resources. Additionally, the collaboration between students and the community went smoothly, creating an inclusive and empowering environment. Through a dialogic and interactive approach, this activity is expected to have a long-term impact on the economic and social independence of the Petanang Village community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at BKPSDM Musi Rawas, South Sumatra. This study utilized primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques utilized a questionnaire. Respondents in this study were 53 employees. The method of analysis in this study utilized multiple linear regression. The results show that motivation  and job satisfaction  simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance. This research is expected to be useful for companies to improve employee performance through motivation and job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Roda Oto Cemerlang, dengan menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif dan sampel sebanyak 87 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda, melibatkan uji t dan uji F, serta uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan SPSS versi 26. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (t hitung 5,477 > t tabel 1,988, signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05), sedangkan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan (t hitung -0,649 < t tabel 1,988, signifikansi 0,000 > 0,05), sementara Kepuasan Kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (t hitung 4,158 > t tabel 1,988, signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05). Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, ketiga variabel ini memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (F hitung 40,622 > F tabel 2,714), dengan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,595, yang berarti 59,5% variasi Kinerja Karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh Disiplin Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja, sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan oleh faktor lain. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, sementara Komitmen Organisasi tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan.
