Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian, untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan untuk mengetahui peran perilaku konsumen dalam memediasi kenaikan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pada minimarket Indomaret Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksankan pada bulan Oktober sampai November tahun 2022 di Minimarket Indomaret yang terletak di Kecamatan Biringkanaya. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis pathway. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kenaikan BBM berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumen. Kenaikan harga yang terjadi menyesuaikan dengan biaya produksi yang juga meningkat. Kenaikan harga BBM dapat memberikan beban berat bagi masyarakat khususnya kalangan menengah ke bawah. Namun, masyarakat berbelanja di Indomaret hanya sesuai dengan keperluan yang mendesak. Perilaku konsumen berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Perilaku konsumen juga dipengaruhi dari faktor ketersediaan produk yang baik disertai dengan kualitas yang juga baik karena produk selalu menyediakan barang yang memiliki masa kadaluwarsa yang lama sehingga aman saat disimpan. Meskipun dengan harga yang lebih tinggi, responden tetap berbelanja di Indomaret karena keterbatasan waktu. Kenaikan BBM yang dimediasi oleh variabel perilaku konsumen berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen dapat diterima. Perilaku dari konsumen dapat meredam dampak kenaikan harga BBM untuk berbelanja di Indomaret karena kebutuhan yang harus dipenuhi dalam waktu yang cepat. This study aimed to determine the effect of price on purchasing decision; to determine the effect of consumer behavior on purchasing decision; and to determine the role of consumer behavior in medicating price increases on purchasing decision at Indomaret Makassar minimarket. This type of research was quantitative research. This research was carried out from October to November 2022 at the Indomaret Minimarket which is located in the Biringkanaya Sub-district. Data collection techniques were observation, interview, and documentation study while data analysis used  pathway analysis. The result of the study showed that the increase in fuel prices has an effect on consumer behavior. The price increase that occurs adjusts to production costs which also increase. The increase in fuel prices can place a heavy burden on the community, especially the lower middle class. However, people shop at Indomaret only according to urgent needs. Consumer behavior influences purchasing decision. Current consumer behavior is also influenced by the factor of good product availability accompanied by good quality because the product always provides goods that have a long expiration date so they are safe when stored. Even with higher prices, respondents still shop at Indomaret due to time constraints. The increase in fuel prices, which is mediated by consumer behavior variables can influence consumer decision to be accepted. The behavior of consumer can reduce the impact of rising fuel prices for shopping at Indomaret because of needs that must be met in a short time.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan mengenai bagaiamana perbandingan antara pembelian online dan offline terhadap keputusan pembelian pada minimarket indomaret di Kecamatan Manggala. Pada dasarnya tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif yaitu sebuah penelitian yang berusaha memberikan gambaran mengenai objek yang diteliti yang bertujuan membuat deskriptif atau gambaran secara sistematis dan aktual mengenai fakta-fakta yang ada. Pemilihan informan dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling yaitu; penarikan informan yang dilakukan secara sengaja dengan kriteria tertentu. Adapun subyek penelitian ini berjumlah 10 orang Yaitu orang atau pelaku yang benar-benar tahu dan menguasai masalah, serta terlibat langsung dengan masalah penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen pada minimarket Indomaret di Kacamatan Manggala yaitu produk, Harga, promosi, pelayanan, Fasilitas  dan Lokasi. This study aimed to determine and describe the comparison between online and offline purchase on purchasing decision in Indomaret minimarket in Manggala Sub-district. Basically the type of research used is descriptive, namely a study that attempts to provide an overview of the object being studied which aims to make a descriptive or systematic and actual description of the facts that exist. The selection of informants was carried out by purposive sampling namely, intentional withdrawal of informant with certain criteria. The subjects of this study amounted to 10 people, namely people or actor who really know and master the problem, and they were directly involved with the research problem. Data collection technique in this study used observation, interviews, documentation. The results of the study showed that the factors that influence consumer purchasing decision at Indomaret minimarket in the Manggala Sub-district are product, price, promotion, service, facility and location.

Abstract

Penelitian kemampuan manajemen untuk mengelola entitas bisnis jelas sangat penting khususnya dalam meningkatkan minat beli masyarakat atas produk yang ditawarkan. Dalam penelitian ini, lokasi, pelayanan, citra merek dan gaya hidup adalah faktor-faktor yang mampu mempengaruhi minat beli sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lokasi, pelayanan, citra merek terhadap minat beli melalui gaya hidup masyarakat. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai sumber data utama dengan jumlah sampel 91 orang pengunjung pada kedua Mall, pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode random analyzis sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, teknik analisis data yg digunakan adalah moderate regression analyzis ( MRA ). Hasil penelitian ini menemukan secara parsial lokasi, pelayanan, dan citra merek berpengaruh terhadap  minat beli, begitupun pengujian dengan menggunakan variabel moderasi gaya hidup, lokasi dan pelayanan juga berpengaruh terhadap minat beli, sedangkan citra merek tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli melalui gaya hidup kostumer Mall Panakkukang dan Mall Ratu Indah. Management's ability to manage business entities is clearly very important, especially in increasing people's purchase interest in the product offered. In this research, location, service, brand image and lifestyle are factors that can influence purchase interest, so this research aimed to examine the influence of location, service, brand image on buying interest through people's lifestyle. The type of research was quantitative research using a questionnaire as the main data source with a sample size of 91 visitors at both Malls. The sampling in this research used a random analysis sampling method using the Slovin formula. The data analysis technique used was moderate regression analysis (MRA). The result of this research partially found that location, service and brand image has an influence on buying interest, also testing using the moderating variable lifestyle, location and service also has an effect on purchase interest, while brand image has no effect on purchase interest through customer lifestyle at Panakkukang Mall and Ratu Indah Mall.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior dan komitmen organisasi terhadap budaya organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kesiapan berubah  melalui budaya organisasi dan menganalisis pengaruh melalui budaya organisasi dalam efektivitas penerapan Zona Integritas pada Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Pangkep. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka digunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisis jalur, serta analisis sobel test. Hasil penelitian bahwa organizational citizenship behavior memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi. Organizational citizenship behavior memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan berubah, komitmen organisasi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan berubah, budaya organisasi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan berubah. Hasil uji mediasi bahwa budaya organisasi dapat memediasi pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kesiapan berubah, kemudian budaya organisasi dapat memediasi pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kesiapan berubah. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment on organizational culture, and organizational commitment on readiness to change through organizational culture and analyze the influence through organizational culture in the effectiveness of implementing the Integrity Zone at the Land Office Pangkep District. Data collection techniques were used through observation and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, path analysis, and sobel test analysis. The research findings show that organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant influence on organizational culture, organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on organizational culture. Then organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant influence on readiness to change, organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on readiness to change, organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on readiness to change. The results of the mediation test found that organizational culture can mediate the influence of organizational citizenship behavior on readiness to change, then organizational culture can mediate the influence of organizational commitment on readiness to change in the effectiveness.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitin ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor pada Kantor UPT Pendapatan Wilayah Tana Toraja dan mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana strategi pemerintah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan pajak kendaraan bermotor pada Kantor UPT Pendapatan Wilayah Tana Toraja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor adalah tingkat pengetahuan wajib pajak tentang perpajakan, rendahnya pemahaman wajib pajak mengenai pajak kendaraan bermotor, dan kurangnya sosialisasi kepada wajib pajak mengenai pajak kendaraan bermotor. 2) Strategi pemerintah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan pajak kendaraan bermotor yaitu mengoptimalkan strategi intensifikasi dan ekstensifikasi, melakukan kerja sama dengan instansi lain kemudian meningkatkan sosialisasi peningkatan pendapatan pajak kendaraan bermotor kepada wajib pajak, sosialisasi dilakukan agar masyarakat lebih memahami tentang persyaratan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor dan juga meningkatkan kesadaran wajib pajak akan pentingnya membayar pajak kendaraan bermotor dan juga mewujudkan program pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor  melalui pelaksanaan program layanan terpadu bagi masyarakat sehingga melalui pelayanan tersebut diharapkan mampu menjangkau daerah terpencil sehingga masyarakat akan lebih mudah dalam membayar pajak kendaraan bermotor. The objectives of this research are: 1) To determine and analyze what factors influence the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers at the Regional Revenue UPT Office of Tana Toraja. 2) To determine and analyze how the government strategy to increase motor vehicle tax revenue at the Regional Revenue UPT Office of Tana Toraja. The type of research used is quantitative. Using SWOT analysis. The results of this study show that: 1) Factors affecting motor vehicle taxpayer compliance are the level of taxpayer knowledge about taxation, the low understanding of taxpayers regarding motor vehicle taxes, and the lack of socialization to taxpayers regarding motor vehicle taxes. 2) The government's strategy to increase motor vehicle tax revenue is to optimize intensification and extensification strategies, collaborate with other agencies and then increase the socialization of increasing motor vehicle tax revenue to taxpayers, socialization is carried out so that people understand more about the requirements for paying motor vehicle taxes and also increase taxpayer awareness of the importance of paying motor vehicle taxes and also realize motor vehicle tax payment programs through the implementation of integrated service programs for the community so that through these services it is expected to be able to reach remote areas so that people will find it easier to pay motor vehicle taxes.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh program PKA terhadap kinerja ASN melalui efektivitas penyelenggaraan Pelatihan pada Kantor PPSDM Kemendagri Regional Makassar. Jumlah responden sebanyak 110 orang yaitu peserta pelatihan yang dilakukan pada kantor tersebut. Dengan menggunakan analisis jalur atau atau path. Dari hasil analisis pengolahan data secure kuantitatif, maka diketahui bahwa Agenda Kepemimpinan Pancasila dan Nasionalisme, Agenda Kepemimpinan Kinerja, Agenda Manajemen Kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikann secata langsung terhadap efektivitas penyelenggaraan pelatihan dan kinerja ASN secara langsung. Untuk mengukur hubungan tidak langsung antara Program PKA memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan tehadap kinerja ASN melalui efektivitas penyelenggaraan pelatihan. Efektifitas penyelenggaraan Pelatihan juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikat terhadap kinerja ASN secara langsung. Untuk mengukur hubungan tidak langsung antara Program Plathian Kepemimpinan Administrator (PKA) terhadap kinerja ASN melalui efektivitas penyelenggaraan pelatihan, Tapi untuk agenda aktualisasi kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN secara langsung dan tidak langsung. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of the Administrator Leadership Training (PKA) program on the performance of Civil Servants through the effectiveness of the maintenance of Training at the Office of PPSDM Ministry of Home Affairs Regional Makassar. The total number of respondents was 110 people who participated in the training carried out at the office. By using path or path analysis. As a result of the analysis of quantitative secure data processing, it is known that the Pancasila Leadership Agenda and Nationalism, the Leadership Performance Agenda, the Performance Management Agenda have a positive and significant direct impact on the effectiveness of training maintenance and the performance of the ASN directly. To measure the indirect relationship between the PKA Program has a positive, significant relationship between Civil Servants performance through training maintenance efficiency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui Knowledge Sharing pada kantor PPSDM Regional Makassar. Metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan teknik analisis SEM-PLS digunakan untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari ASN berjumlah 60 orang di PPSDM Kemendagri Regional Makassar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pendidikan, Pelatihan, dan Knowledge Sharing berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Pendidikan mempunyai indikator yakni hasil belajar, proses belajar mengajar atau faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendidikan bagi pegawai mendapat penilaian positif dari responden. Pelatihan juga dinilai berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, begitu juga dengan Knowledge Sharing yang diniliai berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Analisis jalur (SEM-PLS) menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan memiliki pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui Knowledge Sharing sebagai variabel intervening yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai serta mempengaruhi secara positif, pelatihan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai secara positif baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dengan Knowledge Sharing sebagai variabel interving yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, Demikian pula dengan Knowledge Sharing mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai secara positif dan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai secara langsung. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya pendidikan, pelatihan dan Knowledge Sharing dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Rekomendasi untuk institusi mencakup upaya mengoptimalkan pendidikan, memperkuat Knowledge Sharing, dan menambah pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of education and training on employee performance through Knowledge Sharing at PPSDM Ministry of Home Affairs Regional Makassar. A quantitative method with a descriptive approach and SEM-PLS analysis technique was used to collect and analyze data from 60 civil servants at the Regional PPSDM Kemendagri in Makassar. The results of the study indicate that Education, Training, and Knowledge Sharing have a positive effect on Employee Performance. Education has indicators such as learning outcomes, teaching-learning processes, or factors influencing education for employees, which received positive ratings from respondents. Training is also perceived to have a positive impact on employee performance, as well as Knowledge Sharing, which is considered to have a positive influence on employee performance. Path analysis (SEM-PLS) shows that education has a direct and indirect influence through Knowledge Sharing as a significant intervening variable on employee performance, and can enhance employee performance and have a positive impact. Similarly, training positively affects employee performance both directly and indirectly through Knowledge Sharing as an intervening variable. Likewise, Knowledge Sharing positively influences employee performance and directly enhances it. In conclusion, this research highlights the importance of education, training, and Knowledge Sharing in improving employee performance. Recommendations for institutions include efforts to optimize education, strengthen knowledge sharing, and add training to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap, pengalaman kerja terhadap efektifitas kerja ASN di PPSDM Regional Makassar serta menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan, pengalaman kerja, efektifitas kerja, terhadap kinerja ASN di PPSDM Regional Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh keterampilan dan sikap terhadap kinerja ASN melalui efektifitas kerja di PPSDM Regional Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah pendekatan survei dan menyebar kuesioner. Dalam penelitian ini populasi terdiri dari seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) pada PPSDM Regional Makassar yang terdiri dari PNS dan Non PNS sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik analisis data dengan PLS. Teknik pengujian data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan berpengaruh positif terhadap efektfitas kerja ASN, kemudian Keterampilan berpengaruh positif terhadap efektfitas kerja ASN. Selanjutnya Sikap berpengaruh positif terhadap efektfitas kerja ASN. Sedangkan Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap efektfitas kerja ASN. Kemudian Pengetahuan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kemudian Pengalaman berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan Efeektifitas kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kemudian Keterampilan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja ASN melalui efektifitas kerja. Sedangkan Sikap berpengaruh terhadap kinerja ASN melalui efektifitas kerja. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of knowledge, skills, attitudes, work experience on the work effectiveness of ASN in the Makassar Regional PPSDM and analyze the influence of knowledge, work experience, work effectiveness on the performance of ASN in the Makassar Regional PPSDM. And knowing and analyzing the influence of skills and attitudes on ASN performance through work effectiveness at Makassar Regional PPSDM. The type of research carried out was a survey approach and distributing questionnaires. In this study, the population consisted of all Civil Servants (PNS) at the Makassar Regional PPSDM consisting of 100 PNS and Non-PNS people. Data analysis technique using PLS. The data testing techniques used are validity testing and reliability testing. The results of the research show that knowledge has a positive effect on ASN work effectiveness, then skills have a positive effect on ASN work effectiveness. Abstract

This study aims to obtain the results of a study on the behavior of domestic chicken agribusiness development in South Sulawesi province. The analysis model in this study uses a structural equation model to examine the relationship between variables in accordance with the proposed hypothesis. The variables studied in this study consist of exogenous variables including: production, marketing, and financial management capabilities; intermediate variables in this study are sales development; and variables of increasing business profits as endogenous variables. The three types of variables are built based on a theoretical approach that forms a constellation of relationships between variables, where each variable has dimensions and indicators. The respondents in this study were 250 managers of domestic chicken farms in Maros and Gowa districts. The results of the study found that generally respondents of domestic chicken farmers in Gowa and Maros districts have the ability of production, marketing, and financial management in increasing sales development and its impact on increasing profits. Based on the results of the study, it is expected that the chicken farming business in both districts can develop through the role of the government and related parties, so as to improve the standard of living of the community and increase the source of regional income

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, pameran, dan bantuan alat terhadap peningkatan omzet UMKM di Kota Makassar melalui perilaku wirausaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei, data dikumpulkan dari 235 responden yang merupakan pelaku UMKM di Kota Makassar. Analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan, pameran, dan bantuan alat secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan omzet. Secara khusus, perilaku wirausaha memediasi hubungan antara pelatihan dan pameran dengan peningkatan omzet. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya dukungan komprehensif untuk meningkatkan kinerja UMKM dan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan, pameran, dan bantuan alat berpengaruh terhadap perilaku wirausaha dengan nilai R Square sebesar 64,5%. Namun, pelatihan dan bantuan alat tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku wirausaha. Pelatihan, pameran, dan bantuan alat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan omzet dengan nilai R Square sebesar 31,8%. Perilaku wirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan omzet UMKM. Setelah dianalisa, data menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan, pameran dan bantuan alat berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap peningkatan omzet UMKM melalui perilaku wirausaha. This research aims to analyze the influence of training, exhibitions and equipment assistance on increasing the turnover of MSMEs in Makassar City through entrepreneurial behavior. This research used quantitative approach and survey methods, data was collected from 235 respondents who are MSMEs in Makassar City. Multiple linear regression analysis shows that training, exhibitions and tool assistance significantly influence increasing turnover. Specifically, entrepreneurial behavior mediates the relationship between training and exhibitions and increasing turnover. These findings emphasize the importance of comprehensive support to improve MSMEs performance and support local economic growth. The research results show that training, exhibitions and tool assistance have an influence on entrepreneurial behavior with an R Square value of 64.5%. However, training and tool assistance did not have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial behavior. Training, exhibitions and tool assistance have a positive and significant effect on increasing turnover with an R Square value of 31.8%. Entrepreneurial behavior has a positive and significant effect on increasing MSMEs turnover. After analysis, the data shows that training, exhibitions and equipment assistance have a positive effect but don’t have a significant effect on increasing MSMEs turnover through entrepreneurial behavior.
