Abstract

Di era persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat, strategi pemasaran menjadi kunci utama dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran produk salad buah dan zozu buah serta dampaknya terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif, melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan konsumen yang menggunakan produk Salad Buah dan Zozu Buah. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh Agades.id selaku produsen produk Salad Buah dan Zozu Buah memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Faktor-faktor seperti branding Agades.id, kualitas buah pilihan, pengemasan, harga yang bersaing, promosi media sosial, dan pilihan distribusi produk yang langsung atau memakai tenaga kurir memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk persepsi baik konsumen terhadap kedua produk tersebut. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi produsen dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan pangsa pasar mereka. Studi ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa rekomendasi bagi Agades.id untuk meningkatkan efektivitas strategi pemasaran Salad Buah dan Zozu Buah mereka, termasuk peningkatan visibilitas merek, diferensiasi produk, dan penyesuaian harga yang lebih baik dengan nilai yang diberikan kepada konsumen. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya memahami preferensi dan perilaku konsumen serta menyesuaikan strategi pemasaran untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. Effective leadership, high motivation, and good job satisfaction are considered key factors in shaping an employee's commitment to the organization. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey of office employees and PKS of PT. Serba Huta Jaya as many as 63 people as a population as well as a research sample. The data was collected using a questionnaire that measured the level of leadership, motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical methods and multiple regression analysis to determine the relationship between these variables. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction and organizational commitment both partially and simultaneously. This shows that effective leaders, a motivating work environment, and high levels of job satisfaction can increase employee commitment to the organization. These findings have practical implications for human resource management in developing strategies to increase organizational commitment. Managers and leaders need to pay attention to the importance of building effective leadership, creating a motivating work environment, and paying attention to employee job satisfaction as an effort to increase organizational commitment. Thus, this study contributes to the understanding of the factors that influence organizational commitment and provides a basis for the development of relevant management interventions in the workplace

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of taste, price, store atmosphere, and service quality on consumer satisfaction in Coffee Shops (Warkop). In an era of increasingly fierce business competition, understanding the factors that affect consumer satisfaction is very important for business continuity. The taste of drinks and food, proper pricing, a pleasant store atmosphere, and quality service are key aspects that allegedly affect customer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to consumers of Warkop Gelas Batu 2 Rantauprapat. The sample used was 100 respondents who were calculated using the Wibisono formula, and were randomly selected. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression techniques to test the relationship between free variables (taste, price, store atmosphere, service quality) and bound variables (consumer satisfaction). The results of the study show that all independent variables have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction. Service quality has the strongest influence, followed by price, taste and store atmosphere. These findings indicate that to increase consumer satisfaction, Warkop Gelas Batu 2 must focus on improving service quality, adjusting product prices more competitively, improving product taste quality, and creating a more comfortable store atmosphere. Consumer satisfaction at Warkop Gelas Batu 2 is influenced by several factors that can be managed by business owners. By improving these factors, it is expected to increase customer satisfaction and their loyalty

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya minat berwirausaha di kalangan Gen-Z, seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi digital dan media sosial yang membuka peluang baru dalam dunia usaha. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh media sosial, literasi digital, dan literasi finansial terhadap minat berwirausaha Gen-Z di Labuhanbatu. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 150 responden Gen-Z. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui SPSS v.22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Media sosial berperan sebagai sarana informasi dan promosi, literasi digital mendukung kemampuan adaptasi terhadap teknologi, dan literasi finansial memperkuat kepercayaan diri dalam mengelola usaha. Integrasi ketiga faktor tersebut menjadi kunci penting dalam mendorong minat kewirausahaan di era digital.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the restructuring mechanism in the settlement of non-performing financing at Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Rantauprapat This research uses a qualitative method to collect and analyze data. The primary data source was obtained directly from the research location at Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Rantauprapat. In addition, secondary data is also collected in the form of documents. Data collection was carried out through three methods, namely observation, interviews, and document studies. Thus, this study can obtain a more complete and accurate picture of the phenomenon being studied. The results of the study show that Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Rantauprapat has implemented a restructuring mechanism in accordance with the principles stipulated in Bank Indonesia Regulation (PBI) No. 10/18/PBI/2008 and the circular letter of the board of directors No. 092/Dir/DUSy-PuiB/SE/2019. This mechanism includes three main principles, namely rescheduling, reconditioning, and restructuring. Thus, Bank Sumut KCP Syariah Rantauprapat has shown a commitment to resolving problematic financing in an effective manner and in accordance with applicable regulations. The implementation of this restructuring has proven to be effective in reducing the level of non-performing financing. The main obstacles in the restructuring process are administrative completeness and difficulties in reaching customers who have changed domiciles.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of operating capacity, sales growth, and firm size on financial distress in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020–2023 period. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression with a quantitative approach. The results of the study show that operating capacity has a negative and significant effect on financial distress, which indicates that operational efficiency contributes to reducing the level of financial pressure of the company. Meanwhile, sales growth has a positive but insignificant influence, showing that sales growth does not necessarily play a direct role in reducing the risk of financial distress. On the other hand, firm size has a positive and significant effect on financial distress, suggesting that large-scale companies are more susceptible to financial pressure, likely due to operational complexity and higher financial burdens. These findings provide important implications for company management in formulating efficiency strategies and more adaptive organizational structures to reduce potential financial distress risks in the mining sector

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki elemen-elemen yang memengaruhi pilihan konsumen untuk membeli produk IQOS dari PT. HM Sampoerna di Rantauprapat, dengan fokus pada gaya hidup hedonis, persepsi harga, citra merek, dan promosi internet. Pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif digunakan dalam studi ini, dan pengguna IQOS lokal diberikan kuesioner untuk diisi guna mengumpulkan data. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk memastikan bagaimana variabel independen dan keputusan pembelian saling terkait. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa sementara persepsi harga tidak memiliki dampak yang terlihat pada keputusan pembelian, citra merek dan promosi online memilikinya. Aspek terpenting yang memengaruhi keputusan konsumen untuk membeli adalah gaya hidup hedonistik mereka. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel independen dapat menjelaskan sebagian besar variasi dalam keputusan pembelian, dan telah terbukti memiliki dampak yang cukup besar pada keputusan untuk membeli.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of employee engagement, organizational culture, and work-life balance on employee performance. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with survey techniques and uses linear regression analysis to test the relationship between these variables. Data was collected from respondents who were employees at PT. Tolan Tiga Indonesia by using research instruments in the form of online questionnaires. The results show that employee engagement, organizational culture, and work-life balance have a positive and significant influence on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. High employee engagement increases motivation and productivity, a strong organizational culture encourages collaboration and innovation, while a good work-life balance reduces stress and improves employee well-being. Ces résultats confirment que les entreprises qui investissent dans un engagement accru, le renforcement de la culture organisationnelle et les politiques d’équilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie privée obtiendront des performances plus optimales de leurs employés. Par conséquent, il est conseillé aux organisations de créer un environnement de travail qui soutient ces trois facteurs afin d’augmenter l’efficacité et la compétitivité de l’entreprise.
