Abstract

A holistic educational approach underscores the significance of comprehensive child development, integrating cognitive, social, emotional, and physical dimensions. Experiential learning through interaction with the environment facilitates optimal growth and development in children. The Merdeka Curriculum for schools introduces the concept of holistic learning, integrating various aspects of child development and creating learning experiences relevant to their lives. Teachers are crucial in creating a safe, comfortable, and loving environment that allows children to feel valued and learn well. Play-based learning in schools strengthens children's motor, cognitive, and social-emotional skills. Implementing a holistic approach in this curriculum necessitates ongoing support for educators through training and coaching to improve their ability to manage child-based learning. Thus, a holistic approach is critical to ensuring optimal and high-quality early childhood development

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin canggih bisa memliliki efek untuk perubahan pada sistem di lingkungan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dampak Implementasi HRIS (Human Resource Information System) terhadap kinerja karyawan. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan penelitian pustaka atau studi pustaka. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan dan membedakan berbagai teori, seperti yang ditemukan dalam literatur penelitian, untuk mengkaji teori-teori yang ada. Berdasarkan hasil literature review pada pada artikel bahwa dampak penerapan dari HRIS adalah dapat mengelola kegiatan administrasi sumber daya manusia seperti absensi, gaji, tunjangan, dan bonus. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi HRIS, kegiatan absensi, penggajian, dan pemberian bonus serta tunjangan dapat diproses secara langsung untuk mempercepat pekerjaan HRD dalam mengolah data karyawan.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out whether the face-to-face method is still effective in the learning process at Asadiyah Islamic School, Sidodadi sub-district, Wonmulyo district. The research is qualitative research by conducting observations, interviews and documentation using data analysis techniques: data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing verification. The results of the research are that the face-to-face learning method is still effectively implemented at the Asadiyah Islamic School with the level of use of the face-to-face method reaching (90 percent) with the consideration of building student morals. Face-to-face interaction is very effective, while the use of other methods such as the use of information technology is only as a tool

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan peran kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan etos kerja Islam terhadap pegawai negeri sipil lingkup Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Mamasa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lapangan atau field research, sedangkan sifat penelitian bersifat deskriptif, Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Wawancara, sumber data yang peneliti gunakan yaitu sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder, adapun yang menjadi sumber data primer yakni kepada Kepala Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Mamasa H. Ramli L, S.Ag., M.Pd, Sub Bagian Tata Usaha Usama Majid, S.Ag., M.M, dan Plt. Seksi Pendidikan Islam, Kepala Seksi Bimbingan Masyarakat Islam H. Anwar, S.Ag., dan Penyelenggara Haji dan Umrah Hj. Sumarnih, S.Ag. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti, kepemimpinan yang ada di Kementerian Agama Kab. Mamasa secara keseluruhan sudak cukup memenuhi dari indikator-indikator serta fungsi kepemimpinan berdampak pada etos kerja pegawai yaitu menjadi lebih bersemangat dalam menjalankan tugas maupun pekerjaan yang diberikan serta berpengaruh pada tanggung jawab kepada Kementerian Agama Kab. Mamasa sehingga dapat bekerja secara maksimal dan mencapai tujuan bersama yang ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Agama Kab. Mamasa
