Abstract

Era digital telah memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk pendidikan dan pembentukan moral peserta didik. Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, khususnya internet dan media sosial, merupakan sumber potensial pembelajaran agama tetapi juga menghadirkan tantangan etika yang kompleks. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi persepsi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) terhadap moralitas peserta didik di era digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI menyadari dampak positif teknologi, seperti kemudahan akses terhadap konten keagamaan yang memperkaya pemahaman nilai-nilai spiritual. Namun, mereka juga menyoroti konsekuensi negatif, termasuk paparan konten yang tidak selaras dengan nilai-nilai agama, perubahan pola interaksi sosial, dan ketergantungan pada teknologi yang dapat mengurangi kedisiplinan dan keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Guru PAI memandang pentingnya integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran agama yang kreatif dan perlunya pengawasan dalam memilih dan memanfaatkan konten digital. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara guru, orang tua, dan masyarakat dalam membimbing peserta didik untuk menggunakan teknologi secara bijak dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai moral yang relevan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi pengembangan strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif, adaptif, dan berbasis nilai untuk mendukung pembentukan karakter generasi muda di tengah tantangan era digital.

Abstract

This study aims to describe Innovative Strategies in Learning Design Based on Leadership Skill Enhancement. This objective is grounded in the developments of the globalization era and Industry 4.0, where the challenges faced by leaders and educators in educational institutions are becoming increasingly complex. Changes in the field of education, technological advancements, student diversity, and rising societal demands require school leaders to adapt and respond to changes rapidly. Research on educational leadership in institutions is becoming increasingly relevant and urgent to explore. To gather data for this study, a qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. The research setting was located at MA Nurul Jadid Paiton, Probolinggo, and the study was conducted from October 10 to December 10, 2024. Data collection techniques utilized snowball sampling, with primary and secondary sources as the data basis. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique followed the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that Innovative Strategies in Learning Design Based on Leadership Skill Enhancement at MA Nurul Jadid Paiton, Probolinggo, include: Competency Standards Development,Training and Development, Mentorship and Coaching, and Monitoring and Evaluation. The design of leadership skills in learning plays a crucial role in creating an effective learning environment and empowering leaders who can effectively manage the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Implementation of the Sorogan Method in Improving the Reading Ability of Grade XII Students of the Yellow Book of Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo Religious Program. In addition, the researcher will explore the factors that affect the effectiveness of the sorogan method in increasing students' understanding of the yellow book and identify the challenges faced in the application of this method. To obtain data from the research results, research is carried out using a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. This research was carried out at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid, from November 26, 2024 to December 26, 2024. Data collection techniques are carried out using field observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis, the researcher uses qualitative descriptive analysis, namely through: Data display, Data reduction, Drawing conclusions. The results shown from the research on the Implementation of the Sorogan Method in Improving the Reading Ability of Grade XII Students of the Yellow Book of Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid Religious Program Paiton Probolinggo are that there are stages that are seen and applied by teachers or teachers, namely students start with (individual learning), teachers start learning, students read the material, teachers start reading and close learning. The Supporting Factors are learning discussions, learning motivation encouragement and seminars. And the inhibiting factors are Non-Effective Discussions, Limited Book References, Lack of Time Management, and Lack of Daily Mutholaah.

Abstract

This research explores the role of visionary kyai leadership in integrating Islamic traditions with modernity at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid, Probolinggo, East Java. This tension often creates a dichotomy: on one side, pesantren that exclusively preserve traditions with little adaptation, and on the other side, pesantren that become overly modernized to the extent of diluting their traditional identity. The study aims to analyze how visionary leadership preserves Islamic traditions while simultaneously adopting innovations to strengthen the quality and competitiveness of Islamic education. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, then analyzed with Miles and Huberman’s interactive model. The findings reveal that Islamic traditions such as the study of classical texts, religious rituals, and moral values remain the pesantren’s foundation, while modern practices like curriculum reform, digitalization, and management innovation are selectively adopted under visionary leadership. The integration of tradition and modernity emerges not as a contradiction but as a synergy, creating an educational model that is both authentic and adaptive. The implications suggest that visionary kyai leadership provides a strategic framework for other Islamic educational institutions to maintain cultural authenticity while effectively addressing contemporary challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of Qur’anic values in shaping the religious character. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach to investigate how Qur’anic principles are internalized through daily practices, role modeling, and institutional management. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving teachers, students, and pesantren administrators. Findings reveal that the Qur’an serves not only as a textual source of knowledge but also as a behavioral guide actively embodied in the daily routines of santri. Religious character formation is facilitated through consistent activities such as communal prayers, Qur’an recitation, and ethical mentoring, supported by the exemplary behavior of teachers. Furthermore, the institutional management plays a strategic role in designing and maintaining an environment that integrates Qur’anic values into all aspects of pesantren life. The study concludes that the successful internalization of Qur’anic values results from a synergy of value-based education, modeling, and structured management. This model provides a transformative and holistic framework that addresses the contemporary crisis of moral and religious identity among Muslim youth, offering a replicable alternative for character education in formal settings.

Abstract

Leadership or leadership has been the study of experts and practitioners from time to time and has always been something interesting to study because the theories and approaches continue to develop and evolve. Trilogy of Santri and Awareness of Santri at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid. researchers used qualitative research. That is a study in which data presentation is in the form of words or sentences. This qualitative approach aims to understand the phenomena that occur through a holistic picture and broaden an in-depth understanding of the formation of inculcation of character values. The results of this study are the founder's background in applying the five awareness of the santri, Religious Awareness For Nurul Jadid's students, religious awareness is a starting point that must be instilled in him; Knowledgeable Awareness, Knowledge definitively means knowing the unknown (idrakul majhul),; National and State Awareness The philosophical foundation that underlies KH. Zaini Mun'im; organizational awareness, kiai policy in instilling the values of the trilogy of santri.the cleric's policies in instilling the values of the santri trilogy.

Abstract

Masa usia dini merupakan wahana pendidikan yang baik untuk memberikan pembinaan agar pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak dapat berkembang dengan baik melalui perawatan dan pengasuhan. Pendidikan anak usia dini diselenggarakan sebelum jenjang pendidikan dasar yang dapat diselenggarakan melalui jalur formal, non formal, dan informal. Anak usia dini adalah individu yang sedang mengalami proses pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang sangat pesat sehingga membutuhkan sarana/ strategi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, terutama proses perkembangan motoric anak yang harus dimaksimalkan oleh lembaga Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini di Kelompok Bermain (KB) Nurul Azhar Aisyiyah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengembangan Motorik Kasar Melalui Kegiatan Outbound pada Anak Usia Dini di KB Nurul Azhar Aisyiyah Situbondo”. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitan kualitatif dan pendekatan studi kasus. Tehnik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kegiatan permainan Outbound yang dilakukan Kelompok Bermain (KB) Nurul Azhar Aisyiyah, bahwa anak sangat antusias dalam egiatan outbound, dan bermanfaat membentuk kekuatan otot dan melatih fisik anak, kegiatan outbound juga dapat menjadi sarana belajar yang menyenangkan. Sehingga kegiatan outbound dalam proses pembelajaran dapat menunjang perkembangan motorik kasar anak.

Abstract

Public Relations Management in Increasing Alumni Participation is one way to foster and develop harmonious relations between institutions and alumni in establishing close relationships with alumni. Because the success of an educational institution organization in achieving its mission and objectives is determined by the role of alumni both internally and externally. Based on this, there are three issues that are the main study in this research, namely: first, How is Public Relations Management Planning to Increase Alumni Participation at the Al-Qur’an Science Education Center Nurul Jadid Paiton; second, How is the Implementation of Public Relations Management in Increasing the Participation of Alumni at the Al-Qur’an Science Education Center Nurul Jadid Paiton; third, How to Evaluate Public Relations Management in Increasing Alumni Participation at the Al-Qur’an Science Education Center Nurul Jadid Paiton. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of field study. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. While data analysis using triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that: First, Public Relations Management Planning in Increasing Alumni Participation at the Nurul Jadid Paiton Al-Qur’an Education Center is carried out based on a public relations work meeting. Namely a. Introducing the importance of madrasas to Alumni b. Get moral and financial assistance c. Provide information to Alumni of program implementation. d. Know the needs of alumni. Second, the implementation of public relations in increasing the participation of alumni at the Nurul Jadid Paiton Al-Qur’an Education Center through several methods/tools, such as distributing brochures, installing banners, promoting institutions through the media etc. Third, a public relations evaluation conducted at the Nurul Jadid Paiton Al-Qur’an Education Center in increasing alumni participation is in two ways, namely, direct and quarterly evaluations (before the odd semester, after the odd semester before the class increase). The evaluation includes: active participation and passive participation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the forms of collaborative learning strategies in improving student learning outcomes, apart from that it also aims to provide a comprehensive picture of the forms of collaborative learning strategies and the results of the process of implementing collaborative learning strategies. This research method uses a qualitative case study type approach. Data was collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation analysis. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. To ensure that the data found was relevant, researchers checked the validity of the data by means of extended observations, persistence of observations, and triangulation. The findings of this research prove that the use of audio-visual media in collaboration with the use of demonstration methods can increase learning interest, enthusiasm for learning and student learning outcomes both in the cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects of understanding. The implication is that institutions within the Islamic boarding school environment can develop effective and efficient learning models, combining with sophisticated technology to increase students' understanding and to achieve the goals of learning and education effectively and efficiently without destroying local culture, religious values and Islamic boarding school values.

Abstract

The transformation of Islamic boarding school education in the modern era presents challenges in maintaining the values of turats amidst increasingly dynamic social and cultural changes among students. This study aims to examine how dormitories act as spaces for cultural transformation, how the integration of learning creates the intellectual ethos of students, and how the process of turats transformation produces a contextual understanding of the holy book. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving kiai, ustaz, and students as key informants through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation of learning activities. The results of the study show three main findings: (1) the integration between classes and dormitories fosters an intellectual ethos through a culture of scientific discussion and shared reflection; (2) the transformation of turats gives rise to a more contextual understanding of the yellow book to the social reality of students, with 78% of respondents showing a significant increase in text comprehension; and (3) dormitory life functions as a space for cultural transformation, where values such as discipline, responsibility, and togetherness are internalized through routine halaqah and mudzakarah activities. The contribution of this research lies in affirming the concept of dormitories as spaces for scientific and cultural transformation, which integrate cognitive, affective, and social dimensions within the Islamic boarding school education system. The practical implications of this research emphasize the importance of strengthening the synergy between formal and non-formal learning as a strategy to maintain the relevance of turats education amidst changing times, while simultaneously shaping students with scientific, adaptive, and reflective cultural characters.
