Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi dan informasi saat ini tidak dapat dihindarkan, dan telah berkembang diberbagai sektor, salah satunya adalah Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Revolusi industri 4.0 yang sangat erat dengan modernisasi dan kemajuan teknologi menjadi sebuah momen bagi UMKM untuk melaju dengan berbagai inovasinya untuk tetap bertahan dan tidak tergerus laju zaman.Terbatasnya pemanfaatan teknologi karena dianggap barang yang mahal dan rumit oleh UMKM harus dikikis.Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengenalan tentang pentingnya Customer Relationship Management kepada UMKM dan melakukan perancangan sistem informasi untuk dapat membantu UMKM melakukan otomasi pada penjualan, pemasaran dan meningkatkan perhatian pada pelanggan yang pada akhirnya menghadirkan layanan yang lebih baik lagi bagi UMKM kepada pelanggan. Dengan perancangan sistem informasi ini pengelola UMKM dapat dengan mudah mengidentifikasi dan berfokus pada pelanggan, memungkinkan penyesuaian secara personal terhadap berbagai produk dan layanan atau jasa yang ditawarkan, mampu menghadirkan pengalaman yang berkesan dan layanan terbaik diseluruh bagian pelayanan dan yang terpenting adalah adanya peningkatan terhadap loyalitas dari pelanggan.Hasil evaluasi saat implementasi aplikasi, pengelola UMKM memiliki kecenderungan sangat setuju dengan hasil nilai rata-rata kuesioner sebesar 3,61 dalam skala nilai 1 sampai 4 terhadap pengukuran kemudahan, kenyamanan dan kepuasan kinerja yang diberikan oleh  sistem informasi.

Abstract

Upaya membentuk kemandirian anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) melalui penguatan pada orang tua dan keluarga ABK menjadi prioritas penting dalam memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman bagi ABK untuk hidup bersama, berdampingan dengan masyarakat. Perluasan kemudahan aksesibilitas terhadap pelayanan umum, kebijakan lingkungan yang ramah ABK dan perkembangan teknologi informasi menjadikan ABK menjadi individu yang bermartabat sebagaimana mestinya. Guna melakukan perluasan dalam peningkatan layanan ABK sebuah organisasi yang berkecimpung dalam pelayanan ABK membutuhkan dukungan berupa pemanfaatan dan pengembangan teknologi informasi dibeberapa titik aktivitas yang ada. Pemanfaatan dan pengembangan teknologi informasi dilakukan dengan merancang dan membangun sistem yang diberi nama goLink Apps berbasis android untuk menjawab tantangan kedepan. Aplikasi ini dapat melakukan pencatatan dan mengumpulkan data ABK yang tersebar, menjembatani mitra dengan para orang tua ABK dalam hal memberikan informasi kegiatan dan menyediakan layanan konsultasi/ sharing online antara orang tua, relawan dan pengelola organisasi, juga sebagai wadah/ ruang promosi untuk penjualan hasil karya dari ABK. Ujicoba untuk menjalankan aplikasi dilakukan pada lima belas orang yang terdiri dari relawan, orang tua, pengelola dan masyarakat umum. Hasil ujicoba dievaluasi menggunakanUser Experience Questionnaire (UEQ)dan menghasilan nilai excellent pada daya tarik, efisiensi, ketepatan, stimulasi dan kebaruan serta nilai good pada kejelasan.

Abstract

Providing qualified domestic workers and looking for employers who have good behavior are things that are needed by the community. In addition, the assurance of the contract promised at the beginning of the agreement and its realization from the perspective of the employer and domestic worker is something that must be considered. With Maximom present as the answer needed by the public, Maximom utilizes a website-based application in the form of a company profile and dashboard to convey value and maintain performance to customers. In order to determine the characteristics and needs of users, the author uses the User Persona tool to focus on target users who will operate the display system. It is intended that the resulting UI display matches the expectations of each potential user. The approach that the author applies to UI design is the Google Design Sprint which is superior in terms of time saving, focus on problems and solving goals (in the form of prototypes), and idea development. The stages in Google Design Sprint are Mapping, Sketching, Deciding, Prototyping, and Testing.

Abstract

Dampak positif dari Pandemi Covid-19 adalah berkembangnya pembelajaran online di hampir semua jenjang pendidikan. Dalam pelaksanaannya, sebuah pembelajaran online memerlukan sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran. Agar aplikasi pembelajaran dapat mewadahi kebutuhan pendidik, maka tentunya harus dibangun berdasar kebutuhan pendidik, yang dijajagi dengan menggunakan Pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR), di mana pengusul menempatkan diri sebagai insider dan bukan sebagai outsider. Pada penyusunan desain ini, pendidik yang terlibat adalah perwakilan guru Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Hasil yang didapat adalah desain aplikasi pembelajaran jenjang SMA, dengan model pembelajaran yang bersesuaian dengan kebutuhan pendidik dan peserta didik, mudah dan dapat digunakan di manapun, menjamin standar mutu tanpa mengurangi kebebasan pendidik untuk mengembangkan materi. Setelah desain aplikasi pembelajaran didapatkan, maka pendidik diminta untuk mengisi kuesioner agar diketahui kesesuaian desain aplikasi yang dibuat dengan kebutuhan pendidik. Hasil yang didapat desain aplikasi pembelajaran telah dianggap sesuai dengan kebutuhan pendidik, sehingga dapat dilanjutkan dengan rancang bangun aplikasi pembelajaran sesuai desain yang telah disepakati.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa SMA berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) melalui pembudayaan belajar dengan pendekatan blended learning dengan menerapkan model Blended Web Mobile Learning (BWML) dan aplikasi MoLearn. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang mengacu pada Generic Design Research Model (GDRM) dari Plomp dan Nieveen. Untuk pengembangan aplikasi MoLearn metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model waterfall digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini meibatkan 205 siswa sebagai subjek penelitiaan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan instrument lembar validasi model, angket resposn siswa, dan tes HOTs siswa. Penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan persamaan reliabilitas dan n-gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) model BWML dengan aplikasi MoLearn dinyatakan valid dan reliable berdasarkan tinjauan content dan isi, selain itu, berdasarkan hasil respon 205 siswa terhadap pembelajaran model BWML dengan aplikasi MoLearn, 83% siswa dinyatakan antusias mengikuti pembelajaran; dan (2) peningkatan HOTs siswa dinyatakan meningkat (rerata n-gain= 0,46) dengan kategori sedang. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa model Blended Web Mobile Learning (BWML) dengan aplikasi MoLearn valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa SMA. The Development of the Blended Web Mobile Learning Model with the MoLearn Application to Improve High School Students’ Higher Order Thinking Skills Abstract This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of high school students based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) through the culture of learning with a blended learning approach by applying the Blended Web Mobile Learning (BWML) model and the MoLearn application. This research is a development research that refers to the Generic Design Research Model (GDRM) from Plomp and Nieveen. For the development of the MoLearn application, the Waterfall Model System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method was used in this study. This study involved 205 students as research subjects. The research data were collected using a model validation sheet instrument, student response questionnaires, and student HOTs tests. The research was analyzed descriptively using the reliability equation and n-gain. The results showed that (1) the BWML model with the MoLearn application was declared valid and reliable based on the content and content review, in addition, based on the results of the responses of 205 students to the BWML model learning with the MoLearn application, 83% of the students were stated to be enthusiastic about participating in the learning; and (2) the increase in students' HOTs was stated to be increasing (mean n-gain = 0.46) in the medium category. The results of this study conclude that the Blended Web Mobile Learning (BWML) model with the MoLearn application is valid, practical, and effective for improving high school students’ higher order thinking skills.

Abstract

PT. Bukaloka Teknologi Indonesia is an online buying and selling site that distributes products and services equipped with an online store & instant web generation platform where this service is a platform that integrates the marketplace with Online Company Profile creation services for micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) who joined. Currently, the process of changing UMKM Company Profile information still has to use a standard Content Management System (CMS) which requires changes to be made in the CMS dashboard itself and data entry is done by typing in the data form. This study discusses the implementation of Speech Recognition which is supported by the Jaro-Winkler Algorithm which can simplify and speed up the process of entering words compared to using CMS without the need for the use of a keyboard. The Jaro-Winkler algorithm itself is intended to improve words and the process of word accuracy on potential word errors generated by Speech Recognition. 6 prospective users were surveyed to determine the feasibility of the application in the community and get the results of the survey calculations with the number of responses saying "Yes" as many as 87.20%, while "No" as many as 12.8%. With a total of 87.20%, it can be concluded that the result is "Successful".

Abstract

A distributor company domiciled in Sidoarjo distributes various kinds of beauty products, gloves and masks, ranging from medical masks to non-medical masks. Currently the promotion is done door to door, causing the assigned salesman to bring a catalog book, product orders are still via WhatsApp. The impact of these problems, resulting in inefficient business processes. The condition of the website owned by the company is less informative and looks very inadequate, the colors on the website are very contrasting and uncomfortable for the eyes, so that the information on the website is not clear and there is a need for improvements to the system flow and user interface. The impact of these problems, resulting in a lack of trust for customers who want to buy products through web companies, because the web display makes customers hesitate in making transactions. To solve this problem, an analysis and improvement of the design appearance was carried out using the double diamond method and the webuse method as a benchmark for perceptions and responses from users. The results of prototype testing get an average value of 0.937 while the results after iterations of prototype testing get an average value of 0.986. Suggestions and criticisms that have been made during the prototype iteration have been accepted by the user.

Abstract

Suvis Indonesia is a new startup that acts as an intermediary between consumers and electronic furniture technicians in providing household electronic furniture services. The current problem is that as a new startup, the company needs a User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design as the basis for building a platform. Due to limited capital, the Suvis Indonesia startup must be run effectively and efficiently so that it prioritizes just in time production but still prioritizes the needs of its consumers. The solution used to solve the above problems is to design UI/UX using the Lean UX method. This method has the advantages of “Cost Saving, Time Saving, User-centric, and Data-driven”. Based on the analysis, implementation and evaluation resulted in a final prototype which is a combination of prototypes A and B which have been validated in terms of appearance, to criticism and suggestions from consumer users and technicians. Prototype A was selected for 6 features and Prototype B was selected for 6 features. In addition, this research produces a consistent user interface in terms of color, font, image/video and layout and user experience which is easy for users to understand to use the application and get information as needed

Abstract

Ababil has various problems, namely wrong orders because there is no system that records, types of product information, catalogs, menu consultations, and no promos. Problems are analyzed with customer journal mapping and produce features that customers need. Testing with the blackbox method on functionality is declared effective. Based on the SUS trial, the sales application interface design falls into the grade B scale category and the average result is 80.1. This means that the interface design is acceptable. The results of the in-depth interview menu made on the Ababil clothing sales website according to the CX indicator, including: the main page increases the taste indicator because it relates to the senses in placing an order, product details are in accordance with actions related to the customer's physical, order history is an indicator that refers to customer's feeling of wearing. The discussion menu, FaQ, chat increase the relate indicator because it is connected between other people and the company or other. Menu vouchers improve thinking indicators by surprise, menu reviews include act indicators because they prevent ignoring criticism and suggestions. The comparison between pre-survey that 72.2% of 36 respondents were dissatisfied, with post-survey the level of dissatisfaction decreased by 63.9%.

Abstract

Panca Marga Probolinggo University as a place of learning and self developments provides facilities for student achievements scholarships. The scholarship program is expected to spur student interest in learning to be more accomplished. In determining the scholarship recipients, the administrator selects candidates for faculty scholarship recipients base on existing criteria. In the process of selecting, admin faculty have difficulty selecting a data prospective recipients. Because each type of scholarship criteria and weight have different criteria. It makes the calculation of the value criteria requires precision. Knowing the problem that occur, the autors designed the decision support system and make the determination of scholarship by using the SAW method. This system can help admins to perform data administration faculty scholarship recipients, the data type of scholarship, the data criteria, criteria weighting data, and data recipients. With this system the loss of data can be minimize. After testing the use of decision support system determining the scholarship by using the SAW method, it can be concluded that this decision support system to help admins faculty in performing their duties.
