Abstract

kemahasiswaan.dinamika.ac.id is a website from the student affairs section of the Dynamics University which contains important information for students. According to information from the head of student affairs, the website has never been evaluated for usability and redesign of the appearance of the website based on user needs. To determine user needs, the author has conducted a website usability evaluation questionnaire to determine the level of usability and user pain. Based on the problems obtained, an analysis and design of the user interface / user experience (UI / UX) has been carried out on the Undika student website using the google design sprint method. From the test results, it was obtained the results of statements from respondents stating that the UI / UX design was attractive, it was easy to find out the existence on the website, and the use of colors that was comfortable to use. With these results, it can answer problems based on user's pain. Overall, the implementation of the google design sprint method has resulted in a UI / UX design that suits user needs and answers crucial questions based on the problems obtained from the usability evaluation with the Website usability evaluation.

Abstract

In Banyuwangi district, The understanding about hydroponics still relatively new. Business process that hydroponics banyuwangi farmer do for sales still using social media like Facebook or Whatsapp. By those social media, the income or sales they get are mostly only from inside the communities. From the results of interviews with several hydroponic farmers in Banyuwangi district, it is known that they need a solution to sell and expand the marketing of their hydroponic plants. This research will design and build marketplace application using the Waterfall model. The purpose of this research is to produce marketplace android application for hydroponics farmers in Banyuwangi district. Using this application to resolve problem about sales that we appointed at the beginning. By using Waterfall model at development and black box testing method, the result are 18 test cases with 100% success rate covering functions that have been applied to the frontend.

Abstract

Isoplus city ran has one of activity that is running race called isoplus city run at isopluscityrun.com. as long as the website has been implemented, there are 71,3% users that have accessed through a desktop device. there are some problems encountered by users, one of them is users cannot fully get and understand the information like the features and some of contents are too much to comprehend, so incompatible to be accessed with other deviecs. the solution is to develop a user interface at isoplus it run's website using heuristic evaluation methode and find the mistakes also to evaluate the successness of the website. The results of data processing show the level of problem improvement with high priority on the variable user control and freedom, namely assistance when the website error and the number of clicks and the problems in the aesthetic and minimalist design variables are incomplete information. The results of the design development by considering the initial design of the website and the results of the data processing of respondents. The final step is evaluated by the respondents using the heuristics evaluation method, from the ten variables average value obtained is 1.2 from the range of saverity rating value of 1 to 5, the value of 1 is that there is no problem which means the results of the design development that has been done has the level of problem in the category there is no problem in usability. The final results obtained recommendations in form of user interface design in accordance with the needs of the isoplus city run in supporting activities.

Abstract

PT MNC Sekuritas, the name MNC is an abbreviation of the word Media Nusantara Citra. PT MNC Sekuritas itself is a securities company that was founded in 1989 and is under the auspices of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk and has now developed into a local securities company that is committed to responding to the needs of the Indonesian people. One of the applications used by PT MNC Sekuritas is MNC Trade New , an application that is used to trade stocks and also monitor stock movements that can be used on mobile operating systems such as Android and iOS. There are several problems regarding the appearance of MNC Trade New, namely the design that is less than optimal and seems ordinary, as well as the user's desire to make transactions faster, then there are menu buttons that are too small, and the display of stock charts that are deemed unattractive. The double diamond method is a solution for analyzing and designing the ui/ux display of the MNC Trade New application with usability testing that focuses on 3 measurement aspects, namely learnability, efficient, and satisfaction using success rate, time based efficiency and SUS questionnaire calculations. With 10 samples of customer application users, the results obtained are 100% learnability, efficieny 0.027 goals/sec, and the SUS score obtained an average value of 80.

Abstract

In the development of educational videos, training and learning is a very important activity. But the experience, knowledge and skills possessed only by the participants in the training so that the absence of learning or knowledge transfer to people who have no knowledge about the training. One reason is the lack of a system that can manage, collect and manage data of existing knowledge into useful information for the development of educational videos.Based on the above, requires a knowledge management system in terms of manufacturing, management, maintenance of data storage is explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge through report creation. Knowledge management system (KMS) is a system that is capable of performing the classification of existing knowledge, how to preserve knowledge, and how to use that knowledge. One solution to overcome the above problems is to create a multimedia knowledge management system.This application can be used by users in obtaining information about knowledge relating to the development of video media for education. This system provides the required knowledge in the form of multimedia files (text, images, documents and videos). This system can also provide statistical reports of users accessing the system, active users, multimedia files are frequently accessed, searched and needed. Abstract

Senopati Vocational School is a school that located in Sidoarjo. The business process in the Senopati Vocational School library currently implementing a manually service process that  all the data collection and recording are still written in the book, so when searching for the data that is needed there must open the book page by page. This causes the slow search for book data. The registration process for members is also increasingly difficult because of the increasing number of students. Making reports that still done by recording all transactions into a special recipe book to record all the results of service activities in the library every day and every month. The solution that applied to resolve these problems is by creating a Web-based Library Information System Design that can helpful in the book registration process, library member registration, book lending processes, book development process fines for delays in returning books and making reports processes that be required by the library. Based on the results of the trials on the Senopati Vocational Library system, the results of this library information system were able to facilitate the book registration process, member registration, loan process, return process, and making reports

Abstract

: The Academic Information System (AIS) website is a web-based academic information system application with the aim of providing information about academics to students. With the AIS students can find out information related to campus academics such as student biographies, class forums, departmental curriculum, semester lectures, Study Plan Cards (SPC), class schedules, attendance, thesis, Study Results Cards (SRC), list of grades, transcripts , and finance. The results of interviews with Information Technology at PGRI Ronggolawe Tuban University that the number of visitors in September and February was due to guardianship by students who used the SIA application to view Study Plan Card (SPC) information. The results obtained from this study serve as recommendations for improving the user interface and user experience on the Academic Information System (AIS) website of the University of PGRI Ronggolawe Tuban. So that students can find information about lectures easily and with an easy-to-use interface design. From the results of the questionnaire, the improvement in the value of each indicator is Learnability 2.56, Efficiency 2.94, Memorability 2.31, Error 2.38, and Satisfaction 2.43. The final result of calculating the average for each indicator is a value of 2.52. According to the Likert scale from a value of 1-4 the value of 2.52 is in the good category.

Abstract

Command Center 112 Surabaya is an innovation of services in disaster management supported by BPB Linmas Surabaya. Command Center 112 Surabaya service can integrate various Regional Device Organizations related to disaster management or emergencies experienced by the people of Surabaya quickly and responsively. The problem that occurs in Command Center 112 Surabaya is often receive false news reports related to emergencies numbering 704 during 2020 and the public is less responsive to report if there is an emergency to Command Center 112 Surabaya because the public has to wait a few minutes when the incoming call on number 112 is busy and the public is still hesitant when calling number 112 will be charged pulse fees. Based on the problem, Command Center 112 Surabaya needs a prototype display of android-based applications that can solve the current problem. On the emergency call application the public can report an emergency with a verified report according to the circumstances at the scene and a quick response from the operator officer to receive a report. Ui/UX design of Emergency Call application in Command Center 112 using sprint design method. There are 5 stages, namely, understand, diverge, decide, prototype, and validate. Prototype A and prototype B are designed based on the alterntif idea chosen at the decide stage. In the validate process using A/B Testing method to 10 potential users who have characteristics aged 18-40 years. The first stage of voting both prototypes by way of the user is shown a feature image of prototype A and prototype B. The results obtained by the user are more dominant choosing the look of prototype A that will be used to design prototype C. After designing prototype C, the user can try and give feedback for the improvement of prototype C. The result of the prototype C repair is that on the entrance page there are three entrances to make it easier to report and users can video call directly with the officer to request emergency handling on the emergency call application.

Abstract

Providing qualified domestic workers and looking for employers who have good behavior are things that are needed by the community. In addition, the assurance of the contract promised at the beginning of the agreement and its realization from the perspective of the employer and domestic worker is something that must be considered. With Maximom present as the answer needed by the public, Maximom utilizes a website-based application in the form of a company profile and dashboard to convey value and maintain performance to customers. In order to determine the characteristics and needs of users, the author uses the User Persona tool to focus on target users who will operate the display system. It is intended that the resulting UI display matches the expectations of each potential user. The approach that the author applies to UI design is the Google Design Sprint which is superior in terms of time saving, focus on problems and solving goals (in the form of prototypes), and idea development. The stages in Google Design Sprint are Mapping, Sketching, Deciding, Prototyping, and Testing.

Abstract

Development of craft centers, one of which is in RW 03 Suratan Village, there are several residents who have jobs as craftsmen. In Suratan Village, RW 03, there is a Batik UMKM called "Miss Batik Collection", this UMKM is the only UMKM that is growing rapidly in Suratan Village. The problem that exists is, how to empower the community around the UMKM by opening new craft pilot houses or empowering the surrounding community or by employing the surrounding community. The utilization of technology is not maximally carried out in UMKM "Miss Batik Collection". To answer this problem, a Village Development and Empowerment Holistic Program (PHP2D) was carried out for the surrounding community. The program is carried out in several stages, one of which is by carrying out training. The training was given with the theme of producing batik with four techniques, including jumput batik, printed batik, hand-drawn batik and tie dye batik, as well as training in the introduction and use of information technology to expand the process of marketing, financial management and sales through digital media. From the implementation of a series of existing activity stages, the community feels that they have gained new knowledge and an increase in their abilities, especially in making batik and utilizing information technology.
