Abstract

Humans as social creatures need interaction and depend on each other. So that this interaction can be in line with each individual, a group is formed. Family is the smallest group in life. A family is formed from a household life, but married life is a choice in Buddhism, so when the choice falls on married life it is necessary to pay attention to strategies to create a happy and prosperous family. Building a household is the same as building a house, a strong foundation is needed so that the house can stand firmly, likewise, with the right foundation for a household, a harmonious, prosperous and happy family will be created. When marriage is no longer just about two people but two families, uniting two individuals who may have different characters and emotions is not easy, let alone two families. For this reason, it is necessary to understand the right strategy to create harmony in household life based on Buddhist teachings. The method for this writing is qualitative with a descriptive approach through various literature studies. In this article, we will explain everything from self-preparation in choosing the right partner to make it easier to take further steps, understanding the nature of marriage to be more confident in carrying out domestic life, and also the economy which is a generator of prosperity which is quite a topic of disharmony in the household. at this time. There is great hope that after understanding all of these concepts, Buddhists who choose to live as married people can create a prosperous, happy and harmonious Buddhist family based on Buddhist teachings (Hita Sukhaya)

Abstract

Abstract: This article describes the various changes that occur in the educational environment and how Buddhists anticipate changes in order to survive them well. Change is part of life, the ability to face change is very necessary in order to live a better life. Changes in the educational environment include changes in teaching methods, learning media, changes in the learning environment and physical and psychological changes in students. The research method uses a previous literature review approach. Literature study is a search using library research by collecting and reading various reference sources from books, journals, Buddhist scriptures and various other relevant reference sources to produce an article on a particular topic. and applying interpretative descriptive methods to produce three main points, namely: first, understanding change as part of life; second, the Buddhist view of change and the things needed to face change; third, various examples of anticipating changes from previous research in order to be able to face various changes better, especially in the educational environment. Abstrak: Tulisan ini menguraikan berbagai perubahan yang terjadi di lingkungan pendidikan dan cara Buddhis mengantisipasi perubahan agar dapat melaluinya dengan baik. Perubahan merupakan bagian dari kehidupan, kemampuan menghadapi perubahan sangat diperlukan agar bisa menjalankan kehidupan dengan lebih baik. Perubahan di lingkungan pendidikan meliputi perubahan cara pengajaran, media pembelajaran, perubahan lingkungan belajar dan perubahan fisik dan psikis peserta didik. Metode penelitian menggunakan kajian literatur terdahulu. Kajian literatur merupakan penelusuran dengan penelitian pustaka dengan cara mengumpulkan dan membaca berbagai sumber referensi baik dari buku-buku, jurnal, kitab Buddha dan berbagai sumber referensi lain yang relevan untuk menghasilkan sebuah tulisan berkenaan dengan topik tertentu, serta menerapkan metode deskriptif interpretatif sehingga menghasilkan tiga poin utama yaitu: pertama, pemahaman perubahan sebagai bagian dari kehidupan ; kedua, pandangan Buddhis terhadap perubahan dan hal-hal yang diperlukan untuk menghadapi perubahan; ketiga, berbagai contoh antisipasi menghadapi perubahan dari penelitian-penelitian terdahulu agar bisa menghadapi berbagai perubahan dengan lebih baik, terutama di lingkungan pendidikan.

Abstract

This study discusses the readiness of teachers in preparing instructional media and examines the creativity of teachers in creating or preparing instructional media in the classroom. Teacher readiness in utilizing instructional media involves more than just technological skills. It encompasses a profound understanding of students' needs, the ability to design relevant learning materials, and creativity in presenting information to make it easily understood by students. The research method applied in this study is a systematic literature review (SLR) to collect and analyze relevant articles. The results of this study indicate that teachers need to be ready for the digital era with digital literacy, technological experience, and a progressive attitude. The process of integrating instructional media faces obstacles such as a lack of training, uncertainty in choosing platforms, and differences in the availability of technology in various educational environments

Abstract

Penelitian ini menerapkan metodologi PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses) sebagai landasan untuk menyusun analisis bibliometrik terhadap penelitian-penelitian yang berfokus pada meditasi mindfulness dalam konteks Buddhisme. Dengan memadukan kerangka kerja PRISMA untuk mereview sistematik dan meta-analisis dengan pendekatan bibliometrik metadata VOSviewer. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan gambaran holistik tentang perkembangan dan tren penelitian dalam domain meditasi mindfulness Buddhist. Melalui analisis yang komprehensif terhadap literatur yang relevan, penelitian ini tidak hanya mencermati metode dan hasil penelitian, tetapi juga mengidentifikasi kontribusi signifikan, kolaborasi institusional, dan kesenjangan pengetahuan yang dapat menjadi pijakan untuk penelitian lebih lanjut. Hasil dari integrasi PRISMA dan analisis bibliometrik diharapkan dapat memberikan pandangan yang mendalam terkait evolusi penelitian meditasi mindfulness Buddhist, sekaligus memberikan arahan bagi pengembangan masa depan dalam bidang ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak mindfulness terhadap kesehatan mental. Pendekatan yang digunakan melibatkan analisis literatur dari 10 penelitian, baik nasional maupun internasional, yang dikaji secara sistematis. Pustaka yang diulas berasal dari berbagai sumber seperti Science Direct, Scispace, dan Google Scholar dalam rentang waktu enam tahun terakhir. Temuan dari tinjauan 10 artikel penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan mindfulness memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kesehatan mental, termasuk dalam menjaga stabilitas mental dan mengurangi tingkat kecemasan serta stres. Kesimpulan dari kajian literatur ini menguatkan peran mindfulness dalam merawat dan meningkatkan kesehatan mental bagi individu yang memperaktikan teknik mindfulness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai peranan konseling Buddhis dalam mengatasi kecemasan dan kemampuan dalam menghadapi situasi yang tidak menyenangkan.  Penting untuk menyadari bahwa konseling Buddhis tidak sekadar merinci teknik-teknik atau strategi psikologis konvensional, tetapi juga menghadirkan dimensi spiritual yang mendalam. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan dalam kajian ini yakni systematic literature review (SLR) untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis artikel-artikel terkait. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konseling Buddhis mengarah pada pemahaman mendalam akan sifat impermanen kecemasan. Teknik konselingnya, yang melibatkan meditasi dan mindfulness, memberikan alat praktis untuk mengelola ketegangan psikologis. Dalam dimensi praktis, peran konseling Buddhis mencakup pembangunan kepribadian positif, dengan penekanan pada sifat-sifat seperti kebijaksanaan, keberanian, dan kasih sayang. Implikasi lebih lanjut mencakup potensi peningkatan kesejahteraan psikologis individu, serta integrasi metode konseling Buddhis dalam praktik kesehatan mental yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Today, people live in the digital age. Everyone from all walks of life, including early childhood, is familiar with gadgets. Gadgets can hurt early childhood due to parents' lack of awareness of the dangers posed. This article elaborates on parenting strategies for early childhood socio-emotional development in the digital era. The primary sources used are national and international journals, while secondary sources are books related to the topic of discussion. Journals and books used as references discuss parenting strategies that focus on early childhood socio-emotional development in the digital age. The results show that intelligent techno parenting is an appropriate strategy to educate and develop children's potential optimally; parents should be more active and creative and understand the development of technology as a positive educational tool for children.

Abstract

Low coping stress indicated by the practice of maladaptive coping practice was found in university students. Thus, the current study analyzed the effect of mindfulness and self-awareness on coping stress of students at Buddhist Universities in Central Java. It used a quantitative approach and correlational design. For the subjects, 180 graduate students majoring in Buddhist Education at Buddhist Universities in Central Java. In collecting their data, the scales of mindfulness, self-awareness, and coping stress designed by the researchers were used. Following the data collection, a multiple regression analysis was carried out and showed that there was an effect of mindfulness and self-awareness on coping stress. Regarding this finding, counsellors are expected to implement guidance and counselling services with the basis of mindfulness and self-awareness so that students can be prevented from maladaptive coping when dealing with stressors. For more, the future studies are recommended to use a qualitative design to reveal more deeply about coping with stress.

Abstract

Ajaran Buddha berfokus pada kesehatan jasmani, rohani, dan perpaduan keduanya. Dalam konteks rohani, salah satu pemicu sakit adalah stres, misalnya stres akademik. artikel ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi penerapan kesehatan dengan prinsip dan nilai Buddhis menggunakan pendekatan Sistematik Literatur Review (SLR) untuk mengetahui literatur yang membahas Agama Buddha untuk mendukung kesehatan, dan kesenjangan penelitian secara empiris dan kontekstual. Data dikumpulkan dan disaring dengan pedoman PRISMA menggunakan database Dimension. Setelah penyaringan, lalu data tersebut di analisa berdasarkan keterkaitan kata kunci kesehatan buddhis yang terdapat pada Judul dan Abstract Jurnal menggunakan VOSviewer, sehingga bisa diketahui adanya potensi penelitian. Selain itu data tersebut juga dituangkan ke dalam grafik berdasarkan tahun, negara asal peneliti, bidang penelitian, dan jumlah sitasi terbanyak. Data-data tersebut menghasilkan gambaran penelitian yang telah berjalan selama ini. Hasil evaluasi penelitian selama periode tahun 2019-2023 secara umum memperlihatkan kenaikan jumlah penelitian tentang kesehatan, namun keterkaitan dengan cara-cara dan nilai-nilai Buddhis belum begitu banyak dibahas. Hal ini menjadi acuan bahwa masih terbuka peluang penelitian dari segi kesehatan secara Buddhis, baik kuantitatif maupun kualitatif, untuk mendukung kesehatan yang holistik. Keterlibatan institusi pemerintah dan swasta, serta akademisi perlu ditingkatkan, agar potensi penelitian kesehatan secara Buddhis ini bisa menunjang kesehatan masyarakat pada khususnya, dan pembangunan manusia pada umumnya. Buddhism focuses on physical, spiritual health, and the combination of both. In a spiritual context, one of the triggers for illness is stress, for example academic stress. This article aims to identify the application of health with Buddhist principles and values using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to determine literature that discusses Buddhism to support health, and research gaps empirically and contextually. Data was collected and filtered according to PRISMA guidelines using the Dimension database. After filtering, the data was analyzed based on the relevance of Buddhist health keywords contained in the Journal Title and Abstract using VOSviewer, so that research potential could be identified. Apart from that, the data is also presented in graphs based on year, researcher's country of origin, research field, and the highest number of citations. These data produce a picture of research that has been ongoing so far. The results of research evaluations during the 2019-2023 period generally show an increase in the number of research on health, but the connection with Buddhist methods and values has not been widely discussed. This is a reference that there are still opportunities for research from a Buddhist health perspective, both quantitative and qualitative, to support holistic health. The involvement of government and private institutions, as well as academics, needs to be increased, so that the potential of Buddhist health research can support public health in particular, and human development in general.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak meditasi terhadap konsentrasi siswa kelas X di SMA Bodhidharma. Konsentrasi merupakan keterampilan kognitif penting yang memungkinkan siswa fokus pada tugas dan mengabaikan gangguan, yang menjadi tantangan besar di tengah tekanan akademik dan sosial. Meditasi, khususnya dalam tradisi Buddhis, dikenal memiliki manfaat psikologis dan kognitif yang signifikan, termasuk peningkatan perhatian, pengurangan kecemasan, dan peningkatan kesejahteraan emosional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan wawancara mendalam untuk mendapatkan pemahaman komprehensif tentang pengalaman dan persepsi siswa, guru, dan orang tua mengenai program meditasi.
