Abstract South Kalimantan is one of the largest coal exporters in Indonesia, which every year experiences an increase in demand. Good business strategy planning needs to be a concern for coal mining business owners, so that production targets can be met. This study aims to be able to provide recommendations for travel scenarios for coal hauling trucks in South Kalimantan. These recommendations are designed by considering the results of the analysis of travel time and truck speed for each coal transportation activity, which is obtained from the implementation of a fleet management system using a Smart GPS Tracker tool mounted on a transport truck. This study shows that the total duration of one cycle of coal hauling trip, which is currently around 6 hours, can be shortened by around 35%, which means that coal hauling productivity can be increased. Keywords: coal mine; coal hauling trucks; Smart GPS Tracker; fleet management Abstrak Kalimantan Selatan merupakan salah satu eksportir batu bara terbesar di Indonesia, yang setiap tahun mengalami peningkatan permintaan. Perencanaan strategi bisnis yang baik perlu mendapat perhatian bagi para pemilik bisnis tambang batu bara, agar target produksi dapat terpenuhi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat memberikan rekomendasi skenario perjalanan untuk truk pengangkut batu bara di Kalimantan Selatan. Reko-mendasi tersebut dirancang dengan mempertimbangkan hasil analisis terhadap waktu tempuh serta kecepatan truk pada setiap kegiatan pengangkutan batu bara, yang didapat dari penerapan sistem manajemen armada menggunakan alat Smart GPS Tracker yang dipasang pada truk pengangkut. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa total durasi satu siklus perjalanan pengangkutan batu bara, yang saat ini sekitar 6 jam, dapat dipersingkat sekitar 35%, yang artinya produktivitas pengangkutan batu bara dapat ditingkatkan. Hypertension is a condition of increased pressure that can cause various complications. This study aims to determine the effect of giving lavender aromatherapy to hypertensive clients with comfort disorders. This research uses a case study method with a nursing process approach. The study was conducted on March 25, 2022 to March 10, 2022. The number of respondents was 2 people with an intervention time of 4 days. The research was conducted in the working area of 23 Ilir Health Center Palembang. The results showed that after the intervention of giving lavender aromatherapy, there was a change in the pain scale from a pain scale of 5 to 1 in 2 clients. The intervention of giving lavender aromatherapy has an effect on reducing the comfort of hypertensive clients with headaches

This study aims to examine the Timplong Puppet Show in the Clean Village Tradition in Putukrejo Village, Nganjuk, East Java,. Wayang Timplong is a traditional art from Nganjuk, East Java. Puppet Timplong has a uniqueness including; made of wood that is inlaid until it is flat with sculptures to form faces and other ornaments that are colored. The Wayang Timplong show does not require a shadow because the shape of the puppet is clearly defined so that the puppet show can be held in the morning, afternoon, afternoon or evening. Wayang Timplong in its heyday was commonly used by the public in various events including; weddings, circumcisions, thanksgiving, village clean traditions, ruwatan and nandar. Along with the development of the Wayang Timplong era, the community began to abandon it and until now only certain events still survive using the Timplong Puppet such as; the clean tradition of the village, ruwatan and nandar because it is related to community beliefs passed down by ancestors through a tradition that the Timplong Puppet is able to ward off all kinds of disasters in a village. Wayang Timplong contains the values of life and character education which are depicted through stories with the theme of Panji.

By utilizing technology, SMEs can have broad market potential and create a variety of profitable new opportunities. This service focuses on assisting the transfer of technology for Canvas SMEs from traditional to modern, where Canvas SMEs produce various products such as bags, tablecloths, sarungs. pillows etc. The problem faced by these SMEs is that they still use traditional technologies such as manual sewing and manual cutting of materials. Apart from that, another problem is the unfulfillment of product orders in large quantities given the minimum equipment and manpower. The solution offered is meeting the needs for sewing machine equipment and material cutting tools, as well as assisting their use for the UKM workers. The assistance will be carried out in stages over 8 months until the equipment can be used by workers in UKM Canvas. This assistance is expected to increase production capacity and fulfillment customer orders on UKM Canvas.

Forum Pengrajin Batik Purbalingga (FPBP )merupakan kelompok batik pertama di Purbalingga yang saat ini anggotanya berjumlah 170 orang pembatik. Keberadaan FPBP yang masih bersifat informal dan belum memiliki ketetapan hukum yang kuat menjadikannya tidak berkembang secara optimal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pendampingan terhadap FPBP dalam mengelola sekaligus menguatkan kelompok, agar FPBP dapat berkembang secara lebih optimal. Berdasarkan analisis dan diskusi dengan FPBP, diketahui permasalahan prirotas yang perlu segera diberikan alternatif solusi untuk pemecahan masalah yaitu melalui 1).Penyuluhan dan pendampingan penguatan aspek pengelolaan organisasi dan dinamika kelompok; 2). Penyuluhan dan sosialisasi mengenai koperasi dalam paradigma baru dan 3). Pendampingan rintisan pembentukan koperasi batik. Hasil pelaksanaan kegoatan ini menunjukkan bahwa anggota FPBP secara umum sangat mendukung terbentuknya Koperasi batik. Rintisan Koperasi batik FPBP di wujudkan melalui dibukanya gerai penjualan batik Purbalingga Wastra Lingga. Bantuan modal awal barang dagangan berupa bahan baku produksi batik (kain mori, malam dan bahan pewarna) menjadi langkah awal rintisan koperasi batik, yang disediakan bagi para pembatik anggota FPBP. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, pengurus FPBB diberi penyuluhan mengenai perkoperasian dan pendampingan dalam merancang anggaran dasar dan anggaran rumah tangga (AD/ART) Koperasi Batik. Rintisan koperasi batik berupa penjualan bahan baku batik di Wastra Lingga telah menunjukkan adanya kegiatan transaksi yang cukup signifikan.

Abstract The Mitra Mulia Foundation is a Social and Independent Drug and Mental Disorder Rehabilitation Center located on Jalan Talang Buluh Dusun I RT.02 Kel. Talang Buluh, Kec. Talang Kelapa Kab. Banyuasin which is about 10 KM from the city center. Based on a preliminary study and permission to carry out activities carried out by the service team in May 2022, the problem was found; There is no self-care activity independently in the daily schedule of patients with hallucinations and as many as 10 out of 38 patients with hallucinations (26.3%) experience self-care deficits as evident from the inability to take care of personal hygiene, eat independently, decorate independently and toileting (defecation / urination). The solutions offered include; Education and accompaniment (Personal Hygiene Occupational Group Activity Therapy) for ODGJ with Hallucinations and Management at the Mitra Mulia Foundation as well as Redemonstration and Assistance (Personal Hygiene Occupational Activity Therapy) which was given to 10 patients with hallucinations (5 people/group) and 9 people managing the Mitra Mulia Foundation which was carried out during July-September 2022. Based on the achievement targets and results of activities, it can be concluded that; ODGJ with Hallucinations already has a routine activity schedule and includes self-care activities independently into the daily schedule; Reducing the incidence of self-care deficits in ODGJ with Hallucinations

Carpal Tunnel Syndrom (CTS) adalah salah satu jenis cumulative trauma disorders (CTD) yang disebabkan terjebaknya nervus medianus dalam terowongan carpal pada pergelangan tangan dengan gejala nyeri, kebas dan kesemutan pada jari-jari dan tangan. CTS ini disebabkan pekerjaan yang repetatif (berulang) seperti membuat pempek. Hal ini berpengaruh terhadap pekerjaan sehari-hari, pada pihak pengusaha menimbulkan kerugian akibat menurunnya produktivitas, pengeluaran meningkat dalam bentuk biaya pengobatan dan pembayaran ganti rugi karena keterbatasan dan kecacatan pekerja. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan deteksi dini CTS pada pembuat pempek. Metode pengabmas ini adalah redemonstrasi dan demonstrasi pemeriksaan Provokasi, dengan keterlibatan mitra yaitu Gapenham (Gabungan Pengusaha Handycraf Makanan Minuman). Kegiatan pengabmas diikuti oleh 25 orang peserta pekerja pempek, kegiatan tersebut berupa penyuluhan, demonstrasi pada pemeriksaaan provokasi, kemudian sebelumnya dilakukan pemeriksaan vital sign dan penimbangan berat badan. Hasil kegiatan tersebut 20 orang ibu ibu pembuat pempek – pempek menderita nyeri ringan dan sedang pada pergelangan tangan. Diharapkan pada pembuat pempek dapat melakukan pencegahan dengan cara melakukan deteksi dini penyakit CTS dan dilakukan kegiatan pengabmas selanjutnya,berupa latihan perengangan CTS.

Background: One of the therapies that can be given to overcome anxiety in drug users is expressive writing therapy, which is an activity of writing with the deepest and most emotional ideas and feelings without being concerned with research procedures such as spelling, grammar, or other writing conventions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of expressive writing therapy on anxiety in drug users. Methods: The design used in this study was pre-experimental with a one-group pretest-posttest design approach. Total population and sample of 27 respondents (1 treatment group) using total sampling technique. In this design, the treatment group was given expressive writing therapy and their anxiety scale was measured using the Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS/SRAS) which was implemented at the Ar-Rahman Palembang Drug Rehabilitation Center Foundation. Results: The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of giving expressive writing therapy on the anxiety of drug users which is marked by a decrease in anxiety scores and subjective and objective responses of drug users. Conclusion: Expressive writing therapy has an effect on anxiety in drug users.
