Abstract

Hal ini peneliti temukan beberapa hambatan di lapangan, yakni ada seorang anak berumur 7 tahun yang duduk di kursi SD kelas I, anak tersebut mengalami beberapa keterlambatan perkembangan, yaitu bicara yang masih terbata-bata bahasa yang masih belum terstruktur ketika bercerita, kerapihan ketika menyimpan kembali alat main, kerapihan ketika menggunting atau membuat karya, klasifikasi bentuk yang masih harus terus diinformasikan. Selain pengetahuan adapun sikap-sikap yang masih perlu dibangun, seperti rasa  tanggung jawab, kedisiplinan, kesabaran dan rasa percaya diri, sebut saja namanya Ano. hambatan tersebut, peneliti mengobservasi kemampuan berbahasa Ano ketika menceritakan hasil gambar yang dibuatnya, ternyata Ano masih membutuhkan arahan agar dapat berbahasa yang terstruktur. Selain bahasa penelitipun mengobservasi keseharian Ano ketika mengikuti pembelajaran, Ano masih sangat perlu bimbingan dan arahan untuk menggunting dengan rapih, masih perlu mengklasifikasikan suatu benda sesuai dengan bentuknya. Selain pembelajaran penelitipun mengobservasi pembiasaan Ano, dari awal masuk kelas sampai proses belajar mengajar di sekolah selesai, ada beberapa sikap yang perlu Ano bangun terlihat ketika merapihkan alat main atau peralatan miliknya Ano masih butuh arahan agar dapat bertanggung jawab menyimpan kembali pada tempatnya dan agar dapat menjaga barang milik pribadinya dengan baik seperti alat tulis yang masih tertinggal bahkan hilang, selain itu Ano pun perlu membangun kesabaran terlihat ketika harus bergantian bercerita dengan temannya dan terakhir Ano perlu membangun rasa percaya diri terlihat ketika bercerita di depan teman-temannya.Berdasarkan data yang didapat dari peneliti mengenai tahapan-tahapan perkembangan Ano yang perlu dibangun kembali dan dengan mengembangkan kecerdasan majemuk untuk Ano dengan menerapkan metode sentra disetiap pembelajarannya. Oleh karena itu, peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai implementasi metode sentra terhadap kecerdasan majemuk pada peserta didik Ano kelas I SD Tazkia Global Islamic School.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan : (1) Implementasi metode sentra di SD Tazkia Global Islamic School dan (2) Cara mengembangkan perkembangan yang terlambat pada siswa Ano. Implementasi metode sentra diartikan sebagai suatu proses penerapan metode pembelajaran pada usia emas untuk mengembangan kecerdasan majemuk. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa yang bernama Ano di SD Tazkia Global Islamic School. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi. Peneliti merupakan instrumen utama dalam melakukan penelitian yang dibantu oleh pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara, dan pedoman dokumentasi. Teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Triangulasi yang dilakukan untuk menjelaskan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) implementasi metode sentra terhadap perkembangan kecerdasan majemuk SD Tazkia Gloal Islamic School dilakukan dalam tiga tahap: (a) perencanaan meliputi pembuatan lesson plan (b) pelaksanaan meliputi 4 pijakan yaitu pijakan lingkungan main, pijakan pengalaman sebelum main, pijakan pengalaman saat main dan pijakan pengalaman setelah main. Kecerdasan majemuk yang dikembangkan bisa teridentifikasi dari jenis main yang ditawarkan oleh guru (c) penilaian dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, ceklis, 2) Cara mengembangkan perkembangan yang terlambat pada siswa Ano: (a) data awal berupa hasil wawancara dan hasil observasi awal (b) melakukan berbagai macam jenis main ditiap sentra, (c) melakukan kegiatan pembiasaan yang mengembangkan kecerdasan majemuk. dari awal masuk sekolah sampai pulang sekolah.

Abstract

Education is an important aspect that requires good management so that educational goals are achieved. In an effort to shape the character of students, the role of parents is very important, but it needs to be supported by formal education at school. Student management is an important part of school management to create an orderly, regular, and comfortable learning process. To achieve the goals of school education, student management includes four activities: new student admissions, learning progress activities, guidance and discipline coaching, and observation. Student management generally functions as a place for students to develop as much as possible in terms of social, individuality, aspirations, needs, and other potentials. This study aims to describe the influence of student management on student learning outcomes. By using the literature review method and reviewing six Sinta-accredited articles in the last five years, it was found that student management has a significant effect on student learning achievement. The role of effective student management includes patient management from registration, during the learning process, to graduation—which makes the teaching and learning process more focused so that it produces high-achieving students. However, the success of this management is also influenced by parental involvement; without their support, the achievement of learning goals cannot be fully realized.

Abstract

Elementary schools as the first line in the implementation of formal education have an important role in building a strong foundation for student development. The interaction that is well established between elementary schools and the community is not just a temporary relationship, but rather a strategic and sustainable management process. The importance of MRSM is increasingly evident in facing the demands of education that are increasingly complex and changing. This study examines how important it is to manage the relationship between elementary schools and the community in supporting educational success. The purpose of this study is to find effective strategies in building sustainable collaboration between schools and various elements of society. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (TLS), which includes an analysis of literature from the last five to ten years that is relevant to the theme of the relationship between schools and the community. The findings of this study indicate that community participation in educational activities, the use of information media, and open and participatory communication are key factors in creating productive partnerships. School committees, community leaders, and the private sector have important roles in improving the quality of learning and student character. Regular assessment of partnership programs is also important to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of the relationship. Recommendations from this study include the need for a systematic managerial approach, increased communication capacity in schools, and the use of information technology to support broader and more active community involvement.

Abstract

Education is the main pillar of national development, and the success of the education system is highly dependent on the effectiveness of school management, including the supervision aspect. Supervision plays an important role in ensuring that educational activities run according to objectives, preventing various obstacles, and improving the quality of learning and teacher professionalism. Planning is the main foundation in effective and sustainable elementary school management. This study aims to examine the importance of planning in elementary education management and strategies that can be applied to improve its effectiveness. This study uses a literature study method by analyzing various sources such as books, journals, and scientific articles. The results of the study indicate that thorough planning—including determining the vision, mission, goals, targets, and strategies—plays an important role in improving the quality of learning, shaping student character, and supporting teacher professional development. SWOT analysis is also used as a strategic tool to evaluate the internal and external conditions of the school in order to formulate planning that is responsive to challenges and opportunities. These findings confirm that systematic and adaptive planning is the key to creating superior school management that is oriented towards improving the quality of education.

Abstract

In the digital era and industry 4.0 like today, human resource management (HR) is important for schools. One important aspect in human resource management (HR) in a school is employee attendance. Currently, for employee attendance at SMA Santika East Jakarta, the fingerprint attendance system is still used, which has shortcomings, such as the possibility of misuse of number codes that can lead to falsification of attendance. This study aims to develop an attendance application based on the Geographic Information System (GIS) at SMA Santika East Jakarta to improve the accuracy and reliability of the employee attendance system. In the context of the digital era and industry 4.0, proper employee attendance management is crucial, especially when employees work outside the office. To overcome this problem, this study designs a GIS-based attendance application that is able to track employee locations in real-time when taking attendance, both in the school environment and outside the school. The research methodology involves observation, interviews, and literature studies to obtain relevant data. The development model used is a prototype, which includes needs analysis, design, code development, testing, and system support. The application is developed using the React Native framework and TypeScript programming language, and is integrated with the Odoo system via REST API. With this application, it is hoped that SMA Santika East Jakarta can reduce the risk of attendance falsification and improve human resource management, as well as increase operational efficiency and accuracy of employee attendance data.

Abstract

Environmental education requires new innovations related to the development of learning models. Learning models that need to be developed are those related to interaction skills between groups in environmental education based on biological science. The purpose of this study is to develop a Guided Interaction in Team (GIT) learning model or a guided interaction learning model in a team. The research method used in this study is research and development (R&D) with the Analyze, design, develop, implement, evaluate (ADDIE) approach. The results of this study indicate that the GIT learning model developed has a very valid category so that it is suitable for use in classroom learning. Innovation of learning models is very important to encourage students' skills in interacting in solving environmental problems. Suggestions for future research are to conduct large class trials and implementation of the GIT model in various universities.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance teachers’ understanding of the humanistic learning approach as an alternative educational strategy that focuses on the potential, feelings, and individual needs of students. The activity was conducted in the form of an online seminar via the Zoom platform, involving teachers as participants. The background of this initiative is rooted in the spirit of achieving Indonesia Emas 2045, which demands human resources that are adaptive, creative, and highly competitive. The humanistic approach is believed to foster the development of students' character and holistic personality, which serves as a crucial foundation for managing technological advancement. The results of the activity indicate an increase in participants’ understanding of the essence of humanistic learning, along with a growing awareness of the importance of establishing positive relationships between teachers and students in the classroom.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of educators and educational management in supporting the quality of education in Elementary Schools. Through the method of literature study, talent management in educational settings, especially Islamic-based research, can have a significant impact on the quality of learning and the formation of student personality. The management process includes planning, procurement, development, promotion, termination, compensation, and appreciation. The results of several schools, such as the excellent CT Foundation of Middle School, SMAN 3 Medan, SMAN 1 Perbaungan, and SMAN 2 Lubuk Pakam, show that the quality of educators is highly correlated with the use of good management systems, especially those related to the appropriateness in the field of education and the integrity of learning tools. In addition, character education can be achieved optimally only when educators act as examples. This study highlights the importance of the synergistic effect between technical management and character values to support a sustainable national education system.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the integration of 21st-century curriculum and the Local Genius 6.0 concept in building an educational system that responds to global demands without abandoning local cultural roots. Employing a literature review method, the study analyzes various academic sources and educational policies concerning curriculum design, digital learning resources, authentic assessment systems, and the role of local wisdom in the learning process. The findings reveal that the 21st-century curriculum emphasizes the development of critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication competencies, supported by technology and project-based learning. Meanwhile, Local Genius 6.0 emerges as a contextual approach that integrates local cultural values into digital media to foster meaningful and character-based learning. The integration of both frameworks produces an innovative curriculum model with a glocal character—anchored in local wisdom while being responsive to global challenges. Furthermore, this curriculum aligns with the dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile, fostering learners who are adaptive, competitive, and deeply rooted in national identity.

Abstract

Whatsapp adlaah salah satu aplikasi media sosial yang sangat populer dan banyak digunakan oleh Masyarakat. Salah satunya adalah penggunaan media sosial whatsapp untuk fungsi Pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan media sosial whatsapp pada jenjang mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan pengambilan data melalui servei. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 65.98% responden menjawab selalu menggunakan whatsapp untuk menerima informasi perkuliahan. Adapun sebanyak 56.70% dari responden menjawab selalu untuk merekomendasikan penggunaan whatsapp kepada responden. Whatsapp sebagai sebuah media sosial memang memiliki beberapa kelebihan yang bisa dimanfaatkan untuk pembelajaran, salah satunya yaitu fitur grup yang akan memudahkan dalam pengerjaan tugas kelompok
