Abstract

This research aims to find out what Anies Baswedan political campaign and branding strategy is through Instagram @ubahbareng in an effort to win the votes of generation z in the 2024, in this case the research focuses on the Instagram account @ubahbareng. The research period starts from November 2023 – Januari 2024 and takes place within the scope of ubah bareng. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with the aim of research being able to conduct more in-depth interviews with the ubah bareng team and students as representatives of generation z respondents. Apart from that, data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, documentation, while data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the campaign strategy carried out by Anies Baswedan and ubah bareng team is to create a space or forum that provides opportunities for the public to ask question directly, while in political branding it prioritizes the personality values of Anies Baswedan who prioritizes ideas and idea based politics. Generation Z offers new things in the way of political campaigning and providing space for aspirations, this is what ultimately becomes a concern for the younger generation to influence the decision to vote.

Abstract

Tidak seimbangnya antara jumlah kapal yang beroperasi dengan permintaan penyeberangan akan mempengaruhi okupansi kapal, selain itu ketersediaan dan efisiensi penggunaan dermaga juga menjadi faktor penting, dermaga harus mampu menangani frekuensi kapal tanpa menimbulkan kemacetan dan keterlambatan, terutama dengan adanya dua pilihan kelas pelayanan yaitu eksekutif dan reguler. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode analisis statistic dan deskriptif dengan memanfaatkan model diagram radar. Melalui penggunaan diagram radar, dimensi- dimensi yang paling berpengaruh dalam membentuk preferensi responden dapat diidentifikasi. Mendapatkan nilai okupansi kapal dan dermaga penyeberangan Merak – Bakuheni, perlu dihitung menggunakan rumus load factor dan rumus BOR (Berth Occupancy Ratio). Berdasarkan hasil diperoleh, dimensi pembentuk preferensi untuk responden kelas eksekutif adalah kualitas layanan dan untuk kelas reguler adalah biaya perjalanan. Kapal eksekutif dengan tingkat okupasni paling tinggi ada pada kapal SEBUKU yaitu 88% dan paling rendah ada pada kapal JATRA III sebesar 4%. Kapal reguler yaitu kapal WINDU KARSA merupakan kapal dengan tingkat okupansi paling tinggi yaitu 180% dan kapal PANORAMA NUSANTARA paling rendah yaitu 6%. Penggunaan dermaga eksekutif sudah mencapai 91% sehingga perlu dilakukan penambahan jumlah dermaga khusus untuk eksekutif. Tingkat okupansi kapal eksekutif dan kapal reguler tidak merata, terdapat kapal yang memiliki okupansi rendah dan ada pula kapal yang overload. dermaga eksekutif perlu dilakukan pengembangan atau penambahan dikarenakan sudah melebihi angka ideal.

Abstract

Distance Learning in the Covid-19 pandemic era has become an alternative used by every university so that the learning process activities continue even though it is only face-to-face so that educational goals are achieved effectively and efficiently. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Distance Learning Environment on Intrinsic Motivation in learning for students of the Social Sciences Education study program. The method used in this research is quantitative research method with the sampling technique used is cluster sampling. The population used in this study were 252 social studies education students batch 2018-2020, while the sample used was 155 respondents. Based on the results of the t-test, the results obtained are t-count 8.384 > t-table 1.975, which means that there is an influence of the Distance Learning Environment variable on Intrinsic Motivation in learning in students of the Social Sciences Education study program. This is reinforced by the acquisition of the coefficient of determination test results of 31.3%.
