Abstract

Creating a pleasant learning atmosphere within the classroom is one of the keys to fostering interest and enthusiasm for learning in students. A fun and interactive learning atmosphere will help students more easily accept the material provided. Teacher-centered is a learning method that is generally carried out in learning activities in schools so that students become quickly bored and passive which results in learning outcomes that are not optimal. So from this problem the answer that may be used is to apply other methods in conducting learning. One method that may be used is the quantum teaching method. The quantum teaching method is a technique that focuses on interaction so as to create a fun and interactive atmosphere, so that students are motivated to learn and have the willingness to be actively concerned within the studying method. This quantum teaching method is applied in the teaching assistance program at SMA Tarsisius 1 Jakarta. The use of quantum teaching methods helps Tarsisius 1 Jakarta High School students to be more active in learning activities. The atmosphere in the study room is quite pleasant, does not seem stiff, and many students are willing to ask questions if they experience difficulties. It might be said that the approach to the quantum teaching method is very helpful in learning activities. Menciptakan suasana belajar di kelas yang menyenangkan merupakan salah satu kunci dari menumbuhkan minat dan semangat belajar pada siswa. Suasana belajar yang menyenangkan dan interaktif akan membantu pelajar lebih praktis dalam menerima materi yang diberikan. Teacher-centered merupakan suatu metode pembelajaran yang umumnya dilakukan pada kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah sehingga siswa menjadi cepat jenuh dan pasif yang mengakibatkan hasil belajar yang tidak maksimal. Maka dari permasalahan tersebut jawaban yang bisa digunakan adalah menerapkan metode lain dalam melakukan pembelajaran. Salah satu metode yang dapat diterapkan yaitu metode quantum teaching. Metode quantum teaching adalah sebuah metode yang berfokus pada interaksi yang akan menciptakan suasana kelas yang menyenangkan dan interaktif, sehingga peserta didik termotivasi untuk belajar dan memiliki kemauan untuk terlibat secara aktif pada proses belajar. Metode quantum teaching ini lah yang diterapkan dalam program asistensi mengajar di SMA Tarsisius 1 Jakarta. Penggunaan pendekatan quantum teaching membantu peserta didik SMA Tarsisius 1 Jakarta untuk mampu lebih aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Suasana belajar dalam kelas pun terbilang cukup menyenangkan, tidak terkesan kaku, dan banyak peserta didik yang mau bertanya jika mengalami kesulitan. Hal tersebut bisa dikatakan bahwa pendekatan dengan quantum teaching method sangat membantu dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Pendidikan pada anak usia dini merupakan pembelajaran awal bagi seorang insan. Pada masa usia dini, tepatnya umur 0-6 tahun, merupakan masa aktif untuk membangun fondasi seorang anak demi pembentukan karakter. Merdeka belajar merupakan kurikulum baru yang diciptakan demi terbentuknya reformasi pendidikan. Merdeka belajar bagi anak usia dini merupakan salah satu bentuk terciptanya merdeka bermain dengan tujuan untuk pengembangan diri anak sesuai dengan tingkatannya. Pembelajaran ini mempengaruhi peningkatan motorik halus, motorik kasar, dan kognitif pada anak. Merdeka belajar identik dengan merdeka bermain yang mengartikan bahwa adanya kebebasan untuk bermain sebagai salah satu bentuk pembelajaran bagi anak usia dini. Dengan adanya kebebasan untuk memilih, anak dapat belajar mandiri dan bertanggung jawab atas segala bentuk tindakannya. Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar mendukung akselerasi pembentukan karakter sejak dini dengan tujuan mengusung generasi emas di masa yang akan mendatang. Kurikulum ini wajib diterapkan di Sanggar Kreativitas Bombi agar dapat melahirkan generasi emas sekaligus berperan sebagai bentuk dukungan terhadap regulasi pemerintah. Pengajar bukan lagi berperan sebagai penentu, melainkan sebagai fasilitator yang mendukung perkembangan karakter dan aspek psikomotorik anak. Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar diharapkan dapat menjadi guncangan sektor pendidikan agar dapat bersaing dengan negara lain. Tim MBKM Untar membantu menganalisis efektivitas pembelajaran Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar pada anak usia dini Sanggar Kreativitas Bombi. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi secara langsung dan wawancara. Early childhood education is early learning for a human being. Children's early years, ages 0-6 years to be exact, are an active period in which their character is formed. Freedom to Learn is a new curriculum created for the purpose of reforming education. In early childhood, freedom of learning is a means of playing with children's self-development in accordance with the purpose of their creation. In children, this learning helps them improve their fine motor skill, gross motor skill, and cognitive capabilities. It is important to note that freedom to learn is synonymous with freedom to play, which means that early childhood children are free to play as a way of learning. By having the freedom to choose, children can learn to be independent and responsible. Merdeka Learning Curriculum aims to accelerate the building of character at an early age for the creation of a golden generation. Sanggar Kreativitas Bombi needs to implement this curriculum to ensure the development of a golden generation and to play a role in supporting government legislation. Teachers are no longer determinants, but facilitators who assist children in developing their character and psychomotor skills. The Free Learning Curriculum is expected to shock the education sector in order to keep up with other countries' education systems. The MBKM Untar team helped analyze the effectiveness of learning the Merdeka Learning Curriculum for early childhood at Sanggar Kreativitas Bombi. It is based on direct observation and interviews.

Abstract

Implementasi kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) yang dirancang oleh Kemendikbud Ristek masih terus dikembangkan oleh banyak perguruan tinggi dengan maksud untuk memberikan kesempatan bagi mahasiswa yang ingin mengembangkan diri dengan maksimal dan mempersiapkan sarjana yang berkualitas tinggi. Dengan pertimbangan era pandemi yang juga menjadi faktor penghambat dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan dunia pendidikan, maka tercipta berbagai kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Salah satu kegiatan yang termasuk dalam kurikulum MBKM adalah program Asistensi Mengajar di SMA Tarsisius 1 Jakarta. Dengan dilakukannya pembekalan, diharapkan siswa yang mengambil dan menghadiri kelas ekstrakurikuler klub akuntansi dapat memahami dasar-dasar akuntansi lebih baik sehingga dapat diimplementasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kegiatan pembelajaran dilakukan dengan pembekalan materi dan pembahasan latihan soal yang dilakukan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa Universitas Tarumanagara. Hal ini diharapkan dapat membantu baik mahasiswa untuk menjadi lebih kreatif dalam menyampaikan materi maupun siswa dalam penerimaan materi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dimana mahasiswa akan mengumpulkan data dari kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada siswa SMA Tarsisius 1 Jakarta. Hasil dari pembekalan yang dilakukan sejak tanggal 24 Agustus 2022 sampai dengan tanggal 9 November 2022 dinilai cukup baik dan memuaskan. Hal ini dapat dilihat berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan data mengenai manfaat dan efisiensi pembelajaran yang dilakukan dengan rata-rata nilai ‘sangat baik’ yang diberikan oleh siswa. Akhir dari kegiatan MBKM Asistensi Mengajar ini akan dipublikasikan sebagai ABDIMAS yang akan dimuat di Prosiding SERINA. The implementation of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) designed by Kemendikbud Ristek is still being developed by many universities with the aim of providing opportunities for students who want to maximally develop themselves and prepare high-quality graduates. Considering the pandemic era which is also an inhibiting factor in growth and development of the world of education, various activities have been created that aim to overcome these problems. One of the activities included in the MBKM curriculum is Teaching Assistance program at SMA Tarsisius 1 Jakarta. With tutoring, it is hoped that students who take and attend extracurricular classes in accounting club can understand the basics of accounting better so that they can be implemented in daily life. Learning activities are carried out by providing material and discussing practice questions executed by lecturers and students of Tarumanagara University. This is expected to help both college students to be more creative in delivering material and students in receiving material. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, where students will collect data from questionnaire distributed to students of SMA Tarsisius 1 Jakarta. The results of the tutoring conducted from August 24, 2022 to November 9, 2022 were considered quite good and satisfactory. This can be seen based on the results of data collection regarding the benefits and efficiency of learning carried out with an average score of 'very good' given by students. The end of the Teaching Assistance MBKM activity will be published as ABDIMAS which will be published in the SERINA Proceedings.

Abstract

Teaching Assistance activities in the Education Unit are carried out at Pelita Kasih High School with a three-month teaching duration, from 1 September 2023 to 17 November 2023. This implementation targets 12th graders majoring in social science, with a total of 39 students. Teaching Assistance Activities in the Education Unit at Pelita Kasih High School discuss basic accounting material that will be used for them to enter the world of work or further education. This activity aims to increase Pelita Kasih High School student's knowledge of the material, support the educational process to be more collaborative, and give Pelita Kasih High School students more opportunities to engage with each other in a meaningful way by using interactive teaching methods, namely learning methods that encourage discussion between students which can provide benefits in increasing understanding of the material for Pelita Kasih High School students. This method can improve memory and effectiveness in remembering material that has been studied. The results of this activity went well. This can be seen from the questionnaire results regarding the benefits and understanding of the learning material given to Pelita Kasih High School students.

Abstract

Choosing the right learning method is important to increase the students’ enthusiasm and create a pleasant learning atmosphere, especially for subjects that require high concentration and precision such as accounting. Apart from the teacher-centered learning, there is another alternative learning method needed as a complement, namely cooperative-learning method. This method involves dividing a class into small groups who work together, discuss and exchange ideas to solve problems and they are assisted by the teacher. The cooperative-learning method is applied in the teaching assistance program at Pelita Kasih High School, West Jakarta. The aim of using this method is to help students be more active in the learning process, willing to ask if they are facing difficulties, to create a fun and interactive learning atmosphere, and to increase students' understanding academically and socially by helping each other. In conclusion, the approach from the cooperative-learning method is very helpful in learning activities. Students are quite enthusiastic and focus on doing the practice questions given, which may increase their understanding on the accounting subject.

Abstract

After-sales service is one of the important things that customers pay attention to when purchasing an item. Therefore, every company must have adequate after-sales service procedures. With the role of information technology, the customer claims process can also utilize accounting software. In a company, after-sales service can have an impact on company resources, but this activity is rarely discussed in accounting lessons, especially at the high school level. For this reason, the PKM Team took the initiative to conduct training regarding the use of software for after-sales service at SMA Kristoforus 1. One of the accounting software that provides a feature for recording customer claims is Accurate. In this software there is a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) module which can be used to record customer claims. The participants in this training are SMA Kristoforus 1 students who take accounting extracurriculars. The PKM team will provide a material presentation which will then be followed by practice on how to use the RMA module, which includes recording customer claims, results of the customer claim process, billing, and receiving payments. This training was carried out in November 2023 in the computer room of SMA Kristoforus 1. At the end of the training session, the PKM Team also provided practice questions for the participants to do independently and all participants were able to do them correctly, so it could be concluded that they were able to operate RMA module.

Abstract

Increasing the number of entrepreneurs is very necessary to improve economic conditions. Therefore, training regarding how a business activity is carried out is very necessary to improve the spirit of young entrepreneurs. Decision making is an activity that always occurs in carrying out business activities. There are many things that can influence decision making. Some are financial and some are non-financial. It is very important for an entrepreneur to be able to analyze relevant matters related to decision making so that the decisions taken are correct and fast considering the many existing competitors. Currently, there are many high schools that teach entrepreneurship to their students, one of which is SMA Katolik Ricci I which is a partner in this community service activity. This community service activity was carried out without problems in March 2024, which was attended by class X students of SMA Katolik Ricci I. This training is carried out by directly involving students in business decision making scenarios that have been created by the implementing team so that students can take part in decision making. After attending this training, it is hoped that all training participants will be able to apply it in their daily lives and when they want to run a business so that they can achieve their goals with minimum costs. ABSTRAK Peningkatan jumlah wirausaha sangat diperlukan untuk memperbaiki kondisi perekonomian. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan pelatihan mengenai bagaimana suatu kegiatan usaha dijalankan sangat diperlukan untuk dapat meningkatkan jiwa wirausaha muda. Pengambilan keputusan merupakan suatu aktivitas yang selalu terjadi dalam menjalankan kegiatan bisnis. Banyak sekali hal-hal yang dapat berpengaruh pada suatu pengambilan keputusan. Ada yang bersifat keuangan dan ada juga yang bersifat non keuangan. Sangat penting bagi seorang wirausahawan untuk dapat menganalisa hal-hal yang relevan terkait dengan pengambilan keputusan agar keputusan yang diambil tepat dan cepat mengingat banyak sekali pesaing yang ada. Saat ini telah banyak sekolah menengah atas yang telah mengajarkan mengenai kewirausahaan kepada siswa mereka, salah satunya adalah SMA Katolik Ricci I yang merupakan mitra pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini telah berjalan dengan lancar pada bulan Maret 2024, yang diikuti oleh siswa kelas X SMA Katolik Ricci I. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan cara langsung melibatkan para siswa dalam skenario pengambilan keputusan bisnis yang telah dibuat oleh tim pelaksana sehingga para siswa dapat turut andil dalam pengambilan keputusan. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, diharapkan seluruh peserta pelatihan dapat menerapkannya dalam kehidupannya sehari-hari dan ketika mereka akan menjalankan suatu usaha sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan mereka dengan biaya yang minimum.

Abstract

This publication regarding an independent study discusses the impact of creating a mobile application on the Hillpark Sibolangit tourist destination. Meanwhile, the independent study period was carried out for 6 months from January 2024 – June 2024 at PT. Citi Asia International or Citiasia Inc. The main points in this report include basic concepts regarding smart cities, cloud computing, profitability, technology adoption theory, digital marketing theory and implementation standards in accordance with SNI ISO 37122:2019. By making a proposal as the final project of the Independent study, it can be concluded that by creating and implementing a mobile application for Hillpark Sibolangit, Hillpark Sibolangit's business potential can be increased through increasing the number of visitors, ticket sales, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and increasing overall income. With this publication, it is hoped that readers can understand the importance of innovation and adaptation of the tourism sector to technological developments. ABSTRAK Publikasi mengenai studi independen ini membahas mengenai dampak pembuatan aplikasi mobile pada destinasi wisata Hillpark Sibolangit. Adapun periode studi independen dilakukan selama 6 bulan dari Januari 2024 – Juni 2024 di PT. Citi Asia Internasional atau Citiasia Inc. Poin-poin utama dalam laporan ini mencakup konsep dasar mengenai smart city, cloud computing, profitabilitas, teori adopsi teknologi, teori pemasaran digital dan standar implementasi sesuai dengan SNI ISO 37122:2019. Dengan membuat proposal sebagai proyek akhir dari studi Independen dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan pembuatan dan dengan mengimplementasikan aplikasi mobile untuk Hillpark Sibolangit dapat meningkatkan potensi bisnis Hillpark Sibolangit melalui peningkatan dari jumlah pengunjung, penjualan tiket, efisiensi operasional, kepuasan pelanggan serta peningkatan pendapatan secara keseluruhan. Dengan adanya publikasi ini diharapkan bahwa pembaca dapat memahami pentingnya inovasi dan adaptasi sektor pariwisata terhadap perkembangan teknologi.

Abstract

Accounting education at the high school level plays a crucial role in equipping students with essential skills that are useful, both for continuing their studies at university and for entering the workforce. The Community Service Activity (PKM) conducted at SMA Tarsisius 1 Jakarta aims to introduce basic accounting concepts through an extracurricular program. This program is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of accounting fundamentals, starting from the history of accounting, the occurrence of transactions, the recording of transactions, to the preparation of the trial balance. The teaching methods used include theory, exercises, and evaluations through quizzes and educational games tailored to the students' needs. The use of interactive teaching methods is expected to enhance students' understanding of basic accounting concepts. The evaluation conducted showed an improvement in students' understanding, measured through quiz results and satisfaction surveys. The evaluation results indicate that this program is able to prepare students to continue their education in the field of accounting, while also equipping them with skills that can be applied in daily life or in the workplace. The program also aims to foster students' interest in accounting, as well as provide them with practical skills in proper and correct financial management. It is hoped that by introducing basic accounting concepts at an early stage, students will be better prepared to face academic and professional challenges in the future. The development of accounting skills through this program also has a positive impact on students' readiness to meet career demands in the business world and small to medium enterprises. ABSTRAK Pendidikan akuntansi di tingkat SMA memiliki peranan krusial dalam membekali siswa dengan keterampilan dasar yang berguna, baik untuk melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi maupun untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilaksanakan di SMA Tarsisius 1 Jakarta bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan konsep dasar akuntansi melalui program ekstrakurikuler. Program ini dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang dasar-dasar akuntansi, mulai dari sejarah akuntansi, terjadinya transaksi, pencatatan transaksi hingga penyusunan neraca saldo. Metode pengajaran yang digunakan meliputi teori, latihan soal, serta evaluasi melalui kuis dan permainan edukatif yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa. Penggunaan metode pembelajaran interaktif diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep dasar akuntansi. Evaluasi yang dilakukan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa, yang diukur melalui hasil kuis dan survei kepuasan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa program ini mampu mempersiapkan siswa untuk melanjutkan pendidikan di bidang akuntansi, sekaligus membekali mereka dengan keterampilan yang dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari maupun dunia kerja. Program ini juga bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan minat siswa terhadap akuntansi, serta memberikan mereka keterampilan praktis dalam pengelolaan keuangan yang baik dan benar. Diharapkan, dengan diperkenalkannya konsep dasar akuntansi sejak dini, siswa akan lebih siap menghadapi tantangan akademis dan profesional di masa depan. Pengembangan keterampilan akuntansi melalui program ini juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesiapan siswa dalam menghadapi tuntutan karier di dunia bisnis maupun usaha kecil menengah.

Abstract

This study explores the Badewa traditional ceremony as an alternative healing practice among the Dayak Bakumpai community in Berangas Timur Village, Alalak Subdistrict, Barito Kuala Regency, South Kalimantan. Thebadewa ritual represents a cultural tradition rooted in spiritual and social values that has long served as a community-based healing method. The research aims to examine the background, existence, and cultural values of the badewa ceremony during the period 1998–2010. A historical method was employed, involving four key stages: heuristics (data collection through interviews, literature studies, and field observations), source criticism (both internal and external), interpretation, and historiography (historical writing). Findings indicate that badewa has existed since before the arrival of Islam in South Kalimantan. In 1998, the practice was reintroduced to Berangas Timur by the family of H. Idrus from Marabahan and began to gain recognition as an alternative healing option. Despite a decline in public interest after 2010, the ritual continues to be preserved through intergenerational transmission and annual large-scale performances. The novelty of this research lies in documenting and analyzing a local healing tradition that integrates spiritual beliefs with community solidarity. The badewa ceremony not only offers alternative medical treatment but also functions as a medium for cultural preservation and identity reinforcement within the Bakumpai community.
