Abstract

Kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) merupakan tindak pidana yang terjadi dalam lingkup rumah tangga dan diatur dalam Undang-Undang No. 23 Tahun 2004. Kasus KDRT masih sering terjadi di masyarakat, sebagaimana terlihat dari laporan yang masuk ke tiga instansi di Kabupaten Kudus. Salah satu instansi yang berperan dalam fasilitasi penyelesaian KDRT adalah Dinas Sosial, Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak, Pengendalian Penduduk, dan Keluarga Berencana (Dinsos P3AP2KB). Instansi ini menyediakan berbagai bentuk fasilitasi, antara lain layanan konsultasi, pengarahan ke Kementerian Agama Kudus, pendampingan hukum, penyediaan rumah aman, serta sosialisasi pencegahan KDRT. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis empiris dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Berikut data yang digunakan adalah data utama berupa wawancara serta data sekunder sebagai pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi fasilitasi penyelesaian KDRT oleh Dinsos P3AP2KB Kabupaten Kudus masih belum optimal. Salah satu kekurangannya adalah layanan konsultasi yang belum mencakup sesi terapi lanjutan, sehingga korban hanya diberikan nasehat untuk rujuk kembali tanpa adanya intervensi psikologis yang lebih mendalam. Selain itu, Dinsos P3AP2KB menghadapi beberapa kendala dalam pelaksanaan fasilitasi, seperti sosialisasi yang belum menyeluruh, tidak adanya psikolog internal, keterbatasan fasilitas rumah aman, kurangnya sumber daya manusia, serta lemahnya kerja sama antar stakeholder. Kendala-kendala ini menjadi tantangan dalam memastikan perlindungan, penyelesaian kasus, dan pemulihan korban KDRT secara efektif.

Abstract

Macapat Ambiya is a traditional art form that continues to exist to this day. This art thrives and develops in the village of Kemloko, Nglegok subdistrict, Blitar regency. Macapat Ambiya is regularly performed during the birth of a baby and is held for seven consecutive nights. Macapat Ambiya, derived from the Serat An Nabiya, which contains many Islamic values, is sung by a group of men who visit the house of the newborn. The purpose of this performance is to introduce Islamic values to the baby. It is hoped that the Islamic education given from the first day of the baby's life will create a strong and lasting foundation for the newborn. The gentle and soothing chants of macapat are also expected to help the mother and baby feel calm and relaxed. The problem addressed in this research is: What is the role of Macapat Ambiya as a medium for instilling Islamic values during the neonatal period? This study aims to analyze the role of Macapat Ambiya as a medium for instilling Islamic values in newborns, which will be explored through the text of the macapat derived from Serat An Nabiya, which contains many Islamic stories about the prophets. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, focusing on the lyrics of the macapat ambiya songs that reference Islamic education for newborns. The results of this study show that the lyrics of the macapat ambiya songs, sourced from Serat An Nabiya by Yasadipura I especially in Pupuh Asmaradana contain many Islamic values that can be used as a medium for instilling Islamic values in newborns during the neonatal period.

Abstract

Abstrak Adanya wabah Covid-19 mengharuskan sistem pembelajaran di sekolah berbasis daring. Pada dasarnya, pembelajaran daring tentu menuntut peserta didik lebih mandiri dalam belajar dan perlu adanya bimbingan orang tua, terutama pada jenjang sekolah dasar. Upaya dalam mengetahui secara akurat, maka dilakukan penelitian untuk menguji pengaruh kemandirian belajar peserta didik  dan latar belakang pendidikan orang tua terhadap hasil belajar kelas IV. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh: 1) Kemandirian belajar peserta didik terhadap hasil belajar IPA, 2) Latarbelakang pendidikan orang tua terhadap hasil belajar IPA, 3) Kemandirian belajar peserta didik dan latarbelakang pendidikan orang tua terhadap hasil belajar IPA. Pendekatan yang digunakan berupa pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik regresi ganda. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Tidak terdapat pengaruh antara kemandirian belajar peserta didik terhadap hasil belajar IPA  kelas IV, dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,342 dan Sig 0,108 > 0,05 dengan kontribusi sebesar 1,02%, 2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh antara latarbelakang pendidikan orang tua terhadap hasil belajar IPA kelas IV, dengan nilai koefisien sebesar -0,101 dan Sig 0,624 > 0,05, 3) Tidak terdapat pengaruh antara kemandirian belajar peserta didik dan latarbelakang pendidikan orang tua terhadap hasil belajar IPA kelas IV, dengan nilai nilai Fhitung sebesar -0,101 < Ftabel 3,44 dan Sig 0,624 > 0,05.

Abstract

This article entitled "Manggalamudha Gendhing Kethuk 2 Kerep Minggah 4, Laras Pélog Pathet Barang: A Study of Garap Sindhen" is to analyze and describe garap sindhènan gendhing Manggalamudha. The issues analyzed are garap céngkok, garap wangsalan and abon-abon, garap gregel and wiled, garap mlèsèt, garap angkat-sèlèh, garap mandheg, garap mungguh, and garap dynamics. These are reviewed using a number of concepts and theories in karawitan. The concepts applied are the concept of garap, the concept of mungguh, padhang-ulihan, and the concept ofmandheg. The concept of garap is used in creativity, the concept of mungguh is used for appropriateness in working on céngkok, the concept of padhang ulihan is used to determine wangsalan, while the concept of mandheg is used to work on mandheg in the inggah section of gendhing Manggalamudha which is worked on with andhegan cèngkok ayu kuning, andhegan kacaryan in the third kenong, and andhegan selingan. This research used qualitative research, data collection methods starting from the process of designing the work, determining the view (orientation), and determining the sources. Through literature study, observation, and interviews the author used as steps to collect data. The result of this research is garap mandheg in the inggah section of gendhing Manggalamudha which is worked with andhegan cèngkok ayu kuning, andhegan kacaryan in the third kenong, and andhegan selingan. The use of sindhèn garap in gendhing Manggalamudha is done with several garap, among others: wangsalan and abon- abon, garap gregel wiled, garap mungguh, lift technique, and garap dynamics. All sindhènan garap presented contain high aesthetic value in sindhènan gendhing Manggalamudha.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has had a major impact on people's lives in many fields, such as information, transportation, business, and others. The industry knows that households often use conventional equipment to process food. The tools used are usually simple and not ideal during the tofu making process. Researchers want to improve existing tofu presses by making machines that are more comfortable for operators and more efficient and effective, as well as reducing the risk of fatigue and danger to operators. For this research, the 4D Research and Development (RnD) development model was used. This design discusses the comparison of ergonomics, effectiveness and effectiveness of tofu press tools.

Abstract

This research aims to test knowledge sharing, team work and work skills on the performance of Owabong Park Purbalingga employees. This research uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to obtain as complete information as possible regarding the influence of knowledge sharing, team work and work skills on employee performance through Owabong Park Purbalingga employees. The population of this study was 112 permanent employees of Owabong Park Purbalingga. The data analysis method used is SEM with the smart PLS version 3.0 tool. The tests used are outer model, inner model test, and hypothesis test. The results of this research show that knowledge sharing, team work and work skills have a significant positive influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Pemberian Makan Bayi dan Anak (PMBA) merupakan komponen penting dalam pencegahan stunting dan peningkatan status gizi balita. Pelatihan PMBA bagi kader dan ibu balita telah dilaksanakan sebelumnya, namun diperlukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan tersebut terhadap perubahan pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik peserta. Tujuan: Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendiseminasikan hasil evaluasi pasca pelatihan PMBA dan mendorong tindak lanjut peningkatan kapasitas kader serta ibu balita dalam praktik PMBA. Metode: Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui telaah data hasil evaluasi pasca pelatihan PMBA yang melibatkan kader dan ibu balita di wilayah binaan. Analisis data mencakup perbandingan nilai pre dan post test pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik peserta pelatihan, serta penyusunan laporan hasil evaluasi sebagai dasar advokasi kegiatan lanjutan. Hasil: Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan skor rata-rata pada seluruh aspek: pengetahuan (67,2 menjadi 84,5), sikap (70,4 menjadi 86,3), dan praktik (60,3 menjadi 74,2). Data ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan memberikan dampak positif terhadap kapasitas kader dan ibu balita dalam menerapkan PMBA. Kesimpulan: Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan PMBA efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik peserta. Kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk pelatihan lanjutan serta pendampingan rutin guna memperkuat penerapan PMBA di masyarakat. Kata kunci: evaluasi pelatihan, makan bayi dan anak, kader posyandu, praktik gizi balita _______________________________________________________________________ Abstract Background: Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF) is a critical component in preventing stunting and improving the nutritional status of children under five. IYCF training for community health volunteers and mothers of toddlers has been conducted previously, but an evaluation is needed to determine the effectiveness of the training in changing participants’ knowledge, attitudes, and practices. Objective: This community service activity aims to disseminate the results of the post-training evaluation of IYCF and to encourage follow-up efforts to strengthen the capacity of health volunteers and mothers in practicing appropriate IYCF. Method: This activity was conducted through a review of post-training evaluation data involving health volunteers and mothers in a designated area. Data analysis included comparisons of pre- and post-test scores for participants’ knowledge, attitudes, and practices, followed by compiling an evaluation report to serve as a basis for advocacy and follow-up programs. Result: The evaluation showed an increase in the average scores across all aspects: knowledge (from 67.2 to 84.5), attitude (from 70.4 to 86.3), and practice (from 60.3 to 74.2). These findings indicate a positive impact of the training on the capacity of health volunteers and mothers in implementing IYCF. Conclusion: The evaluation indicates that IYCF training was effective in improving participants’ knowledge, attitudes, and practices. This community service activity recommends further training and regular mentoring to strengthen the implementation of IYCF at the community level. Abstract

This study examines the influence of Work-Family Conflict, Workload, Non-Financial Compensation, and Employee Work Stress on Employee Turnover Intention at PT Herba Emas Wahidatama Purbalingga. This study uses primary data and is a type of quantitative research. Employees at PT Herba Emas Wahidatama Purbalingga, with a population of 160 people, using a purposive sampling method with a minimum service period of 1 year. The analysis test in this study are using multiple regression analysis through the SPSS 26 application. The results of this study indicate that Non-Financial Compensation and job stress have a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention. However, Work-Family Conflict and Workload have no impact on Turnover Intention

Abstract

Pembentukan karakter peserta didik di tingkat sekolah dasar merupakan bagian integral dari pendidikan yang menyeluruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan literasi budaya dan kebangsaan dalam membangun karakter pada peserta didik SDN Siwalan. Literasi budaya dan kebangsaan diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pengembangan sikap dan nilai-nilai positif pada anak-anak, termasuk rasa cinta tanah air, penghargaan terhadap budaya lokal, dan kesadaran sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan literasi budaya dan kebangsaan secara konsisten dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar mampu meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik tentang identitas budaya dan nasional serta memperkuat karakter mereka. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya integrasi lebih lanjut dari literasi budaya dan kebangsaan dalam kurikulum sekolah dasar untuk mendukung pembentukan karakter yang lebih baik.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) To determine the form of implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in instilling character values ​​in grade IV students of SDN Roworejo, 2) To determine the character values ​​of students through the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in grade IV students of SDN Roworejo, 3) To determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in grade IV students of SDN Roworejo. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The subjects of this study were grade IV teachers and grade IV students consisting of 14 students. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations, and documentation. Data validity used president observation, source triangulation, method triangulation, and peer discussion. Data analysis used data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study are 1) The form of P5 activities is mutual cooperation and creativity with the theme of local wisdom in making jumputan batik. 2) Students are directly involved in making jumputan batik. Through the project of making jumputan batik, researchers observed character values ​​in students such as mutual cooperation and creativity. 3) Supporting factors for the implementation of P5 include adequate facilities, support from schools, teachers and students, and enthusiasm from students. While the inhibiting factors for the implementation of P5 include challenges in the form of a lack of basic batik skills from teachers and requiring a long time.
