Latar belakang: Pemberian Makan Bayi dan Anak (PMBA) merupakan komponen penting dalam pencegahan stunting dan peningkatan status gizi balita. Pelatihan PMBA bagi kader dan ibu balita telah dilaksanakan sebelumnya, namun diperlukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan tersebut terhadap perubahan pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik peserta. Tujuan: Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendiseminasikan hasil evaluasi pasca pelatihan PMBA dan mendorong tindak lanjut peningkatan kapasitas kader serta ibu balita dalam praktik PMBA. Metode: Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui telaah data hasil evaluasi pasca pelatihan PMBA yang melibatkan kader dan ibu balita di wilayah binaan. Analisis data mencakup perbandingan nilai pre dan post test pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik peserta pelatihan, serta penyusunan laporan hasil evaluasi sebagai dasar advokasi kegiatan lanjutan. Hasil: Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan skor rata-rata pada seluruh aspek: pengetahuan (67,2 menjadi 84,5), sikap (70,4 menjadi 86,3), dan praktik (60,3 menjadi 74,2). Data ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan memberikan dampak positif terhadap kapasitas kader dan ibu balita dalam menerapkan PMBA. Kesimpulan: Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan PMBA efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik peserta. Kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk pelatihan lanjutan serta pendampingan rutin guna memperkuat penerapan PMBA di masyarakat. IYCF training for community health volunteers and mothers of toddlers has been conducted previously, but an evaluation is needed to determine the effectiveness of the training in changing participants’ knowledge, attitudes, and practices. Objective: This community service activity aims to disseminate the results of the post-training evaluation of IYCF and to encourage follow-up efforts to strengthen the capacity of health volunteers and mothers in practicing appropriate IYCF. Method: This activity was conducted through a review of post-training evaluation data involving health volunteers and mothers in a designated area. Data analysis included comparisons of pre- and post-test scores for participants’ knowledge, attitudes, and practices, followed by compiling an evaluation report to serve as a basis for advocacy and follow-up programs. Result: The evaluation showed an increase in the average scores across all aspects: knowledge (from 67.2 to 84.5), attitude (from 70.4 to 86.3), and practice (from 60.3 to 74.2). These findings indicate a positive impact of the training on the capacity of health volunteers and mothers in implementing IYCF. Conclusion: The evaluation indicates that IYCF training was effective in improving participants’ knowledge, attitudes, and practices. This community service activity recommends further training and regular mentoring to strengthen the implementation of IYCF at the community level.
