Abstract

Abstract: The development of science and technology in the current global era plays an important role in all sectors, one of which is in the field of education. Currently, many new breakthroughs are emerging that keep up with the times, for example Cloud Compting. Cloud computing is an information system that allows easy access to resource components such as servers, applications and databases via the internet network. By using this system, resources will be stored and managed in a data center connected to the internet.Cloud Computing has many roles in the world of education. Utilizing cloud computing can save costs and prevent the implementation of complicated technology. One form of use of cloud computing in the world of education is in file (data) storage. The result of this activity is the achievement of the goal by observing and continuing to monitor the teachers that the teachers have successfully used cloud computing in storing data via cloud computing and have not experienced any difficulties.               Keywords: cloud computing; file; teacher  Abstrak: Perkembangan IPTEK di era global pada saat ini sangat berperan penting dalam segala sektor, salah satunya adalah dalam bidang pendidikan. Pada saat ini, banyak bermunculan terobosan baru yang mengikuti perkembangan zaman, misalnya Cloud Computing. Cloud computing merupakan sebuah sistem informasi yang memungkinkan kemudahan akses kepada komponen sumber daya seperti server, aplikasi, dan database melalui jaringan internet. Dengan menggunakan sistem ini, sumber daya akan disimpan dan dikelola di pusat data yang terhubung dengan internet. Cloud Computing memiliki banyak peran dalam dunia  pendidikan. Pemanfaatan cloud computing ini dapat menghemat biaya dan mencegah terjadinya penerapan teknologi yang rumit. Salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan cloud computing dalam dunia pendidikan adalah dalam penyimpanan file (data). Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah tercapainya tujuan dengan melihat dan terus melakukan pemantauan terhadap para guru bahwa guru telah berhasil menggunakan cloud computing dalam penyimpanan data melalui cloud computing dan tidak mengalami kesulitan.  Kata Kunci: cloud computing; file; guru

Abstract

In the realm of machine learning, classification models are important for identifying patterns and grouping data. Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Robust SVM are two types of models that are often used. SVM works by finding an optimal hyperplane to separate data classes, while Robust SVM is designed to deal with uncertainty and noise in the data, making it more resistant to outliers. However, SVM has limitations in dealing with class imbalance and outliers in the dataset. Class imbalance makes the model tend to predict the majority class, and outliers can interfere with model formation. This research compares the performance of SVM and Robust SVM on normal, unbalanced and outlier datasets. The software uses Python and Scikit-learn for implementation and comparison of the two models. Key features include automatic data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation with metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score. The results show that Robust SVM is superior in accuracy on normal datasets and is very effective in dealing with class imbalance, achieving a maximum accuracy of 100%. On datasets with outliers, Robust SVM maintains stable accuracy, demonstrating its robustness to outliers. This research contributes to correspondence management by providing more reliable classification models, improving data processing accuracy, and supporting more informed decision making in software development

Abstract

Abstract: As children's use of gadgets increases, effective parental supervision is becoming increasingly important to ensure children's digital safety and health. The purpose of this activity is to provide technical training on parental control through gadget use to children using the Google Family Links function when monitoring children's devices. This training program is designed to provide people with practical knowledge and skills. The method of this PkM activity is carried out in 2 ways, namely lectures that include theoretical sessions on the principles of parental control, followed by practical exercises on configuring settings using Google links. Furthermore, discussion and question and answer sessions are used to help parents provide solutions to the obstacles faced during the PkM activity. The evaluation results showed that training participants experienced a significant increase in their understanding and application of the child safety techniques taught. Surveys and interviews conducted with participants who took part in Community Service (PkM) in Teluk Dalam Village, showed that after taking the training they were able to better manage their children's device usage, including limiting device usage time and content supervision. With this training, namely using Google Family Links, it has significant benefits in improving parents' digital supervision skills and creating a safer and healthier digital environment for children. Keyword: parenting control; google family links; gadget monitoring; gadget Abstrak:  Seiring dengan meningkatnya penggunaan gadget oleh anak-anak, pengawasan orang tua yang efektif menjadi semakin penting untuk memastikan keselamatan dan kesehatan digital anak-anak. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk memberikan pelatihan teknis tentang kontrol orang tua melalui penggunaan gadget kepada anak-anak dengan menggunakan fungsi Google Family Links saat memantau perangkat anak-anak. Program pelatihan ini dirancang untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis kepada orang. Metode kegiatan PkM ini dilakukan dengan 2 cara yakni ceramah yang mencakup sesi teori tentang prinsip-prinsip kontrol orang tua, diikuti dengan latihan praktis tentang mengonfigurasi pengaturan menggunakan tautan Google. Selanjutnya dilakukan sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab yang digunakan untuk membantu orang tua dalam memberikan solusi dari kendala yang dihadapi selama kegiatan PkM. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa peserta pelatihan mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman dan penerapan teknik keselamatan anak yang diajarkan. Survei dan wawancara yang dilakukan kepada peserta yang mengikuti Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) di desa teluk dalam, menunjukkan bahwa setelah mengikuti pelatihan mereka mampu mengelola penggunaan perangkat anak-anak mereka dengan lebih baik, termasuk membatasi waktu pemakaian perangkat dan pengawasan konten. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini yaitu menggunakan Google family Links memiliki manfaat yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan pengawasan digital orang tua dan menciptakan lingkungan digital yang lebih aman dan sehat bagi anak-anak. Kata kunci: parenting kontrol; google family links; pengawasan gadget; gadget

Abstract

SMA Negeri 1 Simpang Empat salah satu sekolah yang bergerak dibidang pendidikan sekolah menengah atas yang beralamat di jalan Benteng No 2 Simpang Empat, Kecamatan Simpang Empat, Kabupaten Asahan, Sumatera Utara. Adapun kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pada SMA Negeri 1 Simpang Empat diantaranya pramuka, osis, rohis, voli dan PMR (Palang Merah Indonesia). Permasalahan di SMA Negeri 1 Simpang Empat saat ini belum tersedia sistem terkomputerisasi yang dapat membantu proses pemilihan ekstrakurikuler bagi siswa sehingga belum ada metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menyesuaikan pilihan ekstrakurikuler dengan minat dan bakat masing-masing siswa. Akibatnya, pemilihan ekstrakurikuler masih dilakukan secara preferensi pribadi atau pengaruh dari temen tanpa acuan yang jelas karena siswa cenderung memilih berdasarkan preferensi pribadi atau sekadar mengikuti pengaruh dari teman sebaya tanpa mempertimbangkan potensi dan bakat yang mereka miliki secara lebih objektif. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan ketidaksesuaian antara ekstrakurikuler yang dipilih dengan kemampuan atau ketertarikan siswa sehingga efektivitas kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dalam mengembangkan potensi mereka menjadi kurang optimal. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, diperlukan sebuah sistem rekomendasi yang dapat digunakan adalah Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), yang memungkinkan proses seleksi dilakukan secara objektif. Metode SAW sering disebut sebagai metode penjumlahan berbobot. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem rekomendasi ekstrakurikuler yang dapat membantu siswa memilih program ekstrakurikuler berdasarkan minat dan bakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif. Sistem berbasis data dapat menggantikan proses manual dalam pemilihan ekstrakurikuler dengan cara yang lebih efisien dan memberikan hasil yang lebih objektif sehingga mempermudah siswa dalam menentukan pilihan ekstrakurikuler yang sesuai

Abstract

The development of information technology encourages small businesses to adopt digital systems to improve operational efficiency and data management. However, many small-scale garment businesses still rely on manual inventory management processes, which often result in data inconsistencies, delays in reporting, and inefficient coordination. This study aims to develop a web-based Electronic Supply Chain Management (E-SCM) system to improve inventory control and operational performance. The research applies the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the Waterfall model, which includes requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. Data collection was conducted through observation and interviews, while system testing was performed using the Black Box Testing method. The results show that the implementation of the system significantly improves operational efficiency. The time required to generate inventory reports decreased from approximately 60 minutes to 10 minutes (an improvement of 83%), while stock data accuracy increased from 85% to 95%. In addition, stock discrepancies were reduced from 15% to 5%, indicating better data consistency and control. This study contributes by providing an integrated E-SCM model combined with measurable performance indicators for small-scale garment businesses. The findings imply that the adoption of the proposed system can enhance efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making in inventory management.   Keywords: E-SCM, Inventory System, SDLC, Web-Based System, Supply Chain Management.

Abstract

Feed management is an important factor in supporting successful production in chicken farming businesses. At the Giran White Chicken Farm, the feed stock recording process is still done manually, which often results in inaccurate records, delays in feed orders, and difficulties in preparing operational reports. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) system to improve the effectiveness of feed management. The research methods include observation, interviews, and documentation, while the system design uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) with application development using PHP and MySQL. The built system is tested using the black-box testing method to ensure that all system functions run according to user requirements. The results show that the implementation of the system has increased stock recording accuracy from 78% to 96%, reduced stock discrepancies from around 15% to 4%, and accelerated the report generation process from around 2 hours to ±10 minutes. With the web-based SCM system, the feed management process has become more structured, integrated, and supports faster and more accurate operational decision-making at the Giran White Chicken Farm.

Abstract

The problems that are often faced at aesthetic clinics are managing drug data and checking the availability of the drug stock itself, which is still less effective and product sales transactions differ between transaction notes received by customers and goods coming out of the warehouse. Because in one day if several patients buy drugs in sufficient quantities, thus the stock in the warehouse will also be running low. Often there is a shortage of medicine stock because they don't check and count every medicine in the warehouse.
