Abstract

The development of information technology encourages small businesses to adopt digital systems to improve operational efficiency and data management. However, many small-scale garment businesses still rely on manual inventory management processes, which often result in data inconsistencies, delays in reporting, and inefficient coordination. This study aims to develop a web-based Electronic Supply Chain Management (E-SCM) system to improve inventory control and operational performance. The research applies the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the Waterfall model, which includes requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. Data collection was conducted through observation and interviews, while system testing was performed using the Black Box Testing method. The results show that the implementation of the system significantly improves operational efficiency. The time required to generate inventory reports decreased from approximately 60 minutes to 10 minutes (an improvement of 83%), while stock data accuracy increased from 85% to 95%. In addition, stock discrepancies were reduced from 15% to 5%, indicating better data consistency and control. This study contributes by providing an integrated E-SCM model combined with measurable performance indicators for small-scale garment businesses. The findings imply that the adoption of the proposed system can enhance efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making in inventory management.   Keywords: E-SCM, Inventory System, SDLC, Web-Based System, Supply Chain Management.

Abstract

The problems that are often faced at aesthetic clinics are managing drug data and checking the availability of the drug stock itself, which is still less effective and product sales transactions differ between transaction notes received by customers and goods coming out of the warehouse. Because in one day if several patients buy drugs in sufficient quantities, thus the stock in the warehouse will also be running low. Often there is a shortage of medicine stock because they don't check and count every medicine in the warehouse.

Abstract

The development of digital technology is driving the growth of online trading businesses, including sharia fashion businesses that utilize online platforms for their sales activities, faces challenges in managing product stock from various suppliers that are not yet systematically integrated. The imbalance between stock availability and market demand often results in excess stock of less popular products and shortages of stock of products with high demand levels. This condition impacts low operational efficiency and decreases customer satisfaction levels. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) system to monitor and manage product stock and demand effectively. The methods used include system requirements analysis, design using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), and system implementation using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of this study are expected to improve stock monitoring accuracy, accelerate the decision-making process in product procurement, and minimize the risk of overstock and stockouts. Thus, the implementation of SCM can improve inventory management efficiency and response to changes in market demand in the Kisaran Syar'i Online Shop.

Abstract

Graduate data from the tracer study process is critical in assessing the quality of a university's graduates. From this data, universities can see an objective picture to measure and evaluate the curriculum, materials, and the achievement of learning competencies so far whether they are following what is expected by graduate users. This will provide input to university management in making strategies and policies to improve quality. However, the problem is that the amount of data available so far has not been maximized properly to assist management in making decisions. Data on graduates and users of existing graduates are only processed into semester and annual reports and there is no in-depth analysis. So management does not get information that helps improve graduates' quality in the future. Optimization of clustering methods using the elbow method with a comparison of other distance formulas such as Euclidean Distance, Mahalanobis Distance, and Manhattan City Distance to improve the performance of mapping results. The DBI result obtained is 1.89 for the number of 6 clusters.

Abstract

Selecting high-quality coffee beans is a critical factor in maintaining flavor consistency in the coffee beverage industry. At Kopi Luar Dalam, the raw material selection process is still conducted subjectively, which can lead to inconsistent decisions. This study aims to design and implement a Decision Support System using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to determine the best coffee beans based on four criteria: cost, aroma, bean color, and physical form. The study employs a quantitative approach involving decision matrix normalization and preference value calculation. The results show that the African Blue Mountain Arabica (A8) alternative obtained the highest preference value of 0.80 and is therefore recommended as the best raw material. Methodologically, this study demonstrates that the application of SAW is capable of producing an objective, structured, and transparent selection process in the context of raw material selection for the SME-scale coffee industry.

Abstract

Determining objective employee rewards is a challenge for manufacturing companies because manual processes are prone to subjectivity and inconsistencies in evaluation. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System based on the integration of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and MOORA to improve the accuracy and transparency of performance evaluations. AHP is used to determine the weights of five criteria through a consistency test (CR < 0.1), while MOORA is used for the ranking process of 69 employee alternatives. The results show that the system produces the best alternative with the highest preference value of 0.1474 and demonstrates ranking stability based on a weight sensitivity test (correlation coefficient 0.92). A comparison with the SAW and TOPSIS methods demonstrates the consistency of the best alternative; however, the AHP–MOORA approach provides more structured weight validation and better ranking stability. Scientifically, this study confirms the superiority of integrating weighting and optimization methods in producing a robust and verified decision-making model, particularly in the context of employee reward evaluation in the manufacturing sector.

Abstract

Abstract: The development of globalization and digitalization requires businesses to not only focus on product quality, but also on the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Customer loyalty has become a strategic asset that influences business sustainability and competitiveness. Handmade Willy, a creative business engaged in the production and sale of handicrafts, faces various problems in customer management, such as difficulties in identifying customer preferences, limitations in ongoing communication, suboptimal customer segmentation, and the absence of a structured system for monitoring customer satisfaction and feedback. These problems have an impact on the ineffectiveness of marketing strategies and the potential decline in customer loyalty. This study aims to optimize customer relationships at Handmade Willy through the application of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) concept. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach through data collection from observation, interviews, and literature studies. The blackbox testing results show that the system runs smoothly without any obstacles. The implementation of CRM helps Handmade Willy understand customer characteristics and preferences, perform more accurate segmentation, improve communication effectiveness, and systematically monitor customer satisfaction. Abstrak: Perkembangan era globalisasi dan digitalisasi menuntut pelaku usaha untuk tidak hanya berfokus pada kualitas produk, tetapi juga pada kemampuan membangun dan mempertahankan hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan. Loyalitas pelanggan menjadi aset strategis yang berpengaruh terhadap keberlanjutan dan daya saing bisnis. Handmade Willy sebagai usaha kreatif yang bergerak di bidang produksi dan penjualan kerajinan tangan menghadapi berbagai permasalahan dalam pengelolaan pelanggan seperti kesulitan dalam mengidentifikasi preferensi pelanggan, keterbatasan komunikasi berkelanjutan, belum optimalnya segmentasi pelanggan serta belum adanya sistem yang terstruktur untuk memantau kepuasan dan umpan balik pelanggan. Permasalahan tersebut berdampak pada kurang efektifnya strategi pemasaran dan potensi penurunan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan hubungan pelanggan pada Handmade Willy melalui penerapan konsep Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan studi literatur. Hasil pengujian blackbox menunjukkan sistem yang dibuat berjalan dengan lancar tanpa ada kendala. Dengan penerapan CRM mampu membantu Handmade Willy dalam memahami karakteristik dan preferensi pelanggan, melakukan segmentasi yang lebih tepat, meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi serta memantau kepuasan pelanggan secara sistematis. Abstract

Abstract: The development of digital technology in Indonesia has penetrated even rural areas, but it is not accompanied by an adequate understanding of personal data security. Rural communities tend to be vulnerable to cyber threats due to limited digital literacy. The purpose of this Community Service (PkM) activity is to increase awareness and knowledge of the community of Silo Lama Village, Silau Laut District, about the importance of personal data security in the digital era. The implementation method includes outreach, education, and practical training for the community using a participatory approach. The material presented includes the definition of personal data, types of cyber threats, how to protect personal information, and an introduction to the Personal Data Protection Law. The activity was attended by 30 participants consisting of village officials, community leaders, and the general public. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of personal data security, from an average pre-test score of 45% to 82% in the post-test. Participants were also able to identify various forms of online fraud and implement data protection measures. This program has made a positive contribution to improving the digital literacy of rural communities and is expected to prevent losses due to cybercrime in the future. Keywords: cyber; data; digital; security; village Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi digital di Indonesia telah merambah hingga ke wilayah pedesaan, namun tidak diimbangi dengan pemahaman yang memadai tentang keamanan data pribadi. Masyarakat desa cenderung rentan terhadap ancaman siber karena keterbatasan literasi digital. Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan masyarakat Desa Silo Lama, Kecamatan Silau Laut tentang pentingnya menjaga keamanan data privat. Metode kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, edukasi, dan pelatihan praktis kepada masyarakat dengan pendekatan partisipatif. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup pengertian data pribadi, jenis-jenis ancaman siber, cara melindungi informasi pribadi, serta pengenalan UU Perlindungan Data Pribadi. Kegiatan dihadiri dengan 30 orang meliputi unsur pejabat desa, tokoh warga, dan warga umum. Hasil kegiatan memaparkan peningkatan pemahaman warga terkait keamanan data pribadi, dari rerata skor pre-test 45% menjadi 82% pada post-test. Peserta juga mampu mengidentifikasi berbagai bentuk penipuan online dan menerapkan langkah-langkah perlindungan data.
