Abstract

One of the objectives of community services in Tanjung Lanjut Village, Muaro Jambi Regency is to assist Tanjung Lanjut Village in the utilization of organic waste through optimizing household waste towards a sustainable tourism village. The number of tourists who visited Tangkas Lake made Tangkas Lake had a lot of garbage which is mostly brought by visitors. In addition, the density of visitors and various activities, both government and village institutions’ activities, had made the village to continue to produce organic and non-organic waste. Therefore, there is a need for empowerment and assistance to the Tangkas Lake community so that waste will not become a problem but a blessing by managing useful waste. Organic waste management by fermentation can be one solution to implement a clean and comfortable environment for the development of Tangkas Lake agrotourism as well as a sustainable tourism village.

Abstract

Adolescence is a period of transition from children to adults which self-esteem is important to be developed. Adolescence is considered as one of the main and dominant processes of social and psychological growth of personality. This study examines the influence of parents-adolescent communication and attachment on adolescents’ self-esteem in intact and single-parent families. The research was conducted in public and private high schools and vocational schools in the city of Bekasi, both those who have and do not have PIK-R. Respondents in this study were adolescents in SMA A, SMK A, SMA B and SMK B in the City of Bekasi. Taking school samples is done purposively. The population of this study was 687 people. Based on predetermined criteria, namely students of class X - XII with an age range of 14-19 years from selected schools in the city of Bekasi, then respondents selected from intact and single families then obtained the number of samples as many as 200 people who fit the criteria. Data processing is done by using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis (independent T-Test and multiple linear regression test). The results showed that family status had a significant positive effect on adolescent self esteem. Parent-teen communication has a significant positive effect on adolescent self esteem. Parent-adolescent attachment has a significant positive effect on adolescent self esteem. The implications of research, adolescents are expected to improve self esteem, especially in adolescents from a single family, for example, changing negative perceptions to positive (feeling yourself useless, worthless to be useful and valuable for others).

Abstract

Parental conflict and divorce trends have been increasing over the years and hinder parents from nurturing their children, particularly fathers. Fathers are more likely to disengage in parenting after a divorce. This may affect children in their romantic relationships in later life. This study aimed to examine the effects of parental conflict and divorce and father parenting practices towards self-efficacy in romantic relationships of young adults male. The study applied quantitative methods with correlational, comparative, and regression analysis. 62 male and single young adults whose parents were divorced before the age of 18 were involved and chosen with purposive sampling. The data was collected by using the children's perception of interparental conflict scale (α=0.92), parental acceptance-rejection questionnaire (α=0.86), and self-efficacy in romantic relationship scale (α=0.89). The results revealed that there is a partial correlation between parental conflict intensity and relationship anxiety and other aspects related to the self-efficacy of young male adults. Paired t-test illustrated differences in self-efficacy in romantic relationships based on individual characteristics and father parenting practices (negative). Regression analysis also demonstrated a significant effect of father parenting practices, both positive and negative, towards self-efficacy in romantic relationships. In conclusion, the efficacy of romantic relationships in early adulthood from divorced families is influenced by negative paternal parenting.

Abstract

The Objectivie of this study was to analyze the determinants of street food safety issues and formulate of its eradicatian program. The study used Survey methods and was conducted from April to August 2012 in Padang and Serang Districts.The The total number of 96 students from Padang District and 90 students from Serang District were selected purposively.The streed food issues data was taken  through focus grroup discussion of stakeholder (teachers, parents of students, vendors, and staff of the relevant agencies) and was analyzed using Interpretative Structure Modelling (ISM). The result showed that there are six determinats of street food safety issues namely: low level of street food vendor moral; a harmful additive still sold freely; coachingandsupervisiontostreet food vendorare stilllow; very low prices of harmful additives; The  government still allowed the production of a harmful additives;  additional ingredient dangerous; supervision on hawker food producers school children is still not a priority program

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah pengembangan produk alat peraga edukatif papan flanel warna “Panelwa” untuk mengenalkan warna pada anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK ABA Pringgokusuman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research & Development (R&D) menurut Sugiyono. Kelayakan produk didasarkan pada hasil penilaian ahli materi dan ahli media. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dengan Kepala Sekolah. Teknik analisis data berupa data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa media Papan Flanel Warna “Panelwa” yang telah dikembangkan melalui serangkaian uji coba serta validasi ahli dinyatakan layak dengan revisi. Hal ini didukung oleh penilaian ahli materi dengan prosentase skor 78,33% termasuk dalam kategori baik dan layak, penilaian ahli media dengan prosentase skor 87,14% termasuk kategori baik, layak dan perlu revisi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa media papan flanel warna “Panelwa” untuk mengenalkan warna pada anak usia dini usia 4-5 Tahun layak digunakan.

Abstract

Background: One of the health problems that is often faced is pain in the limbs. Pain can be overcome by using analgesic drugs. The use of analgesic drugs at Kimia Farma Titibumi Pharmacy is classified as fast moving, this is due to the location of the pharmacy which is close to clinics and practicing doctors. Almost all doctors around the pharmacy prescribe analgesic drugs. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of the use of analgesic drugs with a doctor's prescription at Kimia Farma Titibumi Pharmacy for the period January - May 2020. Methods: The method in this research is descriptive observational research. Collecting data in the form of prescriptions containing analgesic drugs at Kimia Farma Titibumi Pharmacy for the period January - May 2020. The data were analyzed descriptively. The data results were presented in tabular form about the profile of analgesic drug use based on doctor's prescriptions at the Titibumi Kimia Farma pharmacy. Results: The results and conclusions of this study are the use of analgesic therapy the most is single therapy, namely metamizole with 35 prescriptions (21.21%), while for combination therapy, paracetamol + tramadol with 18 prescriptions (10,91%). The highest class of drugs is the non-opioid group with 122 prescriptions (73.94%). Conclusion: Of the 165 existing prescriptions, 163 prescriptions (98.79%) had the appropriate dosage, and there were 2 prescriptions (1.21%) that did not match the dosage.

Abstract

Partners in this PPM activity are Village Apparatus and several community representatives of Sumur Gedang Village, Sungai Full City, Kerinci. Based on the analysis of the situation, the main problem faced by partners today lies in the phenomenon of waste which continues to increase in volume which causes environmental pollution, especially related to cleanliness and health. The increasing population and community activities greatly affect the increasing volume of waste in rural areas. Various kinds of pollution that occur due to piles of garbage so that the impacts caused include environmental damage, changes in health conditions. Support, participation and awareness from various parties, especially waste management drivers, is one of the keys to the success of good waste management. Based on these problems, through this activity, several solutions to solve problems will be provided. The method of implementing activities uses a participatory approach through training and mentoring activities, with measurable achievement targets. The results of PPM activities that have been carried out are obtained as a result of the PPM team has carried out all forms of training and simple practices to partners including in making natural compost by utilizing leftover vegetable pieces from households that can be used as natural fertilizer to fertilize the soil. In addition, the team practiced processing plastic waste to be used as handicrafts and other products which are expected to be attractive and can be resold in the future.

Abstract

Pembebanan biaya program PTSL di Perbup No 16 tahun 2022 diatur dalam pasal 9 dan pasal 10. Untuk beberapa Desa yang ada di Kecamatan Manyar sendiri tarif dalam program PTSL ini antara Rp.150.000,00-Rp 500.000,00. Fokus Penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah : 1) Bagaimana praktik pembebanan biaya PTSL di Kecamatan Manyar Kabupaten Gresik berdasarkan Peraturan Bupati Nomor 16 Tahun 2022? 2) Bagaimana pembebanan biaya dalam PTSL di Kecamatan Manyar Kabupaten Gresik dalam perspektif Asas Pendaftaran Tanah? 3) Bagaimana kendala yang dihadapi selama kegiatan PTSL tahun 2022 berlangsung di Kecamatan Manyar Kabupaten Gresik?Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : 1) Untuk mengetahui praktik pembebanan biaya PTSL di Kecamatan Manyar Kabupaten Gresik berdasarkan Peraturan Bupati Gresik No.16 tahun 2022. 2) Untuk mengetahui pembebanan biaya dalam PTSL di Kecamatan Manyar Kabupaten Gresik dalam perspektif Asas Pendaftaran Tanah. 3) Untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi selama kegiatan PTSL tahun 2022 berlangsung di Kecamatan Manyar Kabupaten Gresik.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum empiris dengan menggunakan pendekatan Sosiologi hukum, teknik yang digunakan adalah wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Kemudian teknik analisis data induktif dan berdasarkan pada fakta empiris atau kondisi lapangan. Penelitian ini sampai pada Kesimpulan bahwa: 1) proses pembebanan biaya PTSL yang berlangsung di Kecamatan Manyar Kabupaten Gresik telah sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku pada Perbup Nomor 16 Tahun 2022. Setiap peserta PTSL dikenakan biaya pendaftaran sebesar Rp 150.000,00 (seratus lima puluh ribu rupiah) dan biaya tambahan maksimal sebesar Rp 350.000,00 (tiga ratus lima puluh ribu rupiah). 2) Pembebanan biaya PTSL jika dilihat dari perspektif asas pendaftaran tanah telah sesuai dan diterapkan sebagaimana mestinya. 3) Kendala yang dihadapi selama PTSL yakni masih ada warga yang tidak mampu membayar beban biaya tambahan, masih banyaknya LSM-LSM yang membuat berita hoax, masih banyaknya temuan manipulasi data, dan masih kurangnya fasilitas penunjang bagi panitia ajudikasi PTSL. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the Activity Based Costing (ABC) method in determining the cost of production at Brownies Mawar, a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) in Bekasi. This SME is a small business that has been producing various types of brownies for more than 20 years, but still uses a conventional cost accounting system. The ABC method allows for more accurate cost allocation by identifying each activity in the production process and assigning costs based on actual resource consumption (cost drivers). Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results show that the production cost per unit using the ABC method is Rp 3,190 for the Original variant and Rp 3,470 for the Combination variant. With selling prices of Rp 25,000 and Rp 30,000 respectively, the SME achieves a high profit margin and a total monthly gross profit of Rp 42,656,400. These findings indicate that the ABC method is effective in providing accurate cost information, uncovering hidden costs, and supporting more competitive pricing strategies.
