Abstract

Taro Village is one of the leading tourist villages in Gianyar, Bali, offering natural and cultural potential that supports community welfare through tourism. By 2024, there has been a significant increase in the number of accommodations in Taro Village, which has created new challenges regarding digital marketing and meeting service standards in accommodation management. This Community Service Program aims to enhance the competence of accommodation managers in Taro Village through training on excellent service, accommodation standardization, and effective digital marketing. The program combines socialization and practical activities, focusing on improving accommodation visibility as well as implementing service standards and processes. The expected outcomes include enhanced competence of accommodation managers, a deeper understanding of digital marketing, and better service standard implementation, enabling Taro Village to compete as a premier tourist destination. The program was attended by 30 participants, including accommodation owners, members of Pokdarwis, and local residents involved in the tourism sector in Taro Village. The activities, consisting of socialization and practical sessions, were held on September 17-18, 2024. The evaluation was conducted by distributing questionnaires to participants to measure their satisfaction. The results showed that the average satisfaction score reached 3.8, which falls into the "very good" category, with most participants expressing a willingness to participate in similar activities in the future. Participants also requested more practical materials so they can directly learn and apply the skills taught, making the training more relevant to their field needs.

Abstract

Hotels to increase competitiveness need to prioritize customer satisfaction with the quality of service that affects. The study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction of The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali. The data used includes quantitative data in the form of questionnaires and qualitative data in the form of customer complaints and interviews with Human Resources Staff. The sampling technique method used in this research is purposive sampling.  Analysis was carried out using simple linear regression and SPSS version 29 for Windows. This study gives results if Customer Quality (X) has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y) with a tcount> ttable = 16.010> 1.661 and a significance number < α = 0.000 < 0.05. This study concludes that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Effective training creates good employee performance. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of training on employee performance in the Food & Beverage Department of The Stones Legian, Bali - Autograph Collection Hotels.  There were 80 respondents in this research using saturated sampling method. This research found that employee performance is positively and significantly affected by training. Questionnaires were distributed through data collection and measured 24 statement items with a Likert 4 scale. Classical assumption testing, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination and t-test are used in data analysis techniques in this research.  Based on the coefficient of determination analysis, it was found that training significantly influenced 70.4% of employee performance. Then other aspects that have not been included in this research also have an influence of 29.6%.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) impacts various aspects such as job satisfaction and employee loyalty. This study aims to determine the effect of employee satisfaction and loyalty on OCB at Hilton Garden Inn Ngurah Rai Airport. The research population includes the employees of Hilton Garden Inn, with a sample of 76 respondents using a census sampling method. The analysis was conducted using simple linear regression and SPSS version 26 for Windows as the analytical tool. The results of this study indicate that both job satisfaction and employee loyalty have a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior, both partially and simultaneously. The contribution of job satisfaction and loyalty to organizational citizenship behavior is 56.5%.

Abstract

To increase competitiveness and achieve company goals, human resources must have additional behavior known as Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Various factors, such as employee satisfaction can influence the level of Organizational Citizenship Behavior in a company. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The population uses employees who work at The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali as many as 120 employees using the saturated sample technique. The results of data analysis show that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, where the regression value is 0.607, The t-count value is 8.555> 1.981 and The significance value is 0.001 <0.05. The magnitude of the effect of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior is 38.3%. Researchers suggest that leaders of The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali improve employee cooperation through team building to strengThen interpersonal relationships and build trust, reward outstanding employees and conduct periodic evaluations.

Abstract

Kinerja adalah penyelesaian tugas dan tanggung jawab oleh sekelompok orang dalam suatu organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di hotel Prama Sanur Beach Bali. Populasi dalam penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh karyawan Prama Sanur Beach Bali. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 64 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer, yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner (daftar pertanyaan) kepada responden. Metode analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS version 23 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Variabel Motivasi (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel = 5,319 >1,999 dan nilai signifikansi < α = 0,000< 0,05. Variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel = 3,348 >1,999 dan nilai signifikansi < α = 0,000< 0,05. Variabel Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel = 76,094 > 4,00 dan nilai signifikansi < ∝ = 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil koefisien determinasi dalam penelitian ini sebesar 71,4% maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa variabel bebas berpengaruh kuat terhadap variabel terikat.

Abstract

Declining employee performance can cause problems for the company. Declining guest comments can indicate a decline in performance, which can affect the hotel's reputation. Developing employee competencies and skills to improve company operations that lead to improved performance. The study was conducted with the intention of determining the effect of training on the performance of food and beverage service employees at the Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan Hotel. The data collection methodology was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 38 respondents. The methodology used was the classical assumption test, unit regression analysis, T-test and determination coefficient test using SPSS version 25 for Windows. Based on the analysis, training has a good and significant effect on employee performance (tcount> ttable = 9.279> 2.028). Training has a contribution to influencing employee performance by 70.5% in the strong category.

Abstract

Human resources are an important aspect that determines the success of a company in achieving its goals. However, companies often face problems such as turnover intention, which is the willingness of employees to change jobs. This study aims to examine the effect of work stress on turnover intention at Six Senses Uluwatu, Bali. A total of 74 respondents were selected through a purposive sampling method. Data were collected using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire with 30 statements. Data analysis was carried out using the classical assumption test, simple linear regression, t-test, and coefficient of determination with SPSS 24 Windows version. The results showed that work stress had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, with a tcount>ttable value of 15,409> 1,996 and a significance value of 0.000 <α<0.05. Work stress contributed 76.7% to turnover intention. This study is the basis for evaluating employee work stress.

Abstract

Decreasing Employee Retention can be a problem for companies that show an increase in employee turnover. Factors influencing employee retention are career development and creating a conducive work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine how the work environment and career development impact employee retention at GT Jineng Resort Bali. All employees of GT Jineng Resort Bali were 64 sample respondents using saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, tt test and F test. The results explain that the work environment and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee retention partially and simultaneously. The work environment and career development variables have an influence of 58.9% on employee retention. Researchers suggest that GT Jineng Resort Bali rearrange the work space, always be fair in giving promotions and always listen to every employee's career aspirations.

Abstract

Decreasing employee loyalty can be a problem for the company, this is related to the increase in turnover rates where companies must re-recruit to ensure the sustainability of the company's operations. The purpose of this study was to test partially and simultaneously the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee loyalty at Capella Ubud Bali. To collect data, questionnaires were distributed to 59 respondents. The t-test, coefficient of determination test, classical assumption test and F-test were used to analyze the data. Based on the data analysis, the results of Job Satisfaction and organizational commitment with partial have a good and significant impact on Employee Loyalty. In addition, with the simultaneous job satisfaction and organizational commitment also have a significant impact on employee loyalty. Together they contribute to influencing Employee Loyalty by 66.4% which is included in the category of strong influence.
