Abstract

Purchase intention is a key factor that influences consumers in making purchasing decisions. One strategy thathas proven effective in increasing purchase intention is social media marketing. Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyakactively utilizes social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook, to promote its brand and engagewith potential customers. This study aims to examine the effect of the hotel's social media marketing efforts onthe purchase intentions of domestic tourists. The research used a combination of documentation and surveymethods, with questionnaires distributed to 90 domestic tourist respondents. The data were analyzed usingvalidity and reliability tests, classical assumption testing, and simple linear regression. The results show that socialmedia marketing has a significant and positive impact on purchase intention. These findings highlight theimportance of maintaining an active and engaging presence on social media, as it can strongly influence consumerinterest and behavior. For hospitality businesses, investing in strategic social media campaigns can be a valuabletool in attracting and converting potential customers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self-efficacy dan lingkungankerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Adiwana Svarga Loka. Kinerja karyawan diartikansebagai sejauh mana individu dapat memanfaatkan waktu kerja secara optimal,menghasilkan pekerjaan sesuai standar, serta bekerja sama dalam mencapai tujuanorganisasi. Self-efficacy dan lingkungan kerja diduga menjadi dua faktor yangmemengaruhi kinerja tersebut. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metodekuantitatif dengan regresi linier berganda, serta dilengkapi dengan uji t, uji F, dan ujikoefisien determinasi. Sebelum analisis utama dilakukan, instrumen penelitian telahmelalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan asumsi klasik. Data diperoleh melalui kuesionerdan dianalisis menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, dengan melibatkan seluruhpopulasi yang terdiri dari 62 karyawan tetap dan kontrak. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa baik secara parsial maupun simultan, self-efficacy danlingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan,dengan kontribusi sebesar 63,2% yang termasuk dalam kategori kuat.

Abstract

Industri perhotelan merupakan sektor yang menuntut kinerja optimal dari setiap karyawan. Karyawan wanita di AYA Bali kerap menghadapi tantangan dalam menyeimbangkan peran pekerjaan dan tanggungjawab domestik yang dapat menimbulkan konflik antara pekerjaan dan keluarga, serta ketidakseimbangan dalam kehidupan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Work-Family Conflict dan Work-Life Balance terhadap kinerja karyawan wanita di AYA Bali. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Penelitian ini melibatkan 78 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling, yakni purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konflik kerja-keluarga berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara work-life balance berpengaruh positif signifikan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel memberikan kontribusi sebesar 56,1 % terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 43,9 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh reward terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada hotel Saba Kuta. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 128 responden dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel probability sampling dengan rumus slovin. pendistribusian sampel mengacu pada rumus stratified random sampling. Data dioleh dengan SPSS versi 26 for windows untuk melakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi linear sederhana dan uji T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 14,856 > t tabel 1,979, dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. variabel reward mampu menjelaskan variasi pada loyalitas karyawan sebesar 63,7%.

Abstract

Qualified human resources are the main asset in achieving organizational goals, especially in the highly competitive hospitality industry. Employee performance is a key indicator of organizational success and is influenced by various factors, including work environment and organizational commitment. A supportive work environment can enhance comfort and productivity, while strong organizational commitment encourages employee loyalty and dedication to the company. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and organizational commitment on employee performance at Alila Villas Uluwatu. This research uses a quantitative approach with a population of 234 employees and a sample of 70 selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability, then analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test with the assistance of SPSS. The results show that work environment and organizational commitment partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 67%. This study concludes that improving the quality of the work environment and strengthening organizational commitment are effective strategies to encourage employee performance at Alila Villas Uluwatu.

Abstract

Employees play a crucial role in every organization as they hold the key to success and the ability to accomplish company objectives. Staff performance is an undeniable factor that hotel management must take into account. When staff members perform exceptionally, clients are guaranteed high-quality service. Work discipline is one aspect that influences productivity in the workplace. Employees will become more conscious of the importance of doing a good job on all tasks when there is good work discipline. Finding out how Princess Keisha Bali& Convention Center Hotel's work discipline affects employee performance is the primary goal of this study. The researchers in this quantitative study polled 40 individuals-a representative sample from the entire staff of the Princess Keisha Bali Hotel& Convention Center. This study used saturation sampling techniques for its sampling procedure. Basic linear regression analysis, t-tests, and coefficients of determination are some of the analytical tools used. Work discipline (X) was positively and statistically significantly related to employee performance (, according to the findings. As can be shown in the t-table, the t-value is 10.598=1.684 Employee performance will improve as a result of stricter work rules as work discipline positively affects performance (beta = 1.603). The Princess Keisha Bali &Convention Center Hotel's management hopes to use the findings of this study to encourage more discipline in the workplace and, by extension, higher productivity from its staff.

Abstract

Organizational culture influences employees by shaping their beliefs, values, andexpectations, which in turn impacts the success of a company and the performance of itsstaff. This research aimed to assess how organizational culture affects employeeperformance at X Resort Bali. The study involved a total of 264 employees from X Resort Bali,with a sample of 72 selected using proportionate stratified random sampling. Data analysiswas conducted using simple linear regression, t-tests, and the coefficient of determination,with SPSS version 29 for Windows. The findings indicate that organizational culture has apositive and significant effect on employee performance, evidenced by a t-value of 13.174(greater than the critical value of 1.666) and a significance level of 0.001 (less than 0.05).Organizational culture was found to account for 71.3% of the variation in employeeperformance at X Resort Bali.

Abstract

Tingkat persaingan yang tinggi dalam industri jasa mendorong perusahaan untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas layanan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap niat beli konsumen pada paket pernikahan di Hotel JBM. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan sampel sebanyak 113 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas layanan terhadap niat beli, dengan kontribusi sebesar 92,5% yang dikategorikan kuat. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa semakin tinggi kualitas layanan, semakin besar pula kemungkinan konsumen berniat membeli paket pernikahan di Hotel JBM.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of job stress on employee performance at Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Seminyak. Data was obtained through questionnaires involving all 75 employees as respondents, using the saturated sample method. The results showed that job stress has a negative and significant impact on employee performance. Data analysis was conducted using the coefficient of determination, T test, and simple linear regression analysis. The T test shows that the value of work stress (X) is -0.768 with a significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination indicates that work stress affects employee performance by 51.5%, while the remaining 48.5% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The Community Service Activity by the Hospitality Management Program, Bali Tourism Polytechnic, took place on Saturday, May 27, 2023. This activity was conducted through training and hands-on practice for 25 MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises) owners in Cemagi Tourism Village. The Community Service Activity with the topic of Strengthening the Interests and Skills of Cemagi Tourism Village Residents has had a positive impact in preparing the community to participate in the era of Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0. The development of tourism and the skills of the local community are crucial for improving the well-being and economic potential in Cemagi Tourism Village. The selection of the topic to strengthen interests and skills as baristas was a wise choice, considering the growth of restaurants and accommodations in Badung Regency that require skilled workers in the coffee shop industry
