<![CDATA[The development of science and technology has had an impact on various aspects of human life, including the field of education. The aim of this research is to analyze and describe the development of Islamic boarding schools in the information technology era. This type of research is a literature study. The method used is qualitative research. The research results show that the role of Islamic boarding schools in this digitalization flow needs to utilize various kinds of technology, and not be antipathetic towards technological progress. Islamic boarding schools can also utilize digital technology in their bureaucracy, administration and in their preaching. Advances in information technology make it easier for students to access information and knowledge. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the times and advances in information technology are able to slowly change the Islamic boarding school paradigm, now they are much more sensitive to changes and developments in science. Abstrak Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi telah memberikan dampak pada berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, termasuk bidang pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan perkembangan pesantren di era teknologi informasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi literatur. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran pesantren dalam arus digitalisasi ini perlu memanfaatkan berbagai macam teknologi, dan tidak antipati terhadap kemajuan teknologi. Pesantren juga bisa memanfaatkan teknologi digital dalam birokrasinya, administrasinya dan dalam dakwahnya. Kemajuan teknologi informasi memberikan memudahkan santri mengakses informasi dan ilmu pengetahuan. Berdasarkan temuan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perkembangan zaman dan kemajuan teknologi informasi mampu mengubah secara perlahan paradigma pesantren, kini jauh lebih peka terhadap perubahan dan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan.]]>

<![CDATA[The use of information technology in education has become a crucial issue in the development of education in the digital era. This research aims to understand how the use and development of information technology affect the quality of learning in elementary schools. The focus is on analyzing the level of information technology usage at SDIT Almanar in Bekasi City, to understand its role in improving the quality of learning, and to evaluate the attitudes of teachers and students towards the use of information technology in education. This study employs a descriptive-relational learning approach to examine the relationship between the utilization and development of information technology and the quality of learning. The research population and sample consist of teachers and students at SDIT Almanar in Bekasi City. The sample includes 300 students and 30 randomly selected teachers from SDIT Almanar Bekasi City. The research instrument is a set of questions. Data collection methods include surveys distributed to selected students and teachers. Data collection will be conducted over two weeks. The data will be analyzed using descriptive statistics and correlation analysis.The research findings indicate that the utilization and development of information technology have a significant impact on the quality of education at SDIT Almanar, Bekasi City, positively influencing the quality of education and enhancing student learning by creating a better learning environment. Based on the research results, it is concluded that the utilization and development of information technology are important factors that can affect the quality of education at SDIT Almanar, Bekasi City. Therefore, research is needed to improve the quality of information technology use and development in schools.We believe this study can provide detailed information on the impact of information technology utilization and development in the field of education and offer recommendations for improving learning at SDIT Almanar, Bekasi City. Abstrak Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pendidikan telah menjadi isu penting dalam perkembangan pendidikan di era digital. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan dan perkembangan teknologi informasi mempengaruhi mutu pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Analisis Tingkat Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi di SDIT Almanar Kota Bekasi, Untuk mengetahui peran penggunaan teknologi informasi terhadap kualitas pembelajaran, untuk mengevaluasi sikap guru dan siswa terhadap penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran deskriptif-relasional untuk mengetahui hubungan pemanfaatan dan perkembangan teknologi informasi dengan kualitas pembelajaran. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari guru dan siswa SDIT Almanar di kota Bekasi. Sampel: 300 siswa dan 30 guru acak dari SDIT Almanar kota Bekasi. Alat penelitiannya adalah pertanyaan. Metode Pengumpulan Data: survei didistribusikan kepada siswa dan guru terpilih. Pengumpulan data akan dilakukan dalam waktu dua minggu. Data akan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis korelasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan dan perkembangan teknologi informasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap mutu pendidikan di SDIT Almanar Kota Bekasi, sehingga berdampak positif pada kualitas pendidikan dan meningkatkan pembelajaran siswa dengan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih baik bagi siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan dan perkembangan teknologi informasi merupakan faktor penting yang dapat mempengaruhi mutu pendidikan di SDIT Almanar Kota Bekasi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penelitian untuk meningkatkan kualitas penggunaan dan pengembangan teknologi informasi di sekolah. Kami yakin penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi secara detail mengenai dampak pemanfaatan dan perkembangan teknologi informasi di bidang pendidikan serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan pembelajaran di SDIT Almanar kota Bekasi.]]>

<![CDATA[This study uses a systematic literature review, or SLR, to examine the role of information and communication technology (ICT) in driving global economic integration. This study uses a systematic literature review, or SLR, to examine the role of information and communication technology (ICT) in driving global economic integration. Through the use of bibliometric analysis using the VOSviewer and PRISMA method, the study identifies research trends, collaborative efforts, and theoretical and empirical knowledge found in the literature from 1990 to 2025. This research focuses on systematic literature (Lit Sistematis). The results show that ICT growth and global economic integration have increased significantly since 2005, with the United States, the United Kingdom, and China making the largest contributions. The theoretical implications highlight the need for more holistic concepts and lengthy studies, while the practical implications highlight the importance of adapting ICT strategies to the local context and encouraging international collaboration. This study provides an important guide for ICT development and the integration of the world economy in the digital age.]]>

<![CDATA[Digital Islamic is a platform owned by the Al Muslim Foundation that utilizes integrated technology to help various educational processes, one of which is the learning process. This study aims to determine the implementation of Digislamic in the learning process at SMA Al Muslim Tambun in terms of George C. Edwards III's theory with four indicators, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure; and knowing the achievement of process standards after implementing Digislamic. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that communication was conveyed well, clearly and consistently; resources consist of adequate staff and have expertise in accordance with their duties and authorities, facility resources provided electronic devices, accounts, and the internet; the disposition of the foundation as a positive, firm, open, responsible and solutive leader and the management of the SMA unit as an implementer provide positive support; The bureaucratic structure applied is a top down structural approach and has complete and clear SOPs. The use of Digislamic provided a significant change in the standard of process at Al Muslim High School.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the implementation of Human Relations for Madrasah Principals in Improving Teacher Performance at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Huda, and present the obstacles encountered in implementing Human Relations for Principals in Improving Teacher Performance at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Huda. The type of research uses a descriptive analysis research method, namely, a research method that describes an ongoing situation based on the actual and factual data and information obtained. The data collection techniques used are: literature study, field study, through observation, and interviews. The results of this study indicate that Human Relations in improving teacher performance refers to several points, namely (1) good communication. (2) a comfortable work environment, and (3) there is a reward from the principal. Thus, it can be seen that the obstacles to the implementation of Human Relations in improving teacher performance are, (1) differences in perceptions in receiving messages and (2) the inability of subordinates to initiate communication with the principal.]]>

<![CDATA[This  research will prove that: the better the religiosity, the higher the work ethic. This  research also wants to show that there is a causal relationship between religion and economic growth. The similarity with academic communities such as Max Weber is that there is a clear causal relationship between religion and economics. Then Adam Smith's view that individual behavior in relation to religion combined together could explain how religion and economics work together. And religious beliefs especially beliefs in heaven, hell and life after death tend to increase economic growth. Meanwhile, Islam itself is closely related to economic growth, which makes it easier for muamalah activities, such as buying and selling and trading. More than that, there is a difference with other academic communities that religion is opium or poison for society. And third parties think that religion is an exogenous factor and that there is no causal relationship between religion and  economic growth.]]>

<![CDATA[The objective of this study was to assess the impact of product lines, pricing, and promotions on consumer decisions to get consumer credit facilities in Jakarta banking. A marketing objective's success or failure is contingent on a variety of elements. Product lines, pricing, and promotions impact the buying choice of a consumer or, in this example, a customer's decision to get a consumptive credit facility. The research strategy employed is the correlation technique. Correlational research tries to identify whether or not there is a link between two or more variables and the extent of the correlation between the variables analyzed. As research objectives, 100 respondents who were Banking in Jakarta consumer credit customers were sampled through the distribution of a set of statements or questionnaires to acquire information directly from respondents. This research employs a quantitative approach to analysis. This strategy attempts to transform data into information in the form of numbers. This study use SPSS for data processing. In this study, the hypothesis being tested is related to the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. <![CDATA[The COVID-19 epidemic has drastically altered society's way of life, demonstrating the significance of ICT in supporting a variety of facets of human existence. This study focuses on how the pandemic affects ICT use, particularly in social communication, the workplace, education, and health. The study methodology employed is a qualitative one that includes in-depth interviews with IT specialists and a review of the literature. Information was gathered from books, journal papers, interviews, and other sources. The study's findings indicate that the primary substitute for the current educational system is online learning. However, issues with unreliable internet access and device constraints plague online learning. Despite worries about data security, telemedicine is becoming more and more common in the healthcare industry, providing safe remote health consultations. Yet, despite worries about data security, the use of telecommuting and working from home has increased because to technology like VPNs and video conferencing software. A lot of companies are now using e-commerce, which is expanding quickly. Social communication is sustained through instant messaging apps and social media. This study indicates that ICT is crucial for preserving social connection and productivity throughout the epidemic. It is also anticipated that this research will advance when the pandemic is over.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategy and management of educational infrastructure development in improving the quality of education through school operational assistance. This study uses a library research approach. Data analysis through information related to the school operational assistance program from various secondary data sources such as journals, papers, articles, and news from websites (internet), and others. The results of the study indicate that the school operational assistance (BOS) program has proven effective in supporting the strategy and management of educational infrastructure development so that there is an increase in the quality of education in schools.]]>
