Abstract

Learning at the tertiary level has an important role in preparing competent and competitive prospective teachers. In the Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD) Study Program at Tadulako University, the Social Science Education (IPS) course is one of the essential curriculum components. This study aims to develop hypercontent-based social studies teaching materials in the PGSD study program at Tadulako University. The research problems include: (1) the development of a hypercontent-based social studies learning model for basic education and (2) the feasibility of these teaching materials. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method using the Rowntree model, which consists of three stages: Planning, Writing Preparation, and Writing and Rewriting. Data were collected through literature studies, questionnaires, and learning outcome tests, and analyzed qualitatively and statistically. Validation results indicated the feasibility of the learning materials, with scores from linguists (4.5), media experts (4.3), content experts (4.4), and student readability (4.08), all categorized as “Excellent”. The effectiveness of this module was further confirmed by the test results, where more than 70% of the students answered the questions correctly. These findings indicate that hypercontent-based teaching materials are feasible and effective for use in social studies learning in the PGSD study program at Tadulako University.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana guru membuat dan menerapkan modul ajar kurikulum merdeka dalam pembelajaran pancasila di kelas Vll A. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru harus memulai dengan menyusun modul, mengetahui strategi, mengembangkan modul ajar, menyiapkan evaluasi, dan memenuhi dua syarat minimal saat mengembangkan modul ajar kurikulum merdeka. Guru di SMP Negeri 13 Palu telah memiliki kemampuan untuk mengembangkan modul ajar karena modul yang telah disusun oleh guru telah sesuai dengan panduan kementerian. Mereka juga telah belajar menyampaikan materi di kelas, memberi kesempatan kepada peserta didik, membuat argumen tentang materi yang akan disampaikan, dan memberi respon atau umpan balik kepada peserta didik agar proses pembelajaran menjadi menarik. Guru menyesuaikan modul ajar dengan konteks, karakteristik, dan kebutuhan siswa, sehingga siswa tidak bosan belajar.

Abstract

The digitalization of education, especially in Pancasila and citizenship education, is a challenge to maintain the existence of Pancasila values ​​in life. Advances in digital technology can be utilized to contribute to the transfer of knowledge, strengthening national character and the profile of Pancasila students, as long as it is used wisely. One of them is through the use of interactive learning media. This study aims to describe how to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in citizenship education through learning media using the Mentimeter application. This study is a descriptive qualitative study with a data collection method using a questionnaire via Google Form. The informants of this study were 69 Pancasila and citizenship education students. The results of the study showed that there were four values ​​of the Pancasila student profile that emerged during learning, namely moral values ​​towards humans, critical reasoning values, global diversity values ​​and mutual cooperation values. Moral values ​​towards humans are reflected in the attitude of students who respect and respect the opinions of others and accept their group. Global diversity values ​​are reflected in the attitude of students who do not discriminate between religion, ethnicity and region of origin in working together. Digitalization can encourage the development of national character.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model assisted by Canva in improving students’ collaboration and communication skills in the Civics Education (PPKn) subject at SMP Negeri 1 Bungku Timur. The background of this research is based on the low level of students’ active participation in the learning process, particularly in aspects of group work and expressing opinions. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were 24 seventh-grade students of class VII B. The results showed that the implementation of the Project-Based Learning model assisted by Canva proved effective in enhancing students’ collaboration skills. This was reflected in students’ active involvement in group task division, discussion, and joint project completion. Students demonstrated positive development in terms of participation, mutual assistance, and responsibility for their respective tasks. The learning process that emphasized teamwork fostered a more open, communicative, and supportive learning environment. In addition, the PjBL model assisted by Canva was also able to improve students’ communication skills. Students became more confident in expressing opinions, using proper and polite language, and presenting project results clearly and structurally. The learning process involving the use of Canva provided students with a creative space to organize ideas visually, making it easier for them to convey messages to the audience. This indicates that the integration of technology into learning can significantly support the development of students’ communication skills. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) implementasi profil pelajar Pancasila di SMA Negeri Olahraga Tadulako; (2) kendala dalam pelaksanaannya; dan (3) upaya pengintegrasian nilai-nilai profil tersebut. Subjek penelitian mencakup 11 orang, termasuk guru penggerak, guru berbagai mata pelajaran daru rumpun keilmuan, penanggung jawab keolahragaan, dan siswa dari kelas X hingga XII. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan dalam tiga tahap: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Implementasi nilai profil pelajar Pancasila mencakup elemen seperti beriman, bertakwa dan berakakhlak mulia, kebhinekaan, gotong royong, kemandirian, bernalar kritis, dan kreatif, yang sebagian besar terlaksana dengan baik namun perlu penguatan lebih lanjut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari siswa. (2) Kendala utama meliputi rendahnya motivasi siswa (internal) serta pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan pertemanan (eksternal). (3) Program Sekolah Penggerak menggunakan berbagai strategi seperti budaya sekolah, pembelajaran intrakurikuler, kokurikuler, dan ekstrakurikuler untuk membentuk karakter siswa sesuai nilai Pancasila dan mendukung keberhasilan akademik dan olahraga.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa kelas VII B SMP Negeri 20 Palu pada mata pelajaran PPKn melalui model pembelajaran decision making. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metote Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan guru dalam kelas untuk memperbaiki kinerjanya sebagai guru, sehingga keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa menjadi lebih meningkat. Dengan penerapan model pembelajaran decision making menunjukkan adanya perubahan positif dalam perilaku siswa. Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan di ketahui bahwa dengan model pembelajaran decision making dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikr dan hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran PPKn di SMP Negeri 20 Palu, hal ini dapat dilihat dari presentase dari siklus I ke siklus II yakni keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa di peroleh dari pertemuan ke I mendapat presentase 58%, pertemuan ke II mendapat presentase 75%. Pada siklus II pertemuan ke I mendapat presentase 87%, dan pada pertemuan ke II mendapat presentase 95%, pada siklus II. hasil observasi juga menunjukan peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II, yaitu sebanyak 37%, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan model decision making dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpir kritis pada pembelajaran PPKn siswa kelas VII B SMP Negeri 20 Palu.

Abstract

The growing complexity of environmental crises demands that education plays a strategic role in fostering ecological awareness and environmentally responsible character among younger generations. One relevant approach is the integration of Green-Constitution values— a set of principles emphasizing that environmental preservation is part of human rights, a collective responsibility of citizens, and a constitutional obligation of the state. These values include the right to a clean and healthy environment, active participation in environmental governance, ecological justice, and intergenerational sustainability. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of a learning approach that integrates Green-Constitution values with Deep Learning strategies in shaping environmental awareness and responsibility among students at SMAN Model Terpadu Madani Palu. The methodology involved pre-test and post-test assessments of 101 respondents, complemented by qualitative descriptive analysis of student responses. Initial findings revealed that students had a basic understanding of the right to a healthy environment, yet lacked a comprehensive connection to constitutional aspects and sustainable development goals. Following the implementation of value-based and reflective learning, there was a significant improvement in conceptual understanding, critical ecological awareness, and pro-environmental attitudes. These were manifested in real behavioral changes such as bringing reusable water bottles, sorting waste, planting trees, and conserving energy at school. The findings indicate that the integration of Green-Constitution values and Deep Learning is effective in systematically and contextually cultivating students’ ecological character.
